78 Days of Practical Reality Transurfing by Vadim Zeland Day 69 Idealization

Renee Garcia explains Vadim Zeland's concept of idealization: when you over-value people or outcomes, you create excess potential that reality collapses to balance. A partner seen as perfect, a dream job inflated in your mind, strong aversion to something—all trigger the opposite. Keep your thoughts grounded and balanced to avoid the crash.

So with that, I will get started. Day 69, Idealization. Let's see what he's got for us today. When a person creates their own myths, sooner or later they are always dispelled. If you don't want to experience disappointment, observe the The 3 don'ts rule. Whatever happens, don't increase your levels of attributed importance. Nothing is quite as important as it would wish to appear. Don't make an idol of anyone. They are much more earthbound than they look. Don't sugarcoat reality. Everything is really quite prosaic. Strive always to evaluate reality in a sober manner. I don't know, I sugarcoat reality and it works for me. Let's see his interpretation. When you think that there is something somewhere which does not actually exist, excess potential appears, creating a distortion in the surrounding energy field. Balancing forces try to eliminate the heterogeneity, and in the majority of cases, they're Action is aimed at debunking the myth. For example, a young romantic dreamy lad imagines the object of his love to be an angel of pure beauty. In reality, it turns out that she is a very down-to-earth young lady who loves her fun and is not remotely inclined to share the tragic dreaming of the starry-eyed youth. Or a woman paints a mental portrait of her ideal husband. The firmer her belief that he should be exactly as she has pictured him, the more powerful the excess potential that is created. Only a character with completely the opposite qualities can discharge it, and vice versa. If a woman really detests drunkenness and rudeness, she will fall into the trap of finding someone who is an alcoholic or an outright yob. Oh my gosh! People attract the things they actively dislike and vice versa. If they begin to idealize something excessively, balancing forces will force them to face a harsh reality. Oh my God, it's so good. Um, oh, what do I even have to say about this? Well, first of all, I wholeheartedly agree with what Vadim is saying here about, um, idolizing someone, right? I do not like, I get so many people messaging me and saying things, and I really, really appreciate it. And I love that you guys think that I'm whatever you think that I am, but I'm just a normal fucking person. Excuse my language. Like, I really do not— seeing that kind of stuff, I appreciate it on one hand. On the other hand, it kind of makes me a little uncomfortable because first of all, I'm just not really used to it, but Second of all, I'm like, "Dude, don't create excess potential about me!" And my boyfriend and I actually say that to each other a lot, we're like, "Hey, you're creating excess potential about me!" Keep your thoughts about your reality and the people in it, especially the people you look up to, grounded, right? As soon as you start to elevate yourself and your thoughts on somebody or something or an event or your reality as you're experiencing it or whatever— You are creating excess potential. I have blown minds before by, you know, shocking people when they find out that I'm just a normal person. Vadim Zeland is just a normal person. Celebrities are just normal people going on vacation, buying a luxury vacation somewhere and then showing up and you're like, oh wow, well this actually isn't that cool, right? All of that stuff. Stuff is like Excess Potential 101! Always approach something from a place that you're seeing it from a balanced perspective where you're not inviting in balancing forces! As long as you can do this, you can continue on with your stable, steady way of thinking, your steady thought quality to where you're not doing some crazy like— You know, and I've seen a lot of people come to Reality Transurfing and do this! They're like "Oh my God, this is great! This is great, I'm gonna do it!" You know, and then there's the dip and the depression, and they're doing this! Just get into a place where you sort of create your own reality, but you're okay with the flow of events in whatever direction they sort of go! You don't have importance either way, right? You don't have importance on something being— overly good, and you don't have Importance on something not playing out in the manner that you intend, and then needing to rectify it immediately and having Importance on that part of your reality performing in a way that is up to your expectation. This is all excess potential stuff. So, I can't even really remember what the original lesson was about, but I hope I broke it down for you guys. And I hope you enjoyed this video! Remember to like it! And comment below "Everything is going according to plan" or "My world is taking care of me" and I just might pull your name today to win some of these! So, thank you so much for watching, everyone! Peace!
