In this monologue, the speaker unpacks Vadim Zeland’s Reality Transurfing ideas about why people remain trapped in passive, scripted lives and presents a practical technique called the Frame Illumination Method to break free. The speaker first explains that individuals act like characters in a pre‑written script, driven by a reflexive psyche (the “snail horns”) and constrained by self‑imposed notions of what is possible or impossible. Recognizing these limiting patterns is the first step toward escape. The core of the solution is the Frame Illumination Method, a step‑by‑step practice: catch a trigger (expectation, intention, problem), wake up to self‑awareness, activate a “plate” (hold the feeling), compose the desired reality, then release the feeling. Repeating the illumination for important events helps forge new, active habits aligned with a future frame, thereby reshaping one’s reality. The speaker emphasizes continual awareness of reflexive mode, the ability to rewrite what is deemed possible, and the importance of maintaining an active attitude to sustain new habits. The segment ends by previewing the next illustration on reprogramming.

Illustration 10: How to Escape the Trap. So what Iyum is asking here is, what is stopping you from escaping? Ignorance of the fact that you are a character. A reflexive psyche. Snail horns. The mold. Limited by notions of the possible and the impossible. Okay, so let's break that down for for a minute. First of all, you're not going to escape unless you realize that you are a character in a script. And when Jung talks about a reflexive psyche, the snail horn— so Vadim Zeland presents this concept to us in the book of us being a snail, and really our, our horns or our little antennas that are out of our heads, they just kind of move when something happen. So we're really just reflexive in nature, and we're just responding to our environment in a somewhat instinctive sort of way. And then the mold, limited by notions of the possible and impossible. So again, this is us just assuming that we know what's possible and what's not possible, and we don't try to escape escape the Script, because maybe we think in our mind, "Oh, that's not possible. This is what I have now, and this is what is possible." So, Frame Illumination Method. Catch yourself at one of your triggers, expectation, intention, problem. Wake up, "I can see myself and I can see reality." Activate the plate, hold the feeling, compose reality. Drop the feeling of the plate. If the event is very important to you, repeat the Illumination several times. So, she's showing that the Frame Illumination Method helps us to form new habits. And what is stopping you from escaping that passive attitude is us staying in our old habits. Again, the Frame Illumination Method is an active attitude going in the direction of new habits. And that's what we really, really strive to do to create our new realities, is to create new habits that are in line with that future frame. This is really what's valuable here. And then maintaining awareness of what is stopping you from escaping. So recognize and wake up when you're just in a reflexive mode. Remember that you are a character in a film. If you are not maintaining awareness, you are getting taken by that script that is no longer serving you. And then remember all also that you can change your notions of what is possible and what you deem impossible. The things that I'm doing now, I once deemed impossible, but I know in fact they are now possible. And this is me doing the action that I need to, taking the action that I need to, that's in line with new habits and active attitude. So stay tuned for Illustration 11: Reprogramming.
