Hacking The Technogenic System - Chapter 15 - The Appropriate Weight For The Appropriate Body Type

Renee Garcia explores what appropriate weight means for your body type, arguing that modern life—processed food, inactivity, chemicals—breaks your body's self-regulation. She cites A.B. Pavlov: the body heals itself with unprocessed nutrition and varied movement. Inactive muscles atrophy and block lymph flow, cascading into disease.

Hello, hello, hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia, guys, and this is Transurfing TV! And today on Transurfing TV, Hacking the Technogenic System, Chapter 15, "The Appropriate Weight for the Appropriate Body Type." So, I'm really interested in what he's gonna say here. I'm sure it's gonna be a lot of stuff about raw food diet. Which he has talked a lot about in this book. Again, might be for you, might not be for you. It's definitely not for me. And I'm not gonna feel like, you know, that, as he said in one of the previous chapters, that if you take a raw food diet, you're now one of the elite. Eh. You're an elitist if you are doing what's right for you. Don't let anyone try to sucker you into buying into a philosophy that works— for them hook, line, and sinker, right? With everything. Take what you can use, and whatever you don't like or doesn't work for you, just get rid of it. I mean, that's what I'm doing, and it works for me. And you know what? Check this out! You know, talk about appropriate weight for appropriate body type. And I'm not doing a raw food diet. And I've got more energy than anyone else I know. I'm— approaching my mid-40s, and it's working for me. Before I get into this, remember to like this video, comment below, subscribe, join us on the Facebook group, all the course links below. And follow me on Instagram, guys! Alright. So, Chapter 15, 'The Appropriate Weight for the Appropriate Body Type.' This is how you can talk about your physique, by mocking it or by bragging about it. If you— I guess I just kinda bragged, huh? 'If you have an athletic body, you may enjoy bragging about it. But if you are like most everyone else, you may mock it instead. But what does wellness mean, and how can it be described? Let us phrase this question in a more interesting form: Can there really be wellness?' Let me just stop and say quickly that I have not always been like this. I have— I've had my fair share of struggles. Physically, I've had times where I've had health problems and put on weight. But mainly mentally, I was definitely in a position of mocking myself for a very, very long time. So, sort of fusing to the highest version of me physically, and then also mentally, just accepting myself and relaxing on myself and all that kind of stuff, this has really been the ticket for me. There are very few people who enjoy wellness at this time, if they exist at all. The reason for that is that human beings treat their bodies in a sadistic and brutal way by exposing them to tests that nature does not require and did not devise. Nature could not have predicted that humans would put alcohol in their bodies, poison themselves by smoking, eat food cooked with fire. Well, that's kind of bullshit, because, yeah, you know what, man did invent fire and started cooking food over fire. Surround themselves with chemicals and electromagnetic radiation, or that they would prefer to live an inactive lifestyle instead of the active movement for which their bodies were created. The result is that with the initial diagnosis of an illness, a person is sick and closer to life than death. Then, according to a later diagnosis, he is closer to illness than wellness. But in either case, he is not healthy, even if we have— to send him to outer space. The hell does that mean? In this context, there are two incorrect concepts. In the first concept, sickness is when something falls under the influence of disease. Since the human body has a large number of precautions, the disease is not easily identified until after it reaches its final stages, when living as before becomes impossible. In the second concept, medicine is able to treat the disease with drugs. Here, we will not discuss diseases that cause more where it is more appropriate to use the concepts of defects because they can be fixed. The problems here is that they are accustomed to fixing all diseases in a practical way. In other words, they treat chronic diseases using ambulatory medicine. You will not be able to fix the road if you only repair the potholes in the spring, and you can make the body intact and healthy if you patch it here and there. The doctors find themselves forced to work to close the holes, but not to remove the causes. They work to to reduce the symptoms of the disease only. If your blood pressure rises, you must take drugs to help lower it. If your body temperature rises, there is some medicine to take for lowering it. If you cough, suffocate from coughing. If you cough, suffocate from coughing. If you get a headache, quench it. If any defects occur in your abdomen, put pressure on your stomach. There are many uncountable causes that force the body to remain silent and pause. And even if the sick person lived his entire life, taking drugs, the important thing would be that neither the employer nor the doctor would be bothered by his complaint or his pain of illness. What is left now? How can a human being, a son of nature who has violated all the laws of nature, be treated? If you want a doctor who has a sound mind, ask yourself this: Is it possible for you to treat the disease with pills, lotions, and patches? Never! This is impossible. We may be able to put the disease in a corner for some time, but treating it and curing it completely is impossible. To continue treatment permanently is something that is possible. However, this is like patching the road. How can we get out of this cycle? Akademisia— A.B. Pavlov used to say the following phrase, "The body is like a system that automatically regenerates and regulates its functioning. It is able to heal itself by itself. But this requires the availability of the necessary conditions, namely, the natural conditions that allow it to perform its functions in the standard and natural way as established by nature. Natural feeding and movement are the two main natural conditions. I have stated my opinion before, more than once, on the subject of nutrition. The discussion here this time is about the necessity of making equivalent physical efforts. What I mean in that physical movement is necessary. This is a fact that everyone knows. People do not think— very much about physical movement, because most people think this is so obvious that further thought is unnecessary. However, not everything that is simple is also clear, and not everything that is clear is also comprehensible. Here, I will try to give a brief and understandable answer in order for the obvious to become understandable as well. Illness is a flood. The disease appears on its own when there is an imbalance in the microcirculation of lymph. Which is the fluid circulating between cells, the body, as a system, regulates its work automatically, according to Pavlov. The body directs an avalanche of repair precautions towards the sector where the defect appears. According to the rule, if the transfer of reserves does not encounter any obstacles on its way, then the problem will be addressed. But if the efficiency of the arterial network is too weak to withstand the exceptional sizes, then a flood of— occurs, which causes inflammation. Arteries turn into dry ducts. The network of blood vessels and veins is usually poorly developed in people who live an inactive lifestyle. The veins atrophy and the vessels narrow. In addition, an unhealthy diet causes plaque to build up on the walls of blood vessels, making the lymph system an old and outdated prevention technique. The result is that the rivers themselves do not dry up, which is true because there is enough blood, but the The sewers are the ones that dry up. The river of lymph becomes inundated with water and turns into a small stream or dries up completely. As a result, many negative repercussions arise. Arterial muscles. The heart isn't— is unable to pump blood quickly, except through large arteries. The blood does not move in the narrow arteries, except by specifically contracting the structural muscles. This is why these muscles are called the second heart. As for the lymph and fluid circulation, circulating between cells, nature did not create a separate heart to pump them, so their movement is completely linked to the state of structural muscles, arteries, and rivers. A thing that is not used atrophies. Yes, this is true, and by the laws of nature, we will not be able to escape from it. Another situation does not exist, as there is either development or regression. Until the age of 20, the body often develops independently and subjectively, and then things turn out differently. Here, either you make efforts to maintain the development process of your body, or at least keep it in good condition, or it will regress little by little, bit by bit. If you do not use your muscles, the structural muscles that work on the shores of river/arteries will weaken in strength and decrease in number. Accordingly, these muscles will be weak and exhausted in the body, which leads to an inactive lifestyle. There are no unnecessary muscles. Nature does not create anything in vain. If something exists, then there is a purpose to its existence. This also applies to muscles that we do not usually care about. As has been shown, we can understand that the muscles that we do not make an effort to use atrophy. The basic, strict, necessary movements lead to an imbalance in the distribution of the burden. Some muscles are used continuously and repeatedly, while others are used infrequently or not at all. In some places, a lot of the structural muscles congregate, and their number is declining in other places. In some places, there may not be any structural muscles. Think of the Nile Valley being in one place and a barren desert being somewhere else. Is this normal? Of course not! Is this usual? Yes! Yes, for the modern person. What can be done about this? Imagine that your structural muscles are the army upon which the security and safety of your life depends. In this case, you must not allow your fighters to be overlooked. You must keep them in a state of complete combat readiness. Always remember that you are either improving or deteriorating. I absolutely agree with this. What I say is evolution or degradation, right? It's either up or down, but there's never any, just like, flatline. These efforts should be made periodically and regularly, but should not be onerous. Everything should be balanced, like work and rest. Movement should give you pleasure, and if you do not have pleasure, then this means that dirt has accumulated in your body, and therefore, you must clean your body. Make sure the exercises that you do are varied so that all muscle groups develop without exception. So, as you can see, there is nothing new under the sun. Everything is simple and clear, and now it is also understandable. Right? When riverbeds are repaired and structural muscles regain their strength, then diseases will leave you. Your body will become beautiful, radiate health and freshness. Conclusion. A couple of points, and then we're gonna wrap it up. 1) At this time, there are only a few healthy people. 2) Disease does not appear in the body until it reaches its final stages. 3) People have become accustomed to treat chronic disease with ambulatory medicine. 4) The human body is a system that self-adjusts and renews itself by itself. 5) The main cause of disease, in most cases, is the imbalance that occurs in the small cycle of the internal environment. 6) The lymph-venous network and arterial vessels become atrophied in people who follow an inactive lifestyle. 7) Because of the contraction of the structural muscles, blood and lymph travel in the same arteries, and that is why they call it the second heart. 8) There is no such thing as a current state, rather, there is development or regression. 9) There are no unnecessary muscles. 10) Structural muscles are your army, to which your security, your safety, and your life itself relate. 11) Your effort should be regular and continuous, but not be stressful. 12) The exercises you perform should be as varied as possible. The technical environment takes from us health, energy, attention, awareness, and finally, freedom. The issue here is that we see all of this with our own eyes, but we don't pay attention to it. For example, have you seen how much synthetic materials have replaced natural materials in just the last 2 or 3 decades? The realization of the basic principle of Transurfing, which is the ability to choose, requires you to be aware, at a bare minimum, that you do not have to limit your choices within the framework of what the technical environment imposes on you. You should at least know and have the intention to get the natural food and clothing that the heart and body love, and to be confident that they are definitely in the Alternative Space. There is a miracle in our world that we almost forgot. Blue linen. Look for it in the technical environment and take it as a treasure, because clothes that are made of this linen are something vital to the body. So, see what miracle there is in this world. And then he gives a website, www.otrota.by. No idea. So, thanks everyone! Mohil, Bashir, Teodora, Tirza. And Abdikafour and his team. I hope you guys enjoyed this one. Comments below, all that jazz. And thank you so much for watching, everybody! Bye!
