Once You Know This Simple Trick Reality Creation Will Come So Easily -Reality Transurfing

Renee Garcia explains how overvaluing outcomes creates Excess Potential, an energetic imbalance that triggers the opposite of what you want. Declaring "I must not fall" is like a green light for failure. Lower the importance, stay curious, and focus on concrete actions instead.

Hello, hello, hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia, guys, and this is Transurfing TV! And I get a frequency boost every time I put this damn shirt on! Oh my God! I put it on and I kinda forget that I have it on, and then I see it in the camera when I start the video. And I'm thinking, "Okay." I don't know what it is. First of all, I know it's really weird to wear a picture of yourself on a shirt with a bodysuit on and a pair of really ridiculous sunglasses with a crown. But every single time I see it, I laugh. And I see this version of me, and I'm like, "It's pretty creative! It's pretty fun!" It gives me hope for myself and my abilities as a creator, you know? I know it sounds a little bit like, Silly, but it's kind of awesome that we have the ability to just sort of create whatever the hell we want. Go on Spreadshirt and create a shirt with your picture on it. And then wear it around. See what it does. It's super fun. Okay. So, getting serious today. Excess Potential. I'm actually gonna read a little bit of the book today on Excess Potential, because I realized that I have not done that yet. And I'm going to start in a place that I haven't read in a while, so, like, I'm just gonna go for it, see what happens. I will read as far as I feel appropriate, and then I will give you my breakdown. So, Excess Potential, before I get started, is, like, really a concept in Reality Transurfing that releases you from— the resistance that is in your external environment keeping you from all it is that you intend to have. When I learned of this concept and first read Reality Transurfing, it was really mind-blowing to me, I have to admit, because I could look back on my life retrospectively and see with such lucidity how much Excess Potential I had in situations, and how that Excess Potential did what Excess Potential does, invites in the winds of Balancing Forces that came in and gave me the exact results that I did not want, right? That I did not want! And this is why Vadim Zeland says in 'Reality Transurfing: Steps I-V' multiple times, We always get what we actively don't want. So, like, I remember being in relationships and feeling insecure about the relationship, the route that it was going, all the different parts of a complex connection with someone else. Intimately, I would feel like— all those typical things that insecure people in insecure relationships feel. And I would project that into the relationship. "Oh, do you think we're gonna break up? Oh, do you think we're gonna make it? Oh, will we fight like this forever?" And all these things. And I realized, looking back on it, I'm like, "Ew, gross!" I was absolutely bringing to the relationship pure Excess Potential, right? "I must not fall! I must not break up with this guy! We must not break up!" As soon as you declare something you don't want to see happen in your layer of reality, and then you actively go into your layer of reality projecting those thoughts of not wanting to see that thing transpire, or acting in the direction of not wanting to see that thing transpire. It's like you're holding up a big green flashing sign saying, "Balancing Forces, come in and destroy this thing! I've already got it going, I'm already halfway there, you just gotta come in and destroy the rest!" Oh God! Looking back on it now, it's laughable. At the time, I kept saying to myself, "Why is it always— why does it always end like this? Why? I don't wanna break up, I don't wanna go through these relationship problems. Why do I always experience it then?" And of course, not having this knowledge, it was maddening! I didn't know what the hell was going on! "I definitely didn't think that I was the common denominator of all these breakups. Of course not! I was unlucky, and I was a victim, and I just happened to choose the wrong guy again." And it was always something outside of me, right? It was always me placing blame on my external environment and the circumstances, or the person, or whatever. I never once— had any idea of any of this. So, this is my classic little drawing. I haven't done it in a while, so I've decided to revisit it for those of you new to this channel. So, say there are two buildings side by side, and there's a plank going from one building to the next, and you have to walk along this plank. So, when you get halfway down the plank, You look down, and it's scary. There's consequences, right? You fear the bad version of this event playing out, which is you falling. So, you declare to yourself, "I must not fall! I must not fall!" Right? So, you have then created a stipulation within your reality. And as I will get into in this reading, Nature, the laws that govern our external environment, they don't like declarations like this, right? Nature is striving to constantly keep reality and our relationship to it in balance. So, once you declare, "I must not fall," you start to feel a little off balance, right? Suddenly— The distance from you to the ground seems a lot greater, and your heart starts to race, and you begin to become a little bit woozy. And the next step you take, sure enough, you misstep and you fall, and you move back down to where nature wants you to be, which is the elimination of this Excess Potential, right? Nature and our external environment strives to get rid— of this Excess Potential. This applies to everything. The job you want, the relationship you don't want to fail, you want it to succeed. The relationship where you want the guy to propose, right? But you start putting pressure on him because you wanna be married, you create Excess Potential, sure enough, your desperation causes the guy to break up with you. This is you wanting something, to an extent that you are creating an imbalance, and your reality is going to fix or correct that exact imbalance. And once you see it, it's like a miracle. It's like Pandora's box, though. You can't shut the box. You have to then move through your reality paying attention to when you're creating Excess Potential, and making certain that you are always approaching reality, even if you're walking, across the plank, you're doing it as if it were on the ground, right? And this is the cool part of Transurfing. So, I will get into it in a moment. Before I do, remember to like this video, comment below, subscribe, links for courses, follow me on Instagram, TikTok, all that stuff. Look at our shirts, check everything out, blah, blah, blah. I will get into it now. Excess. Potential. Everything in nature strives towards balance. Changes in air temperature balanced by wind. Differences in temperature compensated by thermal exchange. Wherever there is excess potential of any energy form, balanced forces emerge to correct the imbalance. We are so accustomed to such statements on the nature of things that we fail to ask ourselves why it must necessarily be so, or how exactly the Law of Balance works. Laws do not actually explain anything, they are just statements of fact. All laws of nature are secondary and derived from the Law of Balance. The Law of Balance is primary, at least it appears to be. And it is possible to explain why equilibrium should exist in nature in the first place, or, more specifically, where balanced forces originate from and why, indeed, they exist at all. The fact that we have become accustomed to something doesn't mean it is the way things necessarily are. One can only imagine what the world would be like were it not for the Law of Balance. An atmospheric jelly, or an aggressive furnace, perhaps. However, the unsightliness of such a world is hardly a reason to support it. The existence of the Law of Balance. And so, we are left to accept as fact, and to wonder in admiration at the perfection of the world, nonetheless puzzling over the question of what governs it all. We are used to the fact that there are good and bad spells in life, and that success is followed by defeat. For this is all a manifestation of the Law of Balance. Success, like misfortune, destroys the balance. Complete balance is when nothing happens. Absolute balance doesn't exist, or at least, no one has managed to observe it. Oscillation is observed everywhere in the world, night and day, incoming and outgoing tides, birth and death, etc. Even in a vacuum, elementary particles are involved in a process of continual birth and dematerialization. The entire world can be seen in the form of pendulums that oscillate, fade, and interact with one another. Every pendulum receives a jolt from its neighbors, and it, in turn, gives out its own. One of the main laws governing this complex system is the Law of Balance. Ultimately, everything strives towards balance. You are also a kind of pendulum. If you take it into your head to destroy the balance and sway sharply in a particular direction, you will brush against the neighboring Pendulums, creating commotion all around, which will then turn against you. Exciting, huh? Balance can be destroyed by actions and also by thoughts. And not only because thought is followed by action. As you know, thoughts radiate energy. In the world of material realization, everything has an energetic factor. 'Foundation.' Everything that occurs on an invisible level is reflected in the world of visible, material objects. It might seem as if the energy of our thoughts is not powerful enough to have an impact on the world around us. And if that were the case, everything would be a lot simpler. However, let's not make guesses about what's happening on an energetic level, otherwise— we could get entangled in a knot of conjecture. For our purposes, it is enough to accept the simplified model of balance. Where excess potential appears, balanced forces emerge to eliminate it. Dun dun dun! Excess potential is created by mental energy, when too much Importance is given to a particular object. For example, let's compare two situations. One situation, you are standing on the floor in your house, and the other, you are standing at the edge of a precipice. In the first case, the situation causes you no concern. In the second case, the situation is of grave significance. One careless move and the mistake is irreparable. On an energetic level, however, the fact of simply standing is of equal significance in both cases. So, this gets me back to— saying that Transurfing teaches us how to do this, as if we're actually doing it on the ground, right? Not creating that Excess Potential. On an energetic level, however, the fact of simply standing is of equal significance in both cases. Standing above a precipice, your fear heightens intensity and creates in— homogeneity in the energetic field. At this point, balanced forces emerge aimed at neutralizing the Excess Potential. You can even feel their influence. On the one hand, an inexplicable force seems to pull you down, and on the other, another force draws you to step away from the edge, right? Returning back to safer ground. To eliminate— the excess potential of your fear, the balanced forces are required either to drag you away from the edge or to cast you downwards and be done with it. It is the impact of the balanced forces that you are experiencing. On an energetic level, all material objects are of equal significance. It is we that attribute specific qualities to them, such as good, bad, cheerful, sad, attractive, repulsive, kind, wicked, simple, complex, etc. Everything in this world is subject to our assessment. The assessment itself does not create inhomogeneity— I know I'm pronouncing that word wrong— in the energy field. Sitting in an armchair at home, you can make the assessment that sitting there is safe, but standing at the edge of a precipice is dangerous. At the moment of making the assessment, the situation you are considering does not worry you, and so Balanced Forces is in no way disturbed. Excess Potential only appears in cases where the level of Importance attributed to the assessment is excessive. Okay. So, I'm gonna stop there, because I feel like it is enough. Here's the bottom line. Once you have placed Importance on anything, you are inviting in balancing forces. Now, I know people say a lot, "Well, if I don't have Importance on anything, how am I gonna get anything done?" Right? "How am I gonna get anything done? If I drop Importance on money, how am I gonna make money?" I remember one time somebody said, "I've dropped Importance on money, and now I'm broke and I'm gonna be homeless soon." And I'm like, "Dude!" Dropping Importance doesn't mean not taking action. So, what dropping Importance means is it means that you are not overevaluating the scenario if it plays out in the opposite direction of your intentions. So, an example would be like this. "Oh my God! I need to make money right now! If I don't make money, I'm screwed! I'm going to lose my house, I'm not gonna have any money to eat, I'm gonna end up in a homeless shelter! I can't not make any money or lose all my money! I've gotta make some money!" Okay? So, first of all, there's a ton of Excess Potential there. You are essentially creating that reality, and then inviting in balancing forces to make certain that it will finish the job, right? If you are in this position and you are on the verge of homelessness and you have no money, you declaring all the things that could go wrong and how bad it would be, "if you fell," right? "I must not fall!" This doesn't actually create money for you. Lowering your levels of Importance is about you not charging the situation up with a bunch of Excess Potential and emotions. So, instead, it would look like this: "Isn't this an interesting situation? I need to make some money." So, what is the best way that I could take action right now to make some money? "Oh, my friend just got a job as a Postmates delivery person, or an Uber driver!" Okay. So, I'm going to now enter into that realm and figure out all the things that I need to do to secure myself in one of those positions so I can make money. So, as you can see, there are two very distinct ways of going about needing to make money, or dealing with the fact that you need to make some money. There's the panicking, the Excess Potential, declaring all the bad that's gonna happen if you don't make money. And then there's the person assessing the situation from a non-emotional standpoint, just looking at what needs to be done to make money. So, lowering your levels of Importance is definitely not gonna be like you're just gonna make them disappear. It's about managing your levels of Importance, right? Trying to keep your levels of Importance as low as you can, and making certain that your energy and focus is going towards the action you can take to improve the situation. Not all the bad that can happen, not what's gonna happen if you fall, not all the consequences, not you declaring to your reality that this must happen or else. As soon as you have assigned those stipulations, those consequences, that sort of pressure into that situation, That's when the Balancing Forces come in. That's when the Balancing Forces come in. So, ask yourself today, when have you been like this? Are you like this right now with something? Do you have Excess Potential about something? Are you declaring to your reality that the guy must propose, that you must get the job, that you must do this, that you must do that. And how can you shift out of Excess Potential mode into action mode? Because action is the best neutralizer of Excess Potential. And just intend, right? Intend. So, you got intention to get you across, or you got stopping halfway and loading up the situation with a bunch of Excess Potential, inviting in Balancing Forces. And never making it to the other side, right? So, I hope you all enjoyed this video today. A little bit dark, but maybe it will help you in eliminating some of that excess potential in your layer of reality, and get you in the path of action and intention towards that desired outcome. So, I hope you enjoyed this video, everyone, and I will see you in the next one. Bye! You all next time. Bye, guys.
