A Tale of Practical Reality Transurfing By Renee Garcia and Lucy Cultrera

Renee Garcia and Lucy Cultrera created an "anti-book" on Reality Transurfing that releases chapter-by-chapter with exercises, audio, and community support instead of a static text. They share how Outer Intention and playing a character shifted their lives: Renee surrendered after a deprivation-tank insight, Lucy moved from editing to coaching by embodying the role.

Hello, hello, hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia. And I'm Lucy Cultrera. And this is Transurfing TV! So, I'm a little bit like thrown off, because obviously, I've never had a guest on Transurfing TV! It's always just been me, except for when I obviously do podcasts, but we have actually come together to talk about the book, finish the book, promote the book. And I know we asked if anyone had any questions, nobody really wrote in with any questions, so we're just gonna ask each other questions about the book! Because we're kinda into it! So, like, the first question I really wanna ask you, Lucy, is— Like, how awesome is this book?
This book is really awesome.
It's like— it's—
it is very awesome. And that's what all the reviews say. All of our shadow selves that we brought along, our audience, all says that the book is awesome.
Me and Lucy, we don't have just one shadow self. We both, between the two of us, we have like multiple shadow selves.
We each have two and they've all come out to play.
So, we are here with our Shadow Self to tell you about this book and how this book is going to be more than just a book. It's really gonna be an experience, it's gonna be something that is a very new concept, I think. And for those of you that have not purchased a course, or even finished Reality Transurfing Steps I-V in its entirety, I think this book is gonna be— a real benefit to anyone that's interested in taking their Transurfing game to the next level. So, it's gonna be kinda like a course in itself. It's gonna be more than just something that you read, it's gonna be an actual experience. So, we have come to talk about the book awkwardly in the dungeon.
In the Transurfing dungeon.
Yes! Before we get started, a quick message from our sponsors.
Cheers!
Cheers! Spirities Cocktails, the first non-alcoholic beverage of its kind. It's a cocktail that has no alcohol in it, and it's in a can, and it's pre-made, and you can get it on Amazon.
And it's made with real spirits distilled from tea.
Yes.
I'm drinking the Mindful Apricot Sour, and it's quite delicious.
And I'm drinking the margarita. So if you're still addicted to drugs and alcohol after, um, reading Transurfing, you're still struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, maybe incorporate some spirities into your daily routine.
That'll help you kick that along with 'A Tale of Practical Transurfing', I think will bring you into the world of recovery and sobriety. Join us!
So, I'm kind of actually reconsidering at this point if this was a good idea or not. I kinda feel like it really was, but now that we're actually sitting here, I'm starting to rethink things. I'm like, "Well, did we actually have to do this? Could we have just put like a picture of us up?" and like wrote something.
Well, you know, I think your audience— your audience loves you and they love your personality. And the beauty of the book is that I think we did a really, really good job of making sure that that came through in the voice and in the— yeah, in the book. And like, that's sort of what makes it special, is, you know, it's not— it's not necessarily perfect formulaic writing. It's you. And that was a really smooth transition, wasn't it? But, you know, my point, I guess, is that I think your audience loves you, and that's like, that's the beauty of it. And so that was the whole point of the book, and that's like what we've been able to do. And I think that's why it's so special and why everyone's going to really love it.
Well, I really appreciate that, and I believe that you're right. That— not about the part of everybody loving you. I think that— I mean, okay, I understand like why people like tune in to watching me. And it's pretty much because I'm just like, "Even if I'm nervous, even if I don't know exactly what it is that I'm doing or why I'm doing it, I'm putting myself out there." And this is really something that has come together, especially in the last few months of this project. Of understanding the value of making moves when you do not have it figured out. Like, still continuing to just take steps in the direction, whatever you can think of, whatever you feel called to do, even if it doesn't necessarily seem in line with what you've seen other people do to achieve an outcome, but just like— I kind of feel blown away, actually, by this whole process of realizing that the book did not need to be done in a conventional way.
Yeah.
And coming to the realization that that was not only going to liberate me from feeling as though I had to, like, stuff myself into a box in certain ways to get this done, But in turn, also realizing that this was going to absolutely benefit the reader, or the one taking this journey, or embarking on this adventure, which is what it's going to be.
Yeah.
And I think that, um, Lucy— and we'll talk about what it is that— you're bringing and what it is you do exactly. But for me, like, you really have been the missing piece, because up until this point, I've had some tremendous help from people in getting me up to the point where I did realize this new way in which I wanted to— "Finish this thing!" And meeting you, and you coming into the picture and working with me in a way that was very much alternative was like, "I realize that I'm not insane in my desire to do things differently, that there's also other people in the world that wanna come together for creative—" collaborations, and see, in the spirit of Transurfing, like how things can roll out. And what has transpired now, what has come together, I am so fucking proud of! Like, I think it's just gonna be really, really heavy-hitting. It's everything that I wanted it to be, and I feel that the— the viewer, or the reader is going to like, or the listener is gonna agree that it's spectacular and it's unique. And that's really what I wanted to have happen. But, you know— and I've talked a lot about this in my videos and in my time in this community, that I've been sort of a lone wolf, wolf and kind of doing my own thing. But now I really am understanding the power in coming together with another Transurfer to materialize something that I couldn't necessarily formulate entirely on my own. So, yeah.
It's helpful to have the back and forth. I think it— you know, in the same way that— having new experiences and opening yourself up to new experiences sort of like exponentially brings in more experiences, like as you get further and deeper into the alternative space is what it feels like to me, right? It's like I have to put myself new places to have opportunities to do new things. In that same way, I think working with other people who sort of share the same ideas and ways of moving through the world, it's like being able to collaborate in that way, I think, can open both people up to new ideas and new possibilities around sort of like what's even possible. Yes. And that's been a really fun— I think that's been like a really fun process. At least for me, it has been.
It's like you're throwing yourself into the Alternative Space even more. Yeah. Like there's even more— there's even more release from your own Inner Intention, because you're including the intention and the openness from another person to help you materialize something. And it's like it's Outer Intention magnified, really, is what it comes down to. And it's kind of been very eye-opening to me, because it's helped me to really touch on this idea so— viscerally and powerfully that things do not need to be done in that conventional formula, that the way that— When I started with the book idea, I went about it in all the wrong ways, thinking, "Oh, well, this is the way that it's done!" Right? And let's face it, I mean, how many people are even buying books these days? And the whole— the whole, the whole system is sort of evolving anyway with Kindle and all that kind of stuff. So why not just take it a step further and like have an anti-book?
An anti-book, that's what it is. Well, and you know, I mean, you have to get close enough to what you don't want to know then what you do want. Like some, you know, and, and I think that that's one of the other benefits of working with, you know, another person and maybe multiple people is sort of being able to discern, oh 'That actually doesn't feel right now that I've tried it,' or 'This actually does feel right.' You know, I— my experience, uh, getting into Transurfing and sort of fine-tuning my Transurfing skills has been that a lot of the— a lot of how I put myself and move myself in the right direction is based off of feeling and like intuition and my own discernment. And it's like I have to, one, trust that I know that I'm gonna be taken care of, and if something doesn't turn out, that I'll end up in a better place, right? But also that, like, I know what's right for me because I can feel it, and because I'm aligned with my soul fraile. And so as long as I'm, like, staying in alignment with that, staying in touch with the alternative space, like, I can feel which direction I should be moving. But I think I started saying that because I think like working with other people and trying things that like don't end up being the right fit, it's all, it's all still leading you in the right direction, you know. And that is actually kind of, you know, to tie it into the book, that's a lot of what your story tells or shows is that you're always being taken care of. And if you pay attention, the guiding signs are always there, you know. And maybe you took the hard route and it would've been easier if you had, like, listened, you know, or whatever. But they're always there.
But there's still positive. Yeah. There's still positive gains. I think that looking back on— and I touched on this in the first video that I did on the book, that looking back on my life retrospectively and seeing things that I went through, really hard experiences at the time, and— Things that didn't make sense, or things that left me with a feeling of confusion or victimization, or anything that was perceived negative at the time, now I get to look back on it and be like, "I'm using that to relay my story so the reader, the listener can benefit." And it parallels— how the book actually even came to be, right? I look back on those challenges that I went through at the onset where I believe most people probably would've thrown in the towel, right? Or thought, "Oh, this isn't for me," or, "I can't do this," or, "I'm in over my head." I mean, there were a number of times that I did absolutely feel in over my head, or that the task was just too— too much, or too big, or too complex, or too whatever. And now, looking back on it, I'm like, I'm so happy that I have the Transurfing tools, I had the Transurfing tools to actually get me through those moments and help me to understand and navigate the situation using the concepts to actually— get to a place of completion. Not that the book's completed, because it's not 100% completed. It's written, but we're going to bring it out in pieces. But me looking back, I had no idea that it would play out like this, but I worked with the concepts as I was moving through this space, and the product— The end product is, in my opinion, 100 times better than a conventional book. It's like you really don't have to see— it is so true what Vadim Zeland says in The Big Book, you do not have to see all the points along the way. You get to go through it kinda like you're going through a dark tunnel at night, and you don't know exactly when you're gonna come out or what's gonna be on the other side. But it's there. Yeah. And it's about just continuing to move.
Yeah. And maybe you could, maybe you could elaborate for folks on which specific concepts you felt like were most helpful throughout the process.
I definitely think, um, two, two concepts for sure. The first being like really listening to my heart. There were times that, you know, it's challenging when you do something new and you don't know the lay of the land, and you don't understand what it is you're doing, or how to get from point A to point B. And then you gain access to information, maybe like something isn't working exactly how you thought it's gonna work. Your heart will tell you exactly when. It's not going in the right direction. My challenge in the beginning was the business side of my mind wanted to override the voice of my heart, and I kept kind of like, "No, let's just give it a little more time," or, "Let's just see if it plays out." But in the end, I always— I had it right. It was always going to go to the next step, and that wasn't going to be the way that the thing was gonna materialize. But as I've moved through this, it's been more and more clear to me the value in listening, "Okay, this is the new move to make. This is the new direction to take. This is how it needs to be done. Maybe this other way is just a trope, and it's old, and it's stale." And my heart definitely, when I did listen, led me in the right direction. And then, obviously, the Alternatives Flow, that's a big one. And letting Outer Intention come to my assistance rather than me attempting to hold on to some version of it being completed, how it was gonna be completed, and like continuing to fuckin'— try to like hammer that thing in, you know. And the times that I was trying to hammer it in, like, it just wasn't working.
So yeah, reality will tell you really clearly when something's not going to work, you know, cuz then the challenges just keep propping up. And it's like, you can listen the first time, or it'll just keep telling you until you decide to listen. And, uh, Yeah, yeah, that's been my experience too, is like if I really, if I take the time to tune in to my soul frill and make sure that I continue to, yeah, that I check in with myself and that I really trust myself when something doesn't feel good. I guess that's what I'm trying to say. Like I know it and all the, but the programming comes in and then I go, but it's supposed to look like this, or but, you know, what might happen. It might not work. I might fail, you know, and all of that stuff comes in. And I— it's, it's— that's the— I mean, that's a big challenge. And for me, at least, is being like really trusting that I'm going to be taken care of no matter what. And, and that I actually do know— I do know it's there. I can feel it as long as I listen and I trust and I trust it.
Yeah, listening is really a big, a big thing. I mean, how this project, like the genesis of this project, at a certain point, after I'd actually written the book, I had given up on it entirely. Like, I thought that the 100,000 words that I had written were just gonna get junked, and the whole project, like I just wasn't gonna do it. And I let go at a certain point, and I was just like, "You know what?" "I'm just gonna let go of this, and whatever happens, happens." And I really did just kind of throw it to Outer Intention, throw it to the Alternative Space, with the willingness to let it go entirely as well. And this idea of doing the book like this came to me the second time that I went into one of those deprivation tanks. We're actually gonna go do that just in a couple hours. But I got into this deprivation tank, and I was like, "Holy shit! This is like a direct connection to the Alternative Space!" Because there's no— you're completely cut off from any sensory input. You can't hear anything, you can't see anything, it's pitch dark. And I just laid there, and I wasn't even trying to think about the book at all. I wasn't really trying to think about anything. But all of a sudden, the information just came to me, like boom! "You're gonna release this chapter by chapter. It's gonna be in a book." in an alternative way. It's gonna be an alternative version of storytelling. You're gonna weave story with theory, and it's going to be fucking epic!" And that was me letting go entirely and letting the answer come to me. And that's kinda how it came. And then I was like, "Oh, Lucy's contacted me and asked me if I needed any help," and I told her my idea, and she was just like, "Let's fucking do it!" So, it's been pretty, like, just perfect kind of synchronization. So, why don't you just tell whoever's watching a little bit about you, and maybe what also appealed to you about this project that's in line with what it is that you do and what it is that you offer? Because who knows, maybe somebody out there might— actually need your help on something as well.
Yeah. Um, well, so formally, I guess I would say I'm a book editor and a writing coach, though I'm not sure that that really, uh, captures all of what I do. I don't know what editor brings to mind for folks, but my focus really is on working with writers to help them, um, reveal and then trust their, their voice, their writing voices. You know, this sort of the— I guess what I believe, what I really, really believe is that everyone has their own unique voice and their own unique stories to tell. And what sort of distinguishes art that resonates with people, writing that resonates with people, from writing that kind of just goes like, okay, whatever, another good book, is that like, is the artist's or the writer's alignment with their Soul Fraile, to use Reality Transurfing language. And in doing this work— So, I've been doing it— I mean, I've been an editor for 10 years, but I've been doing it full-time for the last 6 months or so, and I've really thrown myself into it. Reality Transurfing was a huge part of my decision to do that. To really trust that, like, hey, I think I have this thing that, like, might be able to benefit people, that might be useful to folks. And, and instead of going, you know, actually, and I'll try not to get too far into my, my personal history, but when I first decided to be an editor, I went the direction of Googling, okay, well, how do I do that? Like, I was like, well, I want to read for a living. I love reading and I love writing. How do I do that for a living? I went down that rabbit hole on the internet and I was like, you know, how do people I'll do this. And none of the routes, none of the conventional routes really appealed to me. And also the sort of job description of editor didn't really resonate with me because I was like, you know, I don't mind doing the line editing stuff, right? Like, I'll clean up grammar, I'll clean up syntax, and I'll do that. But like, the real sort of like beauty in the work for me, like what brings me so much joy, is like helping people trust themselves, right? Because then the good writing just happens naturally. Like, that's what I've seen. It's like, I don't need to be super directive. All I need to do is give people exercises and feedback and have these kinds of conversations that help them get really clear about what they're trying to say, and then trust that they should be saying it, you know, that they, that they have a story to tell and they have like a voice that is their own. Um, so that's sort of like the focus of my work. Um, and I, yeah, I decided to move into it 6 months ago, and somewhere along the line I heard you say that you were writing a book, and I remember thinking like, well, you know, I don't know, might as well shoot my shot. And I think I just like sent you a DM on Instagram and And then the Transurfing concepts, tools that I used, I think, in the process of kind of like getting in on this project, but also like building up my editing career, has been knowing that like, I know the feeling that I'm looking for. Like, I know the feeling of the work that I'm looking for. And so the sort of specifics matter less to me. So for a while, you know, I held, again, Transurfing concept, like I had this goal slide in my head that was like, I know that I'm sitting across from the table from someone who is, you know, into the same stuff I'm into, has the same kind of like creative energy, the same kind of high frequency, the same kind of like investment in like bringing knowledge that's going to like wake people up and deprogram people into the world. I knew that that's who I wanted to be working with. I knew that it looked like me sitting across from the table and being like, "Here are your pages. Let's really fucking get into this." I know the feeling of that goal slide, and I held onto that. And so it mattered less to me what specifically it looked like because I knew that that was the thing that aligned with me, and if I continued to sort of move in the direction of of doing work that felt like that, you know, that I would end up where I needed to be. So I think I just sent you a DM. And then I also, I went to a writing retreat and I was like, all right, well, I haven't heard anything. I fully dropped importance on it. Like, I fully dropped any expectations that something was going to come to fruition. And because the thing is that I, you know, I would have bought your book either way. And like, I remember thinking like, I'm gonna read it either way. So, you know, and I think then I came back from being off the grid for about a week, and in that week, you know, not quite a deprivation tank but similar, I was completely off the grid and I was really just like tapped in. And I left and I got an email from you when I, when I left the retreat that was like, hey, you want to meet? Yeah, it's pretty amazing.
I'm starting to really I'm starting to really get into— and I know this sounds crazy, because I've been Transurfing for so long, but like letting what it is that you're intended to— what you need to materialize, your intentions, right? What is going to come to you, obviously, Outer Intention stuff, and solutions to challenges or "problems" and all that kind of stuff. This has been, like you were talking about, really getting into a place of trust, knowing that even if the thing doesn't work out, it's for a very specific reason, and there's going to be a benefit there somewhere. Or it's going to lead you to the next thing that is the thing that's ultimately intended for you. But I think even going, like, a level deeper than that, what has been very loud in the last 6 months for me is this idea to remain open to it coming in an alternate way, for it to be something alternative, something that doesn't look— like, because we oftentimes— And we're humans. I mean, we're forming our— we have expectations and calculations of how we think things are gonna go and how things are gonna look and all that. And if we can really start to let some of that go and open ourselves to, "Okay, this is gonna look totally different. I don't know how it's gonna look, but I'm open to it," not discounting, not— saying, "Oh, well, that would be silly." I mean, I'm actually kind of surprised that I haven't had one hater yet say, "It's not even a real book," or something like that.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, I'm kind of waiting for that. But, like, that to me, in my initial thought of doing it like this, like, my thought was kind of like, "Well, but that's not even a real book." Yeah. But then I stopped myself and I was like, But why does it have to be? Right? Why does it have to be? Who— what programming? Who has convinced me that it has to be a specific way? Like, I am the creator of my reality. This book can be anything that I want it to be. I actually remember, probably about 10 years ago, there was— I don't know if you remember it, but there was this actor, James Franco. You know James Franco? Yeah. A collaboration with this art gallery in New York where they made invisible artwork. Do you remember that? No! Okay. So, they made this invisible artwork, and it was amazing! They had, like, these little description cards. I actually have them. These little description cards that tell you what the piece looks like. Wow! And they're like these massive— it's 40 feet long and 100 feet wide. High, and it's got the illusion of glass, but when you touch it, it gives like this full description. But it's not real, right? It's totally your imagination. You're supposed to hang the little thing up on a wall like it's actually there, but it's not. And they sold these for like $500 or $1,000, and I bought one. I bought one for like $1,000, and everybody in my life thought I was fucking insane that I bought— you know? And that was kind of like an introduction to this idea that, you know, if you want to, it can be something else. If you want to, it can take another shape. If you want to, it can be a complete disregard for how it's conventionally done. And I'm really hoping that at the end of the day, the story's really cool, The theory's awesome, but what I really want to have come through right now for everyone that's gonna be joining is this idea that, like, you can do what it is that you wanna do in a different way. You're getting a front row seat! Yeah! We're gonna show you! Like, that you can do it differently, right? Absolutely. And then also trusting that you're gonna connect with the right people that have skillsets or ideas or something to offer, or some way in which they can be the wind in your Outer Intention sail, right? To get the thing done and get you going in the direction of that intention. And it's like a pretty solid, pretty, like, universal thing that I think we can use in all different aspects of our lives. Here, we're primarily doing it with a creative project. But, like, open your mind a little to thinking of some new routes to materialization of your intention.
Well, and I wanna see if I can connect this to a point that I really wanted to make about the book, which is that— and your story of James Franco's art exhibition— exhibition? Exhibit? Yeah. Made me think of it, which is that, like, art is also, aside from the actual tangible art, like the actual story, the actual theory in the writing, the actual paint on the canvas, whatever, like, art is frequency, right? And, like, I think that that's why, at least in my work, in my editing work, I I focus so much on getting people to just align with their soul frail and then create from that place, because that is the thing that resonates with people. So what I want to say about the book, right, is that, you know, like, the cool thing about books is that totally aside from the words on the page, reading a book can color the world that you're living in for the time that you're reading it. Um, and I think And that happens with all kinds of media and all kinds of content. And like, one of the cool things about your videos is that, like, you know, I mean, what you're teaching is really, really valuable. But there's— you also just are one of those people that's high frequency enough, that has this energy that it's like, even if you're not listening super intently on what exactly it is you're saying, you walk away from listening to a video, like, feeling into the frequency of the video, if that makes sense, right? Like, like art has this like ability to like raise our frequency or like, or lower it or whatever. But it resonates when it feels authentic. And, and I think because like a lot of Transurfing is about getting your frequency right, getting your— and then, and then letting your thoughts and your actions and like, like follow, right? And then building this theory that's going to enable the frequency and like whichever direction you want to use those those 4 mechanisms. Like, that's such a big part of Transurfing that a Transurfing book is gonna benefit people if it just by like way of the language and the flow and the way it sounds out loud to be read, whatever, like raises the— raises the reader's frequency up. Like, that's already gonna do a lot for the reader. And I, you know, I hope that makes sense.
It totally does. And, um, a I've done one-on-one instruction with, or people that have taken a course and then asked me, like, okay, well, how do I, like, how do I remember all this stuff? And a lot of times what I've instructed people to do is I'm like, put on the Reality Transurfing audiobook and keep it, like, at a, at a volume in the background where You don't necessarily need to be tuned into it and hearing every word, but your brain subconsciously understands that it's on. Yeah. Right? And this is really exactly how I managed to override my old program and install the Reality Transurfing program into my brain, is just making certain— that I'm connected to that frequency, that I'm connected to keeping in my mind Alternatives Flow, Outer Intention, not using Inner Intention all the time, not being fixed or transfixed by an idea or a way that something gets done. And this is— my teachings have, like, I have evolved with my own teachings. As I'm relaying the stuff to everyone that's watching, it's because I'm using it, and these are the things that I'm discovering as I go. Right. And this is the point that we've arrived at now, where, like, This is— and I said it in my last video, like, we are in a time of revolution now. Books don't have to be traditionally published and have a physical— there doesn't need to be a physical entity there. You don't have to have experience talking on camera to get in front of the camera and start trying to help other people, or relay some sort of knowledge that you've got. Come to understand. And I feel like I'm being a little bit redundant here, but it really is what I'm hoping that somebody connects with to get something done. To get— Because really, what we're doing right now is creating, we're kind of building a bridge to that next layer of reality that's gonna get us from one layer to the other. But we're not looking for the bridge in the way that we're programmed to believe that it should be there. Right. Right? So, it's kind of like a shortcut. It's like my video, I don't know if you ever saw that, 'The Candy Bridge'. I don't know. It's like these shortcuts that reality can sometimes offer us. Where we can get what you were talking about, achieving that state of being, you know, wanting to feel a certain way, like you said, be sitting across from somebody and engaging with somebody creatively in a specific way. And a lot of times we become fixated that it can only be done this way or that way, but once in a while we can spot an alternative shortcut where the book hasn't even been traditionally published, right? And I feel like a successful author. Yeah, you are. Are as successful. It's like I've hacked, I've hacked the thing, you know? Like, I feel as though I am now embodying that role. I'm, I'm, I'm living in that state of being, yet I have not had a book traditionally.
Well, and like, another one of my favorite Reality Transurfing tools that you kind of just hit on is playing the character. I mean, like, that I think I think does so much for it. It's like, if you decide I'm now an author of a successful book, and then you carry yourself like one, and you talk like one, and you write like one, then what's the difference? Like, literally, what is the difference between being one and that? Like, you are one now, right? Yeah. Like, that is— I think, like, this is the biggest hack that has helped me in my life, and like that I try to one, model, but then also like cultivate in the writers I work with, is like, I just woke up one day. I mean, you know, I have like a formal enough education, and I, and I have like the writing skill, but I basically just woke up and was like, I'm an editor now. And then I told people that, and then I carried myself like one, and then I built a website like one, and then I took, you know, and it's like You know what happens, is people just go, "Alright, I guess you're an editor!" Yeah! I don't know! Like, whatever! It's total tufty!
It's total— it's like, I feel right now the same way I felt when I got my real estate license. Like, I had done so much of the groundwork, like out the gate, really embodying that role, really acting as if. Really, like, just each frame, filling it with whatever I could perceive to be how a person that's successful in the real estate business would act or think or whatever in that moment. And I've done that with this. And like, the book, the first chapter hasn't even launched, and I already feel the success of it. And this is, like you said, this is the most valuable part. Of getting to where it is that you want to go, as soon as you feel that state of being and you truly believe it, then everything that you need to actually fully satisfy that order is just gonna— you're just gonna attract it like a magnet. You're just a magnet! You're like a sitting magnet. I'm an— I'm an author magnet now, or an entrepreneur magnet, or whatever kind of magnet. And the more I believe it, the more everything just kind of like comes up to me.
Well, and then, then comes in the alternatives flow, right, of just being like— and then not immediately shutting out anything that doesn't feel like it fits the bit, like exactly the, the bill or the, the image that you've, that you've set in your mind, is like trusting, like, "Hey, maybe it's actually gonna be even better." And like really letting things reveal themselves to you as— Yeah. As what's meant for you.
Yeah. And inner intentioning the situation, and holding firm to, "Well, this is the way that it needs to be done, and these are the things that I need to have in place, and oh, I need to do this, and oh, I need to do that." These are all— this is all debris which creates a dam in that river, in that flow, that stops the process, really, is what it boils down to. It hinders the growth, it keeps you from moving beyond that conception of— or perception? Yeah. Preconceived idea that something needs to be different. Needs to follow a traditional format or formula. Yeah. So, um, let's talk a little bit about the book itself really quick. The anti-book, I think, is what we should start calling it. So, um, this is gonna be like a really, um, this is going to be a really supportive format. Each chapter is going to have exercises. Each chapter is going to have discussions, a Q&A, lots of support in the Facebook group. And I know somebody asked, "What if we're not on Facebook? Like, what will happen then?" I think what we'll probably end up doing is when you opt into a chapter, you'll get access to the PDF, the multimedia PDF and the audio version that's read by me. And then, if you aren't on the Facebook group, we'll send out an email blast to everyone with the exercises for each chapter.
Yeah. Because they'll be in video format, right?
I think we'll probably put the exercises just in text format, because they'll be pretty simple. They'll be powerful, but they'll be really simple. And I think just throwing them at everyone, either in the Facebook group or— on an email is probably the best route. But I could also record them. But, yeah. How do you see— I wanna bring this back around to the user, the listener, to the reader. How do you see this sort of filling in the gaps more so than what we've already been exposed to, which is Transurfing Steps 1-5, 78 Days, of Practical Transurfing and Tufti, how is this going to be different?
Yeah, you're asking me? Yeah. Um, well, I think that, I mean, sort of twofold. First of all, it's really con— the— you did a very good job, I think, um, of condensing the theory and sort of breaking it down and, um, just presenting the, the nuts and bolts of Transurfing, making it feel a little less, uh, like, infinite. Like, I mean, you can get into Transurfing and there's more and more and there's always more, but like, you did a really good job of just saying like, look, these are, these are the basics, and like, this is the starting point. So I think that's the first thing, is it's really accessible and it's really clear. Um, and I, I mean, I love the idea of of moving through chapter by chapter because it gives folks some time, a month, I suppose, a month, to not only like integrate that concept and start practicing it in their lives, but also to collaborate with other members of the community who are trying to do the same thing. And it's sort of like doing a deep dive on different concepts. I think that that's That's— yeah, I think that that's like the beauty of it, is it feels like it gives people a chance to talk to one another, build up those connections, and, um, build up that frequency by working with other people and talking with other people and having like a decent enough amount of time to like really integrate it instead of just being like, here's everything, you know, do with this what you will. It's just very supportive, you know, it's like a book club. So there's like the fun parts. I mean, people can you know, just gab over your crazy life stories. There's a lot of really like fun twisty tales in there. But also in terms of like, you know, building up and strengthening, um, their own Transurfing skills. Yeah, give some time. And like, that support I think is huge. Like, that's a lot of like direct support. It's almost like, uh, it's almost like coaching built in for, you know, a year of coaching with supportive tech. Next. Yeah.
I think the whole just getting a bunch of knowledge pushed in your direction and being like— I mean, Transurfing Steps 1-5 is an awesome book. It's been everything to me. But I do understand that I had the luxury of, like, I had completely removed myself from my life, and was living almost a permanent sabbatical. I didn't have children. I don't have children. I didn't have a conventional job at the time. I had the ability to truly just check out and like fucking work on myself, and take Transurfing and do a deep dive into the 800 or 900 pages, and like— like really figure out how to understand it. And I can see that a lot of people in the world don't have the time for that, or the ability to just shut out life just to do like a metaphysical makeover of themselves and their reality, you know? So, this, I think, is very much like— I don't wanna say Transurfing for dummies, because—
I kept thinking that! But it's not! You're not dummies! No, but like, it is—
I do feel it is very— if I had been in my life, like, in a place where I was working and doing all the things, living life, this would have been the express route for me. Like, to really understand it quickly and start implementing it. And I think just the practical tale as well. Yeah, I was gonna say, like, because abstract theory without any practical, you know, yeah, examples. Example. Yeah, I, I do feel that it's going to really just be like, oh yes, that is like, that's what that looks like, Transurfing in the wrong direction.
Yeah, yeah. Or Transurfing in the right direction that that just like looks a little rough around the edges, or like looks a little, uh, not like what we think of as like classically spiritual. I mean, I think that that was a point I know you wanted to make that I think is really important, is that like spirituality, it doesn't have to look like anything in particular. Spirituality is just living in the world and being aware of the fact that like you have this power inside of you to, to like create narrative around the world you live in, and like kind of direct yourself and like choose the direction you want to go and draw things to you that you want to draw to you. Like, that— it doesn't— you don't have to be, you know, in a, like, a temple somewhere on a hill. Yeah, in the middle of the woods. Like, that's not— that's not practical spirituality in my opinion. And, and I, and I would say, like, I'm trying not to harp too much on the frequency thing, but what the other benefit of the book is, like, even if you listened passively, first of all, the audio is hilarious and Renee reads it like a very fun way. It's fun to listen to. And so it's like, even if you just passively listen to the audio, I still think that you would benefit from it because you're getting that knowledge like unconsciously put in your brain. Um, but also like it's going to like raise, raise your frequency, which like inevitably then draws more positive things to you. It, it like attracts more positive things into your world.
I think too, like Like telling my story in this stage of my life that I'm in, looking back on my experiences in my past and seeing them now through the lens of Reality Transurfing, I wish at the time— and I know there's not a very big place for regret in the Transurfing modality, but like— because everything was ultimately working out. Working out to my favor, but like for me and in my favor. But if I could go back and really see in those moments when little doors had opened, or little cracks had appeared that I could perceive as just that, rather than feeling lost, confused, doubtful, "Is this the right way?" But being a little more certain, or feeling assured that, like, it was all working out at the time. I'm hoping, what my intention is, is that in me telling this story in the way that it's told, that anyone in a place of uncertainty, doubt, confusion, dysfunction, having issues with, like, self-hatred, self-abuse, being in abusive situations, all undesirable layers of reality. If you can see how my world was taking care of me at the time and showing me these little doors and little cracks, hopefully, you could apply that, like, literally just— drop that into your life and start to see those things from a perspective that I kinda wish I would've gotten a little bit more clearly back then. I'm happy that I have it now, but like at the time, it would've been great for me to be like, "Oh, okay. Yes, there's a door!" Yeah. And all I gotta do is like go through it, and I don't need to know the rest. 'Just do my best in this one thing, and like, the next thing will be revealed.' Yeah. That was like— if I could have had that then, um, it would have been just such a huge peace of mind. So I'm hoping that maybe somebody now could have that in their moment, not just wandering around feeling that doubtful confusion and what the hell is going on, because let's face it, with all the variables it's pretty fucking lit. Like, it's a lot to make sense of. It's a lot to reconcile, right? Yeah. So falling back on, yep, it's all working. Mm-hmm. Oh, this is what that is. This is all I need to be concerned with right now. Yes, right. All the solutions will come to me, all that kind of stuff.
Yeah, being able to just like identify those doors, or at least name them, and like kind of name what's happening. I think is like— I can tell you one example, and I see a lot of this in your story, is I think you made a video on this about like the chaos that ensues when you jump life tracks real fast. Like, yeah, I— when that happens to me now, I just go, okay, there's the chaos. Chaos reigns. Yeah, I just go like, okay, there it is. Like, what's next? You know, there's probably 4 or 5 things that are gonna happen. Like, I I left on this road trip sort of abruptly, and immediately like 5 things went wrong. And I just went like, okay, there's the chaos. It'll pass. And I didn't get discouraged, and I didn't turn— turn home and drive home. I just went like, yeah, that happens when I jump life tracks quickly. Exactly. I know that now. And like, that's such a huge tool because then I don't have to like put my energy on— like my focus and my attention on it and then bring more of it.
Into my world. And doubt, or like you said, turn around. Yeah. You know, um, I think that's a lot of the reason why people stay stuck, is they start to move and then there's that resistance from reality that comes shooting back.
And a lot of people just listen to that and go, oh, oh, that's okay, that's a bad—
yeah, that's a bad sign, I'm not doing the right thing, I'm gonna retreat back to my lair. So, I'm hoping that the extreme nature of my story, like, definitely, I was always headed in the right direction. It was just not able to see everything at the time. And obviously in retrospect things look much different.
Yeah, and like not necessarily understanding the purpose of it at the time. And I mean, it's— I don't know if it's ever possible to know exactly like why something's happening when it's happening, but I do think that Reality Transurfing theory and seeing it sort of like, uh, overlaid on top of someone else's story like can really help bring clarity to, yeah, like why maybe, maybe why things are happening when they're happening. And like for me, just in general, what it has done is just like let me be a little bit more playful about all of those things and feel a little bit lighter about them instead of feeling like, oh, this is a bad sign or, oh, this is my one chance, like this is my one opportunity. Like instead of like having all of that kind of intensity. It's like, I kind of know like what the rules are. Like, I kind of have a better sense about like sort of like the logistics of reality, like how it kind of functions. And it makes it feel like I'm like, okay, cool, like this is what I've been looking for. I just was waiting for someone to tell me what this is, what this is, and like how this all works. And just like, you know, and who knows, I mean, I don't know who made reality, but like having a sense of like like kind of like how it functions, it just, it makes it so much easier to move through life in a more playful way and a more like, ooh, should I go try this out? Can I try that? You know, like, oh, something bad's happening, I wonder where that's going to direct me, or if I should, you know, and like that's just a really—
or something bad is happening, um, how can I use that? Yeah, you know, like a lot of stuff that's come up for me in this process, and especially now with like launching the book is thinking back to when Vadim Zeland blacklisted me! And like how I'm so happy that at the time when I was like blacklisted, that I thought to myself, "Okay, this is fucking awesome!" I don't know how, but like this is going to inspire— in some way, it's going to open a door for me. And now, at this point, I'm realizing I could not have done this not being blacklisted, right? Like, I would not have been able to put out my own Transurfing book and like taken the wheel of the ship. You know? Like, I couldn't be doing this. Right now if it had not been for the Blacklisted event. So, I'm thinking of actually sending an email to Vadim and saying, "Would you mind putting the link to the book and telling people, 'Whatever you do, do not click on this link, and do not buy Renee Garcia's book!'" Because I kind of feel as though, like, all of his excess potential about me has actually been a lot of my Outer Intention. Fueling me to go in the direction that I was ultimately intended to go. And that's some like really fucking super deep transurfing shit.
But also there's some good advice, right? It's like, don't try to inner intention people because you might be setting them up for like, for their takeover. Oh my God. You know?
Yes. Yeah. But it's, yeah. So it's, it's all good. It's all good. It's all in how you frame it. And it's all what you choose to do with it after you have decided that it is not gonna stop you, is what it really boils down to. And I think from that experience, ever since that moment, I have been more enthusiastic, more aligned, more liberated to be aligned to my Soul Fraile. And do it the way that I want to do it. So I'm just really grateful to Vadim Zeland for that blacklist.
And by proxy, I am also grateful to Vadim Zeland for the blacklist.
We're both really just grateful for you, Vadim. Yes, totally. This video is dedicated to you. Yes. So, um, as we near— I believe this, uh, will air 3 days before the official launch, we will put the link in this video, in the comments pinned to the top, the link to actually purchase the chapter. And it will be scattered pretty much all over the social media, so you probably won't miss it. You can also access it on the website, Transurfing.us, Facebook group. Virtually everywhere. And then, it will be 1 month until we launch the next chapter, and we'll do that for the next 12 months. So, it's gonna be a pretty— It's a year of Transurfing! It's a year of Transurfing! So, anything before we wrap up? No! I think we kinda covered it all. Yeah!
So, I think that's it! I think we covered it all and then some!
Yes, and then some! So, don't forget to check out Spirity Cocktails on Amazon, or go to SpirityCocktails.com. They're pretty cool if you are having a challenge with giving up alcohol, and putting a nice replacement in your daily routine to like, yeah, enjoy a—
It really kind of does taste like— it tastes like a cocktail.
I know, exactly. That's why it's so good.
It really has like the— I'm actually—
taste of a spirit. Yeah, I'm drinking it out of the can right now, but usually like this margarita— actually became addicted to it for a while. I was, um, actually making like margaritas twice a day where I would do the salted rim with the lime and, um, it It's super good. Like, it really is. It does make you feel like you're having a cocktail. I don't know if it's like your brain just kind of associates that bitter flavor with alcohol, but like, I swear to God, and I kept asking Eric, I was like, are you sure there's no alcohol?
That's what I was thinking. Are you sure? I was like, am I going to accidentally— yeah.
Mm-mm. There's no alcohol. There's not. I know it totally does feel like— It's— I think it's all in the— it's, it's, it's your mind aligning to the, you know, you're like, your actions, you're drinking a cocktail, your thoughts, your theory.
Honestly, I think Spirity is the official beverage of Reality Transurfing. Yeah, totally.
You really do feel like you're, you're on a life track where you're having a cocktail at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. But anyway, check them out! And any questions, just comment below! And more to come on the book! Stay tuned! And thank you for watching, everybody! Bye! Thanks!
