How Reality Transurfing Cures Depression & Anxiety

In this self‑help video, Renee Garcia (host of Transurfing TV) addresses the Transurfing community, urging viewers to join the Facebook group and then presenting her personal "Top 10" strategies for navigating quarantine without falling into an "Induced Transition" – a state of negative thought‑quality driven by external pendulums such as news media. Each tip blends practical daily habits (e.g., noticing environmental beauty, turning quarantine into a game, intensive self‑care, deep cleaning, calling loved ones) with Transurfing concepts (mirroring, Lifetrack changes, pendulums, frames, and media consumption). She also encourages sleep hygiene, lucid dreaming, learning new skills (astral projection, Qi Gong), healthy eating and sobriety, and finally, a decisive media blackout. Throughout, she frames these actions as ways to raise personal energy, create a positive sector of reality, and potentially pivot one’s life trajectory during the pandemic‑induced societal shift.

Hello, Transurfers and the Transurfing curious! I am Renee Garcia, and this is Transurfing TV! If you have not yet joined our Facebook group, and maybe you need a little bit of support, maybe you're an advanced Transurfer and you could support some others, our Facebook group is a really, really incredible place with lots of active conversations and resources, and people talking about applying these concepts to their lives practically, which I know we could all use a little bit more of that. So, if you have not yet joined us, please do so. The link is below. And we will graciously accept your presence and welcome you with open arms. So, with that, I am going to get into my top 10 ways to not induce— Or to simply beat quarantine and keep your thought quality high, and take some action that might benefit some of your future Frames. So, I know, and I've been talking about this a little bit lately in my videos, that I was starting to induce. I was focusing too much on the news. I wasn't thinking about my time in the same way that I typically do. I was spending a lot of time getting sucked into that outside. Outer screen. And I kinda just woke up and thought, you know what, you've got a lot of free time now and you are going to use this to benefit yourself. If not working on a project or one of the many things that I do for money, I'm going to at least have some fun and focus on some beauty in my environment and maybe learn something or do something cool. So this is my top 10 and I hope you all enjoy it. Number 10, Focus and recognize on all the beauty that's in your environment today. I know that many of us aren't leaving our homes. I'm actually leaving my home now. But when I was stuck in my house, I was really just taking care of my home, focusing on the beauty of my home, taking care of my plants, cleaning things, sort of just really trying to make my space beautiful. Now that I am going outside, I'm taking walks every day. It's springtime here, lots of flowers are blooming, it's beautiful. So, I am focusing on whatever beauty I can see in my environment today, and using that to create a sector of reality that I live in, and tuning out of the negative and the scary and the bad and all that stuff. Number 9, turn quarantine into a game! Create art, build something, jump into a project, play some board games. Pull out your, your old Nintendo console, get into doing stuff that makes you feel like a kid again. Turn it into a game a little bit. I have been doing that myself and I have to say, I kind of feel like I'm on a staycation, not so much a quarantine anymore. Number 8, and this is for all my Becoming Magnetic students for sure, self-care, self-care, self-care. Self-care. I am taking a bath every night, I am pampering myself, I'm giving myself beauty treatments I normally wouldn't. I dyed my hair a fun color. You know, I'm like just enjoying taking care of myself and jumping into some things that aren't necessarily my routine. And I feel like my cup is full in regards to self-care. And I know we could all use a little more self-care in our lives. Number 7, take care of your home. Organize, throw things away. It's spring. Do some spring cleaning, uh, go minimalist, get rid of a bunch of stuff, clean your garage out, go into a deep clean on your place, make your space really, really clean. And maybe then you can use it as a platform to start creating something new, not being distracted by maybe some clutter that's been piling up, or some things that you need to do that you've been putting off. Maybe now's the time to jump in and get your home really, uh, really dialed in. Number 6, call everyone you know, sending positive words, love, care, and companionship. I have to say, I'm fortunate, right? I got my boyfriend here and we've got a pretty good relationship, but I feel for some of the people that I know that are single right now. Maybe some people are kinda stuck in the house by themselves. And texting's great and all, but sometimes a phone call is a little more personal. You know, spend a couple hours on the phone with your grandma, or one of your parents, or one of your siblings, or your best friend. Call people and really start extending some positive energy. And remember the Mirror. It will come back, right? So if you're caught up in just kind of texting people the negative news and participating in negative news and conspiracy theories, maybe it's time to sort of tune your frequency, get into a little more of a positive place, and then extend some of that positivity to some other people that may need it. Number 5, start considering a Lifetrack change. What are your options? So, there's lots of things being energetically rebalanced in our realities right now. I know that something like 1.6 million people in the US just lost their jobs, and 6 million people have filed for unemployment. So, this is where the beauty of Transurfing comes in, if you're a Transurfer. Is that when I hear things like that, I'm like, "Oh, wow! This is the opportunity to really make a change for those people if they want to!" Right? If somebody just lost their job— I talk about this in my 'More Money' course. When the ebb happens, when the tide comes back in, right? And this is you losing your job, unemployment. Going into debt, more going out financially than coming back in, this might be a good opportunity to switch boats, right? The tide's gone out. Uh, things are different. You have a moment, a lapse in your professional trajectory might be a time to rethink things, rework things, and, uh, switch boats if you need to. Number 4, catch up on sleep and practice lucid dreaming. I have been sleeping like a baby! I don't know why, but I think it's because it's maybe so quiet out. We also got this new sleep app that plays sounds at night, and I've just been sleeping really, really well! So, I've been enjoying luxuriating in 10 hours of sleep a night. And I can't say that I've had any lucid dreams, but I'm definitely enjoying— going into such a deep state of sleep that I'm having a lot of dreams, and I'm waking up and thinking about my dreams and all that. So, get into sleeping, it's awesome! I mean, we all have more time to catch up on sleep right now. Number 3, learn something new! Like astral projection, or tantric sex, or Qi Gong. There is so many cool things on YouTube that you could jump into and really learn. There's like— Pilates classes and martial arts things. And I've looked at a lot of this kind of stuff because you really, for free, could learn something totally new on YouTube. And wow, what a great time to learn something. So I actually think that I'm going to get into astral projection a little bit. I've always been curious if any of you have any, um, any tips or thoughts or anything that you'd like to offer, maybe somewhere to start. I would love to dive into, um, astral projection a little, a little more and learn about it and see what it's all about, because I think that that's pretty interesting. And I typically wouldn't have the time to go into something new, so I might just dive into that one. Number 2, eat as healthy as possible. Limit your alcohol intake, your drug intake. So, I read something shocking the other day that said alcohol— sales were up something like 60% in the United States. And I thought, "Oh my God! That is so sad and gross!" That people were just sitting at home getting hammered and going on binges. My boyfriend told me that there are some crazy number of people that have relapsed out of sobriety and started drinking again because of this whole thing. And it just makes me feel really sad, because— We are given this opportunity of time, we can use this time, use this energy that we have now to do something productive and creative in our lives, yet some of us are drinking alcohol and getting involved in things that maybe aren't necessarily benefiting us. So, it's kind of like we're Transurfing, really! Either you're gonna benefit yourself with your energy and your actions, or you're gonna feed Pendulums. And just be careful which ones you choose. I think the drugs and alcohol are really, really bad for everyone. So, this includes smoking weed. Weed's legal in a lot of US states now, and I know that all the weed shops in my town are still open, because it's considered whatever, necessary or critical, or whatever they say. I laugh about it. But— Don't just sit at home smoking weed the whole time. I mean, that's not gonna get you anywhere. And yeah, the alcohol thing. It's like, "Ah, I don't see the point." Use your energy for something good. Try to come out of this healthier. Don't come out of this unhealthy. That would really suck. And my number 1! I know I've had a few videos on this, or I've talked about this already, but turn off the media! If you don't want to go into an Induced Transition, or you are currently in an Induced Transition, turn off the media now! There is nothing positive that is going to come from you tuning in to that negative Pendulum. So, this is my top 10 ways to either not induce, pull yourself out of an Induced Transition, or just enjoy your quarantine time, maybe being a little more healthy and a little more productive. So, let me know your thoughts, everyone! Bye!
