Vadim Zeland explains his Reality Transurfing system: pendulums are collective energy structures that drain you, and freedom comes from stepping out of them. He covers practical techniques like the slide method, the mirror metaphor, and awareness practices, plus concrete health advice on diet and parasites. Two speakers share how Transurfing moved them from struggling to successful.

Transurfing is a pendulum, a very large pendulum, but it is directed against all other destructive pendulums. Their destructiveness lies in the fact that they force a person to march in the general formation. The rule of the pendulum is as follows: "Do as I do." This rule forces a person to deviate from their life path and march in formation. To follow your own path, you need to step out of the formation and create your own pendulum, your own religion, so to speak. If you become the favorite of a pendulum, create your own business or belief system, then you will be at the top of the pyramid, not in the first rows of this formation, so to speak. But ultimately, if you are a show business star, a model, or a movie star, you will find yourself in the first rows of the formation, because this formation will begin to march behind you as a new standard. But before doing this, it is necessary to first step out of the formation and create your own pendulum. I try to live according to my creed. This means that if I experience emotional discomfort, I try to determine its cause. If I say something, it means that I speak what I know. If I felt discomfort while saying it, I would not feel confident. This would mean that my state of inner harmony would be disturbed. And I do not believe that knowledge that has flaws or cracks can resonate with millions of people. The thing is, until recently, I could not understand why my books, more precisely, Transurfing— because I did not invent Transurfing, I am merely a retransmitter of this ancient primordial knowledge. It so happened that information comes to me through a certain channel and I pass it on as I can. It is up to you to decide whether this information is correct or not. Most of the letters I receive from readers say the same thing, that readers feel like they already knew all this knowledge, as if they were ancient souls who simply remembered it when it was laid out before them. People perceive this knowledge as their own, that is why it is successful. If I were completely alone, simply speaking into the void, it would be a different matter. I might doubt myself, and others could judge whether what I say is right or wrong. However, first, everything is confirmed by practice, and second, because people accept this knowledge as their own, and since we are all ancient souls who have lived through thousands of years in past incarnations, I can confidently say that I simply know what I am saying and say what I know. I try not to think about questions like who I am, what is a soul, what is God, Everything I have told you is just a primitive model, a model of reason, a model of Transurfing. It is neither right nor wrong, it is simply one of many realities, but it works. That is enough. As for the questions that remain unclear, I am not into mysticism or philosophy. I am tired of thinking about how the world is structured and engaging in self- —reflection. I do not dwell on such questions. I am a practical person. What brings practical results interests me. The rest has long been said in different interpretations, however one prefers. So, in my opinion, the only criterion for correctness and necessity is practical value. I do not fight against anything because, as I have said, fighting is pointless. When you fight against the world, the world fights back because it is a mirror. I do not want to be Sakafkin scratching at a mirror. Fighting against pendulums is also pointless. The more effort you put into this struggle, the more energy you give to the pendulum. As it feeds on your energy. That is exactly what it needs. Vanity is a natural human trait. When a stream of admiring letters came to me, of course I had some small unpleasant thoughts of self-prioritism, but that quickly passed because I quickly got used to it, to my pleasure, or rather to my happiness. I stopped reacting to it. I was put on a pedestal, made into some kind of figure that I essentially am not. However, I remain an ordinary person with weaknesses and shortcomings. Pendulums still affect me too. They toss me back and forth, and I make mistakes. I continue to make mistakes. I am not perfect. I can only advise you one thing: do not judge yourself for mistakes. Allow yourself the luxury of making mistakes. You do not need to fight against yourself or the surrounding world. When you stop fighting, you will gain freedom from things which are not yours. Like vanity, guilt complexes, inferiority complexes, and other chips that are embedded in the mind. I am not afraid, but I do not want to live to an age where old age becomes a burden to myself and those around me. When you are sick and incapable of anything, there are two options for people like me: either live life to the fullest, burn bright like a match and burn out completely, or live long and fully, experiencing everything. But to get everything from life, you need high energy levels. When you are capable of creating, when after work you do not just want to sink into a chair in front of the TV but want something more, when you have the means to fulfill your desires, then that is a truly full life. Natural food personally gave me this high energy. I feel much better now than I did, say, 30 years ago when I was a teenager full of energy attempting reckless things like doing backflips off ski ramps. Compared to the energy state I had then, I feel much better now. So, In this regard, understand: when you stop eating dead food, at first it seems extreme. You crave tasty food because everyone around you eats and drinks delicious things. But when you gradually switch to natural food, you make an incredible discovery: dead food tastes awful. I do not follow a strict raw diet, but I eat raw sea shrimps, raw squid. Try an experiment: eat these foods raw for a month, then cook them and taste them. You will realize how disgusting your previous diet was. Of course, proper preparation is necessary. First, you must get rid of existing parasites. Second, you should eat mostly natural, plant-based foods to prevent new parasites from appearing. For example, raw freshwater fish is dangerous, but raw shrimp or squid when prepared with lemon juice and spices are safe. Salt, for example, is just a bad habit. It is easy to quit. After 3-4 days without it, you will no longer crave it. Salt is not absorbed by the body. It is either excreted or stored in the walls of blood vessels, which is useless for us. When you stop eating synthetic foods, New sources of pleasure appear, such as raw foods. For example, you can eat raw egg yolks. People fear parasites, but if you include simple things in your diet like garlic, hot peppers, horseradish, lemon juice, watermelons, melons, and other natural fruits and vegetables, which all have antiparasitic properties, you can safely eat raw seafood. But avoid freshwater seafood. Only consume seafood from the ocean. The cleanest, most natural food comes from the sea. The information from destructive pendulums, such as financial debts and societal obligations, drains your life energy and rapidly ages your body. There is nothing more to add to this. You can test it yourself. Love is personal. If you send goodness into the world, it will return to you. If you send love, it will return as well. However, you cannot force yourself to love everyone, especially those you dislike. I take satisfaction in knowing that what I do benefits others. When people tell me that their lives have improved, that brings me joy. Detailed instructions and explanations, they are in the Transurfing books, which consist of 5 volumes, including Reality Transurfing, The Reality Creator, The Dream Forum, The Practical Course of Transurfing, and Tarot Cards of Transurfing. I thank you for your attention and apologize for wearing glasses. I do not want to be recognized everywhere, as that would complicate my life. We wishing you all good luck.
Take control and guide our own destiny. There are 3 common ideas about destiny. One says everything is already written and predetermined. Another says destiny is completely in our own hands. And the third view says our destiny is shaped by our past lives or karma. Which one is true? Actually, all three can be true. And that's exactly what Transurfing helps us understand. People who know Islamic teachings might have heard that our lives are written in a book. This gives the impression that the past and future are already recorded and unchangeable. But that's just one side of the story. If you read the Quran carefully, it also mentions that a person has more than one destiny, more than one life path, a whole tree of possible outcomes. Transurfing is about sliding between these different lines of life, not by chance, but through our choices. Our world has two sides. One is the material world that we can see, and the other is a metaphysical space full of possibilities. Everything that has happened, is happening, or could happen already exists in this space. It might sound strange, but past, present, and future all exist at the same time. We only experience life step by step because of how human perception works. Time itself is actually an illusion. We see time as movement, like watching a movie, frame by frame, but in the space of variations, All possibilities are already there, like film strips stored in an archive. So when we choose a path in life, we are really choosing which film will be played. If someone lives life without awareness, they just go with the flow. The film plays randomly and they call it fate. But if someone wakes up to this concept and starts making conscious choices, they can pick which film plays. They can manage the course of their life. So, if a person believes their destiny is fixed and unchangeable, that's exactly how— Let me give you my own example of how I managed to write books that became worldwide mega bestsellers. It all started at a point in my life when every hope and plan collapsed. I found myself in a pit so deep it seemed impossible to get out. I was on the verge of a total nervous breakdown. Life itself felt like it was falling apart. And then something happened. An initiation, as esoterics call it. Or simply, my brain got rewired. One morning, the word Transurfing spun in my head. I had no idea where it came from or what was happening. All I felt was a shock, not physical, but mental, like my psyche had been hit by lightning. After that, pieces of information started pouring into my mind spontaneously, fragmented, scattered, but powerful and practical. I quickly realized this knowledge had the power to change lives in an instant. I carried notebooks everywhere, scribbling every 10 to 15 minutes, no matter how distracted I was. I juggled work, life, and these sudden flashes of insight, trying to piece together a mosaic that eventually became a system. A system that allows you to manage reality, to choose the movie playing in your life's projector. When I started writing the book Reality Transurfing, I only had glimpses of the whole picture, but by the time I finished, I understood it deeply, what esotericism really means and how difficult it is to surprise people with new ideas now, since so much knowledge has already been shared. I asked myself, why am I doing this? The reality is, breaking through as an author is brutally hard. There's an unspoken rule among writers: if you can't write a bestseller, don't bother writing at all. Publishers and editors have no time. They skim through hundreds of manuscripts a day, throwing away most without a second thought. New authors often feel useless because their work is ignored. Writing a story is one thing, but writing a book is a whole different game. Much harder. Yet from the very start, I knew which film I wanted to play on my life's projector. I was determined to become a bestselling author. Now and in the future, I won't sugarcoat it. Reality is tough, but I have to share this because everyone wants stunning success, or at least most people do, but only a few actually reach the top. So what's the point of managing reality? It's about constantly focusing your attention on the film you want to play in your projector the frame that shows your final goal and the picture of success you want to create. You have to draw it in your mind, live with it, and scroll through it systematically like a slideshow. Your thought form, which you broadcast into the world's mirror, speaks clearly: this is the shot I want in my life. It's simple, but most people don't do it systematically. They expect immediate results and get discouraged. Reality obeys your thoughts, but it moves slowly, like old photographic paper developing in a solution. The image appears gradually, sometimes very late. Reality can seem indifferent or unresponsive, but that's just an illusion. I knew from the beginning what my final picture would be: a popular worldwide book called Transurfing spreading around the globe. That thought was an avalanche in my head. I constantly transmitted it as a powerful thought form. I wrote boldly, brilliantly, and with confidence. Ideas flowed like a genius. I told myself, I am a genius. My books make a strong impression. Why be shy? Whatever you order from life, you receive. I embraced that fully. Despite being a physicist by education and having only average literary skills, I chose my film with unwavering certainty. The intention was aligned with the universal, God's intention. Because I am God's child, how could I doubt my intention would manifest? I didn't just hope my book would be published and become a bestseller. I intended it with unshakable resolve. I sent proposals to the top 20 publishing houses in Moscow and Saint Petersburg—Petersburg—many of which ignored me. But that didn't stop me. I wasn't discouraged. This is the essence of Transurfing. Intention, focus, and persistence, regardless of external setbacks. What's the point of this? To move your image in reality toward you, you have to take the first step. Imagine standing in front of a mirror. If you want your reflection to move toward you, you have to move first. How do you take that first step? Like a kitten pawing at its reflection, unaware it's its own image, just waiting and hoping the mirror will show the fact itself. Number: You can't just wait and hope. If you knock on the door of a publishing house, it won't open by itself. You want the publisher to find you? So create the thought form: "The publisher finds me." Send it out calmly and clearly, like a reflection in the mirror. I did the same. I sent out this thought form, filled with peace and calm, hoping for publishers. But I knew thought forms alone weren't enough. I had to take concrete steps. The world is both material and metaphysical, so you have to work on both sides of the mirror. That's why I created a mailing list and a website, slowly posting excerpts from my book, telling people they could watch their chosen movie in their own projector, because what you choose reflects what spins in your reality. You have to broadcast your thought forms consistently to make things happen. The truth is simple, but there's another side to it. Forces exist that try to stop us from realizing our destiny. On this planet, a civilization of parasitic consciousness lives in the subtle world. These energy informational structures, called pendulums, form when groups of people think alike, caught by a shared idea, be it a TV show, work, or enthusiasm. Mental energy synchronizes and creates independent structures that feed on people's energy. For example, at a football match, if you could see the subtle world, you'd notice a black ball hanging above the stadium, sending tentacles to every fan. As passion heats the crowd, the ball grows bigger, feeding on their emotional energy. By the end, it becomes a huge black cloud, then collapses and flies away. The same happens at concerts or shows. Pendulums feed on our energy. There's nothing wrong with this. People naturally give away energy. When a player scores, the energy flows to the pendulum, not the player. Imagine the anger from disappointed fans. If all that energy hit the player, he'd collapse. Stars get energy too, but pendulums collect a large part of it. Strong emotions, especially negative ones, feed these pendulums. It's not scary though. These subtle material energies provoke you to release more energy. Often through conflict or negativity. Pendulums have access to your consciousness and influence your motivations. Carl Jung and Freud hinted at this, saying motivations come more from external forces than internal ones. Transurfing says it clearly. People aren't free. They're controlled from outside. This parasitic consciousness civilization is real. You can see its influence in everyday irritations. Kids misbehaving, sudden problems, traffic jams, conflicts. These are subtle energy parasites at work. They don't act with conscious intent, but behave like parasitic plants that wrap around a tree, choking its growth. You might think your emotions and intimate moments are yours alone, but subtle entities move inside you, influencing feelings. It sounds shocking, but it's true. For example, in intimacy, You might feel a wild, animalistic energy waking inside. It's not a second personality, but a real subtle entity stirring instincts. During sex, subtle energies exchange like thunder and lightning between two black clouds of energy. Afterwards, people return to normal, but these entities remain. Awareness helps you notice when this power moves through you. Sometimes people say a demon or devil, possesses someone in crowds or extreme situations, making them act wildly. Why do normal people become beasts in war? Why do peaceful teenagers commit brutal acts? Why did Germans in World War II commit atrocities? When you express strong emotions, especially negative ones, you give energy to the pendulum. But it is not only this that is scary. What is scary is that this object of subtle material energy also does everything to release more and more energy. That is, it provokes you into conflict situations, into the emission of negative emotions. It actually controls you. It has access to your consciousness. As far as I am concerned, even Carl Jung's disciple Freud spoke about this with unusual boldness for that era, that human motivations are determined for the most part not by internal content, but by something external. In Transurfing, this is stated unequivocally: Scientists, researching the psyche, study man in vain as an independent object, as if it were a self-contained property. The truth is not in how the mind works, but in the fact that a person is not free in his will. He is controlled. What controls him from the outside is a second civilization, a civilization of parasites in consciousness. You can perfectly see how they do it in your own example. If more and more new sources of irritation appear around you—children walking on their heads next to you, people around behaving oddly, strangers pestering you with problems, traffic jams forcing you to hurry, struggling to get through a door while a line of sloths moves slowly in front—then you start to lose control. The whole day goes like this. You yell at your loved ones at home, then at work conflict continues. All this is induced. These subtle material objects are not consciously plotting; they do not have a deliberate plan to push you. Number: They are similar to parasitic plants, like vines that twine around a tree and do not let it breathe freely or develop. You probably think you have emotions yourself, but in reality, in many cases, it is not you who has sex, anger, passion, or fear. It is these subtle material entities moving within you. This may sound shocking, but judge for yourself. Here you are in the office, a man and a woman. Everything is calm, people appear normal. But in an intimate setting with your partner, suddenly something wild appears in the eyes, some animal shade. You feel that something wakes up inside. A beast. Where does it come from? Is it really inside you? Some second personality that turns into a beast? The ancients understood it differently. You remain the same person, but into you moves a very real essence. That is why you feel that the beast or animal instinct wakes up. There is nothing to fear, in principle. Reality is simply like this. Two people have sex, entities from the subtle material world enter. If you watch the picture both materially and immaterially, you would see thunder and lightning between them, exchanges of black clouds of energy. After sex, it ends, the entities fly away, and you again become balanced people. The same with many other cases. You can notice it yourself if you switch on your awareness and observe what is happening with you. You will see that some force enters you and begins to act as if from the outside. People usually say, "A demon possessed him," or "The devil entered him." This is said especially when a person is in critical or extreme situations, or in a crowd, where they begin to behave inadequately. In a crowd, for example, why does a normal person turn into something else? Why does a man who went to war become a beast? Why does a mentally healthy teenager, in a pack, brutally kill another person? Parents swear on the Bible their son was kind and harmless and never thought— You don't fight, you don't hit anyone. Imagine standing before a mirror. If you lash out, striking it with your paws, all you do is hurt yourself. But if you remain calm, if you stop fighting with the reflection, something fascinating happens. You become invisible. They don't see you anymore, until you bark. It is only when you release energy, uncontrolled, aggressive, chaotic energy, that you stand out. And this is exactly what happens in life. People are constantly fighting, competing, pushing with their elbows, struggling for a place under the sun. They think this is the only way to survive. But what if instead you just calmly step out? What if you dare to leave the line, to move out of order? Suddenly no one can detain you, because you are no longer playing by their rules. This is the essence of freedom. If we try to understand this deeper, we see that all conscious human psyche is tied to reason. Reason is what society praises, what schools teach, what systems condition. But beneath reason lies something else, the subconscious, which belongs to the soul. When we are born, we receive intelligence as a gift, but we are also born as a blank slate. Onto this slate, society begins to apply its patterns, its diagrams, its stereotypes. These become the frameworks through which we are forced to think and live. As a result, the soul begins to fade into the background. It is not heard; its voice is drowned out. And yet, it still speaks. It is the quiet voice of your heart, your subtle premonitions, your vague guesses. Sometimes it appears as a gentle attraction, other times as a quiet rejection. But the problem is this: the human mind dominates the soul, and this mind— our reasoning, our thoughts, is captured by pendulums, by external systems of control. This is why a person often does not hear their own voice. It becomes very difficult to find the way of the heart, to understand what one is truly striving for. The soul is still there, alive, whispering, but the brain has been zombified by values broadcast on all news channels, repeated endlessly until they feel like truth. It is as if a person has been torn in two halves. One half is something deep, something ancient, something coming from the depths of millennia, from the very fabric of space itself. The other half is superficial, entirely under the control of pendulums. The mind hears only its own voice and the voice of pendulums. But the voice of the soul, it practically does not hear it at all. And so the question arises: what is the soul? This question has been asked by great thinkers throughout millennia, and I believe there is only one way to answer it. If you try, even for a single moment, to stop the internal dialogue, silence will reign in your thoughts, And in that silence, in that eternity, lies the answer. This is the silence of eternity. This is where you find the truth of the soul. And within it also lies the answer to the greatest question of all: Who am I? Now let's clarify this picture even further. Let us return to dreams, to the space of dreams. I already said that there exists a space of options. In this space, everything is stored, all scenarios, all decorations of our reality. It is the metaphysical prototype of our world. There, in this space, are stored buildings, streets, cars, every material object we see around us. These are the decorations of the script. They form the scenery, while the actual events, the movement, the unfolding of life, are like frames realized one by one on a film strip. But in dreams, we notice something else. We meet not only decorations, but also people. Fascinating question. Who are these people? What is their origin? Why are they there? What are they doing in our dreams? Here is an experiment you can try. If you ever wake up inside a dream, if you realize that it is a dream, you can try an interesting experiment. Ask one of the characters, or several: "Do you know that I am dreaming and that you are in my dream?" How do you think they will respond? They will not be able to answer because they will not understand the meaning of your question. In dreams, all these characters are nothing more than layouts, or, if you want, cyborgs, mannequins. The only thing that distinguishes them from you is that you have awareness and a soul. These characters have no soul, no awareness. They obey like zombies, as if they are recorded on film, behaving according to the script. There is even a large group of people on Earth who engage in conscious dreams purposefully. They use certain techniques to wake up in a dream, And when you wake up inside a dream, when you realize it is a dream, you can control the course of events. For example, if you want, you can take off and fly somewhere. If someone attacks you, with effort, even a slight effort of will, you can turn your attacker into a frog. But if you are unconscious, if the dream controls you, you have no control over the events. If someone is chasing you, you run away. If you are tormented by nightmares, your only thought is to wake up. If someone attacks you, you fight blindly, not realizing that with your thoughts you could change the reality of the dream. You are completely immersed. The dream dominates you. You obey rules that were never invented by you. But if you wake up in the dream, you gain freedom. You can control the events Shape them, act intentionally. And in reality, the principle is similar. You must take your attention away from the mirror, from reflections, illusions, and distractions, and focus on the image. Do not beat your paws in the mirror. Instead, intentionally create a thought form you want to see reflected. In life, Most of the time we are asleep, unconscious, automatically immersed in the game of reality. But awareness is the key to becoming the creator of your own reality, the conscious director of your life. Take something simple like a hamburger. When you unwrap it and take that first bite, it feels like satisfaction, comfort, maybe even happiness. But if we zoom out and trace its journey, the picture gets massive. Machines had to be built, factories had to run, farmers planted, harvested, transported, trucks crossed countries, cows were raised, grain was milled, bread was baked, entire systems moved, just so that burger could land in your hand. And when you eat it, you get that burst. But soon the balance flips. Heaviness, sleepiness, the sugar crash, sometimes even guilt. The pendulum gave you a loan of pleasure, then immediately demanded its interest. Now swap the burger with a cigarette. The moment you inhale, it feels sharp, alive, calming. A quick fix. But then the body demands another. The lungs tighten, energy drops. The pendulum's tax collector shows up again, whispering, "More, more, more," or go even deeper, to drugs. The first rush feels like freedom, escape, power. But the cost is brutal. Every high is followed by a low, every loan by debt, every moment of control by years of slavery. The pendulum doesn't just take interest; it starts taking your entire account. Think of it like this: the first time you taste a sandwich, it's delicious. Your brain rewards you with dopamine. Now, imagine a drug as that sandwich, but with the volume turned up a thousand times. Suddenly, your brain is flooded with the ultimate flavor, the ultimate reward. At first, it feels like the pendulum is giving you a gift. But here's the truth: it's not giving, it's baiting. The pendulum feeds in two ways. On the high, when you're chasing that first magical taste, craving more, planning, obsessing, all your attention and energy is locked on the substance. That energy is food for the pendulum. On the crash, when the high wears off and you hit emptiness, guilt, shame, or pain, now you're suffering. And again, your focus, your emotions, your struggle, all of that is food too. So no matter which side you're on, pleasure or pain, the pendulum keeps eating. You think you're consuming the drug, but really the pendulum is consuming you. That's why addiction never ends at balance. The sandwich of pleasure is always followed by a bigger sandwich of emptiness. You pay interest on every bite, and the pendulum fattens itself every single time. Because whether you're desperate for the next high or drowning in regret after the fall, you're still feeding it with your life force. Addiction is just the clearest, most brutal version of what the pendulum does to all of us. Some people see it in heroin or meth, others in scrolling Instagram, binging junk food, or obsessing over toxic love. The pattern is the same: borrowed joy, stolen energy, endless debt. The pendulum will do everything it can to keep the system in equilibrium. If it doesn't, the system falls apart. Think about families. Most conflicts at home don't start because someone wants to fight. They start on the initiative of the pendulum. At first, in the honeymoon phase, everything is perfect. You don't notice the little things. But slowly, the irritations creep in. Someone chomps too loudly, someone throws clothes around, that tiny spark turns into conflict. The pendulum holds both people like puppets on strings. One twitch sends irritation down the thread, the other reacts, and suddenly, word for word, you're in a quarrel. Now, here's the paradox: families that quarrel often usually last. Why? Because conflict feeds the pendulum. The more conflict, the stronger it becomes. And the stronger it becomes, the more power it has to keep the system, the marriage, the family, from breaking apart. That's the second law in action. It maintains equilibrium through energy. But it doesn't stop at families. Pendulums feed on addiction the exact same way. When doubts arise—what if nothing works out? Are we moving in the right direction?—the mind begins to steer the ship left and right. If you give in to weakness and abandon your dream, your ship may completely change course. But imagine this: your task is to sail to Antarctica. What course do you keep? Very simple—south. No matter where you are, if you maintain your direction steadily, you will eventually reach Antarctica. The same applies to goals. The most important thing is to stay on course, especially during the test of uncertainty, when nothing seems to happen. At that point, you must hold to your final vision. Keep your attention directed toward the goal, as if it is already achieved. Live inside this virtual reality. Create it vividly in your imagination. I once created such a reality for myself where I was a genius writing a best-selling book. At that time, I thought, but I am not a genius, how could I possibly write a bestseller? Yet with courage, blind faith, and persistence, the reality eventually aligned with the vision. If you rely only on common sense, you will be limited to what is already known and achievable through ordinary effort. But Transurfing invites a different approach, one that may sound unusual, but is no more strange than the constantly changing theories of science. Centuries ago, people believed the world rested on elephants, turtles, or a whale. Later, it was said the Earth was round, but that the Sun revolved around it. Step by step, science tried on new clothes, revealing new aspects of reality. Classical physics, it gave way to quantum physics. First, micro-objects were described as particles, then as waves, then as strings. Later came M-theory, in which the universe was said to consist not of strings, but of membranes. Each time something didn't fit, new theories were invented. The truth is, this process never ends. Reality is infinite and multifaceted, like two mirrors reflecting one another endlessly. Each reflection gives rise to new aspects, new models, new explanations, but never a final answer. Therefore, instead of asking which model is right, it is better to ask which model gives practical results. Transurfing is one such model. Whether or not its picture of the world is absolutely correct doesn't matter. What matters is that millions of people have already tested it in practice and confirmed that it works. Here is how it works. When you broadcast the thought form of your goal, your world begins to shift within the space of variations, aligning with the path to that goal. Opportunities arise, doors open, resources appear out of nowhere. People suddenly show up with solutions you hadn't imagined. The mind is left wondering, how could this have happened? Yet it happens again and again, as countless letters from readers testify. The mechanism may seem mysterious, but the results are undeniable. However, the same principle explains negative outcomes. If you unconsciously immerse yourself in the mirror labyrinth, focusing on crises, negativity, or fears, your thought forms quickly reflect into reality. Yesterday you worried about layoffs. Today the rumor spreads at work. Tomorrow you find yourself without a job. Fear attracts the very outcome you dread. So the rule is simple: do not stare at the reflection. Focus on the image. Control what is inside you, not outside. During a crisis, it does not matter what is happening in the external world. What matters is the image you hold in your mind. If you remain calm and keep your attention on your positive final goal, your liner continues moving in the right direction, even if the storm outside is fierce. Each person creates their own layer of reality. You can create any world you like, but you must choose the film you insert into your projector. Yes, Suzanna, this requires balance of spirit, especially when events around you seem to collapse. But here lies the principle of coordination of intention. Whenever you meet a fork in the road—one path leading to negative, another to positive—your reaction determines the outcome. Most people react unconsciously, like oysters clamping shut at the slightest irritation, and thus slide into negative lifelines. But you can choose otherwise. Declare misfortune to be fortune. Accept difficulties as part of the path. Later you will see, yes, this obstacle was necessary. Without it, I would never have reached here. If you consistently re— Let's begin with a simple picture. Life is like a mirror. Whatever you show to the mirror, it reflects back to you. If you smile at the mirror, the reflection smiles. If you frown, the reflection frowns. The mirror doesn't argue, it doesn't invent, it simply reflects. Reality works in the exact same way. In Transurfing, there is a technique called "The Slide." It means you create a mental picture of what you want, and then reality reflects that picture. For example, if you imagine yourself confident and successful, and you keep that picture alive, the world begins to arrange itself in ways that make you more confident and successful. But there is something even more powerful than just holding one mental picture, and that is creating a constant background, something that stays with you all the time, no matter what picture you are holding. This constant background is called the Amalgam. Think of it like this: when you look into a mirror, the reflection doesn't only depend on you, it also depends on the mirror itself. Some mirrors make you look brighter, Some make you look darker. Venetian mirrors, for example, were once famous because they made people look more beautiful. Why? Because they had gold mixed into the amalgam at the back of the glass. That golden layer gave every reflection a warm glowing tone. So here's the point: the amalgam, the background, decides how the reflection looks. If the amalgam is golden, the reflection glows. If the amalgam is dark, the reflection looks dull. Your life works the same way. If your background thoughts and beliefs are filled with fear, mistrust, and dissatisfaction, then reality reflects more of that. But if your background is filled with trust, warmth, and gratitude, then reality reflects that too. This means you can choose your own amalgam. You can write your own golden background for your life. It doesn't have to be long, or complicated. In fact, the simpler it is, the more powerful it becomes. A single sentence is enough, something like: "My world takes care of me." This one line can become your personal amalgam. Let me explain why. When you believe that the world takes care of you, everything starts to look different. You begin to notice small blessings, like finding help at the right time, or meeting the right person, or receiving unexpected opportunities. Even challenges start to feel less heavy because you trust that they too are part of the world taking care of you. It's important to understand this is not about blind optimism, and it's not about sitting still and waiting for miracles. Number, you still act, you still move, you still work, but you do it with the calm confidence that your world is on your side. Now let's go deeper. Think back to childhood. As children, we lived with this trust naturally. We never doubted that food would appear when we were hungry, that someone would carry us when we were tired, that joy would find us in play. We didn't ask, "Will the world take care of me?" We just lived in it. But as we grew, dissatisfaction took hold. We started to complain, to compare ourselves, to chase more and more. Gratitude faded and mistrust grew. We built walls. We forgot the formula. Yet the world itself never stopped caring. It never turned against us. It only mirrored back the mistrust we showed it. This is why people often feel that life is harsh or unfair. But what's really happening is this: the amalgam, the background they are holding, is dark. And so the mirror shows them more darkness. The secret then is to reset your Amalgam, to set it consciously. Here's how to practice it. When something good happens, whisper to yourself, "The world is taking care of me." When something unwanted happens, still remind yourself, "Everything is unfolding the way it should." At first, this may feel like just words, but over time, it becomes natural. It becomes a habit. And once it settles into your subconscious, it starts shaping your entire reality. This is the Golden Amalgam. You could choose one of the following: My world chooses the best for me. When I go with the Alternatives Flow, the world meets me halfway. I create the layer of my world with intention. My world protects me. My world eliminates my problems. My world takes care of things so that my life is easy and comfortable. I place an order and my world fulfills it. I might not know how to take care of myself for the best, but my world does know. Everything that happens contributes towards the realization of my intention, and everything happens as it should. You can even create a new unique amalgam, or several for that matter. I should emphasize though that the most important thing is to be patient and not tired of stating the Amalgam Formula at every convenient instance. Persistence. Persistent effort is only required initially, until it becomes habit. From there onwards, it is all plain sailing. This simple technique is the key to a force more powerful than you would ever expect. You control reality by controlling your relationship to the world. The dual mirror will embody into physical reality areas of the Alternatives space in which the world takes care of your welfare. With time, you will create a very cozy reality. Prepare yourself for a magnificent cascade of pleasant events. I am not overexaggerating for a moment. The layer of your world will literally become transformed in front of your very eyes. You will be surprised at how quickly things start to change, and in this moment you will realize that you will never look at the mirror of the world in the same way again. You will have experienced the rising wind of change. The wind will take care of you. You can be sure of that. In any circumstances, even the most minor confirm you amalgam formula. It does not matter what is happening, whether it is something good or bad. When something fortunate happens, do not forget to tell yourself that the world really is taking care of you. Cite this confirmation at every minor detail of life. When you come up against something that might disappoint you, make sure that even so you tell yourself that everything is unfolding as it should. According to the principle of the coordination of intention. However circumstances unfold, your reaction must be unwavering. The world is always looking after you, no matter what. If something happens and you are lucky, pay particular attention to what is happening, and if you are not lucky, observe the principle of the coordination of intention, and that way you will always remain on a successful Lifeline. You do not have to know what dangers the world is protecting you from or by what means it does so. Place your trust in the world. It is essential that you learn to trust. When a person finds themselves in a difficult position, they are more inclined to rely on themselves than hope things will turn out for the best. An adult will always insist, 'I can do it myself,' so the world places them down on the ground and gives the opportunity to manage on their own. 'OK, OK, my darling, run along without my help then.' Break the ice of mistrust. Every time you face a problem, even if it is relatively minor, say to yourself: 'I let my world take care of me.' This does not mean that you should do absolutely nothing and sit there with your arms folded. It is a matter of adopting the thought that everything will turn out well of its own accord by default. The mirror will reflect your perception flawlessly. If that is how you perceive it to be, then let it be so. Make a habit of allowing the world to take care of you, from the tiny details of everyday life to the most important issues in your life. If you have walked out of the door without an umbrella and it looks as if it might rain, do not head back inside. Tell yourself, "My world and I are going for a walk." Tell your world, "You will look after me, won't you?" Your world will of course answer you, "Of course, my darling." You can boldly rely on your world. It will not rain, and if it does, the world will provide you with somewhere to shelter just in time. If things do not turn out so successfully, do not be offended or doubt bitterly whether the world takes care of you. Remember that you are standing in from of a mirror. All the mirror does is reflect your mental outlook, no more and no less. There is no point in getting upset, and even less so on battling with your doubts. It is useless. Leave room for mistakes and setbacks. The most important thing is to hold to your overall course. You can rely on the world for all sorts of things if you allow it to take care of you. People are not capable of solving all their own problems. Give them to the world to deal with, for the world has immeasurably greater capacity to solve them than you do. For example, you cannot avoid all threats with the help of inner intention because the layer of your world intersects with numerous other layers. From this moment onwards, whatever happens, make it a rule to consciously control your outlook on life. It does not matter that right at this very moment things are not as good as you would like them to be; things are not actually that bad, and they certainly could be a lot worse. There are no stones dropping from the sky, the earth is not in flames under your feet, and there are no wild animals chasing you. Indeed, the world has changed considerably since you cooled your relationship to it. Do you remember how it used to cradle you in its arms? Feed you with Grandma's cakes, and tell you stories. Then you grew up, and a wall of estrangement appeared between you and the outside world. Warm spontaneity grew into estrangement, trust was replaced with fear, and friendship turned into cold calculation. Yet the world did not get angry and turn its back on you. It simply went quiet, and walked beside you deep in thought, like an old friend offended by a cold welcome. Look around you. Your world is still taking care of you. He planted these flowers and these trees for you. You do not pay any attention to the sun, sky, or clouds, but imagine what life would be like if they were not there. In the evenings after a hard day's work, you can enjoy a moment of relaxation and comfort whilst outside it pours down with rain and a cold wind blows. The world still feeds you and puts you to bed. The world looks at you and sighs in longing for those happier times. Yet you turn away and fall asleep, thoroughly convinced that world is not what it used to be and that the past can never be retrieved. The world has not changed, just as a mirror never changes. It is your relationship to the world that has changed, and with it, reality as a reflection of your thoughts. Now rouse yourself, open your eyes, Sit up in the bed and look about you. It is the same world as it was before that took care of you and with whom you once so enjoyed spending time. Imagine how delighted the world will be when you finally come round from the illusion. Now you are together again, and everything will be as it used to. Never again must you offend this old faithful servant with your thankless attitude. Most importantly, Do not hurry, for according to the Third Mirror Principle, he needs time to get back to his former self. Initially, you will need to show patience and self-control. You have to understand that this is part of your specific work on shaping your reality. When a person falls into despair, the dark clouds in the mirror gather even more. If you take an aggressive stance, the world will instantly put its hackles up. You may notice that when you got into an argument with someone and sharply express your discontent, something else equally as unpleasant will follow on just soon afterwards. The more irritated you get, the the more insolently new problems seem to cling to you. Everyone will annoy you with something. People are attached to the mirror by the threads of importance, for everything that happens in the mirror represents our life, and so has great personal significance. People either like what they see or they do not. Either way, the content of their thoughts corresponds with the reflection, which continues to strengthen the existing situation. A person will be dependent on their surrounding reality to the extent that the image is controlled by its reflection. The greater the intensity of your feelings, the more powerful your attachment to the mirror. It does not matter what you are thinking about something. What is important is what you are thinking about. Whether you like the reflection or not, you are still focusing on it. Only the content of the thoughts has any meaning. Aversion is always focused outside of ourselves. Leave me alone, or I am so sick of it all. Irrespective of its nature, your relationship is still focused on the object of your dissatisfaction. The passionate feeling which is born of unity of heart and mind gives the image sharp contours, and as a result, the reflection begins to be dominated by everything that corresponds to the content of the image. This is why the poor get poorer and the rich get richer. People admire themselves in the mirror of life, and each subjectively states what their reality looks like. This reality pulls you in like a swamp. It is like the old woman in the queue waiting to pick up her pension, or a tired woman carrying heavy bags in a crowded bus, or a sick person being passed from one clinic to another. It is their thoughts that keep them tied to their gloomy reality, At the same time, someone else is enjoying life: the sea, yachts, travel, posh hotels, expensive restaurants, whatever their heart desires. In every case, whatever the nature of the circumstances, the same fact is stated: this is how we live. Whereas it should be, we live in the manner in which we think about our existence. The mirror confirms and and continues to strengthen the content of our thought forms. The standard objection to this explanation is that supposedly the starting conditions are different for everyone. One person is born in poverty while another person inherits a fortune. Of course, the starting point counts for a lot and determines how the image of one's life will initially be positioned and how it will develop later. But it does not mean that every totally depends on the startup capital. There are loads of examples of how people who were born into the lowest levels of poverty ended up in the highest circles of society and vice versa. Perhaps these are just the rare examples that prove the rule. That may be true, and yet, if it is possible for there to be an exception, the rule cannot be as immutable as you might think. Whatever dark hole you might find yourself in, know this: you can change everything And what is more, you can change is radically. It does not matter that you may have absolutely no idea of how to bring about that change. You do not have to be able to see a specific way out. The solution will present itself. You think you are at the power of circumstances, you are incapable of changing. Yet this is an illusion, a sham that you can easily destroy if you want to. The thing is that we are all subconsciously walking around in a closed circle. We observe reality, we express our attitude towards it, the mirror consolidates the content of our attitude in reality. In order to transform reality, all we have to do is break the circle. You look at the reality of your world and you feel as if change is impossible. And in some ways it is, because you try to influence your reflection with inner intention. Which does not have the power to significantly change anything. There are too few opportunities this side of this mirror. On the other hand, you do have the capacity to control your relationship to reality, and then outer intention can take things into its hands. There is nothing outer intention cannot do. There are alternatives to the development of events on the other side of the mirror of which the human mind could not even conceive. In order to launch the mechanism of outer intention, the fifth mirror principle has to be fulfilled: switch your attention from the reflection to the image. In other words, you have to take control of your thoughts. Think about what you want and are striving to achieve rather than the things you do not want or try to avoid. Look once again at the closed circle formula. People literally move around the mirror circle, like a donkey chasing a carrot on a stick. Attached to the mirror with its attitude, a primitive response to reality, the donkey tries just as unpretentiously to catch up the reflection in his striving to change something. Now let us see what happens if we reverse the mirror circle. We express our attitude. The mirror consolidates the content of our attitude in reality. We observe reality. So where does that get us? The primitive and impotent statement concerning the reflection ends and is replaced by an intentional and goal-directed statement of the image. Rather than habitually expressing dissatisfaction at what I see in the mirror, I turn, begin, create an image of what I would like to see. This is the way out of the mirror maze. The world stops and then comes out to meet me. I am not running anymore. I am standing still. And watching reality come to me, and a different wind in blowing in my face. Now it is the wind of outer intention. This time I did everything the other way around. I ceased the futile chase after my own reflection, let go of the world and let it turn by itself in accordance with my thoughts. The mirror circle is still a closed circle, only now I am not turning circles. The circle spins by itself driven by the power of outer intention. Outer intention substituted my inner intention, because I abandoned the attempt to influence the reflection. I simply form a deliberate and desired image in my mind, and the dual mirror realizes the corresponding sector of the alternative space into reality. The only difficulty lies in the fact that the situation will appear strange. It is strange that the element, uh, we observe reality, is placed at the very end of the circle. People are more accustomed to behaving according to the rule of "what I see is what I bang on about." They send their attitude out into the world, and the world returns a watered-down version, like an echo: "I really hope it is not going to rain." "Rain, rain." "I do not want to study." "Study, study." "I do not want to work." work, work. As a result, the purified content of an attitude is what is materialized as physical reality. You can imagine the kind of monologue the mirror would be having, tired of all the confusion: You do not feel well. Okay, so what do you need in order to feel better? You do not want to do what you are doing now. Perhaps then you could deign to explain to me what you do want. You do not like what you have now. Then tell me, dear, what do you want? It is very simple. You have to change the negative attitude to a positive one. Make an inventory of your thoughts and remove all the 'not' particles: dissatisfaction, reluctance, disapproval, hate, lack of belief in success, etc. All these emotions have to be shoved into a rubbish sack and disposed of at the dump. Your thoughts should be attuned to the things you do want and like. Then only pleasant things will be reflected in the mirror. It needs to be understood that a favorable reality will not be created instantly. It requires patience and awareness. Nothing will be the same again. Now you no longer react to the reality of your life, you take command and deliberately send your— however, be prepared for there to be a period of time in which you do not notice any change in the layer of your world. Or the opposite might happen: there will be change, but problems will creep out from under the floorboards just to spite you. Why? These are just temporary inconveniences related to the move to a new level of relationship with reality. You will recall that the mirror works with a delay factor. You just have to stick to your guns, no matter what, and quietly hold the pause whilst nothing is happening. It should literally be like in the fairy tale: "If you look around, you will turn to stone." I let whatever is going on in the mirror in the meantime be, for I know that the mirror does not have any choice. Sooner or later, it will have to start reflecting the image I create in my thoughts if I do not succumb to temptation of looking round, and am resolute my reality will be created in the mirror. Everything will be the way I want it to be. Your mental outlook should be as it would be if you already had what you want or are just about to receive it. Remember, the mirror materializes whatever is contained in your thoughts. For example, if you are dissatisfied with your external appearance, you take no pleasure in admiring your reflection in the mirror. All your attention is focused on the less attractive traits that you dislike about yourself and which you state in your mind. You have to understand that what is reflected in the mirror of the world is your relation— Make it a new rule not to look into the mirror of the world, but to glance or peep into it. Ignore the negative stuff and search for the good, and let everything you perceive pass through this filter. Concentrate your attention on what you want. What did you do previously? You made a statement of fact: I am fat and ugly, I do not like myself like this. The mirror consolidates this fact. It is true, you are those things. Now you have a different task: to search only for the wanted traits in yourself and simultaneously create a picture in your thoughts of your desired image. From this moment, this is all you do. You just look for constant confirmation of positive change. Things get better every day. If you practice this technique regularly, you will soon be left with your jaw dropping from surprise. Imagine this. You walk into a store. The salesman approaches and immediately starts offering you clothes. He explains how good they look on you, how well they fit, how perfectly they suit you. The human mind is designed so that when external information comes in, it always seeks to explain. So, your mind immediately switches on its analytical device, reasoning: "Yes, these clothes really do suit me." At this moment, you are deeply asleep. You don't hear the subtle voice of the soul. That voice may be weak, almost oppressed, giving you a sense of unease, as if something is not right. But the mind is loud; it speaks with confidence, listing the advantages, convincing you to agree. The real task is this: how do you hear the voice of the soul? First, you must wake up. Try this experiment: go to a store intending to buy something, But instead of acting unconsciously, turn on your awareness. Step down into the auditorium of your own mind. Before, you were fully absorbed in the scene, playing on stage as if inside the game. Now, take the role of both player and viewer. Watch the scene from outside. When the salesman begins to load you with persuasion, notice what happens. Observe how your mind draws conclusions, how it builds its reasoning. Then look deeper inside yourself. Do you feel joy and confidence that this item is truly yours, or do you feel oppression, duty, and pressure to buy simply because your mind insists it is right? The key is to wake up, but it isn't easy. Each time you enter a situation, especially a negative one, you tend to become completely immersed. You fall into a dream again, no longer observing yourself, just playing unconsciously on stage. Awareness must be trained into a habit. This is much harder than it seems. Suppose in the morning you give yourself a promise: I will remain aware all day. I will observe myself. I will ask: What am I doing? Why am I doing it? Am I asleep or awake? In practice, you will forget within minutes. Only later, after being lost in the play, Will you remember: 'Ah, I was asleep, I was not aware, I didn't hear the voice of the soul.' To develop awareness, you need a reminder, a hook. For example, wear a ring. Whenever you notice the ring on your hand, shake off detachment and ask: 'Am I asleep, or am I aware of myself and my surroundings?' Little by little, this builds awareness. The advantage of awareness is great. While people around you, at work, at home, in society, remain asleep, you begin to see reality from the outside. You understand motivations, you see what drives people, you hold the bigger picture in your hands. Another advantage appears. When you observe the feelings of your soul, you realize the soul does not argue or calculate, it simply knows. It says yes or no, it either accepts or rejects. So, when you face a decision, don't only think, also feel. If your heart feels oppressed, it is a no. If your heart feels calm, light, or joyful, it is a yes. This inner compass saves you from countless mistakes. It protects you from unnecessary problems. Listening to the heart gives you your true path, the one meant for you. Notice, when you set a goal, or dream, the mind will become very convincing. It will describe the advantages, painting the goal in bright colors. But instead of just listening to the mind, imagine yourself in the position of the person who has already achieved the dream. Ask, how do I feel in that reality? Do I feel joy, rapture, expansion? Or do I feel heaviness, duty, or discomfort? This state of inner comfort is the true criterion Of a goal's authenticity, the soul may not always know exactly what it wants, but it always knows what it does not want. It will tell you if you listen. Step back into the auditorium, observe the reasoning of the mind, and feel the whisper of the soul hidden deep inside. It sounds simple, but people rarely do it. Most ignore their feelings, rarely hearing the voice of their heart. Humanity as a whole lives in unconscious dreaming, and this immersion deepens day by day. So, how do you define your true purpose? Do not let the mind alone choose. The mind cannot discover your path. It can only recycle old information. The soul's way is different. Expand your horizons. Go to places you've never been. See what you've never seen. Give your soul new material to respond to. If it sings with joy, you will know this is the right path. Unite, the soul sings, the heart claps, and the mind rubs its hands in satisfaction. Then you know. There is no doubt, no hesitation, you simply know. Now, how do you move toward your goals? Use the practice of the slide, create in your imagination, A picture where the goal has already been achieved. Live inside it. Experience it as though it is already real. But here lies the challenge. The mind doubts. It says, nothing is happening. I've been imagining this for so long, but there is no progress. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. When doubts arise—what if nothing works out? Are we moving in the right direction?—the mind begins to steer the ship left and right. If you give in to weakness and abandon your dream, your ship may completely change course. But imagine this: your task is to sail to Antarctica. What course do you keep? Very simple. South. At that time, I thought, "But I am not a genius. How could I possibly write a bestseller?" Yet with courage, blind faith, and persistence, the reality eventually aligned with the vision. If you rely only on common sense, you will be limited to what is already known and achievable. Through ordinary effort. If you unconsciously immerse yourself in the mirror labyrinth, focusing on crises, negativity, or fears, your thought forms
