But that's really when I started realizing that, you know, money was important. And, you know, my dad being a third generation, you know, successful realtor was always telling me, hey, you can always do real estate. And at the time I was just getting into doing, you know, theater and TV and commercials and things. And that lit me up. That was going to be that. That's what I'm going to do, you know, and not knowing the competition that's involved in that and that very few people make it, but I was going to. Hail or high water. There was no— there was no ifs, ands, or buts. What's a plan B for when plan A is obviously going to work out? Yeah. And— but he was always talking about real estate and my mother was always pushed back on that. You know, she'd say, John, don't— real estate's too up and down. I don't want that for him. Yeah. And I knew at that point why, because they'd gone through these hills and valleys. So— and real estate, the idea of real estate, getting into real estate was getting into residential real estate.
