How To Use The Word NO To Quantum Jump Reality Transurfing Parallel Reality Shifting Vadim Zeland

Renee Garcia explains how to use rejection as a tool for reality shifting. She outlines four steps: set the intention to hear no, stay engaged after hearing it, ask why to find the real reason, and convert the no into a yes or useful lead. The framework reframes no as neutral information, not judgment.

Hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia, and this is Transurfing TV! And today, I'm going to give a lesson on the power of no! I know, you guys probably thought, "Oh, they spelled that wrong, it was supposed to be the power of now!" No, it's actually the power of no! I give reference to a YouTube video that I will put a link for down below that— is of a TED Talk, and a guy— some of you may have seen it, it's really famous, it's got millions and millions and millions of views, because it really is powerful! But the video is of a guy talking about his experience with taking the challenge to hear the word "no" every day for 100 days. And oh my God, it is freaking hilarious! And there's so much to learn! From it. Before I get started, remember to like this video, comment below "My world is taking care of me" to enter my daily giveaway for my reprogramming stickers. So, this guy who's very, very charismatic and very interesting tells this story of being very seriously rejected in his elementary school years during a little exercise that the teacher gave that wanted to, um, both sort of put the kids in contact with receiving gifts and receiving compliments from others. And he didn't receive any compliments. He felt horribly rejected. I think he was like 6 years old. And that feeling of rejection stayed with him until his 30s, even though he had some very, very lofty goals. He had some very big goals, and he realized at a certain point that that 6-year-old version of him that was injured that day was the version of him that was making decisions to not do something based on his fear of rejection that he received at that period of his life. So if you look at this from a Transurfing perspective, and I talk about this in a few other videos that I've done recently, because it is really, really powerful, is oftentimes when we encounter something in a crisis or in a very low life track. Let's say when you were a child, maybe something very bad happened to you and your family financially. Maybe you grew up in a war-torn country. Maybe, um, you know, you grew up in poverty like I did. Maybe, Something happened in that layer of reality that caused you to respond to something in a specific way, right? And when you respond in that specific way, responded, your, your, your neural pathways kind of got carved that that's going to be the way that you respond. That's going to be the way that you respond. And then you take that responsiveness, you take that way of responding with you into your later stages, your other stages of life, maybe even some higher life tracks. But you're still acting like that old version of you in that moment on that older, lower life track, maybe in a crisis mode, whatever it was. You take that with you, and that's how a lot of self-sabotage stuff happens, that's how a lot of not extending out of your— your limiting beliefs towards some higher, higher places. Maybe that voice of that injured version of you, um, is the one that's saying, hey, this is how we're going to respond to this situation. So this guy's story was very much about that. He was responding later in his life to some very big stuff as this injured 6-year-old who had just gotten horribly rejected in, uh, in elementary school, he was still responding from this place. So then he recognized it, right? I see myself, I see my reality. I see that version of me is now making some calls in this new reality, and it's time to quiet the voice of that 6-year-old child, right? It's time to let my adult voice, let my big voice, let my higher power voice come out and start making some of the decisions and some of the calls in the direction of my intentions. So what he did is he decided that he was going to participate in something called rejection therapy. And his rejection therapy was going to be about him for 100 consecutive days putting himself into a scenario where he heard the word no, where he asked for something and heard the word no. And he created a blog, he created a YouTube channel, and it went viral because it was really really funny, and you should definitely check out the video below. Really, really funny and really enlightening, really. I mean, for me, I saw this and I was just like, "Oh God, it's so brilliant!" So, I'm gonna go over a few of the steps and kind of go over them from a Transurfing perspective. And maybe you can walk away from this video today feeling a little more comfortable hearing the word "no," which will allow you to take some— some steps in a direction maybe you've been fearful of taking because you haven't wanted to hear the word "no," right? So many human beings do not like that word! So, here are my little stick figures talking about it! "Can I have something?" "No!" Exactly what I wanted to hear! So, just like we are practicing in the Transurfing modality, you know, kind of like this non-dualistic thinking, not getting into polarized "this is good, this is bad," Looking at everything as just an event, and whatever we assign to it, that's gonna be what it is! So, like if you experience something, a flat tire, you can get all bent out of shape, or you can say "You know what, the flat was saving me from another situation down the road, and it's actually a positive thing!" So, it's about inverting that thing, which is what we're gonna do with the word "no", and actually set the intention— to hear the word "no," that the word "no" is gonna actually be good for you from here on out. It's going to be helping you in the direction of your higher self and your higher life tracks. So, step 1, set the intention of hearing the word "no." I just went over that. Step 2, stay engaged after "no." So, in the video, the guy first asks a security guard in the building he's working in that he didn't know if he could borrow $100. The guy was like, "No, you can't!" But then he asked "Why?" Right? But the guy was so embarrassed, and it was so hard for him to ask the guy for $100, and he was filming himself too, that after he asked him for $100 and he said "No," but even though he said "Why?" he ran, right? He turned around and he ran. So, he said that next time he was going to hear the word "no," he was going to commit to staying engaged. Because he could have answered that why, right? Obviously the security guard gave him a moment where he could plead his case and who knows, maybe he could have gotten the $100 from the security guard. So, um, don't assume— I know I'm going to skip around here a little bit. Don't assume that the reason that you're hearing no is concrete or that the reason you are hearing no is because of something about you, right? Maybe the security guard said no because he didn't have $100. Maybe he said, you know, no for another reason. Maybe it didn't have anything to do with the guy. And again, watch the video because he'll go over why not assuming where the no is coming from is really, really, really pertinent. Because sometimes it doesn't have anything to do with you. And you know, I've noticed this phenomenon and I've really started to pay attention to this in my life, and it's helped a lot with reaching out to people and networking and trying to get things going, is the older version of me— let's say I put in a call to talk to somebody and I don't hear a call back. I'm like, "Oh my God! They didn't like me! They didn't like my thing! They don't wanna do business with me!" And I would always think it had something to do with me! Right? Where a lot of times I realize the dude was on vacation, or the guy's backed up with work, or whatever! But not to go spiraling down that rabbit hole of self-doubt that the reason something's not working out is because of some characteristic of you, right? Letting go of that and just maybe assuming the opposite, "Oh, he's busy!" Or "Oh, they said no because it doesn't fit their intentions!" But don't put that on yourself and lower your own self-esteem, right? So, getting back to asking why. So, don't hear the word "no" and then just run, right? Stay engaged. Stay engaged after "no" and ask why, because you may realize that it doesn't have anything to do with you. And whatever the reason is that the person's telling you no, maybe it's an equation that you could work out with them. And get a yes, right? So, 5, convert to a yes or get a lead. Maybe it's a no from that person, but maybe that person knows someone that would be interested in saying yes. Or you could try to, you know, after you ask why and you hear what the reason is, sit there and try to work it out with them to convert them over to a yes. Or again, maybe they'll help you along the way to a lead that is going to say yes. Instead. So, I challenge you all, especially those of you in the Facebook group, let's set a little challenge. I'll make a thread and we will have a challenge of who can give the funniest "no" that they've gotten, something they've asked for to someone and have gotten a "no" and what the experience showed them, told them, told you, showed you. Whatever you learned from it, let's start a thread and see where that goes. It might be a really fun one! And I'm definitely down! I'm a little more accustomed to hearing "no" than the average person, because I've been in a bunch of different businesses in my life. But this would definitely be a challenge for me too! So, let's invert "no"! Let's take it as a positive to hear the word "no"! Go after hearing the word "no"! Share it in the Facebook group! And if you're not in the Facebook group, maybe just comment below! Your experience. And let us know, what has the power of "no" done for you, or what has it showed you or taught you or led you to? Because you never know, right? So, remember to like this video, comment below, all that good stuff. And thank you very much for watching my video. Bye, guys!
