Transmigration - A Journey Into Reality Transurfing

In this interview‑style Transmigration session, host Renee Garcia and co‑host Jema discuss how media, environment, and personal habits influence one’s vibrational frequency within the Reality Transurfing framework. Renee uses the horror film Midsommar as a case study of low‑frequency content, explaining the need to acknowledge and limit exposure to avoid induced transitions. She shares personal anecdotes about her childhood aversion to gore, her “Viking” DNA, and how controlled exposure satisfies a primal part of herself. The conversation then shifts to Gurdjieff’s concept of "impressions" and a Japanese decluttering practice, illustrating how removing negative items from one’s surroundings cultivates positive resonance. Renee describes curating her home with meaningful objects—such as a historic copper basin and a Rolls‑Royce foot heater—gifted by Dr. Salah Al‑Rashad, to program a high‑frequency environment. The hosts emphasize the importance of community, highlighting the International Transurfing Institute’s Facebook group as a supportive “spiritual pool” where members replenish each other’s energy. Throughout, they reference core Transurfing concepts like pendulums, inner vs. outer intention, the Advantage Technique, and resonating with money, tying practical lifestyle choices back to the broader metaphysical model.

Hello everyone and welcome to, uh, Transmigration: A Journey into Reality Transurfing. I am Renee Garcia. You are watching Transurfing TV, the only YouTube channel endorsed by Vadim Zeland. And, uh, today we have Jema with us. She is going to be interviewing me. Jema is a somewhat newer member of ITI, the International Transurfing Institute, but she has jumped in godspeed and really just kind of taken some control. She's like, "Yeah, let's do transmigration, and I want to get involved." So, she's really gotten heavily involved in a very, very quick, kind of like, just, yeah, full on. You're ready to go, huh? You're like all about it. So, Yeah, we are.
When you start something and it works for you and you see such dramatic results so fast, it's like you want to tell everybody about it.
Absolutely. I know exactly what you're talking about. So yes, that heart and mind coordination feels amazing, doesn't it?
Absolutely. Yeah. That's what it's all about.
That's what it's all about. So cool. So I'm going to pass the mic over to you, so to speak.. And Jema and I are just going to participate in an active conversation. We're not really sure the exact direction it's going to go, but we are going to dive deep into some of the Transurfing concepts and just have a very, just have a very active conversation. So I will pass the mic over to you, Jema, and let's, let's get it on.
Sounds good. Well, the main thing is I noticed— I love the Facebook group. I think it's absolutely wonderful. There's a lot of support there. If you have any questions, it's wonderful. I noticed there's a lot of comments and some confusion on inner and outer intention. And it's kind of defined by everyone in their own perspective, as it should be, but there's some confusing on exactly where that hits you in your own life. Can you define a little bit better on how that feels in your body and what it means as a layman's terms of inner and outer intention to you.
Yeah, that's a great question. I think, I think the concept of outer intention as well as going with the flow of variations, they kind of run parallel to each other, and it's very advanced Transurfing. You really are not going to gain a sense of outer intention if you are not at least at ground zero with your reality. So, what I like to say is that the Transurfing knowledge is kind of split into two categories. The first category is getting yourself out of the hole. This is you, you know, managing your pendulums, getting the pendulums off of you, getting yourself out of an induced transition. Getting yourself sort of up to ground level, where then you can take the second category of concepts, which are like the reality builders. That's Heart and Mind Coordination, Goals and Doors, Inner and Outer Intention. So, if you're not at least up at ground zero, at ground level, you're out of that hole, you've got the majority of the pendulum sucking your blood, off of you. Then when you're up at ground zero, then you can start to gain a sense of, you know, the heart-mind coordination, feeling that, that voice come out and say, hey, go in this direction, go in that direction, recognizing goals that are intended for you, being able to see doors open to you when they do, and being able to go after that stuff without outer intention. When I am lost, which isn't often anymore, but I still find myself a little bit lost at times, like trying to, you know, be the best I possibly can be in my reality. But the times that I do feel a little lost, that outer intention is a little more elusive, and the inner intention is spinning a little bit more. So, inner intention is our, our, our attempt to control reality and see results via our own will. Outer intention is letting your reality present to you the options available to you without you having to strive, toil, um, worry, use a lot of energy inefficient manner. And outer intention is letting this stuff sort of, the things that you intend to have, or ways for you to get the things that you intend to have, sort of flow right up to you and present themselves to you, which is obviously more efficient, it's more effective, and it's just way more magical. I mean, it really takes a lot of the challenge out of life. You know, things aren't so— things aren't so ambiguous, or there's not a— what's the best way to put it? There's not a doubt, right? That I'll use myself as an example. In my old life, I felt that if I wasn't just constantly on top of stuff and constantly looking for ways to create business or constantly trying to do something myself, I felt if I didn't put myself in this position and kind of just, you know, force that square peg into that round hole, that my whole life would fall apart and I wouldn't get anything accomplished. I wouldn't make any money. I wouldn't this, I wouldn't that. But in reality, no pun intended, it was the opposite. It was more came in my direction when I didn't do that, when I didn't when I didn't try to enforce my will on my reality all the time. The example that I use, the easiest, easiest, easiest way to explain inner intention, outer intention, and frailing is, inner intention is you using your will to try to create results in your reality. Outer intention is you using the will of your environment to try to create results in your reality. And frailing is using the will of another person to try to create results in your reality. Now, a practical example would be, I want a cup of coffee, right? Let's say I'm in a city that's foreign to me, and I want a cup of coffee. I could drive around looking for that cup of coffee, maybe get irritated, maybe get lost, you know, and have that focus that I want that cup of coffee, and sort of somewhat doubt that my reality is going to actually present it to me. Right? This is inner intention. Outer intention is you saying, okay, I want a cup of coffee, and then you just drive around the town seeing sights, having fun, and just waiting until a cafe pops up, and then you walk in and you get your cup of coffee. Frailing is doing what you need to do to give somebody, somebody else something that they would then offer you a cup of coffee. So like, you going in and giving Grandma a hug and saying you love Grandma, and Grandma saying, "Oh, did you enjoy your drive? Can I make you a pot of coffee?" Right? So it's how you go about obtaining that thing. The cup of coffee is obviously a very, very, you know, small example, but really that formula can be applied to the grandest things in life. You know, you can go spend a bunch of energy, try hitting that square peg into that round hole as hard as you can, keep, you know, doubting that your reality is going to give it to you. You can let your reality present to you the options that you can plug into via outer intention to get that thing more easily. And then of course, you can use the will of another person to help you achieve what it is that you're looking to have. So that's kind of my brief breakdown for people that don't understand the concept, you know, inner and outer intention 101. So yep, that's kind of it.
Right. And as far as the concept of frailing, that's not really a sort of manipulation. It's actually— explain that a little bit more.
So frailing is not manipulating someone, because I definitely have had people say, "Well, isn't that kind of like manipulation?" No. Manipulation is when you give the appearance that you are going to give someone something that they want in order for them to give you something in return. It's just an illusion. With Transurfing and Frailing, you are actually giving the person what they want. You're not just giving the illusion. So, that's kind of the difference between manipulation and a win-win situation, right? That's how I, how I sort of classify Frailing, is it's like, You give something to someone that they want, they give you what you want, and it's a win-win for everyone. No one's slighted, no one's burned, no one's gonna walk away from that saying, "Hey, what just happened? Did Renee just screw me?" You know?
No. So, give us an example, if you can.
'Cause they actually got what they want. Okay, uh—
Give us an example, if you can.
So, an example would be, like, a business negotiation, right? Let's say you're going to enter into a contract with someone. Now you could make a contract very, very ambiguous and very complicated to where the person doesn't understand what they're entering into, but what you're getting in return is exactly what you want, and that's very clear in the contract, right? So that would be manipulation. Frailing would be you really listening to the other person and their desires for the contract, really listening to what it is they want and what it is they're looking to achieve with your business dealings and making that very, very clear in the contract that they are going to get that stuff. Right? So when, when both parties walk from the contract, they both feel like, wow, that was a really good agreement, right? I'm super happy with the way that turned out. And really, that's why business people, successful business people, are successful, is because they understand the power of negotiating and the power of the deal, if you will, of making it beneficial. Because I Let's face it, if you slight someone in a business transaction and you enter into a contract that's only beneficial for you and that person feels burned walking away, they're probably not going to come back and do business with you again. Right? But if you show your goodwill and that you're wanting to meet their needs and you're intending to give them what it is that they're looking for in the exchange, then they're going to come back to you. Right? That's when you create a pool of— you know, business, business buddies that are always going to want to do business with you because you know that they know that you're looking out for their best interests as well, you know.
Absolutely, absolutely. As far as, you know, we live in an abundant time, I think. I mean, there's just— I believe everything is unlimited. Yeah. So as far as outer intention, we have all of these great opportunities coming to us. What's a good way to really look at an opportunity and know that it's meant for us? Because I know myself, there's been coaching opportunities, different things that I've done that I think, oh, this is going to be great. You know, you invest the money, and it just doesn't hit that heart-soul connection. So what's a good way, if something comes along as an opportunity, you can really look at it and know that it's an opportunity meant for us as an individual?
Well, I think that this is where the power of listening to your heart or your soul really comes into play. I know the times that business endeavors did not work well for me, um, or opportunities as I saw them at the time, the reason that they did not work well for me is because my mind was really the one just running the show. At that point. I've used my little dealings with cryptocurrency as an example. I lost a bunch of money about 2 years ago now. I lost like $50,000 messing around with crypto. And it was like, I got in right before the craze happened and I made a bunch of money. And it was all like, it It was all just satisfying to my head, you know? And my mind— so I threw some money in and I made a bunch of money and my mind was like, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, this is so good, this is so good." And then I kept it in, my mind was like, "Keep it in, it's going to go even more crazy." And then I lost a bunch and then I threw more in to try to make up for it and it ended up just being like a train wreck, you know? And looking back on it and wow, can I see the advantage of this situation. Now because I learned a very, very valuable lesson. When your mind is running the show, it's, you know, so this is where, this is where importance on money can really screw you up. When you want money or something, it doesn't matter what it is, but if you want that thing so bad and that your mind sort of plays tricks on you, like, "Yeah, you should get into this," and, "Yeah, this is going to be great," and you're not really feeling anything generated here, it's not doing anything for your soul, like it's just about money, or it's just about coming up, or whatever it is, this is where importance on that thing really can burn you. You know, importance and your mind being overly involved in something to the point where you get burned, I think is a very, very— it's like a Transurfing learning experience that I think everybody should encounter at least once after they found Transurfing, just so they can see and acknowledge like, "Okay, this is what that feels like." And this is sort of how I see it, I mean, it's like— That voice, I think, when I was going through that experience, was telling me a little bit like, "Why are you getting involved with this?" You know? But my voice—
Is that a soft voice or was that a loud voice? Because I read by an author one time that your ego is like in your face, screaming in your ear, and then your true self is a gentle whisper in the background.
Well, the idea of Transurfing is to make that gentle whisper a little more loud. You know, and I—
It's a rustling of the morning stars, right?
It's a rustling of the morning stars, exactly. And I think what happened is, I allowed my mind to take over, because I was having a lot of fun with it, especially when I struck it big at first. You know, my mind was like—
I can imagine.
In casino mode, you know? I was like, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, like I just hit the jackpot. You know, so that's mind, right? Your soul, your soul isn't running the show when you go into a casino. You know what I'm saying?
That's right.
Your mind is like, "No, it's fun." And if you want to let yourself go on that ride, let yourself go on that ride, but assume accountability for the consequences if that's the case.
Right.
Right?
Right. And that's a perfect example of the pendulum there, of knowing that you're aware of the pendulum, you're kind of renting yourself out to be part of that.
Yes, totally, totally. And, and I let myself go a little bit too much with that crypto. And you know what, it's okay, it's okay, because the fact of the matter is I had it. I kind of knew that I think I knew deep down that I was going to lose it, you know, which is kind of sad that I played that game knowing I was going to be a loser. But I kind of— this is the way that I looked at it. I thought to myself, okay, losing that money is going to be painful, but it'll be a lot less painful than it really skyrocketing and you could have made a few million dollars. You know what I'm saying?
Do you think you could liken it to, though, if you won all that money, something within yourself on that track was saying you really don't deserve this, or this isn't really who you are, so some part of your reality lost it so you didn't have to deal with it? Like a lottery winner, you know, how many lottery winners win all that money and then they spend it as fast as they can?
Oh, totally. I actually talk about this in my new course, my new money course.
Oh yeah, that's gonna be awesome.
Yeah, I talk about, I talk about why resonating with what you want is, is it's done in increments. Because the reason that you don't have $1 million right now is because you're not resonating with $1 million. That's, that's why people that win the lottery lose their money so fast is because they're not resonating with that sum of money. So it just comes in and out of their life really quickly. It's about learning how, in increments, to resonate with more and more and more and more. And yeah, you know what the fact of the matter is, is I probably wasn't ready to deal with winnings that high, right?
Especially if you felt underneath it, you thought you might, maybe you're going to lose it. Something in the back of your mind saying, "Uh, I don't know." Yeah, totally.
But you know what the cool thing is, is I never sold the crypto. So it's still— so even though it's worth a lot less, it's still in there. So maybe it will go back up when I'm ready, when I'm ready to deal, to deal with that. But, but, but the truth is, for me, my truth is, I have everything now that I need to have. Right? I'm not a multimillionaire. I don't have just tons of free cash at my disposal, but I have enough to feel comfortable, secure, and have the things that I want. And that's really, that's why I guess losing that sum of money, it was like, I laughed. You know? Money's money. And I know that— That $50,000, as it exited my life, I know that that money will come in just as easily for me because that's how I function with my finances. It wasn't a huge loss. Now, that being said, I don't want to encounter that experience over and over again. I learned my lesson.
Yeah. Yeah. Renee, how exactly is your courses going to work? What process is going to be in your courses?
Well, thank you for asking. I am going to be offering 4 courses. One is going to be on money. I've titled it Mo Money. It's about really connecting with more of what you want, not necessarily money, but you can use these concepts to really, you know, power punch your finances. My other course on love is called Becoming Magnetic, and it is about, you know, shining your light so you attract others rather than you constantly looking at other people's light or looking to other people. It's more about you shining brightly and gaining the attention of people around you. And again, it's not only used for love, it can be used for all kinds of stuff, professional, getting more professional contacts, friends, pretty much just every form of human connection. It helps you to become a little more desirable, I guess, to have energetic exchanges with other people. So, and it's getting down to more of that core essence of yourself, because I believe everybody deep inside is a very magnetic person. Uh, it's stuff that we layer on top of ourselves and also limiting beliefs and all kinds of stuff that sort of dulls that light down over time. So it's getting in touch with that light a little bit more. And then my Transurfing courses, I'm going to be offering, uh, one of the core ITI courses. I've been doing these for a long time. They've always been private. However, this is going to be the first time that they're offered in a group setting. Transurfing 1 and Transurfing 2. Transurfing 1 is getting yourself out of the hole. That's, um, You know, developing an understanding of the Space of Variations, or the Alternative Space, Pendulums, Defeating Pendulums, and the Wave of Success. And then, Transurfing 2 is the Induced Transition, Goals and Doors, Heart and Mind, and Inner and Outer Intention. So, there are gonna be 4 lessons in the course, and each course will run once a month. There's only 5 seats, so it's very limited, and 90 minutes. It's live, it's interactive, and they're going to be awesome, and they're endorsed by Vadim Zeland.
Very nice, very nice. Since they're live, if somebody does it, will they have access to that if they can't attend live?
Yes, so if somebody joins the course and then they can't attend for whatever reason, then they'll have access to the Zoom call, yeah. And we might be offering them recorded at a very low fee. Donation. Oh, and I want to mention that all of the proceeds for the courses are going to ITI and Transurfing TV. So, it's going to be, yeah, so even if, you know, and I like to stress this with people, you don't need to pay anybody anything to learn Transurfing. All the educational material is free on ITI, but if you want to take it a step further, and you want to have a little more interaction with me, or other Transurfers, and like Q&A, and homework, and maybe even just to donate to ITI and Transurfing TV, these courses are offered.
Right, right. Don't you think though that everybody should at least read the book though? I mean, instead of just going straight to ITI and kind of looking everything, I mean, the book really gives you such valuable information and I refer back to it all the time.
Oh yeah, I absolutely believe everybody should read the book. I mean, the book for me was a game changer beyond measures and you really can't You really can't fabricate that kind of knowledge in any way. Like, yeah, you could, you could probably keep up with the concepts a little bit on ITI, but to really gain a deep understanding of this knowledge, reading the book or at least just getting halfway through because it is a little bit repetitive. And the reason Vadim does this is obviously to reprogram your mind. And if you can at least just get through the core concepts in the book and read about them, that's— yeah, you can't, you can't get that anywhere else.
Even if a person would grasp the whole concept of pendulums, that will change your life on its own. Oh gosh, alone, everything else.
Oh, totally. I, you know what I say? I say each individual concept, if you were just to accept the Wave of Fortune, because you can't really just go, oh, I want to just go for the Wave of Fortune. But everything else, if you just focused on Space of Variations or Alternative Space, pendulums, defeating pendulums, importance, induced transition, you know, all these concepts on a singular level will help you transform your reality. But together, it's like boom! You know?
Right.
Your shit will blow up for sure.
Speaking of reduced transition, did you go through that when you lost your money on the crypto? Did you have a—
did I experience an induced transition then?
Yeah.
No, it was a couple years ago, so I kind of forgotten how I felt at the time. You know, I wouldn't say I did then, but there definitely have been other times in business that I will sort of plunge quickly, you know. But I have gotten myself pretty good at pulling, pulling myself out of it as equally, you know, quickly. Like, well, I don't even—
at work, something will happen, it'll be like, I'll know, I'll feel it.
Yeah.
And then you're aware, but what's the best way to like reverse that and get out of it?
The best way, hands down, is the Advantage Technique. You know, just to accept that what is happening to you is good. You know, this is good. I might not see it right now, but I promise myself I will see it soon, of exactly why this has happened, you know. And the Advantage Technique is like, Even if you can't figure out a way to see it as an advantage, just to accept that your world is taking care of you and it is for the ultimate good, right? It's so— that one for me is just an absolute game changer. It will pull me out of an induced transition so fast, but I have to catch it. I can't go— I can't go too far down. Induced transition, the worst one that I had lately was, I'm not sure if you listened to, I don't know, it was one of my videos or interviews or something where I talked about my only real estate client, like in November, and I took her to a model home development, a new development with the model homes, and she fell in love and she was like, "Oh, I wanna buy one." And they told me inside that they weren't giving commissions to agents. And I was like, oh, and it burned, you know, because it was like $12,000 or something. And I was like, oh my god, I just gave my best client away for nothing. And she was like pre-approved. And it was just, it was a nightmare at the time. I mean, I was like, oh, this is the worst. And I walked out of there feeling horrible. And she walked out of there feeling horrible. She was almost She said, "I'm so sorry, Renee. I can't believe this." And it was just like all just, er, crash and burn. But she was like, "I promise you, I will make this up to you and I will refer all of my friends and all of my family. You handled yourself so well in there and you are such a good person and thank you so much for leading me here." And how could I feel bad after that? I just, I thought whatever's going to come is going to come in my direction that I'm intended to have. But most of all, even though I didn't get paid, I did my job as a realtor and I hooked up someone with the house that she's going to live in for a lot of years. How can I possibly feel bad? You know, but that induced transition probably took me a couple days to come out of.
Sure, sure.
But I had to gear my mind to focus on the advantage, you know, but I did, I saw it through and, and now I get to tell my story about it, right? All is not lost in those situations.
Yeah, that's right, that's right. What's the, what's the best way to deal with— I know sometimes when you have a clock-in, clock-out job and you go through your morning routine and, you know, it's about quality of thought, and you get your quality of thought and you're feeling good and you go into work and you've got a lot of negativity around you, and it's almost like it irritates people that you're happy. Have you ever had that happen?
It's like, oh my goodness, yes, it's really kind of strange.
So you look at it that everything's a mirror, you know, you've got the mirror reality. So I think, well, is that reflecting back to me that maybe I don't believe that? It's almost like a double-edged sword on the mirror concept, especially with relationships. If you're in a relationship and you're thinking, oh, they're so negative, and then you think, well, it's a mirror, Hmm, am I the negative one? Am I the narcissist? And then you go through this. Yeah, how do you— I mean, how do you really know when you're looking? Because it's all about personal growth. So when you're looking at something outside of you and you're seeing these negative concepts, this energy coming toward you, what's a good way to decipher whether that is really within you? Or that's just the outside world? I mean, explain that to me if you don't mind.
So that's a great question. And the way that I like to look at that type of scenario is I like to confirm that what Vadim talks about in the book with, remember the the story of the people vacationing in a European city and they're like standing in a town square and—
Oh yes.
And they're seeing beautiful architecture and the arts and beautiful European city and then on the ground there's a guy that's homeless and he sees an empty alcohol bottle and cops looking at him suspiciously. Okay, now all of this material, all of this information is in the same setting. It's on the same script, right? There is this script running through this scenario and there is from the worst and base, most base perspective, there's that material, the bad stuff, the alcoholism, the the addiction, the negative thinking, the paranoia, the focusing on lack, right? The being destitute, all that stuff. And then on the other side, there is enjoying the arts, enjoying a European vacation, enjoying yourself, enjoying your loved one. So, that's all the information and material in that current— on that current script, on that current sets, right? The set and decorations. It's expansive. So, so as human beings, we've been gifted the opportunity of being able to decide what we are going to in fact tune into or tune out of, right? So you have that information coworkers that are negative, or whatever is, you know, the polarity to your up mood, you have all of that stuff on your script that is part of the set, right? In your, in Jaima's reality in that moment, and you are simply still tuning into that information, right? Now you may not be doing anything necessarily like super damaging to yourself with it, but you're still tuning into it. And sometimes, especially in an environment where you don't have the option of just dipping out of when you don't like it anymore, you kind of have to deal. You know? And I actually had somebody request me to do a video on, you know, keeping your sanity in the workplace when people are, you know, fucking with you. I don't have that thing because of the nature of how I conduct my business, being an entrepreneur. I mean, I get to really decide who I want in my reality professionally and who can just, out. You know, I will say that when I got my real estate license, and I started going to a real estate office for a few hours a day, it was a new environment for me to be around other people. Fortunately for me, everybody's very positive. I think there still are some hints of stuff going on that, you know, are like what you're talking about. But I just kind of— I don't want to say I ignore it. 'Cause I don't ignore it. I acknowledge that it's there, and I just kind of like, very Tibetan Buddhist, like, yep, just like acknowledge, greet it, and just be like, okay, it's part of the thing, you know?
Right.
And I don't get any emotional charge out of it, but I do, I do understand people being severely challenged by workplace environments. My mom was one of them. She worked in the same place for 40 years and towards the end she was like, she fucking hated it, you know, because she was letting everything get to her and it was just kind of building that momentum and exponentially getting worse and worse and worse. I think that the answer to, um, this sort of scenario is no matter how challenging it is to really just try to focus on the positive as much as you possibly can and try to develop some tricks, you know, to keep yourself focusing on the positive as much as you can. And slowly I think that your environment, and this is where the beauty of Transurfing really exists, I believe, one person can affect an environment if it's done the right way, you know. Does that answer your question?
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, and it's, you know, the old saying, it's not what happens, it's your response to it that matters.
Totally.
Yeah, I always try to say that.
Sometimes you just can't help it.
And in my mind, sometimes I'm like, nope, not joining in on that, you know. Yeah. But it's really easy to get hooked in to a story, you know? Oh God. You know, because everybody likes a good story.
And that's okay. I mean, you know, I still allow myself to get hooked sometimes because if I didn't, life would be a little bit boring, you know? I still allow myself to get hooked, but I put limits on it. And most of all, I acknowledge when it's happening. That's the main thing. On that last interview I did with Brian Scott, when we were talking about the political pendulum, it is true, pendulums will develop tricks where you don't even know that it's happening, that pendulums are bleeding you dry and you don't even know, right? You're like, it's such a slow bleed and the hooks are really, really manipulative and you won't even gain a sense. That you are getting bled dry, I think managing the Pendulums in whatever environment, the first step is to really being hip to their tricks and making sure you understand where your energy levels are going. Right.
You know?
And if you're coming home from the workplace and you're depleted, maybe it's time to start, um, doing something else. If it's in a consistent way and you're not able to manage it, like, you know, this is the way that I like to look at it when I have dealings with a pendulum that depletes me a little. I ask myself, is this maintainable? Can I exist with this this thing happening. And if I can't, then I need to renegotiate. I can't just let it do its thing with me and me not have a— you know, it's time for me to really take accountability and maybe renegotiate.
And I think that happens a lot with relationships because— Oh, for sure. If you are in a relationship, especially if we truly love the other person and we want we want the best for them, and we want to be part of the relationship, but it's— there's just this outside friction constantly, and you're trying to make it work. And you're— so like you said, looking at it, if you're depleted and how you're feeling overall, and weigh it, you know. Yeah, one person that's only doing the giving, and that giver is you. Yeah, but sometimes that's hard. Sometimes that's hard to make the break. I mean, it really is.
Oh, for sure.
And then you look at it and think, well, is it me? I mean, am I the— am I the source of problem here? Because, you know, it is a mirror. Yeah, you just kind of go back and forth with yourself. So I think it is that point of feeling depleted and keep an eye on that and really being aware of everything that's coming toward you.
You know, kind of an— kind of an off the topic statement, but I just— it came to mind when you were— when you said that just now, is it me? I heard a therapist say once, I can't remember where, but like a relationship therapist say, "Have sympathy for your partner that they have to deal with you." You know?
Oh, absolutely.
For both people, for both people. And I remember hearing that and thinking, "That's really clever, you know?" Because we are not angels. Nobody is an angel. Everybody comes with their crap. Everybody is just as much as a person in a relationship, in the other side of a relationship for you, as a pendulum for you. You're a pendulum for them. You know, nobody's— I mean, yeah. But there are relationships, I think most relationships, somebody is giving more than the other one, and somebody's getting taken more. But both people are pendulums, and both people are bringing their stuff to the table. So, it's really about getting the relationship, if it's romantic, if it's a professional relationship, if it's a friendship, if it's a family relationship, whatever it is, it's getting the relationship to a place where it is maintainable. You know, where— I think a lot of times relationships end because subconsciously we think we can't go on because it's not maintainable. The energy deficiency, the energy loss, the bleeding is just too great. So we try to tourniquet the bleeding and get out of there, you know, and it's not maintainable. But really, you can restructure almost any relationship on your own as an individual to a point where it is maintainable so you can keep the thing going. I mean, that's kind of my relationships, very, very, very base 101 relationships.
Right. Does just drain you, sometimes the greatest source of love is to be the one that says, you know what, I love you, you love me, but this isn't working out. So let it go. I know you're going to have more in the long run, and I'm going to have more in the long run. And sometimes it's really hard, but you know, I think that—
I hear that.
Life, life always takes care of us, right?
Totally. I hear that Frozen song in my head. Let it go, let it go.
Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, absolutely. How do you think that life got started? Why do you think we're here?
I think we're here because we evolved from just like some, just the conditions of planet Earth bred, you know, the evolution of, the evolution of man. I know you're going to ask me a Gurdjieff question later. But yeah, the possible evolution of man. Yeah, I think, I believe in evolution. I also believe that there is some kind of magical something that happened that, I mean, there had to be, right? Because—
How could there not? Yeah.
How could there not? Yeah, but yeah, I just, I'm kind of, at this point, what I say is I really don't believe or disbelieve in anything.
No. Yeah, me neither.
I am open to all possibilities. If somebody, some scientist somewhere, you know, went public and said, "Oh, I found out that we are actually alien something or other that came here from a distant planet on spaceships millions of years ago," and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, I'd be like, "Oh, cool." Yeah. I would not, yeah, I would just be like, "Oh, wow." Okay, you know, I don't really have a— I don't have any importance about it. I'm kind of open for whatever, but I do probably tend to think a little more along the lines of evolution.
Right, and how do we really ever know? I mean, somebody will say something about history and I'll be like, I don't know, I wasn't there. You know, I wasn't there to witness it. I wasn't there to— I don't know. Yeah, we don't know.
Oh, totally. Exactly. Evidence to support all theories. I mean, when somebody's telling me something now and, and they're like super passionate about it, and then there's this that supports, you know, this idea, and there's that, and there's this, and I just laugh and I'm like, yeah, there is.
It really is. Yeah, there is. You just have to listen and take what resonates with you and makes you feel good and let the rest go.
Totally. There's no right and no wrong in the Transurfing modality, only what you choose to believe.
Yeah. And let others be how they choose to be happy and follow your own passions and dreams. Do you, do you think it's possible that we can be top-level humans with addictions such as drugs or alcohol? I mean, look at Ernest Hemingway for an example. You know, yeah, extraordinary writer. But he had addictions, he had depression. What's your take on that? Because I know in this awesome book that I love that really coincides with Reality Transurfing that you just mentioned, The Psychology of Man's Possible Evolution, they talk about in that that it's not possible. Yeah, free of all that.
I don't think about that. Yeah, I don't think it's possible. I mean, you could reach great heights with one part of your life, maybe like professionally, like your example, Ernest Hemingway. Yeah, did he write great books and become famous as a writer? Yeah, but what was the essence of his life? The essence of his life was misery, right? The essence of his life was, you know, this existential dread, you know, that just kind of— it's like, when you break it down, was he a true success, or are you just basing his success off of his professional success?
Right.
You know, I mean, the same, the same could be said for me in my, in my old life when I lived in Los Angeles. I had a rockin' lifestyle, right? I lived in a gorgeous apartment in Venice. I had, you know, a $100,000 car. I had my own boat. I had a boyfriend with a private jet. I had lots of money in the bank, and I had lots of jewelry and nice stuff, and a great, a great, very fashionable profession, you know, where people looked up to me and thought I was cool and liked my style and all that stuff. Was I successful? Fuck no, I wasn't successful. You know, I was successful in a certain way, but in the ways that really mattered, I was a loser, you know. I was a loser. I was spiritually depleted. I had no heart and mind coordination. I wasn't doing good for anybody. You know? I sold nice jewelry to wealthy women. I wasn't doing, I wasn't living my purpose. You know? So, I think it's really on a case-by-case basis, because then you could say about Hemingway, "Well, he was living his purpose. So, at least he got that right." I heard somewhere that at the end of your life, right before you are ready to die, right before you're ready to close your eyes and die or with whatever is happening to you, maybe you don't close your eyes, but that few seconds, that few seconds right before you die, I think it's either 3 or 4 seconds, you feel for that 3 or 4 seconds a very, very magnified essence of what your entire life was about. So, if you don't live the right way, you cheat people, you don't feel good about yourself, that is gonna feel magnified 3 or 4 seconds before you die. You are gonna feel a very, very, very intense version of the culmination of how you lived your life all of those years. And when I heard this, this stuck with me. You know, this really stuck with me. And I think that was why I thought to myself, girl, you better figure it out. Because right now, the way you're living, you don't want to feel those 3 or 4 seconds. You know, those 3 or 4 seconds aren't going to feel good. But now, now. I know what those 3 or 4 seconds will feel like now, you know? And they're going to feel pretty fucking good. And I don't think you have to do it your entire life, right? Just find a way to live right now, live the right way right now. And even if it's just a few years, I mean, somebody asked me a question about, you know, can I Transurf if I'm in my 80s? And I'm like, yeah, start it now.
Get on it, baby.
Get on it, baby. And really enjoy, and really enjoy those last years. I mean, that's awesome. At least you, yeah, at least you found it at the end. I mean, because then you get to go out with a bang, you know. So I think it really is about feeling right with everything to the best of your ability. Feel like you're living your purpose. Feel like you are connected with your higher self, the higher version of yourself. Feel like you are doing right by your family. Feel like you, you know, have developed meaningful relationships with other people in your reality. Feel like you have connected romantically with another person, if that's what you decide to do, and you've done that well. I mean, obviously those ones can fluctuate and go up and down. And people get divorced, and people break up, and things happen, and people die, and all sorts of stuff. But, you know, to feel like you're on the right track at least, and you are connecting with all those things in the highest way that you possibly can at that moment, connecting with your higher self. I know that I've been talking a lot about this lately, but I really feel that this is sort of my theme for 2020. Connecting with that higher version of yourself, because when you connect with that higher version of yourself, all of the different components of life fall into a better way of functioning. That essence, that feeling, that 4 seconds, it all starts to build to a higher level of feeling better and improving. And I mean, I think the The best we can ever do is just continue to improve to the best of our ability and just try every day to connect with that higher version of yourself. And that's about it. And how lucky are we that we have that opportunity?
You know? Right, right. Follow your greatest path of joy. And there's so much stuff in the, in the past years about your purpose, your purpose, your purpose, find your purpose. And then I talked to a lot of people and they're like, I don't know what my purpose is. I have no idea.
That's going to be my video tomorrow. Somebody asked me—
Yes!
Somebody asked me on the International Transurfing Institute Facebook group to do that. Chris Hope, he said, you know, can you talk about finding your higher purpose? And, you know, I mean, it's a little challenging for me to talk about that subject, and I'm going to do the best that I can. But the reason that it's challenging for me is like, All I know is about me finding mine and what that felt like when I realized mine, you know, and what my life has meant to me since then. But I know that people have all sorts of higher purposes, and it maybe doesn't even have anything to do with a profession, you know, but it's— I think it really is sort of the ultimate challenge in the human experience, is connecting with that thing that makes us feel like we are on the right track, you know.
I know it's cliché, but, you know, Joseph Campbell, follow your bliss.
Oh yeah.
And I think if you do follow that greatest path of your joy and what feels good and you know it's right heart-mind coordination. I think it opens the doors of opportunity to where that leads to that, and then that leads to that, and then before you know it, you're there and you're like, oh my gosh, I love this! And you're, you're doing good, and it's like, wow, I guess this is my purpose, you know? And it's not like, okay, now this is my purpose, and then you go there. It's like, stay open, allow it in, Do what you feel is right, be honest, live in integrity, and those doors are going to open to you.
Totally, totally. And it's the same with money, and it's the same with love. It's the thing that I'm going to teach in both of my courses, that you may not be resonating right now at that level to connect with your higher purpose. You know what I'm saying? Just as you may not be resonating with a million dollars, or you may not be resonating with your ultimate true life partner, it's about connecting with your higher self to get to that level where you are resonating with a million dollars, where you are resonating with your true—
Right.
Where you are resonating with your higher purpose. Because I know for me, you know, my higher purpose being spreading the word of Transurfing, I know if somebody would have dropped this in my lap— when I was 30, right in the middle of all my LA shenanigans that I was living, I wouldn't have— I would have been like, what is this? I'm not doing this. Or why, why would you think this is for me? This isn't for me. Or yeah, I mean, it wouldn't have made any sense to me, right? Because I wasn't living— I wasn't resonating with that frequency, and it would have just been out of my life. I mean, I wouldn't have even really given it a second thought. Some things needed to transpire in order for me to get to a place where I could then connect with the thing that I was ultimately, you know, about. And who knows, it might even change from here. I'm not saying that this is going to be my lifelong purpose for the rest of, you know, my life. I mean, it might change. This might lead me to my ultimate purpose. Who knows? Who knows?
Yeah, and that's just like Brian had said the other day, and I'm the same way. I read Reality Transurfing a few years ago and it went back on my shelf, and then got it back out, read it, and here I am. And it's like, wow, if I would have started these concepts years ago, look where I would have been. But everything happens in divine timing. It just—
you weren't resonating.
I— yeah, I read it, it was in the back of my mind, and all of these other things had to line up And then now I'm like, "Oh, that kind of goes in with that. Well, that fits perfectly with that." And it all kind of comes around. So it's really interesting how that happens.
Yeah, so I think the answer to the question, how does one find their life purpose? The answer to that is going with the flow, right? And maybe right now you need to drop importance, whoever's wondering this question, you need to drop importance on connecting with your higher purpose, because maybe you aren't intended to have it right now. Just keep living your life the best way you possibly can, right? Doing the things that you need to do and practicing these concepts. And ultimately, when your higher purpose does come in front of you, you will know what to do with it. You'll know, you know, you'll be able to take action. But don't try to force it right now, because then you'll probably just be choosing something false that's not intended for you.
I don't think you can force anything. I mean, let go of trying to figure it out, first of all, you know. Can you let go of trying to figure out— you know, that's, that's your first question to ask yourself.
Absolutely. Absolutely.
Well, what's been your biggest aha moment in your Reality Transurfing journey?
Oh boy! Do you want to know more specifically a concept that I was like, "Aha!" or some sort of action in my reality that was an "aha!"?
Both. Okay!
So, the biggest "aha!" moment was about a year after I read the books and I had been really studying it, and I decided that I wanted to be a Transurfing instructor. I felt such an extreme level of heart and mind coordination. It was absolute insanity. I felt so good. I felt like I could do anything. I felt like I was just going to really take this knowledge to the next level and help, you know, just lots and lots and lots of people connect with it. And I just, I felt like, I felt purpose that I'd never felt before, you know. It was truly, truly, truly awesome. Yeah, that was like, that was a really, really good feeling, and it's fueled me a lot in everything that I've done in the last 5 years. It's been pretty intense. But the biggest aha moment with one of the concepts is definitely dropping importance. My God, dropping importance. Completely changed my life. I mean, I was the epitome of a person that had importance on stuff and relationships and material stuff and status and all that crap. I had so much importance on it, and man, dropping importance and really connecting with more meaningful stuff in my reality and letting go of a lot of that importance has been just like paramount. I mean, total game changer for me, absolute game changer.
And why do you think dropping importance is so important? I mean, what do you think about it? Is it just the whole letting go process?
No, I think what it is, is it's that, it's that narrowed focus, you know, when you, when you, when you can, when you can make your your beliefs more expansive, or you can make your, um, uh, the, the material. So when we have importance, when we have too much importance, we are just tuning into something that we're deeming valuable, and it's a very, very, very narrow little focus. And when you can let go of that focus, it's like the whole world just opens up to you. It becomes a lot more expansive, and that's when you can do all sorts of cool, you know, things like connect with your environment via outer intention and go with the flow, and more comes in your direction because you— I mean, I don't think more comes in your direction. It's always coming in your direction, always has been coming in your direction, but you're narrowed down focus on what you've deemed important has limited your perspective. So it just, it just, it just, it, it limits you to the alternative space. And when you let that go, then it's like you just, you really see, holy shit, I can— there's so much more to life, there's so much more to reality, you know.
And that, and that makes so much sense, because how do we really know that something is the best for us? It could be 10 times better out there. Yeah, wanting to come to us, and we're like, no, this is what I want, and then we're stopping the flow of so much more.
I know, it's amazing. It really is. Yes, that's a very, very good way to put it. Importance stops the flow. Well, it doesn't stop the flow, the flow is still there. It's just you don't You don't see it. It's just you don't see it. You're not, you are tuned into, you are tuned, what I know when I had a lot of importance in my life, I had a lot of scarcity mentality. I had a lot of limited thinking. I had, even though I was doing some pretty cool stuff, you know, my reality, was of a higher quality, you could say. I mean, I— not emotionally and not spiritually, but I was already existing on some of those upper tracks when it comes to like material stuff and like having a boat. I mean, that was pretty, pretty amazing experience. Not a lot of people get to, you know, live and learn how to sail their own 42-foot sailboat. It was an incredible experience, but my importance on other things, it didn't allow me to truly enjoy some of the aspects of my higher track. And a lot of stuff would sort of flow past me without me being able to grab onto it because I just I just didn't see it. I was so blinded by my importance to other things. And, you know, it all happened for a reason, obviously, because it led me to where I am today. So I can't go back and look back and be like, "Oh man, I wish I would have grabbed onto this one thing," or, "Oh wow, I really did see something cool floating by, but I had too much importance on this other thing." But now I know better. You know, it's like, I know when I have importance on something, that there's just as much of a chance that I'm missing something floating by that may be, yeah, like you said, 10 times better. You know? So I just—
And it's a heaviness. It's a heaviness in your body too. You can tell physically.
Oh yeah. Importance is a pretty toxic substance. I mean, that's why I got my tattoo, drop importance on my body, because I just, I have I have to see that every morning and know that importance means less of what it is that I want in my reality. And when I can drop it, magic happens, absolute magic. So, I've got to keep that a constant reminder, and the reason that this one was the most powerful game changer for me is because I had so much of it. So, so, so much of it. Inner importance and outer importance. I mean, it—
Well, I think we all do.
Yeah.
Oh yeah.
Yes. I think we— I think it is definitely a human condition, that's for sure.
It is.
No doubt about it.
And I don't care how far you are along in the life process, there's importance around absolutely everything.
Yes.
Mm-hmm. I mean, if you, if you have any opinion whatsoever, there's importance there. Yeah. Oh yeah. What it is.
Oh, for sure. Yes, opinions are an expression of importance, for sure.
Yeah. Well, very good.
Cool. Should we wrap it up, or you have anything else?
Oh well, I have a couple things, but it's just kind of basic. I was going to get your take on— there's a lot of popular things out there right now that, you know, my opinion, that lowers frequency and that sort of thing, like horror movies. And I don't know if you're familiar with David Hawkins and his frequency levels and that sort of thing, but there are certain vibrational levels levels that thing resonates at. Like horror movies, rap music, you know, really heavy metal has a lower frequency vibration. And I think that kind of works into everyday life, and I was just going to get your take on it.
Yeah, I mean, I, you know, I definitely view certain, certain types of information coming in my direction at this point as being a lower frequency or a higher frequency, and I just acknowledge it. It doesn't mean that I have to get it out of my life, like you were saying with horror movies. I watched a movie a few weeks ago called Midsommar. It's about the people that go to that cult in Sweden. Have you seen it?
No, I haven't.
Oh my gosh, it's so crazy. It is really, really, really crazy. It's like a smart, one of those smart smart horror movies, smart thrillers, very—
What's it called?
It's called Midsommar, M-I-D-S-O-M-M-A-R. These people go, these people from the US, a group of college students, one of the college students is from Sweden and he gets the people to go to this communal place in Sweden for summer festivities, but the summer festivities are actually them being like killed and harvested for certain purposes of the cult, like traditions. And there's this whole background of why these people are out there and why they exist and what their beliefs are and why they do this harvesting of humans like every summer for for the festivities. I mean, it is wild. It is absolutely— talk about a movie that shows the destructive nature of, or how pendulums happen. And, um, you know, I mean, you could, you could watch it through the Transurfing filter and just be in absolute awe. But there's murder, there's, um, you know, weird sexual stuff, there's weird cultish stuff at the beginning. So everybody, when they turn, I think like 72, no matter if they're healthy or what part of what they're doing in their life, when you're 72 years old, you commit suicide. So on this day in the summertime, this specific day, if you're 72 years old, there's this big banquet dinner, and then after the— and then during the dinner, the people that are 72 72 years old, give their statement about life and blah, blah, blah. And then everybody walks out to this sort of like rocky place where there's a rocky cliff, and the 72-year-olds go up on the cliff, and then they jump down and they commit suicide in front of all the other members of the cult. And it's like a— and they're in there happy to do it. They're like, that's part of their, their thing. But it is extremely graphic. I mean, talk about low frequency stuff, it is like super, super, super graphic and scary and all that stuff. And I'm typically not a person that watches those kinds of things. I really limit my TV and stuff to stuff that makes me feel good. I don't want to go, you know, I don't want to watch something and it send me on an induced transition. But I like this director and I kind of knew going into it what it was going to be and I watched it anyway. I just go into it with awareness. So if you're going to participate with something that's of a lower frequency, acknowledge it before you do it. You know? That's the main thing. Like, okay, I'm getting ready to watch something that's probably not going to feed me anything positive. It's more just for the sake of entertainment. And you can allow yourself to go on the ride, but you need to acknowledge that ahead of time. And you need to kind of check in with yourself. Like there's been times where my boyfriend and I have watched stuff on Netflix or on TV, and I'll end like halfway through, I'll be like, that's it, I'm not watching anymore. Yeah, you know, and I'll get up, or like, or we'll be watching something, and like even this movie Midsommar, perfect example. There were certain scenes that were so graphic and so scary, or at least that I thought they were going to be. I'd be like, okay, and I would get up and I would walk out of the room and I would go into the bathroom and then I'd yell to my boyfriend, "Is it over yet?" You know, and he'd say, "No, no, no, it's not over, it's not over." So then I wait a few more seconds and then when he tells me it's over, then I'll come back out. So I kind of like, you know, I kind of can go along the ride, but I don't want the really graphic scary stuff to be in my mind.
Yeah, if I— that graphic like brutality. It's, it's like it hurts my core, like I can feel it in my body.
Yeah, yeah, I know, I know what you're talking about. I've always had an adversity to gore, blood. I was the worst as a child. I mean, I would— somebody get hurt on the playground and I'd run 2 miles scared, you know, just terrified. And I had a big adversity to it for a long time. And it was just until like, ironically, the last couple years, which seems kind of odd, like, why would you start looking at that stuff now? But now I sort of allow myself to look at it a little bit more. I still limit what, what comes in, in regards to imagery and sounds. But I kind of feel like we were brutal as human beings at one point in our—
oh yeah, in our history.
I mean, we were incredibly brutal. So I view, when I look at that stuff now, I kind of connect it with a brutal part of my nature that I know is in my DNA, you know, especially considering that— considering I'm, you know, like, I did that DNA thing and I'm like 80% Scandinavian, you know. So I, so I know that like my blood is violent Viking blood, right? Like, I have all that stuff in my DNA. So I think when I do participate with something like a horror movie, I'm like sort of satiating some weird little thing inside that's like, you know, like, oh, you're, you know, it's just like in a little way. I don't know, but, but it is limited. It is very, very limited.
Right, yeah. And it doesn't bother me, like, if somebody cuts their finger and their finger bleeds, or if somebody, you know, throws up. None of that bothers me. I mean, it doesn't bother me. But when I see this, this just— like that movie Bone Tomahawk, did you see that? No. Oh my gosh, I'm like, how can anybody watch this? And I couldn't watch it. It's just I don't know, it just really affects me for some reason.
So yeah, I know, I know what you're talking about. Like when you go to sleep at night, you still see the imagery in your head.
Yeah. Oh, it's—
yeah, it's, you know, so, so, so, Gurdjieff has a whole thing on this and he calls it impressions, you know, that everything in our reality leaves an impression on us. That's why that whole Japanese Japanese art of homemaking. Have you seen that show on Netflix where the Japanese lady comes in and she says, you know, each item you have in your home, you're going to hold it and say, does this bring me pleasure or not? And if it doesn't bring you pleasure, then it needs to go. You know?
Ooh, I like that. Yeah.
And it's, there's this whole thing. It's, there's, there's some name for it. I can't remember the name. But the reason that that's a powerful practice is because What you're doing is you are filling your home with only things that leave positive impressions on you. Right? Something that doesn't leave a positive impression on you, something that leaves a negative impression on you, you get rid of it. It's not in your reality anymore. So that's why— I like that.
Yeah.
It is very powerful, and my home is very much like that. If something— like, I could be sitting in a room and looking around, and if I spot something that like I feel doesn't have, doesn't leave a positive impression anymore, I will literally get up, walk over to it, grab it, and go throw it in the trash. Like, I just don't even— I love it. Yeah, I'm like, done, out of here. So I think that's why, you know, when you're talking about horror movies and hardcore metal music or rap that's just like super, super bass, it's that it leaves that impression on you. That doesn't do anything positive. Now, it can be perceived as positive by one person and negative for another. You know, lots of things are like that. You know, these—
Well, because they're resonating at that level, right?
Because they're resonating at that level. Yeah.
Yeah.
So it's about sort of just like limiting, I guess, and trying to get your environment with the most positive impressions that you can. You know, trying to keep—
And it's really nice. It's really not good or bad. Or, you know, I just kind of laugh and it's like, I'm really not a snob because I really do love everybody and I stay open. It's just I know what I allow into my life and I know what I want to resonate at because I want to bring more of that good stuff into my life. And that's what I want to see and that's how I want to view my world. It doesn't have anything to do with being better or worse or anything like that.
You just want more of the good stuff.
I want them, I want that connection.
Yeah. Oh, I feel the same way. I feel the same way. I mean, that's why I keep my house the way that I do. You know, it's, it's, it's, it's very, everything's sort of like, you know, all the things you look around and see, they, I mean, they have meaning to me and they're beautiful. You know, I try to like keep things that are very obviously like like front and center stage that just have really, really beautiful impressions. Like when I went to give some seminars with Dr. Salah Al-Rashad in the UK, he— one day we were walking around this little seaside town that we were staying in, and we walked into this antique store and I found this gorgeous— these two items that were just amazing. One is a big copper basin that's got to be a few hundred years old with handles on the side. It's like, you know, it's pretty large and it's like this deep and it's just beautiful patinaed copper with handles. And then another one is a foot heater for an old Rolls-Royce made of copper, one of the original Rolls-Royce, and it's made of copper and you put hot water in it and then you put it on on the floorboard of your Rolls-Royce and you put your feet on it so your feet stay warm. And I saw these two items and I like fell in love with them. And I told Salah that I was going to buy them and he said, "No, no, no, I'll buy them for you as your gift for doing the seminar." And he had them shipped to me at my house. And when I got them, I was like, I was so excited. And like, those are the first things you encounter when you walk into my home, you know? And when I walk into my home, I see them and I acknowledge them and they're super positive impressions. You know? They're just like, they're gorgeous. They were gifts from Dr. Salah. They were a gift for my seminar. So it's like, that stays in my mind. That's like, I'm programming my environment with these items. You know? I'm programming my environment with these items. And yeah, I just don't let anything in that doesn't correlate to this program that I've created inside my house. And, you know, my house is a great place for relaxing, for getting work done, for resonating at a high frequency. Yeah, I watch, you know, movies like Midsommar once in a while, but I keep it super limited, you know?
Right, right. Yep, that's awesome.
Keep it all limited. More of the good stuff, less of the bad stuff.
Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. Well, thank you for this time.
Yes, this has been fun. Let's do it again. We can no longer see you. Do you see your video camera is off or on?
It says that it's disconnected. It was disconnected.
It was disconnected because now you're just a green dot. But we will imagine that you're waving goodbye. Bye-bye. And I will say to everyone, tune in for more. We are going to do— for anybody that's still listening to this, is there anybody out there? Is anybody still listening? How long have we been going, like an hour and a half? Well, it was a good conversation. If there's anybody still listening, we are going to do more like this. Jema has expressed interest to continue these transmigration sessions, so we will, we will continue these. If you guys have any questions you'd like me to answer on transmigration, message me or message Jaima in the group and we'll add it to the list. And yeah, check out my courses. Interact with Jaima. She is a future Transurfing instructor. And if you— yeah, totally. And yeah, if you have not joined the International Transurfing Institute Facebook group community, please do so. The link link will be below in the links. And yeah, it's really, it's a great group. We are just, the conversations are lit in there. I mean, I don't think there's anything, I don't think there's anything that anybody has not asked. It is like, it is as comprehensive as you can possibly get. So yeah, even Vadim was like, like, whoa, this group is really, you know, he, he messaged me privately and was like, wow, I joined the group and there's a lot going on in there. So everybody is kind.
Everybody is kind and they really do want to help each other. And any question and any comment, oh, each other tremendously.
Oh, amazing. I mean, sometimes I'm like scrolling through and I'm seeing things people are saying to each other and I'm like on the verge of tears. I'm just like, oh Oh my God, this is so cool that we have this. You know, it is so cool we have this. And it's like, it's like a pool that you can go and you can replenish your spirit through the day, you know, and really just reconnect with the Transurfing concepts and reconnect with people that are resonating at the same frequency as you and just kind of like replenish and then go back into the world with your, you know, with your Transurfing with your Transurfing filter back on, you know, and just kind of like deal with reality and enjoy it and all that. So yeah, I know a lot of people thank me for starting the group, but I'm like, man, you guys, I'm getting just as much out of it as everybody, you know? I'm like, I'm just here with everybody else, just super, super happy and enjoying it. So yeah, it's pretty cool. So, well, thank you so much, Jaima. I appreciate you taking the time. Taking the bull by the horns and helping me continue with these Transmigration Calls. And yep, everybody, everybody join, join us on International Transurfing Institute Facebook group. You can follow me on Instagram, @reality_transurfing. And of course, subscribe here if you have not already. And we will do another one of these soon.
Thank you, Renee.
Okay, bye, Jema. Have a good one.
