CONTEMPT AND VANITY - BALANCE SERIES -REALITY TRANSURFING BY VADIM ZELAND

In this episode of the Balance Series, Renee Garcia explores the transurfing concepts of contempt and vanity as forms of excess potential that disrupt personal balance. She begins by describing her own automatic, trance‑like state when delivering transurfing material, then explains how judgment, contempt, and a superior attitude generate energetic imbalance, invoking the Balancing Forces that ultimately “slap” the individual back into a lower reality. Drawing on Vadim Zeland’s Reality Transurfing, she contrasts the victim mindset—blaming external circumstances—with the opposite superior mindset—over‑valuing oneself and looking down on others. Both create excess potential that blocks the attainment of desires such as love, money, or respect. Garcia offers practical guidance: adopt a neutral energetic stance, avoid judging colleagues or strangers, and refrain from vanity or contempt. She shares personal anecdotes about her own journey from victimhood to neutral flow, emphasizes humility, and warns against consuming content from people who project superiority. The video concludes with a preview of the next lesson on superiority and inferiority, encouraging viewers to reflect on their current stance and comment.

Never judge your work colleagues, whatever they do. At best, you will find that at some point, you will make the same mistake they did. You get to go into the realm of whatever it is that you're intending to be, have, or do from an energetic neutral standpoint. It all ends the same way, you being on these lower levels of reality where you have, or you don't have what it is that you want, right? You have more of what you don't want, and you have less of what it is that you want. You actually want. Hello, hello, hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia, guys, and this is Transurfing TV! And today on Transurfing TV, more on balance! Today we're gonna talk about— 'Contempt' and 'Vanity.' I'm kind of on a roll today. I am filming— it's like a filming extravaganza in my basement. This weird thing happens to me. I've talked about it a couple of times, and I guess I kind of take it for granted a little bit now. I'm very fortunate that I have this thing, but it is pretty bizarre. But it's like this— Like, you know those movies when somebody becomes possessed and the spirit, like, comes into them, and then they, like, jolt, and then their eyes roll back in their head, and then all of a sudden, like, the spirit's talking through them and they're no longer in control? This is kind of what happens to me— for me, I guess, with the Transurfing knowledge. I'll get into these modes where— I kind of just go on automatic. It's really strange. I'll watch the videos afterwards when I'm putting them into Dropbox and we're working on editing them, and I don't remember anything that I said. It's like I'm watching myself and I'm listening, I'm like, "Yeah, that makes sense. That makes sense." And at the end, sometimes I'm like, "Goddamn! How did I do that? That's so weird!" So, I'm kind of in one of those modes right now. I'm just— blasting through this knowledge and giving my two cents on it. I hope you are enjoying this series on Balance. There are 3 parts before this, so if you missed any of those, go back and take a look. As I've stated in the couple before this one, this is gonna be a little redundant. There's some redundancy definitely happening here. And— there's a very valid reason for that, right? Vadim Zeland's not, like, just trying to be verbose and long-winded in the book. It's that he's having to reiterate that it's the same thing that's playing out with ourselves and our reality and the object of our desire, right? That is, it's the same across the board when it comes to balance. If you are lacking anything in your life, love, money, respect, freedom, a sense of meaning, whatever it is that you feel as though you are lacking, it is the exact same reason across the board of why it is that you don't have this thing. And I know that's kind of like— that burns a little bit, right? Because we're all born into certain layers of reality, and we don't want to— I know, and I'll just speak from my own experience. Before Transurfing, I never really wanted to admit that— I was the source of my problems, right? I would fall into victim mode very, very easily, and I would say, "I don't have relationships because my parents didn't give me a healthy model for relationships!" And, "I don't have money because I was born into a certain class!" Right? It was always something outside of me. It was always something outside of me. I was always quick to place blame. I was always quick to fall into the role of the victim. And it wasn't until I found Transurfing that I realized everything that I didn't have that I desired was all because of these exact behaviors, right? And they're just— geared towards specific things, right? Like these behaviors of building Excess Potential, creating imbalance, idolizing something, resentment towards parts of my reality or people, it was all just a product of the same thing, right? It was all a product of the same thing. And what this thing is, is declaring to myself, the distance in between what it was that I wanted and myself. And me kind of— it's funny now that I'm actually thinking this out on camera. It's like with my love life, with money, with having meaningful connections with people, all of these things that I did, right? Demanding, declaring, desiring, forcing things too hard. Comparing from a polarized standpoint, doing all of these things that I thought I had to do more of and harder, and, "Okay, so, that didn't work. I'm just gonna go harder." This is me just, like, putting my hands up, right? Putting my hands up and actually keeping that thing from my layer of reality. Without me even knowing it! Without me even knowing it. And then, obviously, I find Reality Transurfing, and I slowly start to discover that, again, all the different things in my reality that I don't have, it's all because of the same reason, it's all because of the same behaviors, it's all because of the same mindset. And there's this, you know, this— victim mode and lack and "I'm not good enough" and all that kind of stuff. And this has been primarily what was keeping me personally from the things that I wanted. But then, there's this other space, contempt and vanity. And in the next one, we go into it even more, superiority and inferiority. There's another— There's another position of imbalance that is the opposite, the polarized version of where it was that I was coming from, and that is the position of superiority, right? Feeling as though you have all the answers, you know what's right, your ways are better than other people's ways. Any position of putting yourself above others, Or declaring that you're in a heightened state, you know what's up, you— And it's funny, I've had a lot of people approach me that come to me with questions, and then they end up showing me this, like, hand that they're holding that is essentially like, "Well, wait a second, that's not the way!" "why would you tell me that way? I actually know the way." They were just looking for some confirmation that they knew the way to this thing. And it was like, "Okay. Well, if you know the way, then do your way. Why are you asking me?" And again, it's the same behaviors as I was talking about previously, coming from a different place, right? Coming from a different place. Still creating an imbalance. Instead of a person focusing on, all the stuff that they don't want and they don't like, and what isn't working. They're focusing on all the ways that they believe that they're superior, they can hold contempt for another person, they deem themselves something higher and better. And again, Balancing Forces doesn't like that, in the exact same way that Balancing Forces didn't like what I was doing, the Excess Potential that I was building. Right? So, two different modes of operation. One is me creating Excess Potential about the object of my desire, and the other is creating Excess Potential about themselves, right? Keeping them from the object of desire, if that makes sense. I'm gonna read it a little more thoroughly here in a moment. Before I do, remember to like this video, comment below, subscribe, all that jazz. I've done so many of these videos, I don't know if I— I don't know if I ran through that part yet. If I did, I edited it out. Links down below, courses, join us on the Facebook group, Transurfing, International Transurfing Institute Facebook group, and Instagram, Telegram. I think after a while, light also starts to bother my eyes and I become kinda like a deer in the headlights. I probably shouldn't film so many of these in a row, but I'm having a good time, so I'm just gonna roll with it. All the links below, check them out, shirts, all that jazz. And I will get right into it, guys! Judging other people is a very powerful way of destroying balance, particularly when we have contempt for them. On an energetic level, there are no good or bad people. There are simply those who observe the laws of nature and those who unsettle— nature's status quo. The latter always eventually succumb to the power of balanced forces, which strive to restore balance. Of course, situations often arise in which a person deserves to be judged. The question is whether you should be the one to judge them. There is no superficial question. This is no superficial question. If someone injures you personally, then they have probably also destroyed the existing balance. In this case, your judgment is less likely to represent a source of unhealthy Excess Potential than it is a tool for balanced forces striving to restore balance. If you say what you think and take any necessary reasonable measures, the disturber of the peace will get what they deserve. If, however, the person you judge has done nothing specifically to hurt you, then it is not for you to make accusations. From a purely practical point of view, it would be pointless to feel hatred towards a wolf you saw tearing a sheep to pieces on television. It is our natural sense of justice that impels us to judge others, but what originates as an innate feeling can quickly turn into habit, with many over the years turning into professional prosecutors. Most of the time, you cannot know what caused a person to act the way they did. And who knows, if you had been in their shoes, maybe you would have done something even worse. This kind of judgment creates Excess Potential in your energy field, which is hardly surprising, because we tend to believe that to the same extent that the accused is bad, we are the epitome of goodness. If the accused has horns and hooves, then you must be an angel, right? Nonetheless, because we have not actually grown a pair of wings yet, the forces that strive to restore balance are called into play. Their action will be different depending on the situation, but the result is essentially the same: you get a slap. Depending on the force and form of the judgment, the slap may range from being hardly noticeable, to so hard that you are swiped into one of the worst possible Lifelines you can imagine. Okay? So, he's getting into the good stuff here. Focusing on the negative, focusing on lack, focusing on all the ways that you're not empowered, that you— focusing on all the things that you don't have, focusing on all the attributes that you don't obtain, all that kind of stuff, is the same exact— the same exact result is created by you doing it too much, right? By you doing it too much. It all ends the same way, you being on these lower levels of reality where you have, or you don't have what it is that you want, right? You have more of what you don't want, and you have less of what it is that you actually want. It is easy to imagine the different forms that Judgment takes and the consequences of it. However, for clarity, I will cite a few examples. Whatever happens in your life, never scorn anyone. It is the most dangerous form of judgment, because you find yourself in the shoes of the person you scorned. For balanced forces, this would be the most simple, direct means of restoring the harmony lost as a result of your bias and judgment. If you have contempt for beggars and tramps, you, too, could one day lose all your money and your home as a way of restoring balance. If you have disdain for people with physical disabilities, you could just as easily have an accident. If you turn your nose up at alcoholics and drug addicts, you could end up in their shoes too. People are not born into these roles, the circumstances of life create the role. Why, then, should you be immune to such circumstances? Never judge your work colleagues, whatever they do. At best, you will find that at some point, you will make the same mistake they did. At worst, a conflict could arise which ends with you losing your job, even if you were not to blame. If you judge a person for how they are dressed, you could yourself end up one rung lower than them on the ladder of good and bad, simply as a result of radiating negative thought energy. There is nothing wrong with a person taking pride in their achievements or loving themselves. A general love for oneself is healthy. Healthy and harms no one, balance is only destroyed if an overinflated sense of one's own worth is juxtaposed by a superior attitude to the weaknesses, shortcomings, or humble achievements of others. Then healthy self-esteem becomes arrogance, pride, and vanity. The action of balanced forces will again result in a slap on the cheek. Contempt and vanity are the vices of man. Animals do not embody these characteristics in their behavior. They are led to the consistent purpose of fulfilling nature's will perfectly. Nature is more perfect than the human mind. The wolf, like all predators, feels no hate or contempt for its prey. Try feeling hate or contempt towards a lamp chop! People, however, build their relationships with each other on masses of excess potential. The majesty of animals and plants lies— in the fact that they are unaware of their greatness. Conscious awareness has given man many advantages, but it also brings with it the rubbish of feelings like guilt, inferiority, vanity, and contempt. Okay. So, I really understand this very well. And I think all of the people that watch these videos, and have noted or complimented me on saying, "Renee, thank you for being so down to earth and never giving off this vibe like you're above us, or that you're teaching us something," right? Marie Rose said to me not too long ago, she did a testimonial for one of my courses, she was like, "I just really feel as though Renee's like with me on my adventure. She's not above me. She's like with me on this thing, and she's like cheering me on." And I know, like, I think maybe it's probably because of humble beginnings. I don't ever put myself above anyone for any reason. Even if I do believe that I am superior in some way, which I would have a challenging time calling to mind why I would feel that way. I don't really know ways in which I would feel superior. I do know, at the same time, like, it's just a matter of me having a little more practice, right? So, that's why I don't feel like I'm superior with Transurfing. We're both at the same— we're both bringing the same thing to Transurfing, I've just been doing it a little longer, right? Or my physical health, or anything else that I have, is just because I've been applying the concepts a little bit longer. It's not because— "I'm actually a better person," or, "I have something that other people don't have." And this is kind of where it's at, because when you are not coming at your reality from a place of being superior or having more, or obtaining some sort of qualities or characteristics that others don't have, you're not creating the friction, and you actually get to, like— You get to go into the realm of whatever it is that you're intending to be, have, or do from an energetic neutral standpoint, and it makes it so much easier. And this is a reason why I don't watch a lot of people on social media, I don't listen to other YouTubers, I don't participate with a lot of other people in this space, spaces, because I kind of feel like they're actually coming to it from this superior place. And I don't feel as though there's value to extract there if someone is bringing that vibe to their endeavor, right? So, I'm careful with how I participate in this sort of energy in any direction. I don't idolize or overevaluate people that are living in a superior way to others. I don't do that for myself. I don't act from that place myself. I create an energetic, neutral environment for me to go about making the steps towards my goal, through my doors, the Vector of the Flow. And not much seems to be in my way. So, this is about you. Again, assessing what it is that you are lacking in your layer of reality right now, what it is that you feel you are lacking, and then stepping back and assessing the situation. Are you approaching this thing from a place of being inferior, right? "I can't have that. Those things are intended for others, not for me. I'm not capable," all that kind of stuff. Or are you approaching it— approaching that place from a place of being superior, right? This would be you saying, "I want a million bucks, and I know what to do! I'm gonna go invest my money in this thing, and this is the right thing to do, because I'm smarter than blah, blah, blah, blah, blah!" And then, sure enough, Balancing Forces comes in. And not only do you not get more money, but you lose the money that you have. So, it is about coming from either of these two sides. And again, I will go into it more in the next lesson. Superiority and inferiority, but it's about assessing where you are currently at with your state of being and your perception of the distance between you and this thing from either direction, inferior or superior. And balancing it all out so you have the ability to actually go up and just take the thing, rather than— keeping it like this because of either of these stances. So, let me know your thoughts on this video, everyone! The next one, Superiority and Inferiority. I hope you will tune into that. And thank you so much for watching this video, guys! Bye!
