Tufti The Priestess Active Center Screen Meditation Reality Transurfing Vadim Zeland

Renee Garcia guides a two-phase Center Screen Meditation based on Vadim Zeland's Reality Transurfing. Using rhythmic breathing and sensory deprivation, you move attention between three screens: the Outer (external), Inner (thoughts), and Center (a personal creative field around your body), then project intentions outward through a construct called the Plait.

Hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia and this is Transurfing TV! And today I'm going to give you guys quite possibly the most bitchin' Transurfing meditation ever downloaded from the Alternative Space. I decided the other day, as part of Quantum Bootcamp, my anomalous action was going to be downloading something. I very rarely sit down with the intention to download something, and I decided to get myself into a meditative place. Place and connect to the Alternative Space, and then download some type of information. And what came out is I downloaded this really amazing meditation that I'm going to teach you all today. I'm gonna give you directions, I'm not gonna lead the meditation. I'm gonna tell you exactly what to do, and then go try it and tell me your thoughts! Let me know what you think of this one. Before I get started— Before we get started, remember to like this video and comment below "My world is taking care of me" to enter my daily giveaway for my reprogramming stickers. So, I am titling this one 'The Center Screen Meditation'. As some of you may know, I'm not a huge advocate for meditating. I'm not disputing the benefits of meditating. I definitely understand the benefits, and I believe in the benefits of meditating. But I also believe in what I like to call active meditation. And active meditation can really be— I've seen kind of in two ways. This is how I perceive active meditation. The first is being able to get myself into a meditative state doing everyday activities. So, chopping vegetables while cooking, or taking a bath, or driving the car. I know that probably sounds a little bit crazy, but I do do this. It's getting myself— I don't wanna say zoned out, because I'm not zoned out like inner screen zoned out. I'm just detached, right? I'm detached, I'm allowing my mind to really relax into whatever activity I'm doing, and sort of just meditate within that activity. So, this is probably my most— common form of meditation. The other type of meditation, active meditation that I participate in, is when I actually sit down and get into a meditative stance, but I'm doing something within that meditation. So, I'm activating my— or magnetizing my money object, or my love object, if you guys— If you missed that one, I'll put the link below for the video. Or doing one of the Vadim Zeland meditations, like the Wave Explosion, or— there's like 7 or 8 of them, you can see them on this channel. I'll put the playlist for the meditations below as well, the Vadim Zeland meditations. So, these are meditations with an intention, right? You're doing something in the meditation rather than just— mindfully meditating, right? So, this is gonna be the second kind of active meditation. You're going to set the intention that you're actually going to do something in this meditative state. So, it's pretty simple. It might sound a little bit complex at first, because there are two different steps. What I would suggest is that you set a timer for 30 minutes, you get into the first— part of the meditation. And then when the timer goes off, you set it again for another 30 minutes, and then you do the second part of the meditation. I did it for an hour. You could probably do 10 minutes and 10 minutes, or 20 minutes and 20 minutes, or an hour and an hour. Just make sure that the times are matched. This is kind of where I felt that I was gaining maximum benefit. So, I got myself into a meditative position. I actually put an eye mask on, a silk eye mask, and foam earplugs in. I cut myself off from any external stimuli, right? I tried to do sensory deprivation as much as possible, because I really wanted to try to connect with the Alternative Space. And I just thought this sort of deprivation would be the best way to get there. And I actually found that in doing that, it really was easy for me to get into a very Center Screen sort of mood very, very quickly. So, I would definitely recommend it. So, eye mask on, right? And earplugs in. I started to connect to the Alternative Space. Now, this all sort of just came in steps to me. I didn't think about anything, I didn't try to direct the script, I didn't try to come up with anything. I just allowed these insights to come to me as I was actively doing them. So, I'm downloading it, and at the same time, I'm actively doing it. And I really felt the power of what it was I was downloading. It was quite an amazing experience, actually. So, what I envisioned was that with my in-breath, I was pulling any residual— attention, my attention back to me from the Outer Screen. So, the first day I did this, it was like Christmas or the day after Christmas. And of course, Outer Screen is definitely captivating us during this time, right? So, in-breath, I'm sort of extracting or pulling back into me. Residual attention that still exists in the Outer Screen, okay? And I pull it forward to my Center Screen. Now, for me personally, I like to envision that my Center Screen is like a 2.5 to 3.5-foot buffer outside of my physical body. So, when I'm doing something, right? When I'm creating a seminar, or I'm working on something, or I'm making these videos, this place that I'm acting from is my Center Screen, this physical space, right? Of 2.5 to 3 feet, maybe 4 feet. So, I'm pulling with my out-breath my attention— or my in-breath, rather. I'm pulling my attention. Attention to this place where I create. That's the best way to describe it. It's the place that I create. With my out-breath, I bring whatever attention is lying in my Inner Screen back to that Center Screen. So, it was kinda like a cycle. I'm pulling in the attention from my Outer Screen to my Center Screen, and I'm pulling my attention in my Inner Screen to my Center Screen. So, it's in, out, in, out. And I'm taking long, deep, mindful, very— the rhythm that I got into was extreme! It was almost like I could've timed each breath in and out, and they would've just been very, very habitual, right? Very habitual. And it was this breathing technique, the deep breaths in, the deep breaths out, pulling the attention back from my Outer Screen and out of my Inner Screen to my Center Screen that actually allowed me to access my Center Screen in a very, very deep and meaningful way that I had not really felt before. And it was the breath that was kind of getting me there and then keeping me there, and my mind— wasn't going off into different directions. It was very easy for me to center screen, as I like to say. So, I did this for half an hour, and I could feel this center screen really, really starting to crystallize, or that data was really accessible to me, or that I could set very firm intentions, or something. I could feel that there was— There was definitely this draw to, "Okay, now I've got my Center Screen really, really obvious and kind of activated. Now, what am I going to do with it? I need to do something with it!" So, then that's when I kicked over into the second part of the meditation. So, what this was— got my Center Screen very, very— it's materialized, I can almost feel it. So, the first— and again, this is staying in the rhythm of breath, right? So, in-breath, Center Screen, out-breath, Center Screen. In-breath, Outer Intention pulls in, okay? And I'll elaborate more on that in a moment. Second is— oh, and I forgot to mention that once I really felt a very strong sense of this, I activated my Plait. And I felt my Plait very— it was really a deep sensation of the Plait before I started this. So, I probably took about 5 minutes to activate my Plait. So, once the Plait was activated— I breathed in, breath in, and I actually felt me pulling Outer Intention, or whatever Outer Intention was going to bring me in. And then with my out-breath, I was throwing my current intentions into the Alternative Space. So, Intention through the Plait into the Alternative Space, right? That's out-breath. In-breath, pulling Outer Intention in my direction. Out-breath, intention through the Plait. In-breath, Outer Intention close to me. Out-breath, intention through the Plait. Out-breath, Outer Intention close to me. And I did this for another 30 minutes. And I have to say that this was absolutely, hands down, without a doubt, my best and most meaningful meditative experience that I've ever had. I stayed in constant mindfulness with my breath. I didn't lose it even one time for an entire 30 minutes. An entire hour. So, the cycle of the breath stayed exactly the same from part 1 to part 2. Part 2, Plait Activation. And then switch over from Outer Intention pulling in, intentions through the Plait into the Alternative Space, Plait activated, right? And keeping the Plait activated. And it was just all of this mindfulness. Of the Center Screen, Outer Intention, my own intentions, it really helped me to keep my Plait activated the entire time. I never lost— for this other part here, the 30 minutes, I never lost that contact with that sensation. So, when I finished with this, I have to say, I felt like a million dollars! It was— It was invigorating beyond anything that I had felt in a long time, sitting down and trying to get myself into a relaxed state, and really going into all that positive brainwave stuff, but then also doing it with an intention. So, this is what I'm going to suggest, for those of you that are interested in trying this, that with the new year coming— Obviously, we're intention-setting, right? We're gonna be doing our Limiting Belief burn, and then I'm gonna give you guys a little intention-setting practice after that. This would be a great opportunity for you to take that intention and plug it into this meditation. So, bring yourself back to the Center Screen, and then really start to put your intentions out into the Alternative Space. While you have this very concrete sense of not only the Center Screen, but your Plait. And make this like a thing! See how it works for you. I know that I am like itching to do it again. I'm gonna do it after I film today, because it was very, very powerful, and I can definitely sense a lot happening within this meditation. So, let me know your thoughts on this one, everybody! Try it out! Let me know! Let me know if you— Do any sort of alterations, or if you change the time, or experience anything other than what I talked about in this video, I'm definitely curious to hear your thoughts on this one. And thank you so much for watching, and enjoy my Center Screen Meditation! Bye, guys!
