78 Days of Practical Reality Transurfing by Vadim Zeland Day 17 Guilt

In this 78‑day series episode, host Renee Garcia explores Day 17’s theme – guilt – through the lens of Vadim Zeland’s Reality Transurfing. She explains the “mirror” metaphor: when you label yourself as guilty, the external world (the mirror) reflects back situations that reinforce that guilt, creating a self‑fulfilling feedback loop. Garcia describes guilt as a manipulation tool embedded in human scripts, used by parents, bosses, or peers to coerce conformity. She offers practical steps to dissolve the guilt complex: stop habitually apologizing, only explain actions when truly necessary, live in alignment with your own beliefs, and cease giving external scripts power over you. Drawing from her personal experience, she recounts how adopting her own script eliminated guilt and reduced others’ attempts to manipulate her. The episode concludes with a call for viewers to observe where guilt still operates in their lives, reshape their external scripts, and share their insights in the comments.

Hello, Transurfers and the Transurfing curious! I am Renee Garcia, and this is Transurfing TV, the only official YouTube channel for Reality Transurfing! So, today, one of our 78 Days of Practical Transurfing! I am absolutely loving this book! I feel— Like, there's just a lot of added information and detail about specific concepts that isn't really in the book, which is quite incredible, considering the size of the book. But it's really practical! So, I am absolutely enjoying this, and I hope you are as well! If you have not seen the prior days, we're on Day 17, so there's 16 videos of past days if you wanna go back and take a look. So, today, guilt. This is really a big one in the Transurfing modality, because remember, as Vadim says, New Zealand states, "If you feel like a guilty person, then the world will give you plenty of reasons to be guilty." So, it's just really getting back to the mirror. And if you tell the mirror you're a guilty person, then the mirror's gonna give you plenty of stuff to confirm that you are in fact guilty. So, with that, let's get into it! Guilt! Day 17: The Statement. Guilt necessarily gives birth to the punishment scenario, and this happens without your mind being aware of it. That is how the template of human worldview is designed. Offense must be followed by punishment. If you notice in yourself even the slightest Manifestation of guilt. Hurry to get rid of this useless burden in order to avoid it in embittering your life. Live in accordance with your beliefs and you will have no guilt. No one would dare to condemn you if you do not in fact feel guilty. Free from guilt, you will never encounter a situation in which someone will throw threaten you with violence. No guilt, and therefore, no punishment. Interpretation. If you fail to get rid of the guilt complex, you will have to stop with the excuses. If you previously had a habit to apologize for this and that, Now, create another habit, explain your action only if this is actually necessary. No need to convince yourself that you are not obliged to anyone for anything. Let your sense of duty remain, but externally, you should not display it. When others do not receive the previous benefits from you, The manipulators will gradually leave you alone. Meanwhile, little by little, your soul and mind will get used to the freedom of you not making excuses, and your guilt will simply cease to exist. Consequently, there will be much fewer occasions for redemption. In this way, using the feedback circuit, external shape will little by little bring order to the internal content. Guilt will disappear, and after that, the corresponding problems. So, this is really cool, because really, this statement about guilt is true about any perceived negative emotion or complex, that the more you give into it, like Vadim Zeland says, the more you give into it, the more it will be in your life. So, with guilt in particular, I know I've had a problem with guilt in my life, because it was a tool that adults used to manipulate us, right? Guilt is kind of the first thing that someone will use from a person-to-person negotiation. In a person-to-person negotiation, guilt is one of the tools to make the other person try to feel bad about not adhering to the Script that the person trying to pull guilt from the other person has created. So, guilt is sort of a rally to get you to continue to conform to the Script of another person. So, this is a very telling sort of message to your Mirror, then, if you do in fact feel guilt. What you're telling your world— is that you do not feel whole in your beliefs, that you are feeling bad because you are not doing something, or there is something about you and your character that isn't right. So, this is quite a message, obviously, to give to the Mirror. And again, what you get back as a product of putting that towards the Mirror is— more reason to feel guilt. So, getting back to what he says here about follow your own beliefs, right? Follow your own beliefs and live in accordance with your beliefs. So, this is where I started to feel a pretty profound— sense of self and sense of, I guess, control of my own Script, when I stopped believing in the fact that I had to adhere to other Scripts. And if I did not adhere to another Script, then there was some negative product of that, because again, this is a classic programming. This is a classic programming tool. So, I had to really wrap my head around, "I am me. This is the way that I'm going to do it. This is the way that I'm going to be. And I am absolutely not going to feel any guilt, because I have chosen my direction, my Script." my reality. And if somebody does not believe in the way that I'm doing things, I really don't care anymore. This is about me, this is about my life, and I see very, very clearly now when somebody is trying to use guilt to manipulate me. So, it's a pretty easy— this is a pretty easy subject, a pretty easy topic. Just start to pay attention today where you still may be manipulated in your reality by feeling guilt, and what sort of message the mirror is sending back to you as a reflection of you putting this out into the world. So, it is about you reshaping your— external Script, to the extent that you do not allow someone else's opinion to convince you that it's not right, for whatever reason. Now, this is highly personal stuff. It could be a parent, it could be a boss, it could be your children, it could be somebody for their own specific reasons. But if you really break it down, in my opinion— and I would challenge everyone to confirm this on their own— in my opinion, guilt is projected outward when someone is not adhering to someone else's Script. So, this is kind of my take on it. I'm curious to hear your guys' take on it. Comment, question, and like. And I hope you enjoyed Day 17! Teen guilt. Bye, everybody.
