How to ⚡️ZAP⚡️ Unworthiness w/ Reality Transurfing

In this 16‑minute self‑help video, Renee Garcia (Transurfing TV) addresses the pervasive feeling of unworthiness that many people experience in areas such as love, money, friendships, and personal security. She explains that unworthiness often originates from a tiny, early‑childhood message (e.g., a dismissive comment at age five) that, when repeatedly reinforced, snowballs into a deep‑seated low self‑esteem. Garcia introduces a "reverse‑tracing" method: when a sense of unworthiness arises, mentally rewind to the most recent occurrence, then keep moving backward until the original seed is located, and confront it with humor, recognizing it as a trivial external statement. She then advises turning away present‑day contributors—abusive partners, toxic workplaces, or self‑critical thought patterns—and replacing them with self‑care practices that nurture the body, mind, spirit, and energy (what she calls raising one’s alchemy or frequency). Garcia stresses the need for committed, ongoing self‑work, including eliminating negative self‑talk, adopting a positive internal lexicon, and taking concrete actions (volunteering, exercising, socializing) that oppose the current unworthy resonance. She also encourages viewers to ask the "Alternative Space" for insights and to avoid identifying with the lower‑self narrative. Throughout, she blends personal anecdotes, Transurfing concepts, and actionable steps, urging viewers to like, comment, and subscribe for community support.

Hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! I am Renee Garcia, and today we're gonna be talking about unworthiness, or worthiness, because this was really a big one. Somebody requested this video. By the way, if you guys have any requests, shoot them over to me in the comments. I'm definitely willing to tackle. Your questions, right? If you've got a big one, "How do I deal with unworthiness?" Or anything! Anything at all! Let me know, and I'll definitely do my best to break it down to the best of my ability. But today, I'm gonna be talking about something that I feel, first of all, I've been challenged by in a lot of different ways, right? Unworthy with money, unworthy with love, unworthy with having the things that I want, like security. Or nice friends, or a good position in life. Sorry, guys! Let's see if that works. There we go! And this feeling, this frequency of being unworthy is really the biggest putting your hands up to the Alternative Space and saying, "Don't come near me! I am unworthy!" Love, money, friends, adventure, freedom, security, fun, whatever it is. This is unworthiness to the Alternative Space, right? This is what you're doing. Before I get started, remember to like this video and comment below "My world is taking care of me" to enter my daily giveaway for my reprogramming stickers. And subscribe! And do all that good stuff that helps us out at Transurfing TV! So, I have some basic checklist here with some things to do and things to not do, to get rid of if you are challenged with feeling unworthy. Before I get to this, though, I just wanna say to those of you that are watching this video, this has probably been one of my biggest— challenges in life, simply because how I was raised, right? Lots of us were raised in environments where we were not put up, right? We were not supported. We were not— you know, I never had anyone ask me, "Oh, what do you wanna be when you grow up?" Or "You can do anything, Renee!" Or "oh, you're really smart," or highlight any of my qualities. And I noticed that when I was young, there was other children in my life, or teenagers, primarily friends, where their parents were doing that for them, right? Their parents were putting them in ballet class and saying, "Hey, if you want this, you could do this," right? Or showing up to extracurricular things at school, parents, and being supportive, and like, "Hey, you could do this!" "Hey, you can do this! You can do this!" And a lack of that in my life growing up was like a big empty hole, like a void, right? And the easiest way for me to reconcile that void, rather than saying "Oh, my parents don't really love me!" or "Oh, something else!" was out of balance in my life, I attributed it to me not being worthy, right? Me not being worthy. And what happened to me as a product of this feeling of unworthiness is my self-esteem absolutely plummeted. I was plagued by low self-esteem my entire adult life until just about 5 years ago, 6 years ago, when I found Reality Transurfing. Started to really make the choice to choose something else in my life and turn away from this stuff. Now, this is a big ball of junk to unwind. It really is. Now, I'm not saying that it's hard. You can do it if you set the intention to do it. But a lot of this stuff, that makes up you feeling unworthy comes from your past, comes from very, very early childhood memories. And it is just like— I just said it's a big ball. Well, let's say the root of whatever it is that caused you to feel unworthy at this stage of your life was a small little thing that happened when you were 5. Right? You grabbed on to that theory and you ran with it. So, somebody said, "Oh, that's not for you," right? You took it as, "Oh, it's not for me, it's for somebody else, and I'm unworthy and I don't deserve that thing." And then down the road, you gathered more evidence to support that little theory that you grabbed on to when you were 5. And it just kinda snowballs through your life, bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger. Now, what I have— until it's a big giant mess and you're like, "Wait a second! There's this really big ball. How do I unravel it?" In my experience, what I've done— and this is really, really magical— is I have— retrace whatever— so, if something happens and I feel unworthy, or I feel insecure, or I feel any sort of negative weird self-talk, something's off balance, "I don't deserve this," whatever it is, it can be anything, try to go back in your mind, "When's the last time I felt like this?" Okay? That was a week ago. When was the time before that? Okay, then I found maybe a month ago. And try to go back as far as you can to the root of when you first felt that state of being. And if it's unworthiness or not being deserving, or anything that has to do with low self-esteem, or any negative thoughts about yourself, do this reverse. So it's not like, it's not like, um, you have to unwind that big ball of mess. You can just roll it back out, right? You can roll it back out to the root. And then the cool thing is, this is really, really amazing and I love this part. When you get to the root, you realize it was some really trivial little bullshit thing that an adult probably probably told you. And mark my words, if you do this, it is incredible because it is almost always the case. That's not for you, Renee, because only rich women get to paint their toenails right now. Only rich women get to paint their toenails. Can you imagine such a silly little statement? Me grabbing onto that theory. And then the next thing was, well, only rich women must get this. And then only— oh, that's not for me. Well, that's probably not for me either. And through my life, It was like this little thing, just woo! And then before you know it, there's a big fat mess! So, if you are feeling unworthiness, the first step that I'm going to ask you to take is to start to unravel that thing and go back and find that initial seed of when you first felt like that, and really look it in the face for what it is and laugh at it! It was probably just something you heard from somebody else! So, get to the root. Just went over that one. Turn away from people, circumstances, or thoughts perpetuating a sense of unworthiness. So, this has to do with the present. So, this has to do with the past, right? Getting to the root. This is you going back and getting to the root. This has to do with what are you exposing yourself to right now that is making you feel unworthy. Is it an abusive spouse? Is it abusive parents? Is it a toxic workplace? Is it your own thinking? Right? Is it your own thinking? If you stand back and look at your layer of reality and say, "Okay, what is contributing to my sense of unworthiness?" Or whatever it is that you're suffering from. And if you can honestly say to yourself, "Well, my spouse doesn't really contribute to that." And "Well, my workplace isn't really toxic." Maybe it's just you, right? Maybe it is your pattern of negative thinking. And again, big one, it's been said a million times in my videos, stop thinking about what you don't want and start thinking about what you strive to achieve instead. Unworthiness really stems from that perspective of looking downward and back. It's your lower self, it's your lower nature, it is your— watch the video 'Higher Self vs. Lower Self'. Unworthiness really is that lower self kicking in and continuing to focus on lack and low self-esteem and stuff that does not help you in building. So, again, turn away from people, circumstances, or thoughts perpetuating the sense of unworthiness. Now, I know this is a big one, and— Sometimes, some major moves need to be made. If obviously it's a spouse, it's like, "Oh my God! This is big!" But if you're really intent on getting yourself to a place where you feel worthy, you feel embraced by the people in your life that love you and take care of you, and you take care of yourself, it might be time for some big changes! Self-care, self-work. And higher self. I'll go over those really quickly. Self-care is you luxuriating in self-love and taking care of yourself, and really nurturing yourself energetically, physically, spiritually, mentally, doing the things that are going to make you feel really, really good. I think I just gave a video on self-care, go back and watch it. This will dissolve— these feelings, if you get into the consistent habit of doing so. Self-worth— or work, sorry! If you are struggling with unworthiness, it is time to set the intention to do the work to reverse yourself out of it. This is going to be a commitment, this is going to be you embarking on a new journey. It is not something that's gonna just resolve itself in the moment, or just watching this video. You're gonna have to put in the work, and your higher self absolutely will help your lower self turn away from these things and head in that direction of feeling worthy and able, and your cup being full in regards to your self-esteem and all of that good stuff! So, what not to do, what will keep you in a place of resonating— and experiencing this sense of unworthiness, identifying with it. This was one of my biggest challenges is like, I really felt unworthy. I had really low self-esteem. I really felt unloved. And I would say to myself, well, you know what? It's just the way that I am. And I guess that's what I deserve. And I guess this is just my lot in life, right? So this is me identifying with that stuff and accepting it. If you continue to do that, you will never get out of it. You do not deserve to be treated like crap. You do not deserve to feel unworthy. You do not deserve to, um, struggle with low self-esteem, right? Everyone has the ability and the tools to help themselves feel good and feel as though they are their higher self. Nobody is entitled to this more so than anyone else. So don't identify with those lower nature things. Understand that these are injuries that were sustained on lower life tracks, maybe during crisis or from people that were also struggling or really challenged emotionally. It's not your fault. And you can get out of it, but do not identify with it. The negative self-talk has gotta go, right? You cannot continue to speak poorly of yourself internally and reverse up on out of this. You have to really get into a lexicon, a lingo, a language of you feeling good, talking yourself up. Thinking about what you strive to achieve, highlighting your strengths and the things that are good about you and all of that good stuff, and simply tuning out that negative self-talk. I know, easier said than done, right? But again, self-work. This is gonna be a commitment. Maintaining low alchemy, or frequency. I believe this is gonna air after my video 'Alchemy', so go back and check that one out if you have not seen it. If you've seen it already. If you are feeling unworthy and you're living maybe a life where you just have things that don't really make you happy and you want more, you want more money, you want more comfort, you want more of the good stuff, right? Getting yourself to a place where you can understand how you're attracting that. With the negative self-talk and identifying and all that stuff, and working to raise up your alchemy and your frequency so you attract more of the good stuff, and you prove to yourself with action that you are in fact worthy. Allowing others to abuse you. Again, do not allow anyone to abuse you. Parents— I know there's a lot of people in the Middle East that love Transurfing and watch these videos, and I'm very loyal to my Middle Eastern following, I love you guys so much! But one thing that I see so often with you guys is your tendency to let your parents abuse you, even as adults. So, I know it's challenging because there's cultural differences from there to here. But remember to activate your inner observer and to rent yourself out, and either get away from the abuse or learn to have it not affect you so much, and start to just kinda like rent yourself out all the way through it rather than allowing that abusive stuff to— to contribute to a feeling of unworthiness. And finally, before I close this video out— wow, 16 minutes, sorry about that, guys! Not taking action. Action dissolves so much! If you're not feeling worthy, what could you start doing today? What action could you start taking right now that is going to be in the opposite direction of where you're currently? At and what you're resonating with that is contributing to your feelings of not being worthy. So, do you need to get out and start doing something in your community? Volunteering, exercising, being more— I don't know, socially outgoing. Whatever it is you need to do, whatever action you can see to take. And now, this doesn't mean you have to figure it all out in this moment. Take a small step, and then ask! Ask the Alternative Space to send you some insights of more actions that you can take that are going to allow you to sort of get yourself up out of that hole. I know this sounds a little bit vague, but when you see it, something will click and you will know what I'm talking about, right? This is all practical stuff, so we need to be in the habit of acting, in the habit of mixing it up! Up the energy in our environment so we can gain insights and actually take action on things, rather than us just sitting at home complaining that we're not worthy, right? So, I hope you really liked this video, and I hope you found some value here. Let me know your thoughts on this, everyone. Remember to like it and comment and subscribe. And thank you so much for being here. Have a good one, guys! Bye!
