How to Quantum Jump NOW Into A New Reality w/ Transurfing Vadim Zeland Parallel Reality Shifting

Renee Garcia outlines six habits to shift reality through Transurfing: clear distractions, block daily uninterrupted time, start small, set written deadlines, maintain focus, and take one uncomfortable action daily for 30 days. She argues that concrete steps, not just intention, reshape your reality.

Hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia and this is Transurfing TV! And today I'm going to talk about doing it, like really doing it, whatever it is you wanna do! And maybe taking this video as a sign for you to like kick it into gear and use what you've learned so far in this modality, or whatever! Or other modality you're studying, or maybe these videos, and taking some action towards something that is going to build upon what you already have, maybe putting you in contact with more of what you want, maybe more money, maybe more, um, satisfaction professionally, maybe a better relationship with your partner or your community or your family or whatever it is you're looking to have right now. Maybe it's time to take some action in the direction of a task that's outside of your comfort zone to accomplish that. And I know this is gonna sound a little bit— I know some of the lessons are starting to get redundant, and I'm mixing up a lot of different lessons and doing hybrids of things that I've already talked about. But really, this one in particular, the doing it, is so important. Still, in my opinion, one of the ones that I see people most challenged by. People in the community that are following all this stuff and they're Transurfing and their thought quality is high and things are going well, but then they're still having a challenging time taking action in the direction of something they want or an intention. And this is really where you gain in life, right? I mean, everything you have right now is a result of you doing it! So, if you want to have something more, do it! Sounds so easy, and it is so easy! But it takes that determination to have, and that determination to act! This is really the key of Transurfing, determination to act! Before I get started, remember to like this video and comment below "My world is taking care of me" to enter my daily giveaway for my reprogramming stickers! And Teachable course, Reality 2.0, link down below! And please subscribe! Guys, it is greatly appreciated! So, do it! I actually, in my 'Mo Money' course, I have a very elaborate version of this that has a lot of very helpful tips and tricks to diving into doing something and sticking with it until it starts producing an income stream. But that's about money. Again, you can do this in any direction of your life. But really, again, you could take this right here as a— as a sign to start doing whatever it is you've had on the back burner, and get that new action really creating some new material, new life tracks in your reality right now. Because remember, having the determination to act and moving on that opens you up to the alternative space, right? When we're stagnant, when we're sitting doing the same thing, not venturing outside of our comfort zone, we're not— exposing ourselves to the alternative space in the same way we are when we are taking action. So, doing this is gonna open you up to the alternative space, making your Transurfing practice even more magical! So, my 6 little steps here that I've come up with, pretty easy actually! 1, clear away all other distractions! This is a big one! And Vadim Zeland talks about this in the '78 Days of Practical Transurfing'! Cleaning your layer of reality, right? We all have things we want to do and tasks that pile up, or hobbies that pile up, or other ways of making money and things, projects, and all sorts of stuff that we kind of collect in our, in our lives that start to accumulate. Well, what happens is, as these things start to accumulate, tasks, projects, other hobbies, your attention actually gets depleted and drained just a little bit seeing those things around, right? Seeing that stuff in your external environment. Maybe your office is cluttered with a bunch of different tasks and crafts and hobbies or whatever, and you just seeing that stuff and thinking, "Oh God, I really gotta get to that!" You know, "Oh God, I can't believe I haven't done that yet!" do it or get rid of it, right? And make a nice, clean, clear space which you can work from that is as distraction-free as you can possibly make it. This is really, really ideal for me. And this is why I keep such a clean office, because when I sit down at my desk, it's very clean. It's very minimal. I like to sit down and not be distracted by any other things that I'm seeing, any material objects, any papers that have piled up that I've needed to deal with, none of that stuff. I deal with everything so my space is clean and I'm not being distracted for when I want to center screen. So this is my second point. Commit daily, commit to your daily time to the center screen. This is huge. So if you have something you want to do, let's say you want to start writing a book. Let's say you want to start creating some crafts that you wanna sell on Etsy. Let's say you want to start developing a website for some sort of trade that you have, that you wanna offer as a service to the world. Whatever it is you're looking to do, clear away all other distractions and then commit a daily amount of time to use Center Screening. So, this is you pulling away from your Outer Screen, turning your phone off, telling your family and your friends, "I'm doing stuff, don't bother me!" Um, turning the TV off, you pulling yourself out of your inner screen, right? Not overthinking, not doing things internally that are going to be, um, energetically depleting. Pump as much energy as you can into this thing that you want to do for maybe only an hour a day. Maybe you have a 9 to 5, you get home from work at 5:30 and you have dinner and maybe from 7 to 8, You Center Screen it and you start doing that thing! Start small, don't overwhelm yourself! Again, half an hour a day! It could be whatever, just start small and start putting one foot in the direction! It's just like— I use this analogy in my 'Mo Money' course, going to the gym, right? When you go to the gym, that first few weeks is like really, really excruciating, because you're not seeing any results yet. And then as soon as you like step on the scale and you see a couple pounds have come off— and you see a little bit of like biceps, you're like, "Oh my God! It's working!" So then you're enthusiastic to go to the gym, right? Because you're seeing results and you know that any work after that, you're going to be building on your results. It's the same with doing something extra, side hustle, building something that's going to create a secondary income stream, or some kind of creative project, or whatever it is. Start really, really small. And as soon as it starts to form, then that's when you start to really pull some energy from it. And gain momentum and all of that good stuff. 4) Set benchmarks. This is my favorite! By this time, I want to have this done. This is how I really operate this channel. I write down, "By this date, I wanna have this many videos in the cache. By this date, I wanna have this done. By this date, I want to see this progress." And I like to just write it down, because then in my mind, I absolutely know what I'm working towards. But the best thing is— When I get there, that sense of empowerment of accomplishing that thing is so good that then I feel really confident to make my next benchmark, right? "Oh wow, I'm gonna go even bigger!" So then I make my next ones even bigger, and it just sort of starts snowballing, and it actually works! But I do suggest doing this in writing and having it at your desk rather than it being in your mind. Staying focused. This is kinda the same thing as committing daily to the Center Screen, except this is really committing to staying focused for an extended period of time. So, if you wanna do something, say, create a website, make sure that you— whatever it is you commit to with the 1 hour a day and the benchmarks and all that stuff, just maintain your awareness. Don't just let it kind of— fall away and get sucked back into watching Netflix or whatever it is. I know that's so easy to do, and it kinda sounds almost like a stupid tip, because it's like, "Duh! Well, of course I'll stay focused!" But this is what happens, we lose our focus, we lose our eye on the ball, we lose our momentum, and then we just kinda give up, and that thing becomes another one of those cluttered things that I just talked about. Cleaning up from your layer of reality. And the final one! If you have not watched my daily anomalous action challenge, this is really a very, very powerful action to take, exercise to take. This is you, every single day for 30 days, taking a step outside of your comfort zone in the direction of your intention. So, most people have become very, very uncomfortable with taking anomalous action. This is action outside of your comfort zone. So, if you can really start to practice doing this, even if it's just something small. So, say you want to create your crafts to sell on Etsy. Your first anomalous action could maybe be creating an Etsy account, right? Or going on to a forum to hear people talk about their experience. With selling on Etsy, or whatever it is. But venturing outside of your normal realm of activities in the direction of that intention is really, really, really monumental for achieving something. So, and really exercising that muscle of being able to take action. So I would suggest on top of all of these, take my 30 Anomalous Action Challenge with your idea of what it is you in fact want to do. And follow this, and take this video as a sign! It's time to get up and move! For those of you that are feeling challenged with moving, do it now! Right? Why wait? Do it now, and follow these little steps, and stay tuned to them. And maybe in 6 months your thing will be completely accomplished and done. Maybe more money will be coming in for you, or something else that you wanted to build or create. But start doing it today, and follow this stuff, and have a fun time Transurfing that version of reality for yourself! Let me know what you think of this video! Comment below, like, subscribe! "My world is taking care of me" to enter my daily giveaway! And thank you so much for watching my video, everyone! Bye!
