How To Let go To Receive More! Reality Transurfing

In this solo presentation, Renee Garcia (host of Transurfing TV) explains a central Reality Transurfing concept from the book Reality Transurfing: Steps I‑V: “I want. I fear. I can’t let go.” She breaks down each component, showing how the desire‑fear‑attachment loop keeps people stuck, especially in love and money matters. Garcia recounts the “Monkey Trap” story (a monkey grabs rice inside a coconut, clutches it, and gets trapped) to illustrate how clinging to a specific means blocks alternative pathways. She argues that lowering the importance placed on a goal, shifting from inner intention (forceful effort) to outer intention (trusting the world), and releasing attachment allows the “Alternatives Flow” to present new, easier routes. The talk outlines four practical steps: (1) acknowledge the existing reality and the possibility of an easier way, (2) align thoughts with that possibility, (3) take purposeful action without desperation, and (4) maintain a high‑frequency mindset of openness and trust. Throughout, Garcia uses a conversational, enthusiastic tone, peppered with humor and personal anecdotes, encouraging viewers to apply these ideas to improve love, finances, and overall freedom.

Hello, hello, hello, Transurfer! God! I kinda look like a disheveled— Look like I just got into a fight with Freddy Krueger in an elevator. Geez Louise! Alright. Well, welcome, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia, and this is Transurfing TV! And today— I am going to be talking about something that I've talked about before, but it's been a while. And it's quite possibly one of my favorite lines from the book Reality Transurfing: Steps I-V, "I want. I fear. I can't let go." I, at one point, when I first encountered this saying, I'll be honest, I had no— idea how to break it down, or what it meant, or what he was getting at. I was like, "I want. I fear. I can't let go." I just couldn't get it! I couldn't get it! I don't know why it didn't resonate, why it didn't click. And then, probably just a couple of years ago, 2 and a half years ago, maybe, it just all sort of, boom! I got it! And I was on the phone the other day with Xavier Waterkeyne. Who, by the way, whenever I talk to him— we're gonna start this new podcast called Reality Transplaining, and hopefully, it'll become a weekly thing. But every time I talk to him, I'm like pen and paper ready, I am writing down a bunch of things that he's saying. Because, man, talk about a natural-born Transurfer! He is legit! So, he relayed to me this story that I'm going to relay to you today. About the monkey and the coconut and the rice and the trap, which I thought, "Oh my God! This is 'I want, I fear, I can't let go.'" So, I'm going to break down exactly what this means and why this is pertinent to you getting what it is that you want in your reality, or how holding on this "I fear" is keeping you from tapping into the space where you can actually obtain the thing. It's like super not used to how we typically operate as human beings. It's kind of wild. It's like, in order to actually get what it is you want, you have to absolutely let it go. So, this is gonna be for those of you that are still challenged or struggling or— or grasping onto an idea of how to get something so tightly that it's actually hindering you from getting the thing. This is oftentimes done primarily with love and money. These are the biggest ways in which we do this. And this is what I did exactly in order for me to actually get the amounts of what it was that I wanted in abundance, love, money, adventure, freedom, all this good stuff, it was doing exactly this. Before I get started, remember to like this video and comment, and subscribe to this channel, please! We can see that a bunch of you are watching these videos and you aren't subscribed, so I'm gonna subscribe shame you right now. Subscribe shame! Oh my God! And join us on the Facebook group, the 'International Transurfing Institute'! Facebook group. And my courses, Reality 2.0, 'Mo Money', 'Becoming Magnetic', 'Tufti 2.0'. Let me just say that 'Mo Money' and 'Becoming Magnetic', this is like— what I'm gonna be teaching today is the foundation for these courses. And oh my God! Thank God I encountered this information, because without it, I would still be spinning my wheels myself. So, this is really just an extension to those interested. What I've done to get exactly what I have in my life right now. And follow me on Instagram! Alright. So, let's get into it! "I want. I fear. I can't let go." Number 1, the breakdown. What exactly does this saying mean? Okay. So, what this saying means is, "I want." So, I want something, right? "I want to find the love of my life." Or, "I want—" "I want more money," or, "I want freedom with my time." Okay? So, "I want" means that I don't have. I don't have. I acknowledge an absence of this thing in my layer of reality, and I want to obtain it. And I want to obtain it. Again, the keyword here is absence. It is desiring. Wanting, wishing, hoping, waiting. It's you feeling as though you do not have something in your current layer of reality. "I fear." Okay? So, "I fear" is, "I fear I won't get it. I fear I won't know how to get it. I fear I don't have the means to achieve it." "I fear that if I do not understand how to get it, I am going to clutch onto the only way that I can perceive how more so." Okay? So, I know this is probably a little bit ambiguous. This was the most ambiguous part of this— this saying for me. The "I fear" is that I fear I actually won't get it. So, out of this fear, I act. And this action looks like me grabbing my reality by the throat and tussling with the only ways in which I can see my means to achieve it, which are flawed and faulty, I'm going to actually lean into those more and struggle more and fear more, and go about trying to obtain the thing in the faulty way, doing it more. Okay. So, let me give an example of what that looks like. So, love, relationships. I will give two examples, love and money. So, the first, I will speak of my relationship before I found Reality Transurfing. I was in this exact modus operandi, "I want, I fear, I can't let go." So, I want this guy that I'm with to love me in the ways that I perceive to be what's missing, the ways that I want to be loved, the level of commitment, treated in specific ways. Even though I wasn't able to do that exactly for myself. This is besides the point, but it wasn't going to happen in this version of reality. But— "I still wanted it nonetheless," right? "I want him to be committed. I want him to treat me a certain way. I want him to do X, Y, and Z. I don't want him to do A, B, C, and D," all that kind of stuff. "But I fear that I don't understand why I can't have that. I fear I don't know the means in which to achieve it." "I fear that it's unobtainable, but I'm still going to try to fight for it." This is how twisted the human condition can be, so messed up at times, that our higher selves, our inner observer, knows deep down that something is not intended for you, for me, yet when we are in this very un-Transurfing mode of operation, we still try to jam that square peg into that round hole, right? So, I fear. I fear I won't get it, so, I'm going to clutch it even more tightly and try to force it even harder, pushing that square peg into that round hole. Okay? With money, same thing. Pre-Reality Transurfing, I'm doing my business, I'm in Los Angeles, I've got this thing that I'm doing for money. It is working, right? I'm making money and it's going well. But I'm using a ton of Inner Intention, I fear that it's not going to last, I fear that the ground's gonna fall out beneath me all the time, I fear that I'm not gonna be able to maintain my stamina. So, what I do, instead of switching over into a mode where things are happening more with ease, I clutch on tighter, I grasp it by the throat, I force it, I inner intention the fuck out of my endeavor, right? I inner intention the fuck out of it. So, these are the ways in which we typically go about having things, that we can't seem to gain a solid and concrete hold of. Tussling, struggling, Inner Intention, all that stuff. This is the "I fear." And then the "I can't let go" is I can't let go of this mode of operation. I cannot let go and release my desire to my world, or turn it into an intention rather than a want, a need, or a desire. So, again, the relationship that I'm referring to, almost 5 years! And the business that I was doing, 10 years! Right? And I couldn't let go of the way that I was operating in either. Partially— and this is where I give myself a little bit of a break— I didn't know what else to do! I didn't know what else to do, so I just did what I was doing, harder and more. And, again, more inner intention, because I couldn't let go of what I was doing, how I was doing it, and even the importance of the thing, right? Even the importance of the thing. Okay. So, the monkey story, relayed to me by Xavier Waterkeyn. The monkey story, it's called "The Monkey Trap." And essentially, what it is, is— It's an example of exactly how we do just this as humans. This is a trap that's set for a monkey. What the trapper does is he puts rice into a coconut, and he makes a hole in the top of the coconut. Now, the monkey, realizing there's food inside this coconut, puts his hand in, but when he grabs the rice, he makes a fist. And in making that fist, trying to pull the hand out of the coconut, he can't pull the rice out because his fist is clutched. Obviously, you can see exactly how this is pertaining to exactly what I'm talking about. This is what we do. So, while the monkey is busy, trying to work out the equation of how he can pull the rice out, which he can't, because his hand is clutched. He's gonna have to get his hand out of the coconut, let go of the rice. While he's busy trying to work out this equation, the trapper comes, because the monkey's distracted. And he traps the monkey! The monkey's basically trapped himself. Okay. So, this is what we do. We stick our hand into the coconut, we grab the rice, but we can't actually pull the rice through. So, what we have to do— and I know in this equation, in this example, there's another means in which the monkey needs to achieve the rice. In this equation, he is not capable. Of having both. So, how this pertains to you and what it is that you want. You are going to have to let go of the idea that that rice is going to be pulled from that coconut. Period! Period! And this may mean you giving up on the thing and trusting your world, letting go, Right? "I want, I fear, I can't let go." Letting go to the Alternative Space, to the Alternatives Flow. You want some rice, yet this way of doing it isn't going to bring you the rice. There is an alternative route to obtaining the rice. Okay. So, 3, how can you— Acknowledge how you are doing this right now yourself. So, again, 6 years into this, hearing everyone's problems and all the things that people are trying to pull from the coconut. Primarily, it's love and money. Trying to force someone that's not intended for you to love you in some way. Right? Just, "Ugh!" Always in this state of friction, striving, trying to do something, hitting your head on the wall. Same with money. Maybe your job's not working out, maybe your side hustle needs some sort of renovation, maybe something in your life is not working out, And it's time to release the rice, pull your hand from the coconut, let go, and trust that your world will absolutely show you a better way. So, we are all doing this in some way! Even me! Even me! I'll admit! Now, I'm a little bit quicker to let go of the rice at this stage in my life, because I have had, now— enough experience to know that when I let go of the rice and pull my hand from the coconut, oftentimes, this is exactly when something works out. It's funny how the world works. And you've encountered this, I'm certain of it, where you've let go of the thing and you've sort of given up on it, and then, all of a sudden, your world presents you with exactly which— that which you gave up. So, this is classic lowering levels of Importance, right? Let me make a point really quickly. When you drop Importance, lower your levels of Importance, let go of the rice and pull your hand from the coconut, this does not mean that you entirely stop taking action. This means that you lower your levels of Importance surrounding obtaining the rice through the coconut, in that way. This is you letting yourself go into the Alternatives Flow. It does not mean you become sedentary, lazy, sit on the couch and wait for the rice to come to you. You still have to take some action. So, 4, how can you Transurf your way out, and then your way in to exactly what it is that you're intending? Again, this letting go thing is huge! "I want, I fear, I can't let go." So, how about, "I intend, I release myself to the Alternatives Flow." Go back and take a look at the video, 'How Importance Wrecks Your Life'. This is a classic example. Of how when we focus on one way in which we can achieve something, the means to achieve something in a specific way, we essentially put blinders over our eyes, like a horse being transported and can't see anything. It's exactly the same. When you're doing this, you cannot see that there are other ways in which— you can achieve what it is you intend via different means. It's a mind-blowing miracle once you get the hang of it. Releasing, and then all of a sudden, you're open, your eyes are open, Outer Intention can show you ways in which something can be achieved. And then it's like you Transurf your way into it so much easier. So, how can you Transurf yourself out? Letting go of the rice, pulling your hand from the coconut, and opening your eyes to different ways in which your intention can be achieved. And then, also, as a side note, do you trust your world? Do you trust that your world will deliver it? If you can't trust your world, if you don't trust your world, then this is probably the— this is a good opportunity for you to really dive into this practice of learning how to trust your world. Because, obviously, as this funny little story of the monkey and the coconut, there's more rice in the world than just what's in that coconut. It's the same for you with money, love, romance, adventure, freedom, peace of mind. There's infinite ways— An infinite number of ways in which you can achieve it. Okay. So, 5, to wrap this up. Run the 4 steps. Okay? So, the 4 steps of reality creation. Acknowledge that that version of reality exists first. Without that, you can do nothing. This is the first and most crucial step of creating your own reality. And this could simply be you saying to yourself, "I know there's an easier way." I acknowledge that there's an easier way of achieving me getting the rice. Then, it's the next 3 steps, aligning yourself with that version of reality via your thoughts, your actions, and your frequency. So, this could mean— and let's use the monkey as an example. Monkey decides, "Okay, this ain't worth it. I'm gonna get trapped by this trapper. I'm gonna let go of the rice and I'm gonna give up." on this coconut and this rice, letting go, right? Pulling the hand out, acknowledging that there's another way in which monkey can find some rice, thinking that there is another way for the rice to be found, and just resonating with that sort of pattern of thinking. There's a ton of rice in the world. There's a ton of rice in the world, and my world will soon present to me different ways in which I can obtain some rice. Then, the actions have to follow. Monkey's not gonna just stand there and wait for the rice to come. Monkey's gonna start moving through the jungle in search of the next meal. And then, obviously, the frequency. The frequency, really, in this scenario, is more about the monkey— Feeling as though there is an opportunity to obtain something to eat in an easier way, or that it's not that challenging, or that it's gonna come in an unexpected way, maybe in a way that will surprise the monkey, or something like that, resonating at— a frequency of feeling as though it's open. It's open. Does that make sense? Rather than— Let me say it this way. This is a better way to say it. Rather than monkey going into the jungle and being like, "Rice isn't meant for me. That was my only opportunity to get some rice. I'm probably gonna starve." Right? This is low frequency thoughts. And we oftentimes do this, especially when we are confronted with this idea of having to separate ourselves from our way of doing things. "Well, if I separate from this thing, then I'm going to lose out, I'm not going to get it. Everything's intended for other people, it's not intended for me." "I'm destined for a life of being challenged by this thing," this frequency of deprivation, this frequency of doubt, this frequency of not having will not connect you with the thing that you intend to have. So, sort of elevating yourself above that and being like, "My world's gonna take care of me. My world's gonna show up. I'm going to resonate at the frequency of—" probability and opportunity and good fortune and things working out in my favor in unexpected ways. This is oftentimes exactly what happens for me when I'm doing this thing and I realize, "Dude, stop doing that! Let go, pull your hand out, walk into the jungle, start thinking that you're going to encounter exactly what you need to encounter," And continue moving, body motion, and resonate with opportunity, resonate with all the ways in which things can work out, and they will. So, this is "I want, I fear, I can't let go." A little bit complex to explain. I hope you got it. Thoughts, comments, questions below. And I hope you enjoyed the video. Have a good day, everybody. Bye!
