What Is “Inner Importance” And Why It Destroys Your Life & Balance Reality Transurfing Vadim Zeland

Renee Garcia explains Reality Transurfing's concept of Inner Importance: when you overvalue your own qualities or desires, you create energetic imbalance that triggers unwanted reality shifts. Lowering Inner Importance, even adopting an "I don't matter" mindset, keeps you aligned with your desired life and free to shape your reality.

Hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia, y'all! And today we are gonna be talking about inner importance! Before I get started, remember to like this video and comment below "My world is taking care of me" to enter my daily giveaway for my reprogramming stickers! So, yes! And please subscribe to this channel as well! So, before I get started, I'm gonna— I wanna give a little bit of a rundown of what Outer Importance is, because in the Transurfing modality we have two forms of Importance, right? We have external, or Outer Importance, and then we have internal, or Inner Importance. So, Importance in general is when you attribute excessive value to something, therefore raising it up on a pedestal, and then you sort of put yourself in a position of if that thing not matching up, with your ideas of reality or external events or yourself— this is internal or inner importance— then there's this crashing down effect, right? There's that equilibrium drop, balancing forces. This is you losing energy, this is you feeling disappointed, this is you feeling defeated, this is you feeling let down in some way. So, outer importance is when— You attribute excessive value to something playing out in your external reality. This is maybe you not getting that job you were hoping for, or that guy or girl not calling you after the second date, or somebody not showing up in a way that you thought they would. This is something external, outside of you, that you have deemed important to happen, otherwise you are going to be disappointed or down. Devastated or let down or whatever. So inner importance is when we do this with our own characteristics and qualities as an individual. So an example of this would be me saying, I'm an important person and I deserve to be listened to and you're going to respect me. And then if that doesn't play out, then all sorts of crazy wonkiness happens either with me or people or my Mirror gives me more reasons to need to defend myself on that thing, or declare myself important, or whatever it is. So, in giving in to your Inner Importance, this is really about you sending a message to your Mirror. And it's the same with you dropping or lowering those levels of Inner Importance, and how that that affects the mirror as well. So, this is a lesson that I have noticed people either get or they don't get. And the people that don't get this lesson, I see them get triggered very, very easily into going into that kind of like indignant, you know, place of demanding treatment, or demanding something, you be recognized for something, acknowledged for something. And the fault in doing this is not only does it affect your mirror in a negative way and cause an imbalance in your external environment, it also really causes you to lose your awareness for your current Lifetrack, your current Script, and get sucked into a not another variation of reality that does not suit you or your intentions. This is what it's all about, really, is if you maintain awareness, you keep your energetic levels higher, right? Because you're not constantly losing yourself to another script, losing energy because you're fighting or defending something, and going into a version of reality where— there's work that needs to be done to try to uphold whatever it is you have deemed important. So, it really affects us in a number of ways, right? So, I know this one very, very well. I used to have a lot of inner importance. I had inner importance about my looks, I had inner importance about— my respectability. I wanted people to respect me and acknowledge me and do all these things that really— what it was is it was me overcompensating for feelings of inferiority within myself, and needing to have other people confirm things that I was struggling to confirm for myself within myself. And I did a lot of this demanding, and I remember— I remember once I was in a therapist's office with a longtime boyfriend, and I said— this boyfriend was a real pain in the ass, he was cheating on me and all kinds of crazy stuff. And I remember one day I demanded in there, I was like, "You are going to respect me! I'm tired of you not respecting me!" And the therapist looked at me and just shook her head, and she was like, "Why are you demanding respect?" You know? And I could tell what she was thinking at the time. I mean, I knew she was like thinking, "This girl isn't going to get respect." But it wasn't until a little bit later when I looked back on the situation retrospectively that I realized that the therapist knew me demanding respect was only gonna create more of that same thing. It wasn't going to actually create more respect coming in my direction. I take my respect now. I don't ask for it, or I don't demand it, right? So, before I get into my little stick figure breakdown here, I wanna say that this inner importance version of yourself, the opposite of that, the polarized version, is kind of a nihilistic approach to— self-worth, right? It's really throwing your hands up in the air and saying, "Listen, I really don't matter!" And I know that sounds crazy, because people will probably say to this, "Well, how are you going to affect your Mirror? How are you gonna get respect if you believe you don't matter?" Right? "If you believe you don't matter, won't you just—" then tell the world that you don't matter, and then you'll get more of the same. And no, it's not like that! It's not like that at all, actually! Because you saying "I really don't matter," this is simply you saying this to your external environment. You know you matter as an individual yourself! And it's your own self-worth! That people are going to respond to, not your demand for it externally, right? So, you saying "I don't matter"— and I'll give you a couple examples here in a second. You saying you don't matter, it doesn't mean that you're projecting to your mirror that you feel you don't matter. You're just telling your mirror "I don't matter." So, this could come in form of, let's say— A political argument, right? Let's say a political argument flares up at, I don't know, some social thing that you're at, and you go to declare your right, your opinion. You go to jump in and you get triggered and you're going there, and then you stop yourself for a moment and you say, hmm, you know what? I actually don't matter in this equation, and my opinion really doesn't matter, and my voice doesn't really matter. I'm just going to kind of step out of this. And you decide to sit on the sidelines and observe, right? What's going to happen there is you're going to actually look like the more confident, respectable, um, together person that doesn't feel the need to go and enforce your inner intention, your inner importance on your external environment. Because remember, none of that is going to actually create anything of value. So, "I really don't matter," and "Who cares?" Right? So, "Who cares?" is kind of like just— you know, we care a lot more about ourselves than other people actually care. About us. I know that sounds pretty cold, but everyone is always more concerned with themselves, right? Everybody— if you go to a dinner party, everybody's going to be more concerned with their image or their presentation or their stories or their this or their that. And you can just say to yourself, who cares? Who cares about mine? And focus on other people, which makes you super magnetic, right? Because if you're sitting Standing there spouting off about all the great things that everybody else is, all the things you've done and the fancy car you bought and the whatever, you're going to throw yourself into the pile of Inner Importance people, right? You backing out of it, focusing on others, and just sort of observing, again, is going to help you feel more confident and in control of yourself from a very balanced place of little Inner Importance. So, I know this one's kinda funny here, but I love it! "On a cosmic level, I'm actually meaningless." If you zoom way out and you look at humanity, which probably, in my opinion, won't be around for, I don't know, longer than another 300 years. I think we're pretty doomed at this point. On a cosmic level, our life's actually kinda meaningless. I'm meaningless, my opinion's meaningless. And when I take that approach— things just kinda get greased in my external environment. I don't get snagged onto things thinking my opinion or my intentions or whatever it is, it doesn't— I don't hook onto pendulums that wanna then take me for a ride, right? Any extreme opinions of myself or my environment just creates an imbalance. This is really— again, it gets down to it. You demand something, you declare yourself something, your world is going to challenge that, right? Your world is going— if you declare yourself something overtly, you've created an imbalance. Balancing forces will arise to eradicate that imbalance. And what will happen, how it actually transpires is your environment will pose new, increasingly new scenarios exponentially to challenge that idea that you have hooked onto. Again, Pendulum. And you will be in a constant state of having to defend yourself or demand respect, or whatever it is. You don't just do it once and then get it, and then the thing's done. This becomes a lifestyle and you are constantly having to work to keep that thing going, which takes energy which you need to create your own reality, right? So, "I'm important!" on the other side. "Listen to me! I deserve to be treated right! Respect me!" Oh boy, I'm so glad I don't do that stuff anymore! It's like a person thinking that they actually— "deserve respect" is not going to get very much, in my opinion. So, the Mirror, how the Mirror responds in both these scenarios. Let's say the important me, the Mirror says, "Oh yeah? Here's more—" Geez, I can't even read my— "Oh, here's more sucker!" I'm like, "What did I write there?" "Oh yeah? Here's more sucker! Like, you want to do this?" "Let me give you some more reasons to do this!" Right? So, here's more sucker! And then the Mirror's response to this, "I really don't matter. Who cares? On a cosmic level, I'm actually meaningless. Any extreme opinions of myself or my environment just creates an imbalance." "Oh yeah? Nothing really does matter! Everything is balanced, right? Nothing matters means no importance!" means balance, means less friction, means less pendulums hooking onto you, means more energy for yourself, means you're creating your reality. You get the point!
