The Rustle of the Morning Stars w/ Reality Transurfing

In this YouTube monologue, Renee Garcia introduces the concept of the "rustle of the morning stars," a metaphor from Vadim Zeland’s Reality Transurfing that represents the subtle inner voice of the soul guiding each individual toward their true path. She explains how external expectations, societal "shoulds," and the mind’s over‑protective narratives silence this inner voice, often leading to a midlife crisis—a desperate, final attempt by the soul to be heard. Garcia reframes the midlife crisis as the soul’s last push to break through the mental programming that has muffled its whisper. She then outlines concrete practices to restore and amplify the soul’s voice: deep self‑care, solitary reflection, honest self‑questioning, creating quiet environments, and a form of meditation focused on listening rather than analyzing. By consistently attending to the "rustle," individuals can avoid future crises and align their daily reality with their authentic intentions. The video concludes with a typical YouTube call‑to‑action encouraging likes, comments, and engagement with her "Becoming Magnetic" course.

This is who you really, really are, deep down to the core. Hello, Transurfer! And welcome to Transurfing TV! I am Renee Garcia, and this is my video on the rustle of the morning stars. We don't talk about this too much. It's really at the very, very beginning of Reality Transurfing Steps 1 through 5, and it's kind of a shortcut. Short little part of the book before Vadim starts talking about the Alternative Space. But this is a crucial, or valuable idea in tuning in to what is really intended for you personally. So, we get wrapped up, right? We get wrapped up in our external environment. We get wrapped up in other people's intentions, we get wrapped up in people's ideas for us, we get wrapped up in the "shoulds" of the world, right? "I should do this, I should do that, I should be a parent like this, and I should get married, and I should have this kind of job, and I gotta have this kind of life." And we get all wrapped up and bundled up with these external ideas or suggestions or programming or however you wanna look at it. But at the end of the day, how we truly connect to that higher version of ourselves and we connect with that sector of reality that is intended specifically for us is by listening to that rustle of the morning stars. So, what does that mean exactly? Well, Vadim, in the book, he talks about— about— I believe it's him, in the morning, he walks out to go for a walk and he starts to listen to his world. So, the rustle of the morning stars is really about you getting yourself to a place where you can hear the voice of your soul, you can hear the voice of— yourself, of who you are deep down, your soul fraile, that little embedded code that is personalized and very, very characteristic of who you are as a specific individual. This has nothing to do with anybody else. This has nothing to do with any programming, any, any other intentions of others, any of that kind of stuff. This is who you really, really are deep down to the core. And getting yourself to a place where you can hear that voice and what that voice has to say. Or also hearing the voice of your world, right? The rustle of the morning stars, all of those little subtle noises or voices or nuances of ideas, just very, very, very subtle. Leading you in a direction that is intended for you. This has a lot to do with goals and doors, or, you know, things that are truly, truly intended for you as a person. So how do you, how do you hear this rustle of the morning stars or this voice of yourself, this whisper? Well, first off, we have to talk about why the voice has been quieted a little bit before we can get to how to get the voice to come out more. The voice has been quieted because the mind wants to convince you that it knows what's best, right? This is you not listening to your instinct, your gut, your intuition, anything that your higher you, or your more creative you, or your more loving you, Or some of the parts that get sort of polished off or worn down by life because they don't suit what the world or the environment believes you should have as a quality, right? The classic example is the artist sort of being convinced that he cannot live a life by his artwork, living off of his art, making enough income or surviving, just doing what the soul wants to do. So the mind gets involved and convinces you that certain characteristics of who you are are not okay, right? You have to go to your 9 to 5, you gotta do this, you gotta do that because this is what responsible adults do and this is how people are supposed to live and ideas of others and ideas of pendulums and all of that stuff has really gotten that voice stuffed so far deep down inside there that it might just barely be a whisper, or maybe not even a whisper anymore. Maybe it just doesn't even speak. So, I have a little theory about this. My theory is that when people encounter a midlife crisis, what is happening here— is a person is going into the later stages of life, they're just about midlife, and the heart, or the soul, or the soul frail, whatever, however you wanna envision it, is making one last attempt out of desperation to be seen and heard and felt. So, it's when the mind has worked on overdrive. That's why I know personally a lot of— professionals that have had midlife crises in their early 40s to mid-40s. It's because the Inner Intention mind has been working so hard, on overdrive for so long to try to get the house and get the this and be the that and the 401 and the blah, blah, blah. And then finally, the soul goes, "Wait a second! If I don't get my voice out soon, I think that maybe my voice will never be heard again." So, it makes one last jump and tries to come out. This is what a midlife crisis is. This is that soul trying to be seen or heard or felt. And people get confused, right? They think that, "Oh well, I've got a midlife crisis," or a lot of times people don't even say that, but they just start acting strangely, maybe they make sudden career choices or moves. Maybe they go out and buy a fancy sports car. This is the soul trying to have a little bit of fun. So, the way to obviously avoid a midlife crisis where your soul is so desperate to speak out that it does something a little bit irresponsible is to start listening now. Start listening now to the rustle of the morning stars. Start listening to the voice of your soul a little more deeply. And now I'll speak about how to do that specifically. So, I teach this a lot in my 'Becoming Magnetic' course. We get layered up with all this programming and junk and shoulds and all this stuff, and we forget about us, we forget about who we are, we forget about self-care, we forget about self-love, we forget about pampering our soul. So, for me— and I can really only speak specifically for me, how I get this— this voice speaking more loudly for me, is I go into a very, very deep level of self-care. This could be me pampering myself at home. This is me spending time alone. This is me spending time in thought. This isn't worrying. This isn't overthinking. This is me getting in touch with what my internal voices, are telling me, how I'm feeling, really tapping in to that inner level of comfort or discomfort, right? Asking myself, how am I feeling about my life right now? How am I really feeling about it? How am I feeling about my romantic partner, my professional trajectory, where I live, my family? And is this my script? Is this Is this part of somebody else's Script? How do I really, really feel about myself in relation to my reality, the components of my reality, my environment right in this moment? And quietness is big for me with this. Meditating— and I'm not talking about sitting down and doing an awareness meditation, I'm just talking about sitting quiet. Quietly and listening. We're on our phones all the time. We're constantly interacting with people. We're having outside or external stimuli bombarding us all the time. Turn it off, turn it all off. Put on some very, very soft music and spend a few nights just being absolutely quiet as you possibly can and coax that voice out of you. Coax that voice of your soul to say what it wants to say. This is the rustle of the morning stars for me. So are you listening to the rustle of the morning stars now? Is that voice of your soul getting squashed down still? Are you, are you allowing it to, to, to have life in your reality right now? And if not, how can you get in touch with that voice a little more deeply? Today.
