How To Stop Being So Serious, Let Go & Reality Transurf w/ Ease Reality Transurfing

Renee Garcia explains how seriousness creates mental grooves that limit your options, while playfulness disrupts the social forces pulling you toward conformity. She argues the world mirrors back what you project, so a light-hearted attitude invites better experiences without requiring you to change who you are.

Hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia, and today I am not going to be so serious! Because I know when I throw myself into the Alternative Space in a silly way, the pendulums stop their sway and they pick me up and they take me away, and I become a star of my reality. Hey, that was actually pretty good! I kinda surprised myself on that one. I don't know, what do you think? Today! Stop being so damn serious! Right? I am amazed at how many people are choosing to focus on a version of reality where stuff is so serious! "Times are tough!" "Life sucks!" "I'm bored!" "I'm quarantined!" "Well, I guess this is the way that it is. I'll just continue with my struggle today!" Right? This is luxuriating in suffering, as Daphne's mom used to say, which I absolutely love! And people really restricting themselves from gaining the benefits, again, of like my little Transurfing nursery rhyme I just gave, the Pendulums! Will give you standards that one oftentimes feels they must adhere to in order to gain the benefits or the rewards that the Pendulums are offering. But the cool thing is, the Transurfing way is that you just be who you are, and the Pendulum will make you a star of your reality. And I have been playing with this— with this version of reality for a while now, and it's so true! You don't have to act a certain way, you don't have to be so serious and view life and reality as so serious so you'll get stuff, so you'll benefit, so you'll be a member of society that's respected, or do your job right, or whatever it is! I mean, I'm not even in that world anymore, so it's hard for me to actually think that way. But this is about you really just learning, or merging over to a version of yourself where you can play a little bit more today and have a little more fun. Because remember the Mirror, whatever you present to your Mirror, you are going to get back tenfold from your Mirror, right? That is going to become your reality. So, if you— If you approach reality from a way that you're fun, life is fun, people are fun, and you are playing and you are having a good time and you are exploring and you are living in a whimsical kind of way, then your reality is going to give you all of that. And it is indeed quite fun. Before I get into this a little bit, remember to like this video and comment below. When I'm getting results again, the Pendulum will pick you up and take you away to a fantastic world of fun and magic, if you just act like yourself! So, this is about exactly that! What I see some people— well, lots of people, I hate to admit it! I wish more people were acting a little bit like me! I definitely notice— when people are acting like me, or people are living like me, rather. Because it's not an act, right? It's tapping into that version of yourself that is whimsical and is fun and is fancy-free. And again, when you are in a state of being, you are going to attract others that are in that same state of being. This is basic frequency stuff, right? You're resonating with others. So, when you view yourself as serious, you are going to— Or life is serious, you are going to attract more serious people, and obviously highlight a sector of reality that is in fact serious as well. This is Transurfing 101. And what the serious nature, in my opinion, what the serious sort of state of being does to people is it confines them, right? It confines them into a box because their ideas about themselves are rigid, their ideals about the environment— environment are rigid. Their ideals about how they should act, how they should be, how they should approach life, how they should interact with others, it's all kind of restrictive in nature and inhibiting, right? And again, when you continuously act in a specific manner, and have your thoughts running in a habitual kind of pattern, right? This version of reality becomes a very well-worn groove that becomes challenging to exit from, right? It becomes challenging to then— access different versions of yourself and access different versions of reality. So, in sort of tapping into a place where you view yourself as fluid, whimsical, not adhering to things so— strictly, that path that you've worn becomes less concave, right? And you actually have the ability then to merge with some different variations of reality that may suit your intentions better, if that makes sense. A lot of these concepts, I sort of have these little visuals in my mind, they work for me. I know probably some of you are like, "What the hell is she talking about?" But that's kinda how I see it. How I see it. When I was a very serious person— oh, I spelled serious wrong. When I was a very serious person, I was in a very deep, well-worn life track, a groove, right? And anytime anyone suggested anything to me, I would discard it. Nope, I don't want to hear that. Cause my, my track was so so deep, and it became a challenge for me to take direction from somebody else, or take somebody up on an opportunity. "Well, no. This is what I'm doing right now. This is what I'm doing. This is the path that I'm going in. This is the way that I am." Right? And again, your external environment offers you so many more opportunities than you can access on your own with your inner intention thinking mind. And that well-worn groove is very much carved. Carved with the Inner Intention, right? That's exactly how that is carved. And yes, this is kind of my— this is the lower version of myself, right? We always talk about the higher, that we like to envision the higher versions of ourselves. But actually, sometimes I like to entertain myself by envisioning the lower version of myself, what the lower version of myself is doing right now, how bad it actually is for the lower lower version of myself. So this lower version of me, well, I guess this is the way that it is. COVID sucks. Pandemic sucks. Times are tough. Life sucks. I'm bored. I'll, I guess I'll just continue my struggle, right? That is going to be exactly what I am going to get from my mirror, from my reality. That is the sector of reality that I'm going to highlight. Everything that comes in my direction is going to be, or lack thereof, is going to be exactly in with all of these lower quality thoughts about myself and my reality, or my serious way of thinking, or my rigid way of thinking or being, or a rigid way, a rigid state of being. So, I know this might be a challenge for some, because venturing outside of your comfort zone to really start playing with reality— Right? Playing with yourself, playing with other people. And playing in a way where you are putting yourself out there. And it is— I'm not going to stand here and say that me merging from a serious version of myself to a more whimsical version of myself was hiccup-free. Right? I had to learn to accept when I threw myself out there, right? When I put myself in a vulnerable state. And when I messed up, it didn't mean— and at first, sometimes I would retract back to my comfort zone, back to my safety zone, right? If you just continuously keep extending yourself, and again, playing with your reality and playing with the different versions of you and playing with other people. And even when you do mess up, catch yourself from being like, "Oh, I just messed up! I'm gonna retract back to my comfort zone!" to know this is exactly how I get out of the comfort zone, "Even though I did mess up, I continuously put myself out there, right? Expose my vulnerabilities, throw ideas out to others, try to make friends with people that I wouldn't necessarily try to make friends with." You know? Or whatever it is that gets you connecting with your external environment in a way that is releasing you from yourself. Releasing you from that well-worn groove, right? So, how to do exactly that? Start doing things differently, and start doing you differently, right? Now, this isn't changing any part of yourself. But what I realized is when I found Transurfing and I really tapped into this idea— and I just gave a video on this. Titled 'You Do You'. If you missed that one, take a look. When I first found Transurfing and I realized, "Oh my God! I don't have to change anything about myself!" Right? I don't have to alter myself to gain success or meet with my intentions. I can really just be who I really am and go after that stuff being who I am! I really am. But again, it was about me getting over this fear that my external environment was going to reject that version of me, right? That my quirky nature or my, my appetite for whimsy, if you want to call it that, or whatever, like it was that, that there was going to be repercussions and consequences for me being myself. And again, the Pendulums want us to believe that we must adhere to their standards to reap the rewards of what it is they're offering. And in bringing your awareness to the idea that Transurfing is actually— proposing to you another option, you actually be you and start playing with your reality and with the different versions of yourself and other people, and shine your light a little bit brighter because you are not being so damn serious and rigid. And in doing this, you are going to attract— all sorts of cool new things. And this is exactly what I'm experiencing right now. So, you know, this version of me compared to this version of me, right? No, I mean, it is very— the contrast is stark. But what I'm saying is if you're challenged by being too serious today, taking life so seriously. I know a lot of people are really challenged by the whole political thing right now. Like, oh, it matters so much. Does it really matter? Does it really matter? Does COVID and the restrictions, does that really matter? Or can you tap into a version of yourself that just doesn't give a rip anymore? And you are going to start playing with life, playing with reality, playing with your versions of yourself and other people, and leave all that serious crap that probably is not serving you too well, right? This way is a lot more fun! So, if you're challenged right now with being too serious, if this is you and you want to break out of this box of serious beliefs, right? "this is very serious!" Start first bringing your awareness back to when you're doing this, when you're putting too much importance on politics or COVID or whatever the hell's going on. And start just acknowledging that there's another variation of reality, there's another variation of you. Start doing things differently, start doing you differently, and start just merging— via thought quality, action, and frequency to that more fun, less serious version of yourself. This is where it's at, y'all! Because it's super fun! My jazz hands! I am not being too serious today, and again, my reality is rewarding me! So, let me know your thoughts on this, everybody! And I'm curious what your thoughts are gonna be on this one! Very curious indeed! And are you being too serious today? Do you need to stop taking yourself and your life and your reality and external events so seriously? Join me! Start acting like an idiot! Thank you so much for watching this video. Bye, guys!
