How To Stay In The Center Screen w/ Reality Transurfing

In this instructional video, Renee Garcia introduces the Reality Transurfing concepts of the Inner Screen (internal mental immersion), the Outer Screen (external media and environmental absorption), and the Center Screen (the middle world where one can access alternative space and write one’s own script). Drawing on the teachings of G.I. Gurdjieff, she presents two practical exercises—Dividing Attention and Self‑Remembering—to help viewers pull themselves out of either screen and settle into the Center Screen. She explains how to set the intention, choose focal points (e.g., a coffee table while watching TV, or a soft focus on one’s nose or the bridge of another’s nose), and gradually extend the duration of the practice. The video warns that sustained practice can produce a “strange, detached” state of heightened awareness, which may feel unfamiliar at first. Garcia encourages viewers to research the techniques further, share their experiences, and engage with the community through comments and likes.

Hello, Transurfers and the Transurfing curious! I am Renee Garcia, and this is Transurfing TV, the only official YouTube channel for Reality Transurfing, endorsed by Vadim Zeland himself, the author and creator of Reality Transurfing. So, today, I'm going to be giving everyone a couple of favorite exercises or practices that, help to achieve the Center Screen State, which is a concept given to us by Vadim Zeland via the Tufti book. So, I'm going to explain a couple of practices that are not Transurfing practices, they're actually practices of G.I. Gurdjieff, who was another Russian mysticist that was also, like Vadim Zeland, sort of ahead of his time. And they had a lot of similar views on the Center Screen. Or the middle world, I think, as Gurdjieff called it. So, I will be giving these exercises and telling you a little bit more about the Inner Screen, the Outer Screen, the Center Screen, and how these exercises will help you to achieve this Center Screen place a little bit more, which we could all use right now. We're all getting heavily sucked into, I think, the Outer Screen more, because— I think we're all sort of obsessed with the media, and that's what the Outer Screen is, right? The Outer Screen is you getting pulled into your world in a way where you lose your self-awareness, your consciousness, your ability to write your own Script. A lot of us are getting sucked onto the coronavirus Script 100%, right? And we're losing the ability to see ourselves as free-thinking human beings that don't have to buy into external Script 100%. But you have to learn how to first acknowledge when you're getting sucked in, or out, I guess, out into that external screen, or getting sucked into your internal screen. So, again, external screen is you getting sucked into your environment. It's the media, social media, getting sucked into family stuff, relationship stuff, professional stuff. Stuff. It's you getting absorbed in your world, where you stop maintaining awareness of self. The internal screen is the opposite. That's you going into your mind, it's you overthinking, it's you worrying, it's you daydreaming, it's you playing some fantasy in your mind, or overthinking, whatever. You know, it's you— being immersed in thought. So, these two concepts that I'm going to give you guys today are concepts that were created by G.I. Gurdjieff a long time ago. I think he died, like, in the '50s or something. So, he's been long gone. But him and Vadim have very similar views on the Center Screen, or I think as Gurdjieff calls it, the Center World, or the Middle World. So, he said that— there are two worlds that we live in most of the time, the inner world and the outer world. And where we can achieve success, I think, as he says specifically, where you can, um, be rich is in this Center Screen and— or this Center World, this Middle World. And you can crystallize data of the soul, I think, is what he says specifically. And I think what he means by that is It's this middle place where you have the best access to the Alternative Space. It's where you can see Outer Intention flow up to you via the Alternatives Flow, bringing you information and material and opportunity that you can jump on. And it's in this center place that you have the ability— to write your own Script. So, these two exercises that I'm going to give you today are exercises to help you pull yourself away from that external screen, if you're acknowledging that you're getting sucked into your external screen too much, or pull you out of your internal screen. So, these two concepts, the first one is called dividing attention, and then the second concept is called self-remembering. So, again, both of these concepts are in line with you either pulling yourself away from the external or out of the internal. So, the first one, dividing attention, it sounds pretty easy, but it's actually really challenging. And the challenge in dividing attention is remembering to do it, and then seeing how long you could hold it. So, I would really like to hear, if anyone does this, their experience with it. I know it's like a practice, it's almost kinda like meditation. The more you do it, the better you get at it, and the more benefits you receive from it. So, dividing attention goes like this. Let's say you are in your house and one of your family members has the TV on really loud, and you're constantly getting sucked into the news and the media, and hearing about coronavirus and all this pandemic stuff. So, let's say that you realize you're getting sucked into this, and you decide that you want to divide your attention. You are going to do exactly that. You are going to set the intention that you will divide your intention between two different things, or with practice, possibly three. So, three is more advanced, but two is effective to see results. So, what you would do is— let's say that you have— you have a little bit of curiosity about the news, but you don't wanna just get sucked into it 100%. So, what you would do is set the intention that you will watch the news, but at the same time, you are gonna focus your attention on the coffee table right under the TV, right? So, you're gonna keep two different objects in your attention. You're gonna maintain attention on two different objects at the same time, and you're gonna see how long you can hold that for. Now, when you do that, you stop yourself from getting solely sucked into the media, or whatever it is. You can do this while walking outside, you can do this while you're at work— although you don't really wanna divide your attention at work if you're going after a task, but you know what I mean. Anytime that you feel— you're getting sucked too far into the external and you're losing that sense of self, you set the intention to focus on two items at the same time, dividing your attention between the two, which stops that direct transmission of energy where you're just getting completely sucked into one external event or— thing. So— and please read about this online. There's so much information on dividing attention by Gurdjieff, and I'll put the name and the subject below where you can do some research if you don't know about this concept. But this is a lifelong practice, so I'm really just summing it up now. Everyone should, if they're curious, read more about it, because he— I think he wrote a whole book about it. So, the second one that I wanted to speak on is self-remembering. And I think just as much as we're getting— sucked into our external screen right now, we're also going into our minds and overthinking and worrying about everything that's going on. And one way to pull yourself out of yourself, out of your mind, is to practice self-remembering. So, self-remembering's pretty easy. It's just like dividing attention, it's the exact same concept. It's about remembering when to do it and seeing how long you can hold it for. So, self-remembering's pretty easy. You set the intention. That you are going to see a part of your body or something external on yourself that is going to keep your thought pulled outside of your mind. You can still be thinking, but at the same time, you're going to be pulling your attention to something external outside of your mind. So, one of the classic methods of doing this is putting a soft focus on your nose. So, So, instead of you sitting at your computer, kinda like zoning out and going into your mind, or doing something, driving and kinda going into your head, you are going to set the intention that you are going to maintain a very soft focus on your nose. And it's that intention to put your attention there that will keep you pulled out of your mind. The other thing that you can do— is this is effective for a person. Instead of you getting sucked into an exchange with another human being, you would stop looking directly into their eyes, or looking directly at them, and focus on the bridge of their nose between their eyes, instead of you making direct eye contact, which can sometimes suck us into an exchange, a communication exchange between you and another person. So, I know this stuff sounds a little bit weird, but it does work. And I've practiced these techniques in pulling myself away from both the inner and outer screens. And it is highly effective if you can remember— to do it, and then you can practice doing it for longer and longer periods of time. I do want to warn, though, that if you practice this pretty seriously, you can kind of achieve a state of being that you've probably never felt before, and it can be a little bit weird at first. It happened to me. And when I was reading about the concepts online, somebody said the exact same thing. They said, you know, you can kind of achieve a strange state of being detached from that that Outer Screen or your Inner Screen in a way that you maybe have never felt before. So, it's just you becoming uber-aware of yourself and your environment, but in a place that you're not used to, which is that Center Screen. So, if you are finding yourself sucked too much into the Outer Screen with everything that's playing out, or you're getting sucked too much into your Inner Screen, these are some tools, I think, that you could use. Again, read up on this stuff. There's tons and tons of information online. I may even put a link in the subject below. And yeah, use these, because they are awesome. But again, you have to kind of remember how to call to mind your ability to utilize these tools, and then actually use them for an extended period of time. But I'm curious to hear your thoughts, everyone. Please let me know if you know about this stuff already, if you've been using it, it, how it's worked for you, or if you're going to, or if you do and you experience results, please let us know! So, thanks so much for watching, guys! And comment, like, and questions below. Bye!
