A speaker noticed wealthy people constantly talk about real estate at conferences, so at 22 they started studying it seriously and attending exclusive events. People as young as 17 are already in these rooms.
And so I learned really quickly real estate was the triggering concept in the industry that people wanted to talk about. Everyone wanted to talk about real estate. And so that's when I started understanding, okay, people have money, and these people that have success have real estate that we're meeting with. I need to be involved and engaged in real estate. And so that's when I started really paying attention, studying real estate, going to the back of the room events, and just understanding what real estate was and how it worked, uh, at the age of 22 years old. What an incredible age. I mean, as a conference this weekend, I think the youngest that was really fully participating was like 17 years old.
