How To Shift From Dualistic Negative Thinking to Non Duality Mindset w/ Reality Transurfing

Renee Garcia explains how black-and-white thinking lowers your emotional frequency and pulls you off track. She teaches the Advantage principle (finding benefit in every situation) and Inversion technique (reframing negatives as best outcomes), using examples like flat tires and career choices. Rainbow thinking acknowledges every event has good and bad aspects; extract the good and stay aligned with your intended path.

Hello, Transurfer! And welcome to Transurfing TV! I am Renee Garcia, and I am, as always, super excited to be here! I've got a fun one today! Black and white thinking versus rainbow thinking! Rainbow thinking, my definition of it in my mind, I ask myself if I'm doing a dualistic or polarized way of thinking, "Hey, is this black and white thinking, or is this—" Rainbow thinking, and rainbow thinking is Transurfing! So, I'm going to get into all that in a moment! Remember though to like this video and comment below "My world is taking care of me" and I just may call your name and send you a nice stack of these! Also, thank you everyone who has signed up and enrolled in the Teachable course Reality 2.0! It is lit in there, guys! And I'm so appreciative to everyone that has contributed, because all of that is going to go back back into ITI and Transurfing TV! So, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you! So, with that, let's get started! First off, what is black and white thinking? Black and white thinking is a dualistic way of thinking, right? This is bad, this is good. This is right, this is wrong. I like this, I don't like this. If this happens to me, I'm happy. If that happens to me, I'm sad. It's you taking— whatever it is you are experiencing, whatever's coming in your direction. Maybe some bad news comes in your direction. Bad news, right? I just did it there! See how easy it is to do? Maybe some news comes into your direction and you immediately latch on to it and say, "Oh, that is bad news!" So, what happens when we do this, when we go into dualistic or polarized thinking? Is we shift around with our frequency and our emotions and adhere to whatever it is that we are responding to in the way that we have perceived it. That's why Vadim Zeland in the book talks a lot about a couple of concepts that help us with this. One, Advantage, always seeing the advantage in something, because there is always an advantage there. We will get to that more in a moment though. And the inversion technique, which is kinda lost in the Transurfing modality, we don't talk about this one a lot. But really, what the inversion technique is, is it's about you in the moment— let's say you're driving your car and you get a flat. Instead of you losing your shit and pulling over on the side of the road and cussing and screaming and getting angry and calling somebody on the phone and being unhappy about the situation— you treat that event as though something really, really good just happened for you. So, remember, when you start responding, the responsive snail thing, to external stimuli that's going down in your environment and you lose yourself— once you lose yourself, once you lose your awareness, once you lose your ability to maintain hold of your thoughts, your actions, and your frequency, you essentially allow yourself to transfer over to the frequency of the pendulum or the event or the person or whatever it is. And that can hinder you from staying steady on the current track that you are on. So if you hit the wave of success and you're, you're, you're on that wave and things are going good, and then you have a blowout on the freeway and you let let it get to you and you respond in a very polarized manner, "This is really bad! I can't believe this happened to me!" You can kiss your Wave of Fortune goodbye, it's gone! Because your frequency has changed! In order to stay up on that wave and make sure that you maximize the wave, you have to continuously feed it with a high and positive frequency, and let everything else— sort of, um, you know, be, be you, you choose the perspective of it, right? The rainbow thinking. You decide that you are going to perceive it, respond to it, um, do something different with that information other than doing this stuff here. So some more black and white thinking, this or that. So I used to be a person that, would try to always choose the right thing. I mean, a lot of us do this, right? So we have two options in front of us and we sort of view one option as being the right choice and one is the wrong choice. And we put pressure on ourselves to choose the right one rather than choosing the wrong one. Like, oh, what should I do? Should I choose this job or should I choose that job? Or maybe something's going down romantically. Maybe something with with a friendship, who knows! Just any— this can happen in all aspects of life where we are confronted with choices that are either this or that! And I know I can speak from my own experience in times when I've been confronted with two choices, I felt the pressure on me like I needed to choose the right one, otherwise if I didn't, I would choose the wrong one and then there would be consequences! There is no right or wrong choice. Both of them are right. And if you choose one and you don't do the right thing with it, both of them can be wrong too. So, it's your application of these concepts, it's how you work that choice, it's how you really get in there and make that choice the wrong one. I know, for me personally, after doing this for a long period of time— I started to feel like, "Man, I get this sensation that like when I make the right choice, somebody's gonna come and tell me like, 'Oh, there, you hit it! You made the right choice!'" There's nothing like that! Nothing! You're never gonna get confirmation from your external environment that you absolutely made the right choice, or the wrong one! It's how you work with it, that's what matters! It's whatever choice you make is going to be the right one, just as— Mr. Zealand says, and that is the truth, y'all! So, "Only one way!" Again, this kinda gets back to "this or that." You believing that something needs to happen in only one way, like "I need to stay with this guy and marry him, and this is the only way this relationship can play out in order for me to feel happy!" Right? This is you really banking and having high importance levels on something playing out out a specific way because in your mind you have deemed that the right way, and the alternative, or the absence of that thing happening or whatever, is the wrong, right? This is classic— all these things, classic black and white thinking. Dualism, catastrophizing. That's the other thing, catastrophizing! So many people are like "Oh my God, my life! Ahh!" So, okay, even if your life is coming undone at the seams, Responding like that is not going to do anything for you! Get into rainbow thinking! Wow, something crazy is happening right now! What does this mean for me? How am I going to benefit? What can I learn? Where's the advantage? How can I flip it upside down and invert it and view it as a positive? Wow, this road is getting bumpy, but I'm sure at the end of it, man, there's gonna be something good! But I have something to learn in this moment! Or the world's trying to tell me something, or something, right? But classic catastrophizing is definitely not going to— you're not gonna benefit from that in any way whatsoever! Okay, so getting now to the rainbow thinking! What exactly is rainbow thinking? Again, it's you seeing the advantage! The cool thing about advantage is oftentimes you can find the advantage when you've you practice this concept, you can get better and better and better in seeing the advantage sooner and sooner and sooner, and sometimes in the moment! Like if I miss out on an opportunity and I just got news that something's not gonna work out, instead of falling to pieces, I'm like, "Okay, cool! What's the advantage? Oh man, that was gonna take me a lot of time to do that thing anyway, and now I have that time to do something else! So, wow! The advantage is right there, it's very clear, right?" So, always, always looking for the advantage. And if you can't see it in that moment, know that it will ultimately present itself to you down the road. Non-dualism. Read some stuff on non-dualism, y'all! It's awesome! It's like everything in the world is just something. None of it's good, none of it's bad. It's what we make it out to be. And this is really— I mean, Transurfing is a non-dualistic modality. So, if you wanna dive a little bit more into this, if you're struggling with black and white thinking, go to Wikipedia and type in 'Nondualism' and read some of the stuff that comes up, because it is good, good, good stuff! Inverting, I already went over that one. This is even if it is bad, right? Even if it is your car had a blowout on the freeway and you can't possibly see the advantage in that, act towards the situation as though it is the best thing that ever happened to you. Because then you're just keeping your frequency high, you're keeping your thoughts high, and that event is gonna simply pass you by rather than hooking you, pulling you from your current lifeline down to a lower one where the presence of more crap exists, like that, right? So, it's you sort of holding firm on your track and being like, "No, none of this is gonna jolt me!" Always presence of good and bad. This is where it really just kinda comes together, boils down to this one simple thing that I believe now to absolutely be a fact. And this is every single event in the Alternative Space, everything that happens to us in our layer of reality, anything. Everything has the presence, has both good and bad attributes. As human beings, we are programmed to think in a dualistic way, because this has kept us alive, this has helped us to evolve as primates to what we are now. Because if we were seeing the advantage in everything, or not looking at things from a dualistic perspective, we wouldn't have survived, we wouldn't have evolved. So, we had to say, you know, the lion is— bad, because he's gonna eat me, and the rabbit's good because I can eat, right? So, it was very, very much to our benefit that we did this sort of thinking! But now, since times have changed, it's different! We don't have to do that anymore! And the magic here is that we know and we accept and we acknowledge and we utilize the fact that there are both good and bad parts to any event or any equation. And it is our job as a Transurfer to extract the good and leaving the bad. You can always, always, always take anything that happens to you in this world to your benefit, as an advantage in some way. So, are you black and white thinking, or are you rainbow thinking? Let me know below! And remember to like this video and comment below "My world is taking care of me." And don't forget!
