How Understanding What Happens When You Sleep Is So Important w/ Reality Transurfing

Renee Garcia explains Reality Transurfing's view of dreams: your soul navigates infinite alternative life tracks while you sleep. Lucid dreaming is practice for controlling your waking reality. Repeat "Who am I? Where am I? What am I doing?" to build awareness and enter lucid dreams.

Hello, Reality Transurfers, the Transurfing curious freaks and snails! I am Renee Garcia, and this is your Reality Transurfing Express lesson of the day! I'm doing lessons by request now. This request came in about a week or so ago, and then coincidentally, people started talking about this topic on the International Transurfing Institute yesterday or this morning, and I I've decided that today my lesson of the day will be on the dream world. So I know the dream world is something that we don't often talk too much about in the Reality Transurfing modality, and there's really not a whole lot to say about the dream world. However, the few points that I will make today on the dream world are incredibly powerful, and what connecting with the Alternative Space, or the Space of Variations, via your heart or your soul at night when you go to sleep and you dream— what doing this does is it exercises something that we all have deep within us, and that is our ability to connect with material and information in the Alternative Space, in the Space of Variations. So, uh, one point that I really like to make with this lesson is that the mind is limited and the soul is limitless. So a lot of the reason why we have difficulty or challenges in our waking realities is because our minds get in the way of us connecting with possibilities, alternatives, information and material in the Alternative Space, in the Space of Variations, it gets in the way and we convince ourselves of things that create limited thinking, right? We only see the world outside of us, what we see. Oftentimes, our mind is not capable of going a step further and connecting with information, material, evidence to support a theory. That you would like to create for yourself. It's just not capable because of conditioning, because of programming, because of, um, just growing up or adhering to a limited, uh, set of beliefs. So the soul has much more access to the alternative space, or the heart has much more access to the alternative space than the mind does. And that's why at night when we go to sleep, uh, crazy crazy things happen, right? Really what the dream world is about, um, in the Transurfing modality— I know there's lots of different interpretations of it in different modalities, but in the Transurfing modality, what Vadim Zeland presents to us is that our soul at night when we go to sleep is flying around unhindered in alternative space. Uh, Vadim Zeland stresses that dreams are not to be interpreted, that you shouldn't waste time on dream interpretation. Dream interpretation can be fun. And if you want to, uh, you know, entertain yourself, then you can go about interpreting your dreams. I even give into it once in a while when I dream something crazy. I think, oh wow, what does that mean? But I know, uh, because I believe in what Vadim Zeland says, that it's not, uh, it's not a meaning, it's not a sign. It is simply you accessing an alternative track, another lifeline in the alternative space that you have not accessed in your waking reality. So if you go off somewhere in your dream and let's say, you know, you wake up and you think, oh wow, that was a crazy dream. This was the same about my reality and this was the same, but then there were these strange people there and other, you know, conditions or circumstances or something are slightly off. You just accessed another track of one of the infinite number of possibilities in the alternative space. So you're kind kind of seeing into another reality, another life track. So one of the valuable points of Vadim Zeland's chapter on dreams is that when we can practice lucid dreaming— now lucid dreaming is when you wake up inside of your dream. Okay. And this has happened to me many times. And if I, if I do a little practice, which I'll share with you after I talk about lucid dreaming, You can do it too, if you have not yet experienced it, it's very, very powerful. So what lucid dreaming is, is it's you waking up inside of your dream and having complete control over where you go, what you do. Uh, I have had some truly wild lucid dreams and after I discovered Transurfing. So when I was able to wake up within my dream, I realized that I had ultimate access to the Space of Variations. I could do anything, I could go anywhere, I could have anything. And I have had some really, really fun times lucid dreaming. But more than just it being fun, what it does is it allows me to practice, uh, really outer intention. Um, my heart or my soul is sort of deciding exciting or accessing a different script when I lucid dream. And it helps me to understand that I have the power to do that in my waking life as well, because remember, the mind is limited, the soul is limitless. So when I have a lucid dream and I'm able to go anywhere, do anything, see anybody, uh, have anything, I've, I've done crazy things like driven Lamborghinis super fast and swam in a pool of gold coins and just all kinds of stuff. Because I woke up, I realized that I was in a dream. I knew that I was capable of doing anything. And even though we can't do that as outrageously in our waking lives, because remember, you can't— you can do anything at night in the alternative space when you fly around in your lucid dream or however you're dreaming, you have access to all of it. But the one thing that you cannot do is you cannot bring material back with you. Okay? So I can't go find a bag of money, obviously, in my dream, and then wake up and the bag of money is in my room with me or on my bed. However, I can then gain a sensation that I do have the ability to access that bag of money. Okay? Now, even though it comes a lot easier and it's a lot more lucid and comes comes onto the track very easily in the dream, it does allow me access to that knowledge. So, what I have used this point for, this lucid dreaming, complete unhindered access to this alternative space at night, what I've used this for is I have actually set intentions. Now, before I go to sleep. Now, they don't oftentimes present the, uh, the answers, or I don't meet up with my intention that night, but I sort of put in a request just the same way I do in my waking reality. So if I want a new project, okay, and I'm having a challenging time realizing it in the waking world, in my waking world, I can put in a request. Request before I sleep, uh, space of variations, alternative space, present to me something for me that I can do, a new project. And sometimes it happens, because remember, the soul has a greater access, the soul has a greater, uh, ability to connect with material or information in the alternative space in a much more simplistic and quick, uh, manner. So I will just read this brief— briefly. Uh, this is something that I've wrote on the Dream It might resonate with a few of you. Life is but a living dream, and the parallels between lucid dreaming, the act of controlling one's action within a sleeping dream, and the act of controlling one's life while awake cannot be disputed in the Reality Transurfing modality. This concept, very simply put— these concepts, very simply put, are one and the same. Just as the lucid dreaming— just as with lucid dreaming, our thoughts can instantly impact the course of events. This holds true in our waking life as well. In this lesson, we will deeply discuss the dream world and how this knowledge will assist you in a firmer understanding of both inner and outer intention. This lesson will prep you for the valuable information to come. We're learning the difference and ultimately mastering the art of working with outer intention will allow you access to the sectors in the alternative space. You only believed existed in your dreams. So again, this is about you breaking down those limitations in your mind and accessing the alternative space in a more powerful manner, just like you do in your dream world. Okay. Um, how can the act of asking yourself if you are awake positively impact your waking life as well as your dream life. Okay? So, this is a very, very valuable part of the dream world, and this is how you lucid dream. So, when you— just like in the Tufti book, when you can remember, you ask yourself "Who am I? Where am I? And what am I doing?" Right? This calls your attention back to you and keeps you in the power of creating your own script. Now, if you can start to systematically do this throughout your day, who am I, where am I, and what am I doing? And answer those questions, drawing your attention back to the center screen, to yourself, uh, you know, not, not, not staying in the, the outer screen or, or being absorbed into the inner screen, but calling to attention where you are and what you are doing. When you can do this systematically through your day, you will actually ask yourself or be able to ask yourself that same question when you are asleep. So it takes a little bit of practice. You have to do it consistently, but one night when you're asleep, you will ask yourself, who am I? Where am I? And what am I doing? And you will say, I am in a dream right now. And then that unlocks the door to you entering a lucid dream. Now, a lucid dream is, fun, like I said, and there is a, there is a sensation or an essence of it that will stay with you long after you wake up. It is a very, very powerful, potent feeling that if you can grasp that and hold onto it, you can use that in your waking life to be more powerful. I have done this and it is an awesome feeling. I mean, there's really, really, really nothing like it. No drug, no other technique, nothing compares to being able to, um, lucid dream. It really is one of the most beautiful, uh, most sensational experiences I've ever had. Um, so remaining aware, just as in your dream life, you are the one who decides the rules of the game. Okay? You decide again, just as in a dream, the role you want to play. So really what we're doing here is we're running parallels. Okay? You want to be able to go after your waking life, your waking reality in the exact same way you would in the dream world, in your dream life. The subconscious directly connects to the alternative space and information it contains. The brain does not store information itself, but the address to where the information is located in the alternative space. So you're just going to another address. You're just going to another script. Okay. Uh, the soul chooses a script that corresponds to the dreamer's thoughts and expectations. Dreaming is the virtual journey of the soul through the alternative space. And again, dreams should never be interpreted as signs. You can do that. It's fun, but it's not going to mean anything in your waking life. It's not a prediction. It's not— you're not accessing the future, nothing like that. You are just traveling over to a different lifeline because the soul is limitless, right? And it can go anywhere and it can access anything. You want to practice this so you can have this power in your waking life. So again, if you have a dream that you are, you live in a big house in a neighborhood you don't recognize with people you do not find familiar, what exactly is going on? You are simply accessing data from the alternative space that has not been realized on your current track. You are seeing things as they could have been, could be, or otherwise. You are experiencing things that have not actually happened but could happen should you find yourself on another track. Okay. One of the final points that I would like to make is that once you, once you understand the parallels, of the dream world, okay? And how we should really utilize the control we have in our dreams, if we are in fact able to lucid dream, and how we have control in our waking realities. This is really, really paramount. It is an exaggerated version of yourself, of the alternative space, But it can absolutely help you in creating a reality of your choosing here. This is not, however, the case with pulling material through the Space of Variations into the waking world. We are more in the driver's seat in our waking— So, okay. I forgot this point, and this is really crucial. This is how I'm gonna wrap this video up. You can fly around— at night in the Alternative Space and access all sorts of things and have lucid dreams and see wild stuff and live in a mansion and swim in a pile of gold and all that stuff. But you are actually more powerful in your waking reality. And the reason for this is because the waking reality is real. It is the tangible reality where you spend the majority of your time, and this is where you can actually actually gain material, right? You can create true wealth, you can find and live with your romantic partner, you can have that house of your dreams, you can do all this stuff in a more real manner. The dream world is virtual. The current static reality that we live in, the reality that we can see, touch, and feel, This is our non-virtual reality. So, you want to be able to go after stuff in this reality that you can pull information, material, evidence to support your theories, all the stuff that you intend to have into your real life where you can hold it and enjoy it and feel it and live it and all that stuff. So, I will stop with my dream rambling. I could go on and on and on. If you have any questions, please comment below, click subscribe to this YouTube channel if you have not already, and please join us at the 'International Transurfing Institute' Facebook group, where we have discussions like this and many, many more! So, to wrap this up, I would challenge you all to try to lucid dream a little bit, keep your question going in your mind during your waking hours, 'Who am I? Where am I? And what am I doing?' And if you can continue this in a systematic way, it won't be very long until you ask yourself this in your dream, and then boom, that opens the door to you having a lucid dream. You can have a lot of fun, and you can pull that power of being able to do that into your physical reality as well. So, thanks so much, guys! Join us on ITI, and subscribe here. Bye!
