Importance - Excess Potential - Balancing Forces! w/ Reality Transurfing

In this 15‑minute Express Reality Transurfing lesson, Renee Garcia explains three core Transurfing concepts—Importance, Excess Potential, and Balancing Forces—and shows how they interact to hinder goal achievement. She defines Importance as the attachment of excessive value to an outcome, which creates Excess Potential: a gap between a balanced reality and the heightened expectation. This gap destabilizes thought quality and invites Balancing Forces, an external energetic correction that pushes reality toward the opposite of the desired result. Garcia illustrates the dynamics with two visual analogies: a log stretched between two skyscrapers (high‑stakes, fear‑laden) versus a log on the floor of a bedroom (low‑stakes, calm). She then applies the model to real‑world goals such as changing professions or earning a million dollars, demonstrating how over‑importance leads to failure. To neutralize Importance, she introduces the “negative slide” technique: briefly visualizing the failure of the goal while maintaining the necessary actions, thereby reducing emotional stakes, eliminating Excess Potential, and preventing Balancing Forces from sabotaging the outcome. The lesson concludes with a call to study the first five Transurfing steps, drop importance in daily life, and engage with her social channels and the International Transurfing Institute community.

Hello, Transurfers and the Transurfing curious! I am Renee Garcia, and this is my Express Reality Transurfing Lesson of the Day. So, this lesson today is actually a very, very special one to me, because this is something that I did wrong in my past reality, and I suffered a lot of consequences. And since developing— a firmer understanding of this concept, I have been able to make my life much, much easier, and the achievement of goals much simpler. And really just, um, what I intend to have comes to me in a much more simplistic manner. So this concept is of course the concept of Importance. And Importance— what, what, so what exactly is Importance? Importance is when we as human beings attach attach significant value to something and deem to ourselves and our environment that it is important that we have this thing in order to be something, right? Happy, feel successful, feel content. We create Importance around love, we create Importance around money, we create Importance around success, progress, achievement of a goal. We create Importance about relationships with our family and our friends. Our self-image. We create Importance about all sorts of things in our minds and in our realities. So, Importance— what Importance does is Importance creates something called excess potential, okay? And I'm gonna give you a quick drawing in a moment to show you exactly how Importance and excess potential are related. And then also, of course, in creating excess potential, We invite in balancing forces, and there you have it. Uh, whatever you intend to do, be, or have has just become much more difficult because you have invited in balancing forces. So this is a drawing that I came up with a few years ago during a seminar, and it's pretty simple, but if you can grasp what I'm saying here, you can really apply this to any area in your life that you have created significant importance, okay? So, imagine that there are two skyscrapers. Okay? Actually, this needs to be a little further away. Okay, imagine there are two skyscrapers, and you are standing— on one of the skyscrapers at the top. And what you intend to have, be, or do is on a skyscraper at a distance. Okay? Now, there is a log. That connects the skyscraper you're on and the skyscraper you intend to make it to, okay? Now, you have to cross this skyscraper to get— this log to get to the other side, to the other skyscraper, okay? And you start your journey with a firm intention to make it to the other side. But after a few steps, you realize that you can fall down, that it's a long way down to the bottom. Okay? You have just created importance over not falling, right? You have created importance over you reaching this other side. Side. Okay. And in doing that, you have created excess potential. Okay. What excess potential is, is it is a space in between a balanced reality and the, the significance or the expectation that you have set in your mind. Okay? And you have raised yourself up so that if you don't achieve what you have set out to achieve, or if you don't get what it is that you want to get, that there is a space for you to fall down. Okay? This is obviously classic, like, disappointment, right? It's building something up in your mind, you build, build, build, build, build your way up high, and then you don't get the thing and you fall. Right? So, this space in between your expectation and base reality, right? The space in between is excess potential. Okay? This is not good. Excess potential is not good. Now, when you start thinking that you aren't going to achieve this thing, or you have— attached significant importance, you have created excess potential, your thoughts go awry, okay? And your thought frequency actually starts to change, right? It goes from being a balanced thought quality and just walking calmly and emotion-free towards what it is you intend to have, then when you have created excess potential— your thought quality sort of goes awry. So, in this example, when you're walking across this log, right? And you think, "Oh shit, I can fall down," right? And you have applied excessive importance to you getting to the other side, you start to become fearful and your thought quality goes awry. And what happens after that is that your extreme— The external environment actually picks up on this imbalance, okay? It picks up on this imbalance, and balancing forces come in, in, in, in an attempt to, to rebalance the environment out, okay? Because our natural environment is constantly striving to seek balance. Okay? Otherwise we would just live in chaos. Um, our thought quality can't really be off balance for too long until something comes in, this external force, right? Balancing forces attempting to achieve a rebalancing energetically, if that makes sense. So, like the saying goes, um, uh, don't count your eggs before they hatch, right? This saying, don't count your eggs before they hatch, really what that saying is, is don't invite in balancing forces, right? Don't create an expectation that something's gonna happen, because this natural law can come into effect and ultimately create a scenario against what it is that you intend, right? What it is that you want. So, your thought quality kinda goes haywire, balancing forces come in, right? So, you're up on top of the log, you're walking across— And then all of a sudden you're like, "Oh man, I'm gonna fall! I'm not gonna make it to the other side!" You feel off balance, and sure enough, what happens? You plummet down to the bottom. Balancing Forces helps you actually achieve what it was that you were in fear of happening the most. And Vadim says it often in the book, "We always get what we actively do not want," right? So, there was a better way. To cross this log, right? You didn't have to have your thoughts go awry, creating excess potential, you know, importance about falling, falling, and then balancing forces come in and helping you to, um, you know, achieve exactly what you feared would happen the most. Okay. So the other, the other example, or the other version rather, is that you are in your bedroom, right? You are in your bedroom and you have to cross, the same log, just on the opposite side of your room, okay? I know my drawings are horrible, guys, but I appreciate you bearing with me! Okay, so, you have the same task, point A to point B, but this time you do not have this scary space, right? You do not create importance about falling, because there's nowhere to fall to, right? This log is just planted on the ground, and you can walk— calmly and smoothly without creating excess potential about falling from point A to point B. Now, this is what Transurfing presents to us, is the idea that you can achieve your goals, or you can get what it is that you want in life while doing this sort of action, not this one, right? Or better yet, you can walk across— the log from this skyscraper to this skyscraper in the exact same manner that you did when it was on the floor, right? No Importance, no Excess Potential, and no inviting in Balancing Forces. So, let's give a practical example briefly. Let's say that you want a new profession, okay? So, you're over here. And your new profession's over here, and you start taking the steps that you feel you need to take in order for you to gain this new profession, right? But halfway across the log, you start focusing on failure. You start telling yourself, "It's important that I achieve this, because if I don't, I won't be happy." Right? So, there it is! You have created excess potential, and you are actually working against yourself by inviting in balancing forces that will help to— it will come in, balancing forces will come in to agree with your thinking, and you will achieve exactly what it was that you did not want to achieve, right? You fall down and you don't make it to the other side, you don't— you know, gain employment or become the professional that you wanted to become in whatever context. You let your thinking and your importance get the best of you, and your reality responded to that, okay? So, the best way to— and this is a trick that I actually just spoke about a couple of days ago in one of my other videos. The best trick that I have found to eradicate Importance is that I actually play what is called a negative slide, okay? So, what I do is I set my intention, right? Here's me, and here is what I want, right? I'm going to make a million dollars, right? I intend to make a million dollars. Now, When I set that intention, I live and take all the steps that I need to take that I know of that helps me to feel like I am on my way to a million dollars. But I play a Negative Slide in my head of me not ever making that million dollars. Now, when I do that, I eliminate Importance, right? I don't create excess potential. And I do not invite in balancing forces. I take all the steps that I need to take in between me and that million dollars, but I assume for a brief period of time, not a long period of time, but for a brief period of time, that I do not ever get that million dollars. And I live in that briefly to experience the feelings and the thoughts that it is actually okay if I do not ever get that million dollars, okay? I won't die, there's not gonna be severe consequences in my life if I don't get that million dollars. But what it really does is it allows me to drop Importance on that million dollars, not create excess potential, and not invite in balancing forces that are going to work against me. In achieving making a million dollars. So, yeah, that's kind of my brief Importance 101, Excess Potential 101, Balancing Forces 101. Please let me know your thoughts. I'm sure that you will all have a few questions, because that's summing it up in quite a short period of time. But yeah, Importance is bad. Drop it. Read Reality Transurfing Steps 1 through 5. There's really no way for me to teach Importance, or the value in dropping Importance in 15 minutes. But this is my attempt to do so. Follow me on Instagram @reality_transurfing. And please join us on the 'International Transurfing Institute' Facebook group, or subscribe here for more Express lessons. And I hope you all can drop a little Importance today on something, and see that when you do this, when you can actively drop Importance, you do not ask your reality to work against you in achievement of that thing. So, yes! Thank you all, and peace! Bye!
