How To Find The Simplest Answer To Any Problem w/ Reality Transurfing

Renee Garcia explains how Vadim Zeland's Reality Transurfing teaches you to solve problems by disengaging from "pendulums" that feed on your attention. Stop attaching excessive importance to the problem, release the grip, and let simpler solutions emerge naturally, like using a space heater to warm a cold room instead of overcomplicating it.

Hello, Transurfers and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia, and today on Transurfing TV, we're gonna talk about simple solutions to complex problems! Oh my God! It's actually so much easier than we are led to believe it is! Because Pendulums love to convince us that our problems are very, very complex, and you might as well accept it because it's too complex to figure out and it's just gonna be a waste of energy for you to try! So, you may as well just accept your problem! Or continue fighting with the Pendulum to try to solve it, because in doing this, the Pendulum gets even more energy from you and keeps you in a very narrowed sector of the Alternative Space where you just continue to bleed your energy out. Sounds horrible, right? I'm going to tell you a quick little tale in a moment of— how I realized I wanted to teach this lesson today. And you're probably gonna laugh, and you're gonna say, "Oh my God, Renee, that solution was so obvious! How could you have missed it?" Because this is what happened to me. I had a problem, and the solution— and again, you're gonna crack up, because you're gonna be like, "Oh my God, that is so freaking obvious!" But as Albert Einstein said, we cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we use to create them. I left the thinking out of there. But we cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we use to create them. So, the idea is that you must detach from the Pendulum and realize that your answer, your solution is super simple, it's super close to you. And oftentimes, letting go of the idea that you need to solve a problem is the best way to solve the problem. Check it out, y'all. So this is what Vadim Zeland says in the book that I really think sums it up just so, succinctly and accurately, the goal of the destructive pendulum is always, always to feed on your energy. To do this, it must attune your vibration of your thought energy to the frequency of the problem and keep it there. Okay? And keep it there. So, it wants you essentially to resonate. With the problem. This is why it's so hard to get out of dysfunctional relationships. This is why it's so challenging to remove yourself from professional Pendulums and create a new trajectory for yourself professionally. This is why it's so challenging to— let go of things like political stuff and arguments and current affair type things that have captivated you in a way where you're like, "Oh, that's a problem! That's a bad problem! And I'm gonna be part of the solution!" Right? The Pendulum's convinced you that you are going to be part of the solution. If you just tune in long enough, right? If you just tune in long enough— So, here's the thing, Pendulums love to— I really messed up on my spelling here, guys! Conving yourself is— God! Convincing yourself the problem is complex is the number one way that Pendulums like to keep you there. Okay? So, this is convincing. Convincing! You know what it means. So, convincing yourself the problem is complex is the number one way that the Pendulum keeps you there. And again, dysfunctional relationships, right? Professional environments that you've outgrown. Anything having to do with our society or societal structure, right? These are common! Complex problems. So if it can convince you that the problem is complex, you will continue to tune in, attempting to solve the problem within the problem itself. You will essentially be attempting to find the solution within the problem itself. Okay. But again, remember that Pendulums have, have captivated us to the issue by matching the frequency of our energy to the problem itself, right? So, that's why so many people are so sucked into their problems. Okay. So, fear and anxiety about our problems is a really super deep-rooted habit that doesn't just— that doesn't just go away overnight. But here's the really cool thing that I learned. Just like the Alternatives Flow helps us in accessing the things that we want to access in the Alternative Space, right? So, remember my illustration of the river and your— flowing down the river. And when you, when you're clutching onto a singular rock within the river, this is you loading that rock up with Importance and Excess Potential and not understanding that there are more variations of reality downstream waiting for you. You're essentially saying, this is the only rock, and if I let go, I'm going to drown. Well, this is pretty much the same thing with finding solutions to your problems. When you're clutching onto the rock, this is try— you trying to find the solution within the problem itself. And oftentimes, if you can just let go of the idea that there's even a problem at all, not only do you start to realize that a lot of the problem is just you perceiving there's a problem, okay? So, the feeling disturbed about something, feeling like something isn't right and you've gotta change something, or somebody that you know doesn't treat you the right way, or some circumstance about your reality or your relationship to it is wrong and it needs to change. Now, if you can just move into a place of acceptance and really just let the problem exist without you actively trying to seek out a solution, that is exactly when the solution pops up! So, it's almost like letting go of that rock, you have the ability— and moving with the Alternatives Flow, you have the ability to— to connect with information that is going to either help you solve the problem, or maybe just move on from the problem, right? Just sometimes it's as simple as that. Problems aren't always solvable, but you can remove yourself from the problem and therefore the problem ceases to exist. To exist. So remember that pendulums keep us focused on a very narrow sector of reality. And again, the reason for this is because when you're in that narrow sector of reality and you don't understand what I'm talking about with letting go of the idea that there's a problem and flowing into, you know, the alternative space, going with the alternatives flow. When it convinces you, the pendulum, whatever it is, this could be a person, this could be, you know, a big entity in your life of some kind, energetic entity. This could be even just a way of thinking, whatever. Um, when it's convinced you that this is the only version of reality that there is, you won't actively— you won't let go of that rock, you will continue to hold on to that rock and give that Pendulum all of your energy, and continue with that relationship. So, a few ways to see yourself out besides just letting go of the problem and letting the solution come to you. So, first is "I see myself, I see my reality," right? I see myself, I see my reality. I see that the Pendulum has convinced me that there is a problem, and it is my response to that Pendulum's very compelling story they're telling me. It's my response to that that's actually creating the problem. Now, again, one of the things that I love to say is how to tell if a problem is a real problem or just a problem in your head is everyone else experiencing it. So, people come to me and they're like, "Oh, I've got this huge problem," right? Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, something about— "Politics and COVID and this and that, and I don't know how to get out of this!" And I'm like, "Well, that's not a problem I have!" Right? Because my Importance levels and my connection to that Pendulum is so minimal that I'm not experiencing that problem. So, if you are running on something being a problem yet nobody else— in your general— that's around you, if they're not seeing it that way, then it may just be a problem in your mind, right? So, again, a real problem would be like your house is on fire and your family's trapped inside, and all your neighbors are outside screaming and yelling because they wanna help get your family out. So, this is a real problem because lots of people are experiencing this version of reality. And something immediate needs to happen. But mostly, problems just exist in our minds and not in other people's minds. So, if I have a problem, my neighbor isn't experiencing my problem, because the problem solely exists in my mind. Okay. So, seeing yourself and seeing your reality, and seeing that your problem is probably just some unhealthy attachment to a Pendulum, okay? So, the simplest way out of that is to rent yourself out. You know, let the pendulum believe that it's getting your energy, when really you have woken up to exactly what it is I'm talking about, and you are no longer playing the puppet to the pendulum. Solutions are oftentimes the closest and easiest thing to us. So, are you in an abusive dysfunctional relationship and you're like, "Oh my God, it's so complex!" "and this really sucks, and what am I gonna do, and there's no way out, and blah blah blah." And the answer, the solution is leave, right? The simplest solution is oftentimes the best solution, as Vadim Zeland says. Be empty to the problem and ask for the solution from your external environment, and then lower your levels of Importance and let go of it. Right? I'm not going to view this as a problem in my life today, because it's really just in my mind and it's some unhealthy attachment to a Pendulum that I have not checked properly. Right? So, what can I really do if I'm really seeking out a solution to this thing? Let go and let— the solution present itself. Again, the alternatives flow sort of scenario, right? So, I believe that this is why things like retreats exist, and sabbaticals, and people going up into the mountains to think or meditate or do whatever, removing— yourself from the Pendulum, especially if it's something that's truly destructive in your life, like a dysfunctional relationship or a dysfunctional job or something like that. Removing yourself from the Pendulum. This is why we did the Quantum Bootcamp, this is why I oftentimes give people the Media Cleanse Challenge. Removing yourself from the Pendulum. So you can actually gain access to a different sector of reality where the solution most likely exists, and you will realize it like that. Again, the Pendulum keeps us focused in a narrow sector of reality, so you're in there with it, right? You're in there with it and you're duking it out, and you're all hooked in, and the energy's going back and forth, and the best way to— find your solution first is to remove yourself from the pendulum and allow yourself to access information that may help you in resolving your problem. So let me know your thoughts on this one, everybody. I, um, oh, my quick story real quick before I end. This room that I do my videos in, it was an addition to the house. It's the laundry room and it's not air conditioned or heated, and in the summertime it's hot as hell, and in the wintertime it's freezing cold. And I was like, "Oh my God, the room's so cold. It's so cold outside. I don't wanna go in the room, and I don't wanna do my videos today because I don't wanna be cold." And then I have like one of these fireplace, these electric fireplace things that you plug in and it makes it look like fire's going, but then it also shoots out heat. And I plugged it in and I left it in here for half an hour before I started. And I was like, oh my God, that was so easy. How could I have missed that? But again, we cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we use when we created them, right? So I don't know necessarily how I created the problem, but I just had to sort of like move myself over from the problem. And the answer just boom, kind of came to me. I know it's probably super obvious to everybody, everybody watching. But to me, it was sort of an epiphany. You move a freaking space heater in here, Renee! You leave your dysfunctional relationship, you leave your job you don't like, you do whatever, right? The best solution is oftentimes the easiest and closest solution to us. Boom! There it is!
