How To Conquer Goals w Absolute Ease To Success w/ Reality Transurfing Vadim Zeland Renée Garcia

In this instructional video Renée Garcia explains how to pursue goals using the Reality Transurfing framework by lowering the emotional "Importance" attached to outcomes. She clarifies the common confusion between "not caring" and "reducing importance," emphasizing that the latter means detaching from rigid expectations while still taking the best possible action. Garcia illustrates the contrast through a two‑part role‑play: first, a high‑Importance, excess‑potential mindset that spirals into anxiety, comparison, and eventual giving up; second, a Transurfing mindset that maintains steady, purposeful effort, embraces heart‑mind coordination, and trusts outer intention to present the next step when ready. Throughout she stresses acting within one’s current capacity, focusing on small, doable pieces, staying open to alternative paths, and viewing setbacks as learning opportunities rather than failures. The talk concludes with practical prompts for viewers to assess which mindset they are using, encourages engagement, and offers a call‑to‑action for community interaction.

All you can do is what you can do. Hello, Transurfer! And welcome to Transurfing TV! I am Renee Garcia, and this is my video on conquering a goal with lower levels of Importance. There is a lot of ambiguity around Importance still. I get questions like, this? How do I conquer a goal with lower levels of importance? Does that mean that I just won't be putting in any energy into it or that I'll stop caring? Or it's the same with money, right? People ask me all the time, how do I drop Importance on money? I need it. So if I drop Importance on it, then I won't have it. Then I won't be able to pay my bills and my landlord will come after me. And there is a very profound distinction in not caring and lowering your levels of importance. Lowering your levels of importance simply means that you are going to round off, or— what's the best way to say this? You are going to sever your emotional connection to needing to see something play out in a specific way, in a specific timeframe, or you fall apart or doubt or have anxiety. So the thing with Importance is all you can do is what you can do. And if you're doing all that you can do, then Importance levels Aren't going to make something happen quicker, or Importance levels aren't going to— or high emotional levels aren't going to help the endeavor in any way whatsoever. So, if you're not doing all you can do, but you have Importance, then you're really screwing yourself up, right? Then you're really not Transurfing that. Version of reality. It's about action to the best of your ability, and then lowering that emotional response to external events not playing out in your way, challenges, uh, doubts, all that stuff. Lowering your level of importance doesn't mean that you're not going to do the thing. It simply means you're not going to do the thing and be super responsive like a snail, right? You are going to do the thing to the to the best of your ability, and continue acting as though you already have, as though you've ordered it from the restaurant and you know it's coming your way. And the Importance levels, understanding that your Importance levels don't actually play a part of you getting the thing or not. So, what I'm gonna do now, or what I'm going to attempt to do, is I'm actually gonna roleplay with myself here for a moment. I am going to— play the version of my mind out loud, pre-Reality Transurfing, going after a goal with high levels of Importance or Excess Potential. And then I'm going to play out the version of my mind, the Transurfing version of my mind, going towards a goal with lower levels of Importance. And this is hopefully going to be clarifying. I don't know if it's gonna work or not, but I'm gonna give it a shot. And tell me if you— you think that this is how it goes for you in either of these versions of thinking. Okay? So, first— I'm gonna have to get into character here for a second. First, this is going after a goal with high levels of Importance. This is going after a goal, not Reality Transurfing. Okay? So, okay. "Wow! That looks super cool! I want that! I want to be that! That looks amazing, and it is so cool! In fact, it's so cool, I think that when I finally get it, when I become that thing, I can finally allow myself to be happy. That is gonna be awesome! It's gonna be so awesome! I'm gonna be happy, and I'm gonna have everything I want, and that thing's gonna make me money, and I'm finally going to feel good about myself once I got that thing! That thing is everything! It's so cool, and my parents want me to have it! And my spouse wants me to have it, and man, I'm gonna look super cool to everybody if I get it! So, I'm gonna do it! I'm gonna go after this thing, I'm super excited, and I'm gonna be so happy when I get it! So, okay, cool! I'm going for it, I'm going for it! And what's that guy doing over there? He seems to be doing it better than me. And wow, he's really achieving his results a lot more quickly than I am. I must be doing something wrong here. Okay, what am I doing wrong? I'm doing something wrong, or maybe I'm not supposed to have this thing, because that guy over there seems like he might be better at me than this, or maybe he has something that I don't have. I don't quite know what that could be, but he must be better than me in some way, or he must have something that's helping him, or maybe he's just luckier than me. And hmm, I think maybe I might have made a mistake because this doesn't seem to be working. And, but I really want it. So, okay, maybe I'm just going to start doing this part of it, uh, more, or, harder and more and harder and faster, right? So, "Let me try to work on this. Oh God! It doesn't seem to be working. And oh no, people are starting to wonder maybe if I'm a failure, that I can't achieve this thing. And I'm really starting to feel like I made a mistake. This probably wasn't for me. And oh my God! It's gonna take so long. Now I'm realizing the timeframe—" That guy over there, he got it super fast, and I'm not getting it as quickly. So, I don't know, maybe this is gonna take too long. I think I messed up. I think that I need to maybe stop doing this and go back to doing what I was doing before. But, oh man, if I don't get this, I'm not gonna be happy. This isn't cool. This is— I'm not gonna be happy. I'm starting to panic. I'm not feeling well. Okay, what do I do? What do I do? What do I do? Okay, well, I think I'm just gonna give up because I can't think of anything else to do. I already tried to do that thing really hard and fast and more, and it doesn't seem to be working. That guy's got it. He's got something better than me. "and I'm panicking, and now I'm not sleeping very well, and my parents think I'm a failure, and my spouse thinks I'm a failure, and I think that I'm just going to quit!" Okay? So, that is your brain on non-Transurfing thoughts. This is your brain— this is my brain on Transurfing! Okay? So— "Wow! That looks really interesting! That looks super interesting! And it looks so interesting that I think I could get involved in that and stay involved with it just because it looks super cool and super fun! And wow, I could do that until I achieved a goal off in the distance, maybe, if it works out for me!" Right? So I'm going to, you know what, I'm going to commit to doing this thing for a while because it seems to be really in line with who I am. And it seems like it's kind of for me, I may not have all the pieces that I can work with right now. And I may not know of all the characteristics or habits that I'll have to adopt or things that will need to, uh, transpire in order for me to achieve that goal. But you know what, They'll all come to me in the right time. So, for now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to start doing this one small part of it that I know how to do, and I'm going to do this to the best of my ability with the most care. And I'm really gonna try to perfect this one little piece of it. And wait for my world to show me other ways that I can go about achieving this thing, or doing this thing better, or taking steps down the path to the goal. But in the meantime, I have this other thing that I like doing too, and that's super cool. I think I'm gonna just put a little bit of energy into that to kinda keep it going. Just in case this one doesn't work out. And I'm also going to keep my eye open for something else that seems like it might be as cool as this, just in case this doesn't work out. Because you never really know. Sometimes things work, sometimes they don't. It would be super cool if I achieved this, but you know what, it's not the end of the world if I don't. I might learn a bunch of lessons, or find a new endeavor on the path to that goal that I perceived was for me. Maybe something else will stand out that's better. So, I'm just gonna do this for now because it's fun and I'm enjoying it, and I'm gonna develop my skill, and I'm gonna do it to the best of my ability. And if it works out, great! And if it doesn't work out, even better! Because something better is going to come along indeed, because I'm a Reality Transurfer! "Ow, wow, cool! It seems like I'm almost there! I've been just taking steps as they've come to me via Outer Intention, people have helped me, I've gained information and knowledge in how to do this thing, and the next step always seemed to sort of come right in front of me at the right time, and I have just walked through all those doors and I'm almost there! This is awesome!" But still, if something were to happen and I don't quite make it there, I've learned so much! This is amazing! How much have I learned? This is awesome! Okay. So, you get the point. There are two ways to do this. There are two ways to do this. Most people give up. Most people give up because they see someone doing something— perceived as better. Perceived! That guy or that girl is having just as many challenges as you in the thing, they're just dealing with it better, and they're dealing with it for a longer period of time. I heard Tony Robbins say the other day on his documentary that your level of success is based on what you can tolerate. Right? So, if you have challenges that come in front of you and you don't stop because you see it as a wall or a roadblock, and you simply find a way around, then you are going to up your level of understanding on how to deal with dynamic situations! Other people, um, things that you need to do in order to achieve a goal. I am walking proof of these concepts. I am going after things that I never in a million years would have guessed I would be going after. But you know what? I felt some heart and mind coordination. I decided to put one foot in front of the other to the best of my ability to get myself started. I wait for my world to show me ways that I can continue to act in the direction of that version of myself, towards that goal, through my doors, on my own path, with lower levels of importance. If I wake up tomorrow and all of a sudden something's happened and Reality Transurfing is poof! Gone! Then I know that this is perfect for me, because I sharpened all these skills and tools doing all of this, and then I can switch my focus over to one of my other things that I enjoy, and I can put all my attention and my newfound skills into those things, and those will be a success, or something else will present itself. So, this is the difference between going after a goal with high levels of Importance, Excess Potential, and Balancing Forces sweeping in and wrecking your shit, and the difference between doing it with lower levels of Importance and just choosing heart and mind coordination, staying in line with what you can do in that moment! Waiting for the next, waiting for the next, waiting for the next, the next thing that presents itself, because it always does, especially if you are in active Heart and Mind Coordination! So, let me know your thoughts on this video, everyone! And remember to like it and comment below "I love Reality Transurfing" to win a nice stack of my reprogramming stickers! And ask yourself this: Ask yourself these questions, which version are you in going towards your goal today? So, thank you so much for watching my video, everyone! And have a good one! Bye!
