How To Get What You Want By Not Pushing It Away Reality Transurfing

In this YouTube presentation, Renee Garcia explains Vadim Zeland’s Reality Transurfing concept of "adverseness" – the tendency to block one’s own development by focusing on what one does not want. She describes the "mirror" metaphor, where the universe reflects back the direction of one’s thoughts, regardless of whether they are framed positively or negatively. By constantly stating "I don’t want to be poor/alone/insecure," a person feeds the mirror with lack‑energy, which then produces more of the undesired condition. Garcia illustrates the principle with personal stories about growing up in poverty, struggling with love, financial insecurity, and severe camera shyness. She shows how reframing statements to positive intent (e.g., "I am worthy of a loving partner" or "I choose a path of wealth") changes the mirror’s response. The talk emphasizes the importance of self‑love, embodying a higher version of oneself, and taking concrete action that aligns with the desired outcome, referencing the Transurfing idea of playing a role (like Tufti). Practical advice includes using intent‑focused language ("I intend", "I will"), visualizing the desired state, and consistently acting toward it. The video concludes with a call to reflect on one’s current lack, rephrase the internal dialogue, and engage with Transurfing community resources such as upcoming love and money courses and the International Transurfing Institute Facebook group.

Hello, Transurfers and the Transurfing curious! I am Renee Garcia, and this is Transurfing TV, the only YouTube channel endorsed by Vadim Zeland himself, the author of Reality Transurfing! So, today we are going to be discussing adverseness and being adverse to something, meaning preventing development or success in a specific area of your life. So we actually are creating, uh, what we don't want by thinking that we want it or that we don't want to have a lack of it rather. So a lot of, um, a lot of our thoughts are oftentimes geared around what we don't want, want to see happen. Okay. So let me give you a couple examples. I don't want to be lonely, right? I don't want to live my life alone without a romantic partner. I don't, uh, I don't want to be poor, right? I don't want to, uh, have to struggle in my life to make ends meet, or, um, I don't want to not be free, right? I don't want to feel like I'm a slave to my job, or I don't want to feel like I'm a slave to my family or whatever. Whatever it is that maybe, uh, is inhibiting your sense of freedom. Oftentimes we are getting more of these things just by thinking that we don't want to have a lack of it or not have it. So I'll go into this a little, a little bit more. So again, the definition of adverse or adverseness is preventing success or development. So, Let me first off state that nobody is entitled to anything here, uh, more so than someone else. We are all exactly the same energetically. We are all, um, we are all able to tap into wealth the same way or opportunities. We're all, uh, able and deserving of being in loving relationships. We are all capable of being free. We are all capable of having all of the same things. Nobody is— nobody's entitled. It's not written somewhere that someone is entitled to something more than you, or something is not intended for you energetically. And Transurfing teaches this a lot throughout the book in subtle ways and not so subtle ways, that we all have the same We all have the same abilities to go after what it is we want. Energetically, we are all deserving of the same stuff. So when you, uh, when you think that you are struggling with something, okay, let's take, um, romance for an example. When you, when you tell yourself that you don't want to be lonely and you ask yourself why you don't have, the romantic partner that you want, you are actually, um, telling the mirror with your thoughts and actions that something is not meant for you and you end up getting more of the same. That's why people that really want to be wealthy, uh, and are struggling with gathering wealth or creating wealth for themselves, Oftentimes make lots of bad investments over and over, or have chronic unemployment, or just can't seem to get their head above water. They aren't keeping their mind on what it is they intend to achieve. They're focusing on the fact that they don't want to have something. I don't want to be poor. I don't want to have to struggle. I don't want to make it bad investments. Energetically, the mirror does not understand, um, negative and positive, right? It just understands what you are putting in its direction. And if you say, I am going to have something, then the mirror is going to give you that. If you say, I don't want to have something, the mirror is going to give you more of that thing. So it's a matter of flipping it around from what you do not want to see happen to what you do want to see happen. And this has been monumental in my life. I will get to a couple of personal examples a little bit later, but this is really where I made a ton of mistakes in my past. I was constantly thinking, I don't want to be poor. I don't want to be alone. I don't want to have insecurity, Right? And I was actually putting into my reality all that stuff via myself and making situations where I was having more of the same. And it was super fucked up. And now I understand the difference in what my mental images create. So I'll get to a little bit more in a moment. So some of the main things, again, that we are adverse to, or things that we're struggling with, love, money, happiness, success, freedom. So, um, it's really as easy as thought direction. Again, it's about creating thoughts around what it is you intend to achieve rather than, uh, what it is that you do not want to see happen. So don't think about what you don't want. Think about what you strive to achieve instead. These are Vadim Zeland's words and they are Awesome words! And if you can grasp this concept alone, you will start to see your reality unfold in a very, very magical way! So, example again, "I don't want to be alone." This is gonna be some actual verbiage here, wording. "I don't want to be alone," versus "I am worthy and capable of finding a loving partner." Okay? So, do you see the difference? You are telling your world that you don't want something, therefore you're getting more of it. The second version is, I am worthy and capable of finding a loving partner. Your world will respond to that. Um, I don't want to be poor. Okay. Versus I am choosing a path of wealth instead. Wow. I mean, this is, this is something so simple. It is a shift in the way that you're thinking and you will get the mirror to respond to you differently by just doing this one simple a simple thing. Remember, you actively get what you actively do not want in your reality. So again, not wanting something will just give you more of the same. So, uh, I'll use my past life of love and discomfort, uh, with my levels of security as an example. So I grew up poverty and I struggled with love for a long time. And really, What was happening here was I was taking that frequency that was created. I struggled with feeling loved as a child, and I struggled with feeling secure financially because of our financial situation, and I struggled with feeling just a sense of security, right? So, I carried these things into my adulthood. And I constantly referred back to what it was that I did not want to see anymore. Again, I don't want to feel insecure. I don't want to feel unloved. I don't want to, uh, I don't want to struggle financially. And telling myself this, and I know I'm becoming repetitive here, but this is a very, very valuable point. Telling myself this kept me in that space, giving me more of the same constantly. And not only did it give me more of the same, it exponentially gave me more of the same. Even when things seemingly were improving, right? Like let's say I was actually building a little bit of wealth for myself. I became more frantic. And more desperate because on one side, uh, I was saying that I didn't want something. I don't want to be poor anymore. On the other side, I was actually gaining a little bit of, of, of money and financial stability, but I didn't feel that inside. So I would look at what I had and it wasn't making sense. The money would go up a little and I would actually feel more insecure and more scared of financial, um, stability. It was a horrible, horrible place to be in. And I suffered as a great consequence because I, one, I was not able to enjoy what it is that I had built. But on the other hand, I was just constantly in a state of discomfort and turmoil because I was telling my mirror, I don't want to feel this way. And the more— it was just giving it back to me more and more and more and more. And finally, when I had my breaking point, I was like, "This is it, I've gotta figure out something, because it's not mattering what I'm doing and how I'm improving in certain areas, I'm constantly seeing that sector of reality highlighted via my thought quality," because I was telling my world and my mirror— that I did not wanna see something, and I just saw more and more of it. So, also, poor choices, right? I'll use my love life as an example. We, as human beings, love the feeling of being right. We are constantly striving to prove ourselves right by pulling information in our external environment to support the theories that we have created for ourselves. Okay? So, me being born and raised in an environment where I did not feel an adequate amount of love, I convinced myself that the reason for this is because I was not lovable, okay? So, as I ventured out into adulthood, I would look for that information and material to support that theory, because I did not want to be wrong, right? I wanted to be right. So, I would choose partners that would support me in my feelings about myself. I would choose emotionally unavailable people, I would choose people that had issues with commitment, and quite frankly, and the most shockingly, I would choose people that didn't like me! Just so I could feel that I was right in my theory that I was not lovable. Now, when I decided first, when I figured out the concept of the mirror and I decided to be rid of those things, stop living that way, stop making poor romantic choices or poor financial choices or poor choices in regards to my security levels and feeling balanced and all that stuff. When I decided that I was going to take action, the first thing that I acknowledged was that I was going to have to create these feelings within myself first. Okay. So again, with the love, the only way that I— and I talk about this a lot in my love course coming up— the only way that I was going to ever possibly connect with someone that was going to love me, love me truly for who I am inside and adore me and all that stuff is when I was able to start doing that for myself. And that was really, really my first step. Vadim Zeland talks a lot in the book about falling in love with yourself and self-care and taking care of you first. And again, this gets back to the mirror concept. So if I show my mirror that I love myself and that I treat myself right, then I get more of that back. Now, if I show the mirror, that I'm not lovable by saying, I don't know why anybody's— nobody's loving me. And I don't know why I'm still struggling with this thing. And I don't know this and I don't know that. Well, the mirror is going to produce more, um, more of that shit and more of those, uh, those thoughts. It's just going to give me back exactly what I'm putting out. So I started loving myself first. I started feeling secure. Secure financially first, and then financial security came to me, right? I had to embrace the concept and let go of my adverse nature to it. And then the thing would come in my direction. I know it sounds super simple, but this is really what ended up working for me. Uh, so my choices that I was making, um, kept me Putting a certain frequency towards my Mirror, and my Mirror gave me back all the same stuff. I mean, it's really, really quite simple. So, again, those thoughts, "I'm not secure," versus "I am living a life of security"— or sorry, "I don't want to be insecure," versus "I am living a life of security." And just thinking as often as you can the direction that you want to head into rather than where you don't want to go. Another example I'll use, and this is a good one, and I'll kind of use this as my, my final, is me being shy on camera. Okay. This is a fucking miracle. I have been shy my whole life. I have been, terribly camera shy. I have been terribly shy of speaking in front of the camera. I have tried for years to do it. I failed constantly. And the reason that I failed is because when I would go to do it, I would think to myself, I don't want to be shy. I don't want to have a fear of the camera anymore. I don't want to, uh, struggle with being on camera. I have people that I want to talk to. I don't want to And the mirror would just keep giving me back more of that stuff. And I would watch myself on camera and I would feel horrible about how I looked. And I would feel horrible about how I sounded. And finally I decided that I was just going to connect with a version of myself that felt confident and secure on camera. I was no longer going to think about what it was that I did not want anymore. I was going to connect with that higher version of myself. That version of myself that was confident, that version of myself that said, I can do this and I will do this. And sure enough, and it was not actually very long. I mean, the mirror responded to me quite quickly. I would say it took me, you know, 30 videos or a month or a month and a half at most to feel absolutely comfortable talking on the camera. Well, I don't want to say absolutely comfortable. I still have a certain level of, um, You know, I, I, I'm still struggling a little bit, but I have, but I know that the mirror doesn't respond just like that. Okay. It takes a little bit of time to flip around. And as the days go on, I'm getting more and more confident, right? So again, thinking about the direction that I want to go in rather than the direction that I don't want to go in. Uh, Action was a big part of this. Action is huge for getting over something or dealing with your adverse nature to it. If you are feeling that you, uh, don't want to see yourself go in a certain direction, simply start acting in the opposite. And remember, like Tufti in the book Tufti, it's about, uh, playing that actor, playing that, that role, taking that part on and slowly watching the mirror go, okay, yes, this is, this is right. She's got it right, or he's got it right. Uh, I am going to respond because there's action being taken and it's showing me a particular image. Um, the mirror and action, as Mike Cate said the other day, uh, he can stand in front of a mirror and have a thought or emotion about something, but the mirror's not going to respond to that. The mirror will, will respond to you actually moving. Okay. So you actually moving in in the direction of what it is you want will take you there. Um, so connect with the higher version of yourself. I dropped, I'm shy, right? Just dropped it entirely. Action. I focused on the end result. And, um, yeah, I will leave you all with this. I know this video has run on a little bit, but I will leave you all with this. What are you struggling to obtain right now? Are you wanting more financial security? Are you wanting more, uh, love or a better romantic relationship? Are you wanting more freedom? Are you wanting more adventure? What is it exactly that you are looking to have or you intend to have? And what are you telling your mirror? Okay, so break it down. What are you telling your mirror about this thing? And What can you say instead that will show your Mirror something else? Don't focus on why you aren't having it anymore, focus on the dialogue that you will have it. Think in the direction of having it, think, "I am going—" to have this thing. Again, I do not wish, I do not hope, I intend. These are powerful words because they work. Take action, figure out exactly what it is that you are feeling some adverseness to and start changing your thinking about it. This is going to be a lot of my, uh, love course and my money course. So, this is it, guys! Take a look at what you're lacking in your reality, and refurbish your thinking about it. Have a good one! Please subscribe.
