Are You Aligned To You Or Toxically Aligned To Others? FIXED Reality Transurfing Vadim Zeland

Renee Garcia explores toxic alignment, where people close to you unconsciously keep you stuck in lower frequencies. Using Vadim Zeland's Reality Transurfing, she explains how raising your vibration triggers pushback from those around you, and shares stories from an abusive marriage and dysfunctional childhood to show how this works. She offers questions to assess whether resistance is protective or controlling, and guidance on when to set boundaries or leave relationships that block your growth.

The Asian kid being born, and his parents immediately start on, "He's gonna be a doctor!" Why am I doing this? If you're looking to evolve as a person, you want something higher and better for yourself, you want to start a business, you wanna dive into a 30 Anomalous Action Challenge— if that person that you're with, the people that you're with, the parents in your life, the spouse, The kids, whatever. Are they going to be able to live with you going through your process? Hello, hello, hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia, y'all! I'm a ruffle a little feathers today! Oh boy! I really do feel as though I'm just kinda tired of not saying shit, you know? I mean, I've been pretty open on my channel, I've talked a lot about various things that other people in the space wouldn't talk about, or I've said things that a lot of people— typically wouldn't say. I'm gonna say a few of those things today. Again, I don't know if you saw my other video where I talked about my autoimmune issue a little bit, but I'm having some issues right now. I'm still continuing to film, but my throat will start to constrict, and my face will have weird sensations, and my eyes do funny things. So, if you see anything during the video that looks a little bit funny, that's what is going on. I hope it doesn't become too disruptive. So, today, I'm going to talk about something that is kind of controversial. It really is an observation that I have made in the last 6 years of my life, and doing what it is that I needed to do as an individual to continue to evolve to some of those higher Lifelines. And what I have noticed holding other people back, and what I have noticed people also do that has allowed them to ascend to some of those higher levels of reality. This is one of those things that, like, this is where the rubber meets the road. Sometimes, in order to ascend, you're gonna have to make— some challenging calls, we get stuck in habits, like things that are set in decorations in our reality, our home, our place where we live, our family, our friends. We don't wanna disrupt the script, we don't want to call things out sometimes, "This isn't working for me anymore! This isn't working for me anymore!" "and I need to move on," because— and if you missed the video "Chaos Reigns," we will put a link for it. It is absolutely this thing that happens when your reality starts to fight back and respond to some changes that you might be making. When you are— living in a reality that isn't serving you or your higher intentions, but your Higher Self is starting to see a new way, feel differently, like you start resonating at a different frequency, you start thinking in a new direction, then what usually follows after that is some higher actions. Now, Frequency and thoughts can happen internally where they don't really disrupt the external Script too much. As soon as you start to take actions in the direction of higher thoughts and higher frequency, this is when the Pendulums in your reality start to notice this vibration that's different, right? Because before, you were just vibrating at the same frequency as everything else, and that's kind of why— the situation is what it is. As soon as you start actually vibrating at a different frequency, which is higher actions due to higher thoughts and higher frequency, um, your Pendulums start to call you out. And this is when chaos can indeed reign in your layer of reality, where the Pendulums want you to file your place back in line, get back to the program, all that kind of stuff. So, this frightens people a lot of times, this kind of like— I mean, it's definitely happened for me. There is a point where you are going to come up against something in your layer of reality, and you're either going to have to take a step back and file your place back in line, or you are going to push through and continue to move through whatever obstacle or challenge you are looking to evolve out of. And find that higher variation of reality. So, this video is what sort of happens that will lead you to this place of wanting to break free, or some of the elements in your layer of reality via the people in your reality that are— attempting to coerce you or manipulate you, or continue to get you to adhere to a particular Script, and why exactly this is the case. I know this probably sounds a little bit ambiguous right now, but I'm absolutely going to break this down. Before I do, remember to like this video, comment question below, join us on the Facebook group, the 'International Transurfing Institute' Facebook group. Follow me on Instagram! Course links down below. And all our shirts, all of our stuff, everything below. Check it out, y'all! Okay. So, toxic alignment. What this is about exactly— and I had this insight come to me the other day. Actually, after I— it's kind of weird. I did the sauna. I do this thing where I go into the sauna, and then I plunge into really freezing cold ice water. And then I lay on my back, and I do this breathing exercise, allowing the oxygen to just, like, really oxygenate my body. And oftentimes, when I do this, something really profound comes into me, and this is what came into me. So, I started to kinda ask some questions of my reality. Before this happened, I have been pretty boisterous in my idea that the number one thing, number one, number one, number one thing that oftentimes— holds us back in our reality from ascending to some of those higher levels of reality are the other people in our lives. And I know this has absolutely been the case for me. My God! I was, at a very young age, married into an abusive relationship, and it was a fucking nightmare, because— I was— and I know this is an extreme story. Most people— I don't know, maybe you have experienced something similar. I mean, being in an abusive relationship definitely isn't that rare. But mine was pretty rare. I was physically kept to a very confined space, physically and emotionally. Emotionally and psychologically. And any time that my thoughts went any bit higher, right? So, any time I wanted something more for myself, any time I expressed doing something for myself or putting myself in a new direction, I was beaten down, either psychologically or physically. So, I was being corralled to align to a specific set of morals and ideals, and a different set of things that were more or less foreign to me. Now, they weren't that foreign, because I had grown up in an abusive household, I had I had lived a life of poverty mentality and lack mentality and going without and feeling less than. And all of those things were prevalent in my layer of reality. The marriage was a little bit of a heightened state of all of that stuff. But essentially, I was controlled to toxically align with my husband. Right? And anytime I veered from any of the things that he had Importance or value on, that's when abuse, emotional, verbal, physical, all that kind of stuff happened. So, this happens in a number of ways, I realized, after I had this insight the other day. I started to think in my mind of all the different ways that this happens, and I was like, "Holy shit! This is so wild!" So, I'll name a few of them that I've thought of, and then maybe, I don't know, you guys could call some out in the comments below. But like, parents, okay? In both directions. And this gets me to my first point that I really wanna address. It can be up or down. So, let's say your parents are thriving, successful, creative people. They are going to pressure, for a lack of better words, you to adhere to their moral standards or the ways in which they are approaching their reality. If you don't align to what it is they find value in, they are going to declare that something's wrong with you, right? The classic example of this is like— and I hate to throw this stereotype here out, but I just will— the Asian kid being born and his parents immediately start on, "He's gonna be a doctor!" Right? This is getting that human being, baby, toxically to align to what it is that they want for him, because it coincides with their value system, their desires, their standards. So, it can go in a positive way with positive parents also. And this is just positive alignment, not toxic alignment. But let's say you're born into a household where your parents are— successful artists, right? And you aspire to be a successful artist too. Well, then your parents are actually going to support you in the ways that you need in order to ascend, because what it is that you want is aligned again with their morals, their standards, their creative practices, all that kind of stuff. So this is when it can work positively. This is also a positive relationship, like the relationship that I'm in now, Right? I never in a million years would've been able to be this person in my marriage. Oh my God! Never! Never! I would've been killed! Like, I would've physically been killed if I tried to do this. But my partner now, he's supportive of this version of me, and it aligns more or less. I mean, some of the things that he does— some of the things that I do, he thinks thinks is a little bit outrageous. But more or less, what I'm doing aligns to all the stuff that he's got going on internally, so a support is offered rather than, you know, like this punching down thing of "You shouldn't be doing that!" So, here is where it gets really, really fascinating, though. And this practically blew my fucking mind apart the other night! And I'm sure that a lot of you may be able to relate to this, those of you that have come from dysfunctional families. So, for a lot of years, my— well, for all my life, my mother's treated me pretty poorly. I was the child of a teenage marriage that she left. And I write all about this in my book. And she married a guy that adopted me when I was 2, who ended up raising me. And she had 4 more children with him. But I was kinda like the redheaded stepchild that nobody wanted around, right? And I was treated pretty like— I was treated pretty shitty. So, as the years went on, I— Started to— I mean, I always felt kind of different. I wanted different things for myself. Even when I was growing up and we were living in the trailer park, I was thinking like, "I wanna move to the city. I wanna have a city life. I wanna have money. I wanna have a car. I want these various things for myself." And I started to take actions, even if they were highly inappropriate actions, like— me running away when I was 14 or 15 and living on the streets. I was still attempting to, like, break through all of that program that was my domestic environment, right? So, at a certain point, I became successful. And this is really when my mother started to treat me really bad, being extremely judgmental on me, criticizing me constantly, undermining me constantly. And more valuably, I started to recognize that my siblings got much different treatment than I did, especially my sister, who is as dysfunctional as we were when we were growing up, right? She's— got issues with stability, and the domestic environment's chaotic, and there's a lot of children, and there's just a lot of chaotic dysfunction, right? But my mom really favors my sister, yet I'm the bad person, I'm the this, I'm the that, I can never do anything right, Jill always does everything right, even though she's— complete chaotic dysfunction. So, what I observe is this, if your parents are dysfunctional, chaotic, have substance abuse issues, are narcissists, have any kind of imbalance psychologically where it has caused them to live lives that they're not reaching their maximum potential, a lot of you attempting to break through all of that frequency, that ill frequency, that programming, generational programming, all of those dysfunctional ways of being, if you— are attempting to break through that stuff and find your own path, detach from all those standards. I know for a lot of years, I was regarded as highfalutin' Renee, Renee who's got her nose up in the air. And it's like, "No, I don't really have my nose up in the air!" But it seems like every time I start to feel good about myself, Y'all start coming down on me pretty hard. And I was in a perpetual state of needing to choose, right? Needing to choose. Even if it's sometimes subconsciously. Because what would happen is I would start to ascend and break free and break out and feel better about myself, yet, treatment from certain family members would become worse. So, I would want to please people in my family and keep the situation pleasant, so I would keep myself low just to please the situation. Until I fucking woke up one day and realized, "Why am I doing this?" Why am I toxically aligning to people that can't get their shit together and are only okay with me if I don't have my shit together too? So, I was fucking over it, right? So, again, this can happen in either an up or down situation. This can be your parents pressuring you to evolve to a place that they're at, right? Which might be good for you, it might not be. But ask yourself if that is maybe what is happening, so you can plan a course of action to deal with them attempting to get you to toxically align to their success. Or, obviously, as I just suggested, it can go the other way, and dealing with it in the exact same way. Are they asking me to toxically align— to dysfunction, and how do I go about breaking free of that so I can ascend to some of those higher levels of reality? So, how to recognize this. Is there disruption in your layer of reality? Is there arguing about your actions, or your thoughts, or what sort of stuff you listen to? I got a heartbreaking message. This happened probably about a couple of years ago. Somebody said, "I really love—" Well, I think it was right when I started the channel. "I really love your channel. My husband really doesn't want me watching it, so I want you to know that at night, I sneak out into my car in the garage and I go and I watch your videos." I was like, "Oh my God! Dude!" It almost brought me to tears, because I kinda had this feeling like if I had been still in my marriage, that would've happened to me. You know what I'm saying? Like, I would've had to hide wanting to come up a little bit, because it just wasn't allowed. So, really asking yourself is what it is you're doing to attempt to evolve, is it rubbing your reality the wrong way to the point of disruption? Is it creating arguments? Is it affecting your frequency? Are you doing something, watching these videos, trying to take anomalous action, thinking of higher and better ways in which you can operate professionally? And is the response from your external environment attempting to get your frequency to come back down to their level? If so, they're attempting to toxically align you to their standards and their stuff. Is it causing retardation of growth? Again, Pushing you down, pushing you down, pushing you down. It's the same. I mean, this is all kind of— it's pretty straightforward. What are the motives? Okay. So, this is a really interesting question to consider. Now, in the case of the parents that are doing well, maybe their motives are good for you. Maybe they just want you to— benefit from being financially stable, having a profession that you love and provides for you, and all that stuff. So, like, asking what the intentions are. If you're watching these videos and you're spending way too much time watching these videos, and your external environment, the people in your environment are like, "Hey, you're watching those videos too much," it might not be toxic alignment. They might just be calling out, "Dude, you're spending way too much time on YouTube. Maybe it actually is for your benefit." So, anytime you start to feel that resistance from anyone in your external environment attempting to call out a behavior of yours, stop yourself and say, "What are the motives of that person? Are they actually looking out for me, or are they trying to control me?" Are they just attempting to get me to toxically align to what it is that they've got going on? And the final question before I wrap this video up, can you live with this? And then also, can they live with you? Right? So, first off, there have been a number of relationships in my life where I was attempting— to break free. And I was trying to do my thing, especially when I first found Transurfing. This is really the best example. The person that I was in a relationship with, dude, he was hot as fuck! I really was! Like, I wanted it to work out so bad! I wanted it to work out so bad, because he was hot, he had his own house, we had a little business we had going together, it was really working! But he was a real negative thinker, and he was totally immersed in the Outer Screen of politics. And he was super hard on me that I wouldn't. "I can't believe you don't watch the news! I can't believe you won't take a stance on this political issue!" And it was a constant source of him trying to get me to align to his belief system, right? And finally, at a certain point, I was like, "I cannot fucking live with this! I don't care how hot you are, I don't care how cool our business is, I don't care how nice your house is, I cannot live with this! Because this was for my lower good, me getting involved in politics, me hearing the media on all the time. This was not for my higher good!" So, the set and decorations, even though they were good, like, I had to call it, because I knew— that that layer of reality was compromised, and I was gonna have to pull the ripcord so I could ascend to some of those higher layers. That's what I did, and that's what happened. And then, lastly, "Can they?" So, if you're looking to evolve as a person, you want something higher and better for yourself, you want to start a business, you wanna dive into a 30 Anomalous Action Challenge, you want to help yourself, you wanna help others, you want to— Do whatever! If the person that you're with, the people that you're with, the parents in your life, the spouse, the kids, whatever, are they going to be able to live with you going through your process, your evolution, your genesis of self-development? Call it now, because sometimes these situations, in my opinion, simply cannot be managed. They have to go. They have to go. And this is where it gets a little controversial, because some people have come down hard on me, saying, "I can't believe you tell people to get rid of family members. I can't believe you tell people to file for divorce." First of all, I've never told anybody to file for divorce. But when somebody messages me 20 times complaining how unhappy they are in their marriage, I'm like, "Have you ever considered a different option?" Have you ever considered a different option? So, think about this stuff. This is legit. Is someone trying to get you to toxically align to their version of reality, to the extent that it's inhibiting your growth and causing your own evolution to be suffocated or kept down? And what do you need to do in order to release yourself so you can evolve to that higher self? And a higher version of reality. Let me know your thoughts on this one, everybody! I know it's a doozy! Thank you for watching! Have a good day! Peace, guys! Bye!
