How & Why Duality + Dualistic Thinking Destroys Reality w/ Reality Transurfing

Renee Garcia explains how labeling experiences as good or bad creates stress and distorts reality. When you drop this dualistic thinking and stay neutral, problems dissolve and you access what Vadim Zeland calls the Alternatives Flow. She uses COVID and politics to show how each side finds evidence confirming its own story.

Hello, Transurfers and the Transurfing curious! I am Renee Garcia, and this is Transurfing TV, the only official YouTube channel for Reality Transurfing that is endorsed by Vadim Zeland himself, the author and creator of Reality Transurfing. So, today, dissolving duality. This has really become one of my most favorite topics, I guess, to think about inside my mind, because as I'm delving into the world of of non-duality a little bit more, I'm realizing that so much of my stress, so much of my worry, so much of my anxiety, so much of my Importance really came, really stemmed from a very dualistic way of seeing reality. And it's kind of like the concept of dropping Importance. You know, if you want to solve a problem, drop the Importance on it, and the problem just kind of dissolves on its own. Well, it's sort of the same with adopting a non-dualistic approach to reality. It kinda just makes things a whole lot easier! And it makes things a whole lot more fun too, because you see other people participating in a very— dualistic way and their environment, and you can see the problems that it's causing them short-term and long-term. So, for those of you that are feeling like you don't really understand what duality or non-duality means— and this is just my opinion, because I haven't really read a lot about this stuff, so I'm kinda just getting a feel for it from a Transurfing perspective. And I believe that Vadim Zeland actually talks a lot about non-duality in the book, he just never uses that terminology. Specifically. So, forgive me if I'm not teaching this exactly the way that non-duality teachers teach non-duality, but this is just kind of like my own humble approach to it, and how I see it working for me, and how I feel that it could possibly work for you too. So, from my opinion, from my limited perspective, I see non-duality as being able to stop putting things into one or two. One of two categories. So, I think just to sort of reconcile our programming and our minds and the information that we've gathered as human beings, it's easy for us to say, "Okay. Well, this is good and this is bad. So, I want the good," right? So, if you bring this back down to, like, a very primal perspective, we had to do this sort of to stay alive. So, to say, like, "The lion's bad because it's gonna eat me, but then the rabbit's good because then I can eat." Right? Or, "Rain is bad because I'll freeze to death, but sun is good because then I don't have to worry about freezing to death." Or something like this, right? Like this very black and white way of staying alive, or being able to navigate reality in a way where it makes sense, so veer away from the bad, bad and veer towards the good. But here's the issue with it, is in assigning something as either good or bad, you— or let's, let's just say the good, right? Let's say you assign something as good. So then, then you're like, uh, then the antithesis or the opposite of that must be bad. So let's say you strive to have more success or more money. Right? And then you say, um, okay, so more success, more money is good, but then less success or less money or a loss of money is bad. And then once you've labeled the antithesis of what it is you intend to achieve as bad, then you sort of created a framework that could lead you to an undesired state of mind, should you find yourself in that quote-unquote "bad category" of not having money or not achieving success in the way that you have deemed important for yourself. So, it's kind of, in my opinion, this dualistic approach to living is sort of the same as— having high Importance levels. You're putting something in a category where you either need to see it happen or you don't wanna see it happen, and your happiness is stemming from the structure that you have created for yourself. So, again, it's getting down to eradicating or eliminating this black and white thinking, and— it's simply becoming like an observer and allowing things to play out in an Alternatives Flow kind of way. So, this is a perfect example, this whole thing that's happened with the coronavirus. A lot of people are like, "Oh, this is bad!" Right? "This is super bad, and I've lost work now, and I'm quarantined," and all this stuff. And it's in this— thinking that you can experience an Induced Transition, that you can, uh, really get your thought quality and your vibrational frequency lowered, all sorts of bad can befall you because you are viewing this whole situation from a quote unquote "bad perspective," right? "Before we had coronavirus, things were good. And now that we have coronavirus, things are bad and things are hard and things are scary." Whereas there's actually just as much opportunity in this present moment as there was pre-coronavirus. So it's, it's in, and in this viewing, um, the unfolding events, these, these, uh, external circumstances as neither good nor bad, you get to decide what path you're going to take and what information you are going to continue to pull into your, into your current perspective, deeming that the, the sector of reality that you're choosing to highlight and live in. So I think when we get too stuck on this, this is bad, and this thing that's happening is undesirable, then in doing that, you are sort of highlighting that sector of reality where you are going to see things unfold in more unfavorable ways, I guess, is the easiest way to say it. So, again, Importance and non-duality, I think, are like— I don't wanna say they're parallel, and I don't wanna say they're intersecting, but they definitely have a similar vibe. So, what you see is what you get. So, again, getting back to the good and the bad, right? If you choose to look at life like this, there's the good, and there's the bad, we're right and they're wrong. Politics, perfect example. You are a loser in that game if you decide that your group is right and their group is wrong, because in saying their group is wrong, you're actually creating friction in your environment that that wrong group is going to irritate you and you're not going to want to hear the news about that group, and you're not gonna want to see that group win again, or anything that has to do with the advancement or that group substantiating itself in your environment. It's gonna become an irritant, it's gonna make you feel as though things aren't right, or things are— they're off balance, or I'm not winning, "Or they won and that sucks, and I want my team to win," or whatever it is. But really, just accepting the idea— and I love this concept that Vadim Zeland presents to us, this is like my most favorite Reality Transurfing statement of all time, but evidence to support all theories, right? It is so true! If politically you wanna gather evidence to support your theory that your party is the right one and it's— the winner, then, then you will have plenty of evidence to support that. But if you also wanted to just play a game with yourself and pretend that you were a follower of the other party, they have just as much evidence to support that their theory is right as well. And it goes also for dualistic thinking. Something's good and this is bad. Well, you could, you could really, if you wanted to really get into it, Switch those around, put the bad one in the spot of the good one and the good one in the spot of the bad one, and then argue the points in a different way. And you could see, wow, there really is evidence to support all theories. So in dissolving the duality of we're right and they're wrong, you aren't going to be irritated. You aren't going to feel like reality isn't unfolding unfolding in the way that you want it to. You aren't going to feel like things are out of control, or things are playing out in a way that you don't like, or the world's getting worse, or why are things just seeming to get worse in my life, or anything like that. It is you choosing to focus on all of the information and material in your reality as neutral. And in that, I feel there is a vast amount of happiness and control, like really we have never experienced when— and I can say this for myself, coming from a very dualistic way of living my entire life. So, I'm not going to go on too much longer. I think this video is long enough as it is. Long enough as it is. So, I challenge you all to sort of think, how are you viewing reality today from a dualistic approach? And how could you dissolve some of that dualism and start viewing every bit of information, or bit of material, or event as purely neutral, and see how that affects you in just your daily mentality. I've been doing this a lot lately. And I'll catch myself really quickly if I start to think, "Oh well, we're good and they're bad," and then I'm like, "No, that doesn't work for me." for you, and I think it's pretty clear that that's not working for lots and lots and lots of people in this world right now. So, anyway, let me know your thoughts, I'm curious to hear them. Any questions, I will do my best to answer. And stay tuned for the next video. Thanks, guys. Bye!
