Turn Pain & Trauma Into Opportunities For Growth w/ Reality Transurfing Vadim Zeland Renée Garcia

In this motivational video, Renee Garcia (Transurfing TV) explains how to transform painful experiences and trauma into opportunities for personal growth using the principles of Reality Transurfing and the Law of Attraction. She argues that most emotional pain stems from human relationships and that individuals typically respond in one of two ways: closing off emotionally (the "hermit" approach) or embracing the pain as a learning opportunity (the growth approach). Garcia emphasizes the importance of keeping the heart open, taking true accountability without blaming others, and recognizing that pain often resurfaces from unresolved prior wounds. She advises self‑nurturing, self‑love, and staying focused on one’s own inner development rather than trying to change others, thereby moving onto higher “lifelines” and higher vibrational frequencies. Throughout, she reframes anxiety and pain as signals or gifts that guide evolution, urging viewers to consciously reframe each painful moment as a catalyst for growth. The video concludes with calls to action for engagement and a reminder to view pain as a necessary driver of personal evolution.

Don't forget, comment below "My world is taking care of me" to enter my daily giveaway for my reprogramming stickers! Can you see that? And like this video and subscribe! This is gonna be a fun one, y'all! Pain or growth? God! If I could go back in time— no, just kidding! I wouldn't go back in time, I really wouldn't! But if I could— if I did, I would go back and I would really, really savor all those painful moments in my life and embrace them! For what they were. They were growing experiences, right? They were growing opportunities, rather. And we, at times— like, as human beings, we don't like to feel pain, right? So, we try to do whatever we can to eradicate pain or get rid of it, right? This is if you're going through, like, heartbreak, and you're not supposed to be with the person anyway, but you're trying to get back together with them just so. You don't feel the pain of it anymore, right? Or whatever circumstance is causing you pain in your life, trying to resolve it simply so you don't have to feel the pain. And I know this is a challenge, but it's so worth it to, like, move through that space and get through it. And not try to negotiate or deal or reconcile or whatever, and just accept it for what it is. It's time to move on at times. It's a growing opportunity, and it's going to help you in your evolution as a human being. So, most of our pain comes from human connection. And if you think about it— this is really, really deep! Really fascinating! Because when I realized this, when I had this insight, I was like, "Oh my God! Can that be true?" And I tried— emotional pain. I mean, obviously, sometimes we injure ourselves, and that's just from whatever, like it didn't have anything to do with another person. Or sometimes we're sick. But our emotional pain, our conflict with this— painful experience that we encounter as humans, where, again, we have heartbreak or betrayal, or some sort of like anger, like "Ugh!" Something's going on that's causing us an extreme amount of emotions, and we're reacting to it. Usually, that's triggered by another human being, or a group of people. And this is really a very— this is a really valuable insight to have, because there's kinda two ways of going about it when you encounter pain from another person. Either you close off, right? These are people that close themselves off emotionally, They keep to themselves, they don't reach out and try to connect with people any longer. This is the quintessential hermit, right? This is somebody that got divorced at some point in their life and vowed, "I'm never gonna marry again," or something along those lines. Or there's the person that takes the experience, takes that opportunity for growth, that pain, and works with it. And I would like to think that I'm in the second category, although I was definitely in the first for a very, very long period of time. And the value of going to the second category, the one where you really embrace the opportunity for growth and keeping yourself open, this is you keeping yourself in a place where you can practice having more of what you want, the Law of Attraction, right? Creating your own reality. As soon as you close yourself off, as soon as you declare "I'm closing my heart, I'm closing this door, I'm not going to allow people in," either consciously or subconsciously, you're closing yourself off to the alternative space. Space, and what you have access to is limited in nature, and you are going to suffer as a product of that closure, right? So, acknowledging when pain comes into your body, into your life, into your mind, into your layer of reality, and really taking the opportunity— to go into that pain and see what exactly there is to learn there, keeping yourself open, making decisions that put you in the direction of a higher track, your higher self, and not closing yourself off, keeping you on a lower track, or possibly going lower, and closing off your heart, which is— Really, really, really not ideal! So, getting to some of my points here, remembering that most pain comes from human connection, and that we attract these situations and create them to obtain the opportunity to learn the lesson. And I know this sounds crazy, right? It's like, "What the hell? I didn't create a situation where—" "I encountered abuse." Well, you know, you didn't create that exact event, but that opportunity is there because of a reason that you need to learn a lesson. I know I probably botched that saying, that statement, but this is really, really how I see it. The people— that take accountability. Now, some things are off-limits, right? Childhood abuse, really tragic things that you had absolutely no role in, right? Those are off-limits. But talking, again, about human connection, relationships, staying in contact with a toxic person, staying in contact with a toxic parent, or a toxic sibling, or a toxic work environment, or something like that. You are attracting these situations because you are yet to resolve some sort of growth, something that needs to be reconciled. So, remembering that whatever you are encountering now that is resulting in pain, you have attracted it for some reason. So, extract that lesson. Don't— pay the price without taking the lesson with you. Stop the blame game. So, when you get into it with someone, either a big thing or a little thing, both people are going to feel entitled to their perspective. And this is where the Golden Rule of Transurfing really comes in, and evidence to support all theories, right? If you get into it with somebody and you're like, "Oh my God, they hurt me!" The other person's probably saying, "Oh my God, they hurt me too!" And both people have entitlement to their version of reality, right? Because there is evidence to support all theories. And placing blame on the other person is not only energetically inefficient, but it doesn't get the job done, right? It doesn't get the job done. Nothing gets accomplished by continually trying to blame someone else. Now, that's not saying that you need to accept their behavior, or accept their perspective, accept their theory, right? This is just, you are going to take what's yours, you are going to work on that, you are gonna try to understand yourself, and you are going to let them be, right? You are not gonna try to resolve their shit, you're not gonna try to resolve their— reconcile their perspective, you're not gonna try— to do anything for them, you are going to sever those ties of you feeling the need to influence somebody else's perspective in the direction of your favor. This is you taking true accountability. Okay. So, pain is only pulled from a place where it already exists. This is a big one! This is a huge revelation for me in my life. My mom did something to me a few months ago that is quite possibly— I can forgive her, but I won't forget it. And I acknowledge that the reason it hurts so bad is because there was already a prior place of pain that existed, right? There was already a similar injury within me, even though for a lot of— for the most part, it's healed. I don't think we ever fully heal. Fully, fully heal. It's just like, you know, if you get a bad paper cut and the paper cut heals for the most part, if you get something on it, it's still going to, it's still going to hurt even if it's the majority of the way healed. So acknowledging that when you encounter pain, when somebody causes you pain, that that pain is really coming from a source of where pain already exists. So, self-nurturing, self-love, self-care, and just being aware of this fact, "Hey, somebody's touching on something that's already there," this can help you to gain control of the situation and not be confused, and have an understanding of what exactly is taking place. Do not react by closing off. Again, this doesn't mean that you keep the person in your life, right? This doesn't mean that you accept abuse. This doesn't mean that you continue the relationship. You may have to get the person out of your reality. Maybe they're not intended for you and your life track anymore. Maybe you truly are moving on. But this isn't moving on in a way where you get rid of them and then you close yourself off to ever falling in love. Or let's say you lost a child, right? I know a few Transurfers have lost children. This doesn't mean that you move away from the situation, you try to heal and then you say, "Well, I'm never gonna have a kid again!" Or "I'm never gonna love again!" Or "I'm never gonna do that again!" This is you making the decisions you need to make, and then keeping yourself open to the best of your ability, and really understanding what has transpired and working on the healing process. Is gonna help you to remain open. If you're truly trying to understand what has transpired. The more you understand, the more rapidly you will move on, right? And keeping yourself open while moving on is absolutely the key here. Start trying to understand yourself, look within, don't lose focus. And don't react, right? So, I did a video the other day, "Your purpose here is to try to understand yourself, not try to have others understand you," right? And having others try to understand you, trying to get others to understand you is, again, energetically ineffective, inefficient. So, really working on trying to understand yourself, trying to understand why you feel pain. Trying to understand where the pain's coming from, looking within and remaining focused on what the objective is. The objective is not to get someone else to adhere to your external script, right? The objective is not to inner intention the hell out of somebody else's will. The objective is not to try to control your reality. Right? Your objective is to try to understand yourself and to remain focused on your growth and tapping into your potential by moving through the Lifelines and elevating to the higher ones. Getting into conflict and trying to have somebody else understand you, this is you existing on lower Lifelines, resonating at a low frequency. Right? Do not hold other people's beliefs, negative feelings, and ideas. If somebody has something negative to say about you, a negative belief about you, an idea about you that's causing you pain, you absolutely have the ability to let that go. Lots of people say negative crap to me, right? I have the choice, I can either accept that or I can decline it. And I politely choose to decline. Every time you encounter a painful situation, accept it as a gift. From this moment on, after watching this video, anytime pain comes up for you, start to reframe it, right? Start to reframe that sensation. It's the same with anxiety, right? I have a video where I talk about the benefits of anxiety. Anxiety is You need to learn something. Your mind is trying to tell you something. It's the same with pain. Every time you encounter a painful situation, stop yourself, view it as a gift, as an opportunity for growth, and that is what it will become. And you will truly start to evolve as a person, but up out of your pain most valuably. So remember, pain equals growth, right? And without pain, we don't grow. So if everything were easy and we never encountered pain, we never encountered challenges that were painful to us, we simply would not grow. Pain pushes us in a direction, one or the other. So it's up to you to choose which direction you're going to go in. Are you going to grow from it? Or are you going to take that pain, hold on to it, close yourself off, keep yourself resonating at some lower tracks, keep toxic people in your life, and not extend beyond it? So, let me know your thoughts, everyone! Please like this video, subscribe, and comment below "My world is taking care of me!" And I wish you all a very, very good day! Bye!
