In this monologue, the speaker recounts a personal health decline after a medical condition and failed attempts with conventional weight‑loss methods. Turning to the metaphysical practice of Reality Transurfing, she describes a two‑step mental technique aimed at shifting her consciousness back onto a "past lifeline" where she was slimmer and healthier. Step 1 involves a meditative visualization of her former self, recalling thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and eating habits. Step 2 consists of repeatedly affirming, whenever she deviates, that she is on the alternate track and that any contrary impulse is "not in line with my goal." She reports that by applying these reminders multiple times daily, she lost seven pounds within two weeks and feels more like her former self. The speaker concludes with encouragement for other "Transurfers" to try the method.

Weight loss magic with Reality Transurfing. The majority of my life I've been in great shape. I ate extremely healthy, ran, danced, and worked out daily. I lived in peak physical condition. But 5 years ago I suffered a medical condition and as a result I slowly peeled myself away from this lifeline. I've tried all the conventional weight loss techniques to get me back, to no avail. Excessive cardio, keto diet, intermittent fasting. Frustrated and 15 to 20 pounds heavier, nearing 40 years old and wanting to go into it feeling my best. I decided to put the pedal to the metal and shed a few stubborn pounds using Reality Transurfing techniques. So I put the question out there and waited for the answer to come back to me. It was all about switching over to a past lifeline. Forward to the past. So here it goes, 2 simple steps that will allow you to step back onto a past lifeline where you felt and looked your best. Step 1: Sit down in a seated position and close your eyes as if meditating. Now imagine yourself in past years when you looked and felt your best. What changed? You did. But you can change back and you are going to do that now. Remember how you thought, felt, behaved, ate, and imagine yourself re-entering that exact lifeline where you will think, feel, behave, and eat in that exact same way. Move yourself to this old lifeline in your mind. Step 2: Every single time you think or feel yourself start to deviate from this lifeline, remind yourself You are on this alternate track, not the one where you weigh more. In addition, if you feel like eating something or not working out, state to yourself, "This is not in line with my goal, period." This will become systematic after just a few days. It did for me. I promise. So to recap, Transurf to a previous track where you weighed less. Make yourself comfortable there. Then when challenged, this is not my track and this is not in line with my goal. In the first 2 weeks, I lost 7 pounds. I just reminded myself of these 2 points multiple times a day. I feel more like my old self because I am my old self. Good luck, Transurfers!
