Renée Garcia breaks down the limiting belief box, the mental walls built from fear, habits, and doubt that keep you stuck. Her four-step process: name what holds you back, act opposite to it, focus on what you want instead of what you fear, and take 30 anomalous actions to signal the world you're serious.

What is your box constructed of? If you were to imagine that the parts of your life you would like to evolve out of are like a box, what are the walls constructed of? Beliefs, habits, or patterns, shoulds from others, others or yourself, fear, monotonous action, obligation, inability to act, inability to let go and trust the flow, inner intention, not trusting your world. It's acknowledgement of this stuff that actually allows us to grow. Growth without calling to light the limiting system we have in place right now in our current reality is slow at best and built upon a faulty foundation. I found the golden ticket to expanding the walls of my box, and although I understand this may not be everyone's ticket, I will continue to share what has worked for me. Step 1: Acknowledge the belief, action, or part of your current system that is holding you back. 2. Act in the opposite direction of the above. Physically act in the opposite direction. 3. Look forward to what you strive to achieve instead of focusing on what you no longer want. 4. Take the 30 Anomalous Action Challenge. It is really that simple, and I am getting it more and more each day myself. Take anomalous action, trust your world, look for material and information via outer intention that will help you to connect with your intentions.
