Stop Fighting Your World & Thrive Instead! w/ Reality Transurfing

Renee Garcia explains why you feel like you're fighting everything—yourself, politics, other people, habits, desires—and how to stop. The answer is dropping importance on outcomes. She offers five concrete fixes: self-love for internal conflict, ignoring politics, adopting other people's perspective to defuse tension, focusing on what you want instead of what you don't, and asking why repeatedly to see what you actually need.

Hello, Transurfer! And welcome to Transurfing TV! My name is Renee Garcia, and today I'm going to do a video on battling with yourself, battling with others, battling with your world! Because I think we've all become a little bit combative, just because of us being kinda like confined. A lot of us are afraid. Frustrated. A lot of us are feeling like the quality of living has sort of gone down. I know that I have for sure. I have been probably a little more angsty than normal simply because I'm used to being out and about. I like to be outside. The pandemic thing happened. Now it's wildfires. We're trapped indoors. And I think our natural response, response as human beings when our environment does not line up with, you know, what we like, our expectations of how things should be. We start sort of creating reasons to have friction. When you're really happy and things are going your way, it's really easy to be, you know, more, more just agreeable to your environment, right? And then when things aren't going your way, you sort of battle a little bit more. And I think that Internal battles, external battles, battles with other people, they're all the same things! It's you not accepting some aspect of your reality and it materializing or manifesting in energy that's kind of a combative, battling sort of thing. And I will admit, I'm guilty! So, I'm going to break it down for you guys, and I'm gonna tell you a little personal story to let you know how it's happened for me and how I got myself out of it! Remember to like this video and comment below "My world is taking care of me" to enter my daily giveaway for some of these! And Reality 2.0 Teachable link down below, y'all! So, what are some of the ways in which we as human beings battle with ourselves or our lives or our reality? Well, first, we battle with ourself, right? We battle with things maybe we don't like about ourselves, certain characteristics, maybe habits. Maybe insecurities, right? Or things that we feel we want, but we can't necessarily like find the means to have. And then instead of working out that equation on how to get that thing, we go towards the easiest thing that we fall into, the trap we fall into as human beings. And that's kind of battling with ourselves to change something about ourselves so we can get the thing. Which never really works. Politics. I see a lot of people battling with politics right now. I mean, people battling with their perspective, their opinion, battling with others about politics and God, what a bunch of wasted energy, right? It really, really is. Talk about meta death. So others, again, I heard that domestic violence is the highest it has ever been in the United States. And they're attributing it, obviously, to people being indoors. And I know it's not really a laughable, um, it's not a subject that you should laugh at, but it is kind of crazy and ironic, right? I mean, just to have, um, this time to sort of work on yourself or not have to go to work and getting a lot more, having a lot more freedom than we normally have. And what do we choose to do with it? We argue with people. And then getting down to my next one, we participate more heavily with our vices, right? This is alcohol. I know a lot of people that are smoking more weed than normal, drinking more than normal, watching way more Netflix. So again, you're sort of given this time and you degrade rather than use the time to create in your life. And then desires. I see a lot of people, I get a lot of messages from people. About people battling with their desires, wanting to have something and placing so much importance and trying so hard, using so much physical force and mental energy to try to make something happen that they end up just working against themselves. I know there are a couple of people in the Facebook group that are doing this right now that are so tuned in to something that they want and it becomes everything in their life. And I just think there's there's no way you're ever gonna get that thing with that sort of mentality! So, this really is part of the battle I think people are participating in, in a daily basis, is that battle for what they desire! So, where are you here, and what are you battling with? Self, politics, others, vices, desires? And then what is the antidote, right? So, for self, self-care and self-love, this is huge! This is when my insecurities, that maze of insecurity I had found myself in, completely dissipated and those walls started to crumble, is when I really dove in to self-care and self-love! And this is what I teach in my 'Becoming Magnetic' course, really how to immerse yourself in a self-care and self-love where the battle just ceases to exist! You don't have to battle those parts of yourself anymore, because self-love and self-care just kinda dissolve all that crap without you having to actually do anything! It's not about you fighting against something you don't like about yourself, it's about you dropping importance on it, accepting it, and loving and caring for those parts of yourself! And then they just sort of magically go away! And the parts that don't just go away, you're okay with! So, it's like win-win either way! How do you stop the battle with politics? Seek the advantage! Drop importance, y'all! People have so much importance on politics, even Transurfers! Even Vadim Zeland sometimes! I'm like, "Dude!" Drop importance! You should see him on his personal profile on Facebook, he goes off sometimes! And I'm like, "Man, you got too much importance, yo!" So, how do you stop the battle with others? Frailing! What I like to say is this, when two people bring their inner intention to the same problem, okay, you bring your inner intention, they bring their inner intention. This is when you create a battle and friction in your reality, in your layer of reality with another human being. If you can come to the problem, looking at the problem from the perspective of their inner intention, then the problem is much more easily solved and neutralized, and that friction just sort of dissipates. So how can you approach someone in your life that you are battling from a place of frailing? Vices. Are you participating in vices right now? Drinking too much alcohol, watching too much Netflix, smoking too much weed, sleeping in too late, eating junky food. The best way to stop the battle with yourself, if you are battling with vices, is to change your focus! Focus on the things that are going to feel good! Maybe just get up off the couch and go out for a walk, go out for a run, change up your habits, get out of your comfort zone and do something different in the opposite direction! So again, there's two modes of kinda going about it! You either think about the things that you don't want, "I don't like these vices, I don't like these habits!" And then you can think about the things that you do want, or you strive to achieve instead! I want better health! How can I achieve better health? Lessen the focus on the bad habits and the vices, and focus more on the positive things that you can do to increase your health right now! Desires! This is really a simple one! If you can sort of shift your perspective! Are you desiring too much to have something? Manage your importance levels and start asking why! I can't remember exactly what video I did on this, but I will post a link below once I find it! The whole idea of asking yourself why! So, if you're desiring something, let's say you want something for yourself, or you wanna become something, but your desire levels are too high! Your importance is too high. Maybe you're experiencing too much friction in your reality. You're battling too much with trying to get this thing. Just stop, stop yourself in the moment. I see myself, I see my reality. Why do I want this? Answer that question and then go on to the next question. So I want this because of this reason. Well, why, why do you want it because of that reason? Well, because of this thing that somebody said to me, or this idea I have, or whatever it is. And it's kind of like, like you go through a checklist of why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? And the root of it there can be something so small that you can then say, hey, I don't actually want this thing at all! I just led myself to believe that I did, and there's a much easier way of creating a reality for myself that doesn't have to do with battling with that desire to have something! So again, managing your importance levels and asking yourself— why, and remember staying tuned into 'I see myself and I see my reality' rather than some pendulum hooking you and taking you along for a ride, and you're battling to have something and you don't even necessarily know why! So, before I end this video, I'm gonna tell you quickly, I won't get into details, I got into a situation where I was battling over something, and I decided to really stop myself! Stop myself! I see myself, I see my reality. Why am I doing this again? Why? And when I said to myself, the reason I thought, why am I doing this? And I, and I answered that question, then I went, okay, so why are you doing that? And then why are you doing that? And then why are you doing that? And I got down to it and I honestly didn't know what the bottom reason was for why I was doing it. I thought I did, but I didn't actually know. So what I did at that point is I reached out to somebody, somebody in community, Brian Scott! I'm actually going to send this to him just so he can know how much he helped me out in this mental maze I had gotten myself into! And I said, "Dude, help me! I have too much importance and I'm battling!" And he's like, "I know you are!" And then he was like, "This is what you need to do! This is how you need to see it! This is where you've put too much importance! This is how you Transurf it!" And in this— exchange with Brian Scott, I realized if you are truly battling with something in your reality and you catch yourself, you catch yourself, I see myself, I see my reality, and I don't want to continue on this script, reach out to somebody in the community and have them set you straight. This is the awesome, awesome, awesome part about the Transurfing community, particularly the Facebook group, go in there and lay it all down and let people respond, and then take that advice! Listen to those words, take it as a sign! Unless people are like "No, you're totally doing the right thing!" which you probably aren't, just listen to others if you feel you're battling yourself and you don't— or your world or other people, and you don't know the way out! Lean on somebody else that doesn't have those same importance levels. This is key because remember, 99% of our problems are only in our heads. They don't exist in other people's minds. So lean on somebody that that problem doesn't exist in their mind and view reality through their side of the thing, not yours. And in doing this with Brian, I'm like, geez, that really did help a lot. I trust his slide on it more than my slide, and you can lean on people in the community. So, let me know what you think, guys! And remember, "My world is taking care of me! Everything is going according to plan, and things are working out beautifully and will continue to do so with ease!" Stop the battle today, y'all, and use this stuff and these concepts to help you just neutralize all of it! Thank you so much for watching my video. Bye!
