The Value of SELF TALK & High Thought Quality w/ Reality Transurfing Renee Garcia Vadim Zeland

In this informal YouTube talk, Renee Garcia explains how self‑talk shapes personal reality, drawing on Reality Transurfing ideas from Vadim Zeland. She distinguishes the "higher self" (supportive, aligned with intention) from the "lower self" (critical, rooted in past lifetracks) and shows viewers how to identify which inner voice is speaking. Garcia emphasizes the importance of heart‑mind coordination—when the heart says yes and the mind affirms, the higher self should guide action. She introduces a simple inversion technique: whenever a negative phrase like "it's hard" or "I can't" arises, immediately replace it with its positive opposite (e.g., "it's easy", "I can"). This re‑programming is presented as a 7‑day challenge—pick one limiting self‑talk each day, invert it, and repeat, trusting the subconscious to adopt the new program. Throughout, she uses personal anecdotes, encourages viewers to comment "My world is taking care of me" for a sticker giveaway, and urges likes, subscriptions, and community engagement.

Hello, Transurfer! And welcome to Transurfing TV! I am Renee Garcia, and today we're gonna be talking about self-talk, y'all! This is a big one! I mean, really, self-talk can create your reality! It's crazy! I mean, there are things that I'm doing now— that I never in a million years dreamed I'd be doing. And it's really all possible because of the self-talk that's going on in my head. It's pretty wild, actually, because that's where our reality truly is created, in our minds with our language to ourselves. Before I get started, remember to like this video and comment below "My world is taking care of me" to enter my daily giveaway for my reprogramming stickers! And subscribe and like and comment and do all kinds of stuff to me and my channel! We appreciate it! So, with that, I am going to first just really, really, really drive it home of how incredibly valuable positive self-talk about not only yourself— but about what you're doing, or what you wanna do, or your perception of reality. This is another big one! I hear people in the Facebook group, they're like, "Oh man, everything sucks with the world right now!" And I'm like, "Yeah, you know what, for you it does, because you're doing that talk!" So, I had a hard time coming up with a visual representation for this. This is the best that I could do. A little head with some thoughts inside, and then that means that those thoughts are what you connect with in your external environment. And it's really that simple! I mean, it is really that simple! If you tell yourself, "Life is beautiful and life is good, and all my intentions are going to come true for me, and I'm capable and I'm worthy, and I'm going to have this, and I'm going to live a good life," and all that stuff— stuff, you're gonna connect with what you need externally in your world, in the alternative space, to help you to match up with your thoughts. If you do a bad version, you are going to connect with all the stuff in your external reality that is going to make that come true for you. So, I'm gonna give you a practice towards the end of this video. Stay tuned for that. But first, a couple of questions to consider for you right now. First of all, when you do— try to think right now of something that you say to yourself that keeps you from doing something that is in line with an intention of yours, or something that is a thought— that is holding you back from taking an action or making a move, or doing something in a direction outside your comfort zone, or something like that. Try to think right now of a thought, okay? So, where is this voice coming from? Oftentimes— this voice is coming from a lower version of ourselves that encountered some kind of information, sensation, essence, feeling, vibe, something on a lower Lifetrack. So, maybe your thought, just for example, is— "I can't do that because I'm not that kind of person." Okay? Maybe on— and it could be about whatever. Let's say me with doing these videos. I know I use this as an example a lot, but this really has been a feat for me, so I'll use that as an example. So, when I told myself, "I can't do this! It's too hard! It's too hard!" "Other people do it better than me," right? "And maybe it's not for me." Where is this voice coming from? Well, this voice is coming from a lower version of me that hadn't tapped into that true Heart and Mind Coordination yet. And if you missed my video 'Release', this is a good one to watch that's very in line with this. So, that voice came from— that version of me that was not letting go, the want I fear I can't let go, right? And I had encountered something that I took as proof that I was right. So, let's say I made a video and I watched it and I was stuttering a lot and I wasn't coherent and I wasn't with it, and I didn't like the video. So then, at that point, I went, "I can't do this. This isn't for me," right? But this is the voice of my lower self. This is not my higher self. Your higher self usually does not tell you that you can't do something. Now, your higher self will lead you in the direction of what's intended for you and not what is intended for other people, right? Or tell you the right, like, "Hey, that's not for you." Your higher self definitely will say that, but your higher self is always going— to push you, "Yes, you can do this," if it is in fact your direction, your goal, your door. Now, your lower self is gonna always be the naysayer, right? So, really determining— and you can ask your higher self, ask your higher self, "Where's the voice coming from? Is that you, higher self?" Or is it the lower self? And your higher self will absolutely tell you this! Where did the description of what it is you're telling yourself come from? So again, where? Where was the location? Was it a lower lifeline? Was it in a place where you hadn't developed certain skills yet? Was it in a place where you hadn't developed a certain sense of confidence? In yourself yet? What was the location? What life track were you on when you decided to adopt this language and use this as your, your self-talk? Getting down to the nuts and bolts of it. Does it serve you, right? Does whatever that voice is saying. So if you say to yourself, I wanna do this thing. And you know your higher self's like, "Yeah! Fucking go for it!" Right? Or your lower self is like, "Wait a second! You can't do that! That's intended for other people!" Is that serving you and your intention? Probably not, right? Unless obviously it's not your goal. Now, if it's not your goal, the best way to figure out "Is it my goal? Is it not my goal?" is really tap into the heart and mind coordination. If your heart and mind coordination is there— Right? If you're like, your heart says yes and your mind's like "Hell yeah!" And then there's a voice saying "Don't do it!" That is absolutely your lower self! That is your lower self, and it's probably a description coming from an older life track, and it's definitely time to have a conversation. You can actually have a conversation. I know this is gonna sound crazy, but it's true and I do it all the time! My higher self and my lower self have a conversation, and I allow my higher self to convince my lower self that that is the voice of lower self, that experience was had on a lower track, things have changed now, I've evolved, things are different, we have more opportunities, we have more— you know, whatever the argument is. And almost always— Now, well, at least increasingly so, my lower self is going, "You know what? Okay, I'm not gonna fight it anymore. Go ahead, Higher Self. Go ahead, Higher Self and Renee. I'm not gonna fight it anymore." I might try to interject once in a while, but then again, I let that other voice kick in and say, "New program, new program, new program." Are your self-limitations set? Set by a negative idea of the action? Okay? This is a big one. This is a little more complex. But really, what I'm trying to ask here is, are you wanting to do something in the direction of your intention and you're telling yourself it's hard? Right? It's hard. So, are your self-limitations set by a negative idea of the action? This is you saying it's hard. It's difficult, it's gonna take too much time, it's gonna this, it's gonna that, it's gonna— and really, the easiest thing— and this gets us to our exercise— the easiest thing to do in this equation is simply switch it over, right? So, catch yourself and switch! Is it hard or is it easy? And Vadim Zeland talks about this in the book, right? I can't remember exactly where. But he talks about it, and he says tell yourself, if you're saying it's hard, tell yourself it's easy! Is it hard or is it easy? So, if your self-talk goes into "Hey, wait a second, that's too hard!" Wait a second, or is it easy? So now I tell myself it's easy! It's easy! It's easy! Before, I used to say "It's hard! It's hard! It's hard! I can't! It's gonna take too much time!" "it's too mentally strenuous, it's too something!" You know, putting the burden of weighing down the idea of the action by my thoughts is not suitable for me or my intention! I hope I just said that right! Switching my language over and telling myself "This is a breeze! This is easy! I can do this!" "Wow, look at, I'm doing this! It's super easy!" Just switching over like that is huge! Huge, huge, huge, huge, huge! So, the practice that I'm gonna give you today is stop yourself the next time you say "It's hard. I can't do it. It's for others," whatever kind of negative self-talk that is against your intention, and simply switch over your brain— The human brain is actually kind of a— I mean, it's complex and it's amazing, but at the same time, it's also kind of stupid. If you tell yourself it's easy instead of it's hard, your brain just goes, oh, okay, it's easy, right? So just switch it over. Even if you don't necessarily believe it, it doesn't matter. Your subconscious will click in and go, okay, this is the new program. It's easy. Now it takes a little bit of time to get that new program going, but just stick with it. And make this a practice for the next week. This is gonna be a challenge. So, for the next 7 days, pick one negative self-talk thing keeping you from you or your intention. Pick one a day and just switch it to the inversion, right? Just invert it. "It's easy" instead of "hard." "I can do it" instead of "I can't." "It's for me" instead of "it's not." Whatever it is. And do that for 7 days, and I swear to God, y'all, reality will start looking different! So, let me know your thoughts on this video! Are you negatively self-talking? Do you need more positive self-talk? Do you need some of these stickers? Comment below "My world is taking care of me" and like this video and subscribe, and I just might send you some! And thank you so much for watching my video! Bye, guys!
