In this promotional video, Tsahi Levent-Levi outlines the challenges of heterogeneous WebRTC knowledge within engineering teams, emphasizing how duplicated learning cycles and misaligned terminology increase costs and production incidents. He argues that a unified training approach creates a shared mental model and common language, leading to clearer communication and fewer mistakes. Levent-Levi then describes the team and premium plans offered by WebRTCcourse.com, which provide full course access, administrative progress tracking, and live masterclasses tailored to specific architectural needs. He cites adoption by major companies such as Salesforce, Twilio, Bloomberg, and NVIDIA, and invites organizations to explore corporate tiers and contact him directly for a suitable plan.

You hired strong engineers and now you need them productive on WebRTC. The problem? WebRTC has a learning curve that quietly burns months and shows up as production incidents. I'm Tsahi Levent-Levi and this is how I train an engineering team on WebRTC properly. Here's a problem and the real cost when you've got a team. Some of them know WebRTC, others don't. They don't know exactly the same things in WebRTC. They're not at the same level. They might not even be using the same language when they talk about WebRTC. Now, you've got an engineer, he's got a problem, he goes, tries to fix it, you know, hits a wall, goes through that wall, finds a solution, learns something in the process. Next engineer goes into another problem, might be even the same one or a similar one, and he starts the whole process all over again. So it's not as if you've got one that you train and then he's got— you've got an expert in there. You've got a team and each one of them needs to go through the same phases and paths, and you don't want them all learning and making mistakes throughout that process. That's going to eat up a lot of budget that you have on the wrong things in order to get to that thing that you need, which is a running application that uses WebRTC. What happens when you've got the whole team going through the same training process? Well, they end up with the same language and the same mental model. So now they have relatively the same level playing field of what they know and the skill set that they have. At least for what WebRTC is and what it means. And when they communicate to each other, you know, bug issues, architecture, design stuff, roadmap, building the next thing, maintenance work, all of that thing, now they speak the same language. When someone says something, the others understand. Things are a lot clearer and cleaner than just having them, you know, in a kind of a bubble tower trying to speak to each other in different languages. Now, at WebRTCcourse.com, there are team plans that work out slightly different than the individual courses of WebRTC. You go, you enroll the team. The team now has full access to all courses. They run it online at their own terms, at their own schedules. You can have an administrator that manages that and understands and tracks the progress that they're making. Now I've got a team that goes through the course together. This fits plans of 5 engineers above to an unlimited number of engineers. It fits the engineering team, the QA and testing teams, product management, the support teams, architects, everyone that is, that is there to deal with WebRTC within our organization and move things forward. Now, premium plans of the team courses also include masterclasses. These are live classes with me that deal with very specific topics that are custom built for the needs that you have to go with these issues with your team. You can think of them even as an architecture reviews or looking at the specific niche that you're in and understanding the issues that exist in that niche. The team plans in WebRTCcourse.com have been taken by large organizations and small ones. You'll find there companies like Salesforce, Twilio, Bloomberg, NVIDIA, and others. They send their teams into the course as well as new hires to get upskilled in WebRTC before they hit the actual code that they are developing. If you're training a team, the corporate plans are at WebRTCcourse.com. Take a look, and if you want to talk through the right tier for your team, reach out to me directly. I'm Tsahi Levent-Levi.
