How To Break Out of The Box of False Goals w/ Reality Transurfing Vadim Zeland Renée Garcia

In this YouTube talk, Renee Garcia, a long‑time entrepreneur and self‑identified Transurfer, explains how people become trapped in "false goals"—objectives imposed by external "Pendulums" such as societal expectations, family pressures, or corporate structures—rather than by their own heart’s desires. She argues that most people let the mind dominate decision‑making, suppressing the heart’s voice, which can lead to a mid‑life crisis when the heart finally pushes back. Garcia illustrates the concept with her own unconventional career path and with the story of her boyfriend, who left a 20‑year corporate job after discovering Transurfing. She outlines how to recognize false goals (e.g., chronic unhappiness, low energy, anxiety, a "quiet heart"), how to evaluate the "deal" with a Pendulum by weighing benefits against personal cost, and when to renegotiate or sever the relationship. Financial freedom is presented as a practical lever: eliminating debt, reducing overhead, and simplifying one’s lifestyle to lessen the Pendulum’s grip. By aligning heart and mind—heart says yes first, then mind concurs—one can move to a higher Lifeline that reflects true purpose, rather than chasing material wealth that masks an empty inner life. Garcia concludes with actionable steps, promotes her money‑management course, and invites viewers to join the International Transurfing Institute Facebook group for further discussion.

Hello, Transurfers and the Transurfing curious! I am Renee Garcia, and this is Reality Transurfing TV, the only YouTube channel endorsed by Vadim Zeland himself, the author of Reality Transurfing! Today, I am going to be talking about false goals and breaking out of the box! So, I've got an interesting sort of life story. I— have not had a normal job in 15 years. And even before that, I only worked a very, uh, small time, worked as a waitress or other small little jobs that I did. But, uh, for the majority of my adult life, I have been an entrepreneur and I have defied being in the box. I live a very unconventional lifestyle. A lot of people don't understand exactly how it is that I survive and I exist. But really, uh, I'm going to talk about it a little bit today and how it is possible to get yourself out of the box if you are in fact in a box, or if you are going after a goal or have achieved a goal that was not intended for you and you are feeling, um, like reality could offer more, that something's missing in life. So, uh, from a young age, We are taught to— we are taught that our minds are better at deciding things than our hearts. Okay? And the reason that we allow ourselves to adhere to this is because as human beings, we feel a little more control in letting our mind make our decisions. Now, I'm not advocating for letting your heart make 100% of the decisions, but it needs to be an equal balance. The heart or soul has to say yes first, and then it needs to go up to the mind where the mind then agrees in turn, and then it's a green light. So I think what oftentimes happens is our minds get overly involved and we end up making choices to do things long-term that really aren't intended for us. This is, um, I have a theory about the midlife crisis. The midlife crisis, in my opinion, is someone that has pushed down the voice of their heart or soul for so long, used their brain to, or their mind or their inner intention to run their reality. And then you wake up, you're 40 years old, you're wondering, what have I done with my life? Why am I feeling empty? And it's actually your heart making one last attempt, uh, sort of midlife to be let out of the cage, right? To break out of the box. So, um, I did not experience this because I have been living, uh, with my heart for an extended period of time now, but I have seen many people my age go through this and I can almost always 100% of the time see, wow, this person's been living 100% with their mind, not with their heart. My boyfriend did that. He, for almost 20 years, lived with his mind, working a corporate job, living a certain type of life. And the voice of his heart was really pushed down. Uh, it wasn't until he read Transurfing, and there's going to be a video on this. I interviewed my boyfriend and he's going to tell you all about breaking out of the box. He left his corporate job of 20 years after he read Transurfing and started his own business. So, um, really what it has to do with is our Pendulums that we have chosen influence us. Okay. And sometimes we don't really have a total control. Your parents can be Pendulums when you are making the decision of how you're going to go into university and study. And it's not like you can just separate from your parents. You have to, uh, first of all, learn what's going on there and learn to manage this Pendulum. But it's really, The pendulum that influences our choices, the pendulum of society, the pendulum of motherhood or fatherhood, the pendulum of getting married, right? There is a traditional blueprint of life that you leave home, you go to university, you study to be something your parents want you to be. Then you get married, then you have a child, then you do this and then you do that. And I'm not saying I'm not saying that's a bad thing if you enjoy it, but if you're waking up wondering why your life is kind of, uh, not feeling as satisfying, you might have fallen victim to adhering to some beliefs or going after some goals that maybe weren't yours, that were presented to you by the Pendulums in your reality. So oftentimes these Pendulums hook us with, um, benefits. Okay. So using my boyfriend again, as an example, he made a lot of money in his job and they gave him a lot of, uh, a lot of vacation time and a lot of benefits. He had really good healthcare and he had, you know, a very, very nice package of, um, what he was getting in return for his energy to the corporate Pendulum. And at a certain point, he really was wondering why there's gotta be more to life. I want to do my own thing. I want to have freedom. I want to break out of my box, but I have these things that I don't want to give up. And those things kept him hooked into that pendulum until he really sat down with himself and took a long, hard look at the deal. Okay. Is this deal good for me? I talk a lot about, um, looking at the deal energetically. Am I getting enough to continue are you putting in what I'm putting in? And if the answer is no, then it's time to renegotiate the deal, right? It's time to see if you can skew it more in your favor. And then if you can't, it's time to separate from the Pendulum. And this is breaking out of the box. This is you saying goodbye, turning away from the Pendulum and, uh, making a new way. Now, I know this is overwhelming to a lot of people. I'm watching my partner struggle with it currently. He is taking off 20 years of the pendulum's hooks and programming and all sorts of stuff. And even though he's taking firm emotion-free action towards the new goal he's created, those pendulums still do, uh, say things from him from time to time like, hey, remember that really awesome paycheck? Or, hey, remember all the paid vacation time? And so on and so forth. So again, it's about looking at the deal, looking at. And sometimes a deal is good for us when we start it, and then over time it's not good for us. Uh, when I lived in Los Angeles, there was a certain time where I was convinced that what I was putting into this Pendulum was giving me enough in return. And then finally I woke up one day and I realized the deal had changed. So I tried to renegotiate, I couldn't renegotiate, so I gave the Pendulum up altogether. So, signs you have chosen a false goal. Unhappiness, no energy for your work, dread in doing what it is that you do, or feeling like it's a chore, feeling as though there is more to life, a low Lifeline, anxiety, concern over the future, a quiet heart and soul, feeling empty inside. So I can say that I, know these ones, because these are all the things that I felt when I realized that I was hooked into a Pendulum that was no longer for me, and I had put myself into a box that I needed to break out of. So, remember that we have an infinite number of Lifelines, Lifetracks in our reality. And— Up here is your higher version of yourself. This is you happy. This is you having everything that you want. This is living a goal that's intended for you. This is you living heart and mind coordination. If you are after a false goal or have achieved a false goal, um, this is you It is not really possible for you to feel, um, 100% content and have super, super high thought quality if you are not living your true life purpose or what provides your heart and your soul with fuel. If you are existing down here, you have probably chosen a false goal. If you are feel— waking up in the morning feeling depressed, if you are again, having anxiety over your future. Anxiety is uncertainty and uncertainty is imbalance and imbalance is your heart and your mind, not both equally having a say. It's your mind working on overtime, trying to overcompensate for, uh, squashing that voice down and you living a path with a bunch of importance, or pendulums affecting you, or whatever it is that has gotten you to choose that false goal. And it is, it is pretty challenging to get yourself up here if you are in fact living a false goal. Situate your lifestyle for freedom. So this is really one of the things that I did after I found Transurfing and decided that I was going to detach from a bunch of pendulums that were bad for me. I was going to break out of my box and I was going to truly live my own life, my own dreams, my own freedom. I was going to be free. What I needed to do was I needed to situate my life where I could feel comfort in knowing that I did not have a huge overhead, that I wasn't overextended financially. Debt is the shackles. That Pendulums use to keep you connected. Okay? So, if you have debt, if you have a mortgage payment that's high, if you have credit card payments and student loans and a car payment and all sorts of stuff that's bogging you down and keeping you connected to these Pendulums that are simply giving you enough benefits, right? To make you feel like, "Well, I'm paying my stuff!" "how will I pay my stuff if I don't do the thing?" Well, now it's time to maybe set the intention that you are going to get yourself out of debt, that you are going to create a lifestyle that is easier for you to manage, and start disconnecting from those Pendulums that keep you in those shackles! So, if you want change, intend for it now! And start taking steps to do your own thing and streamline your life. That's what I did. I got myself into a home that I love. I put a big down payment. I had to save for my down payment. I put a big down payment so I could have a low mortgage. I got rid of all debt. I don't have a car payment. I have very, very minimal bills, and I set my life up like this. So I could detach from the Pendulums that were bleeding me dry in a way where I was just solely using my mind to run the show. And I put myself into a position where I could live more with the voice of my heart and not feel so connected to Pendulums that didn't really want to nurture. That, you know, voice. So, uh, you need less when you have chosen the right goal. So what I needed in the past, or what I felt that I needed, um, money for the sake of having it, excessive material stuff, a lifestyle that was challenging for me to afford constantly. It was really just a mask, uh, for the potential of my heart that I wasn't tapping into. I was trying to satisfy my unsatisfying life via, uh, material stuff and a lifestyle that would make me feel as though I was living the dream, but I really wasn't. And it took me getting to that place where I had all this stuff and I had this crazy lifestyle for me to realize, wait a second, this is absolutely not where it's at and it will never be. I need to separate myself "I need to understand that the world will provide for me exactly what it is I need, nothing more, nothing less." And "I need to take the actions and the steps to getting myself into a life that's manageable, maintainable for me, but more importantly, a life that I'm not living 100% from my mind." Equal, 50/50. My heart says yes, my mind says yes. I satisfy all the things that I need to do in my environment. I pay my mortgage, I pay my bills. But I have some freedom now that I didn't have before, because I sort of renegotiated my lifestyle. Having money and stuff is not the answer, purpose is! So, getting back to the Lifelines, the higher version of yourself, I actually had the most that I ever had, the most money, the most cool stuff, uh, when I was on one of these lower tracks. I know this is kind of like, um, counterintuitive here, but I had, you know, all the material stuff and the lifestyle and the this and the that. And I was down here and I was not connecting with that higher version of myself, connecting with my my purpose. Now, it's not that I have a tremendous amount less. I have what I need to be comfortable, but most of all, I have my purpose now, and I get to exist up here, and I'm happy, and I feel fulfilled, and I'm living my dream, and my heart is singing and saying yes, and my mind's going, okay, this is pretty groovy. They're both in agreement. But I had to sort of— I had to balance the checkbook, so to speak, and say to myself, "Is what I'm having now truly worth me giving up the voice of my heart and my soul?" And in the end, it just was not. So, ask yourself the question, "Are you living with your heart today? Are you living with your mind?" How can you situate your lifestyle so you can live with both? How can you manage your reality to where your heart can start to have a say in some of your endeavors as well? I talk a lot about this stuff in my money course. It is going to be awesome. And really the best way that I've ever, uh, found myself to a higher track, found myself to having more of what I want, found my higher purpose, found that higher version of myself, separated myself from all the Pendulums in my reality to the best of my ability, the ones that really weren't serving me, was to get that voice of my heart growing a little louder and a little louder and a little louder, and breaking out of that box and turning away from those false goals.
