How to Navigate Crisis Mode w/ Ease - Reality Transurfing

Renee Garcia explains how to move through personal crises like divorce or job loss by releasing emotions rather than solving them intellectually. She describes three mental states: the Inner Screen (overthinking), Outer Screen (blaming), and Center Screen (neutral awareness), then walks through a method of acknowledging feelings, asking why repeatedly, accepting the core emotion, and letting it go.

Hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia and this is Transurfing TV! And today I'm going to be talking about— Dun dun dun! Crisis mode! Oh my God! It's totally not something to laugh at! We've all been there, right? We've all been in crisis mode, we've all experienced events that are seemingly outside of our control, and we plunge into a world of unknown emotions and uncertainty and unfamiliarity. And fear, and all sorts of other negative accoutrements to an event that is seemingly against our intentions. This could be death of a loved one, loss of a job, a divorce, right? Or loss of a child. This could be— You getting ill, somebody else in your life getting ill, your house burning down, something catastrophic or tragic, or just an undesirable event, right? And we never know when they're coming. Well, sometimes we get a little bit of warning, but mostly we never know when they're coming. And this shock and not having the ability to prepare— emotionally can definitely spin us out, right? I've spun out a number of times in my life, really bad! I would say my first massive spin out, like really, really serious one, was when I got divorced in my mid-20s. I had no means to take care of myself, I was living in a big city alone. I had a bunch of other things going on in my life that I didn't know how to deal with, and I plunged into absolute crisis mode. Now, I ended up getting myself out of crisis mode, obviously, but there was definitely a much easier way that I could have— or a much more effective way— of exiting crisis mode rather than some of the things that I went to to try to deal, really unhealthy stuff, attaching myself to other people, self-medicating, drugs and alcohol, all kinds of just bad juju stuff. And this just extends, right? This extends whatever that event is. And we all know someone, and I'll read about this here in a moment when I read a passage from David Hawkins' 'Letting Go' book. We all know someone who experienced something in life and never quite moved on, right? So, David Hawkins explains exactly why this happens, or how this happens. And awareness to this subject now, especially if you're in crisis mode in the moment, awareness to all of this information right now is going to help you to really understand what's going on and get to the root there of what's actually— causing the problems, because it's not the actual event, right? It's our response to the event. That's what traumatizes us, that's what stresses us out, that's what victimizes us in a way, if you choose to feel as though you're a victim from something happening in your life, your response to that, right? Some people can definitely compartmentalize, deal with it in a more healthy way and not have the same perspective. Perspective on the event as, let's say, you or somebody else. So, it all comes down to our interpretation of the event and our response to the event, right? Before I get started, remember to subscribe to this channel, please, please, please! And if you would like to dive in headfirst into the official, approved by Vadim Zeland, the official course Reality 2.0 on Teachable, link is below, check it out, y'all! So, okay! I am going to read this brief part of this book. Now, I know I reference this book a lot, and— The reason that I reference this book a lot is this is kind of like emotional Transurfing, right? Vadim Zeland— this is very comprehensive, the Transurfing Steps I-V book. It covers a lot. But there isn't a lot on emotions and how to deal with emotions. And I get lots and lots and lots and lots of questions. About emotions, and also why we have Importance levels about certain things, or how people understand what lowering levels of Importance are. Oftentimes, they don't know how to lower the level of Importance, or getting to the root of it, that that's what's causing it, right? And this book definitely doesn't touch on it as much as Hawkins' book does. So, this is why I kinda feel that this is the perfect complement to this modality. So, if you are in crisis mode right now, or if you are in a heavy or complex emotional state, or overwhelmed by negative emotions, I would definitely, definitely, definitely get this book and read it thoroughly! It is an absolute gamechanger! So, I'm going to get into this. And then I will break it down. This is me not going through crisis mode in a healthy manner, and then this is me going through crisis mode in a healthy manner. Now, of course, not all of us are in crisis mode, but you could definitely take note of this stuff so the next time something happens, you're already a step ahead, you already know exactly what to do. So, okay, let's get started. Handling a crisis from the emotional rather than the intellectual level will shorten its duration dramatically. In the case of someone who loses a job, handling it from the intellectual level will produce thousands of thoughts and hypothetical scenarios. The person suffers through many sleepless nights due to the racing thoughts about the situation as the mind reviews it over and over again. All of this is fruitless. Until the underlying emotion is surrendered— and I'll get to that in a moment— the thoughts will be engendered endlessly. We all know of people who have had emotional crisis many years ago, and to this day have still not recovered. It has totally colored their life, and they have paid a big price for their lack of know-how, in handling the underlying emotion. There are numerous benefits to handling a life crisis successfully. For one thing, the amount of suppressed or repressed emotion is now much less. The crisis has forced it up to be relinquished, and therefore, the amount that is left in the reservoir is much less. There is a greater feeling of self-esteem and confidence because there is an awareness— that one can survive and handle whatever life will bring. There is an overall reduction of the fear of life, a greater feeling of mastery, greater compassion for the suffering of others, and an increased ability to help them through similar circumstances. Paradoxically, after a life crisis, there often is a period of variable duration of peace and calmness. Sometimes approaching the level of a mystical experience. Woo! The Dark Night of the Soul frequently precedes states of heightened awareness. One of the best known examples of this paradox is illustrated by persons who have had a near-death experience. There are now many books on the subject that reveal a certain commonality. Once the worst— of all possible fears, the dread and shock of death, has been faced, it is superseded by a profound sense of serenity, peace, oneness, and immunity from fear. Many such persons develop extraordinary abilities, become healers, develop psychic awareness, an advanced state of spiritual illumination. Wow, I like that! They experience major leaps in growth and the sudden— appearance of new talents and capacities. Thus, every life crisis carries within it kernels of a reversal, a renewal, an expansion, a leap in consciousness, and a letting go of the old and birth to the new! Oh my God! It's so good! It is so effing good, y'all! Okay. So, here's the thing. I'm going to break it down from David Hawkins. Sort of formula here, or what he has to say about being in crisis mode. And I'm going to fuse with it, actually, Tufti! So, as some of you may know, I'm a G.I. Gurdjieff fan, and I've told this story a few times of G.I. Gurdjieff getting into a car accident that should've killed him. And he went into a bedroom after this car accident. He was all broken up, he had bones and— bones broken and punctured organs, and the doctor came and said that he's gonna die, right? And the people around him said, "No, he's not gonna die!" So, what he did was he went into the Center Screen, and he stayed in the Center Screen and he healed himself there, and he didn't leave it until— and you can research his story and read, I'm just gonna give you a synopsis of it. And went into the Center Screen, pulled himself away from the Outer Screen, pulled himself out of his Inner Screen, took that Meta Power and used it to facilitate healing in his body at a rapid rate. And it was something like a month or two, he was back to complete normal health, bones healed, everything functioning normal again. And it was like a miracle, people couldn't believe it. Now, I know this is a physical crisis. But this can be applied to anything! This can be applied to, again, death of a loved one, divorce, loss of job, whatever! Okay? So, let's go over the naughty crisis mode person, the person that isn't doing it right, okay? So, this is a person that approaches the crisis from an intellectual level! As David Hawkins states here. This is a person that tries to think their way out of it, right? They're trying to rationalize, bargain, they're moving through the stages of grief, but they're still trying to use their mind to understand and deal with the situation. Okay? So, first of all, the problems are coming from the emotions, so dealing with the scenario from from a rational, intellectual sort of place, it's ignoring the emotional aspect of it, and there's gonna be very, very slow movement through this crisis, right? So, this is somebody handling it on an intellectual level. This is someone that— and I'll use myself as an example, this is exactly what I did! This is someone immersed in the Inner Screen, overthinking, worrying, intellectualizing, going round and round. "what could I have done?" All that kinda stuff. And then also being immersed in the Outer Screen, blame, diverting accountability, accepting the Script, right? So, Outer Screen is like continuing, "Well, he did this. Well, they did that. Well, this went like this, and then that's what happened," and replaying the events and all that kinda stuff. Stop! Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop! So, once you can acknowledge if you are in fact stuck in your Inner Screen or your Outer Screen trying to deal with the crisis, then you can wake up and go to this mode, "I see myself, I see my reality," pull yourself back to the Center Screen. But I'll get to that one more in a moment. This is emotional suppression! Or even emotional ignorance. Again, the more intellectual or trying to deal with it from a rational standpoint, the less focus is on the emotions, and you're essentially saying that the emotional aspect of the equation is not important, right? You may be in denial, or you may mask. So, this is the worst, going to things like casual sex if you're— Just broken up with someone and you're heartbroken, and then you're like, "Oh, I'm just gonna go meet a guy in a bar and sleep with somebody else!" Getting drunk, taking drugs, doing anything that is going to try to soothe the pain in that moment. Naughty, naughty, naughty! That's going to just create more problems! Overthinking, victim mode. And this leads to, in my opinion, repetition of experience. So, until you actually can get to this place, which I'll discuss in a moment, you are going to essentially be on a script that just keeps running, because you are facilitating the exact same emotional stuff that you have not dealt with that is going to essentially get you back into the same— scenario. Now, this is maybe not the case if it was something like a death, right? Or something that you had no control over. But what will happen is all of the emotional suppression and overthinking and Outer Screen stuff and all that is going to put you into a place of fear. And as we know as Transurfers, whatever state of being you're holding, you are going to attract. That information and those events and other people that are gonna facilitate more of that coming back from your Mirror, right? So, it's about getting right with yourself so you can correct your Mirror quickly and not just keep living in a perpetual state of experiencing something that you do not want to experience. So, "I see myself, I see my reality," Gurdjieff said. Center screen mode he went into when he almost was killed in a car accident. I'm going to talk about— well, if you've experienced some sort of crisis that has to do with the body, or illness for yourself, or you yourself have experienced some sort of loss of something with your physical being, then go and look at my video, something healing, I'll put the link below. And it'll talk more about the physical healing and getting out of a physical crisis, right? For this one, I'm going to talk about, let's say— I'll use my example as my divorce, right? So, had I— now, I did not do this, but had I woken up— "when this crisis occurred, I see myself, I see my reality," and pull myself back to my Center Screen, I could've definitely started to break down and dissect exactly what was going on so I didn't go into this mode, primarily go into victim mode and create more of the same problems in my reality. One of the best ways to do this, the basis of this book and the basis of Reality Transurfing— letting go and dropping Importance, is starting to strip back the layers of "why." And David Hawkins, in this book— I didn't know this, but I just came across a section where he's essentially telling us to do the same thing, just in different words. But for those of you that have not watched my video on asking yourself "why," this is a practice where— You first acknowledge an emotion, right? You acknowledge an emotion, and the intention is that you are going to get to the root of where that emotion is coming from by asking yourself why? Okay? So, let's say in my made-up scenario of my divorce, if I had stripping away the Importance layers by asking myself why? F-Y. Okay. So, "I'm hurt, I'm devastated, I'm lost." Okay. Why are you hurt, devastated, and lost, Renee? "Because I feel alone, because I feel abandoned, because I feel scared." Okay. Why do you feel alone, abandoned, and scared? "Because I don't know if I can provide for myself, I don't know what's gonna happen to me." "I don't know if I can do it." Okay? So, continuing on that path. And it couldn't just be one, one, one, one, one. The core root of why I was really, really, really devastated and upset is I did not feel that I could provide for myself. It came down to very, very basic survival. And that very basic survival, that importance— importance of, rather than taking action and figuring out what I could do in those moments before the divorce, doing what I could do to ensure survival on my own, I placed a lot of importance on the marriage, built it up with a lot of Excess Potential, and created balancing forces that really came in and just wrecked the entire thing. It was actually very, very— Horrible devastating situation. Now, when you can go like that, down, down, down, down, down, and get to the core there of what is really causing the emotional upheaval, then you can start to nurture that lowest, lowest, lowest point. Start the process of letting go. Again, read this book, it is an absolute life changer! So, the Transurfing part of this that is amazing is seeking the Advantage! Now, God! If I could've gone back! If I could've gone back and realized that the man I was married to was an absolute piece of shit! He was abusive! He didn't care for me, he didn't love me, he treated me like crap. My world was taking care of me! My world got him out of my life, and that was absolutely the advantage! So, instead of me feeling sorry for myself, being scared, not knowing what I was going to do, this was my world taking care of me, this was my world opening up some different doors, a different sector of reality where I could connect with everything that I needed to in order to satiate and nourish that part that was really hurting, that fear that I wasn't going to be able to provide for myself. And that's exactly what I did! That's exactly what I did! This is where growth happens! Redefining the story! I had to go through that so I could get here, right? All those lessons, all that pain. All that stuff I can now use and mold into a story that I can give to you guys as an example of exactly how to rework a crisis, a tragic event, something unforeseen happening to you, a death, a loss, a divorce, whatever. And this is where the money shot is! Handle— the crisis on an emotional level, right? Ignore all the "why," ignore all the blame, diverting accountability, denial, masking, overthinking, victim mode, Inner Screen, trying to break it down intellectually for yourself. And get to the core of what is going on with you emotionally. And do the activity of pulling back, stripping back the layers of "why" to get there. Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? And once you get there, accept and feel, and without judgment, and really without trying to do anything with that bottom, bottom, bottom emotion, accept it and feel it. And let it go. And then start the process of coming back up out of that without you bringing that into your reality, where, again, your Mirror is going to shoot back at you all the same stuff, unless you get to that core. I hope that I explained this well. I can't really sum up the entire— you know— process of letting go in one single video. But again, if you are in crisis mode, read this. It is a game changer! So, remember, Center Screen, strip back the layers of "why," of Importance, redefine your story using it for growth, "I see myself, I see my reality," and start caring for the emotional part of what's going on with you, and not go after it. With an intellectual mind. Let me know your thoughts on this video, everybody! Thank you for watching! Like, subscribe, comment, all that good stuff! And see you tomorrow! Bye, guys!
