What Is The Center Screen? Success! Personal Evolution & Focus Awaits! Tufti Reality Transurfing

In this solo instructional video, Renee Garcia (Transurfing TV) explains the Reality Transurfing concept of the Center Screen and its relationship to the external and internal screens that dominate most people's attention. She describes how the external screen consists of outside influences—social media, relationships, mass media—while the internal screen is made up of thoughts, worries, and day‑dreaming. Both screens drain personal energy and prevent the practitioner from consciously creating their desired reality. Garcia then introduces the Center Screen as the focal point of awareness where one can direct creative energy toward intentional outcomes. She offers concrete practices for staying in the Center Screen, such as clapping to snap back to awareness, using affirmations like “I see myself and I see my reality,” and maintaining a flow of creative activity. Throughout, she references Vadim Zeland’s book Tufti and promotes her Reality 2.0 course and related stickers. The video concludes with a call to action for viewers to comment, like, and enter a giveaway, while encouraging them to assess whether they default to external, internal, or Center Screen modes.

Hello, Transurfer! And welcome to Transurfing TV! I'm Renee Garcia, and today— today I'm going to do another Center Screen Breakdown, because I've been getting a lot of questions from people about the Center Screen, or losing contact with it, or too sucked into the external screen, the external environment. Or the internal. And again, and I know I gave one of these videos just a couple months ago, but I am going to do it because it is so valuable to a Transurfing practice. It's ridiculous. I mean, if you are sucked into your external screen or your internal screen, you are going to be depleted of energy. You are not going to gain momentum in creating a reality that's better suited for you. So again, if you have not yet read this bitchin' book, Tufti, it'll teach you everything I'm talking about and more. And it is incredible because again, we are not able to create our realities from the internal or the external screens. So before I begin, remember to like this video and comment below, "My world is taking care of me" to enter my daily giveaway for some programming stickers. And don't forget the Teachable link below if you would like to join Reality 2.0. Okay, so what the hell is going on here? Well, we have two modes that we typically exist in as human beings. This is external mode or internal mode. External mode is you getting sucked into your external environment. Hello, social media and YouTube and Facebook and Instagram and CNN and all mass media! When you are consumed with something outside of you, you are in your external screen! Now, this is not a bad thing if you are aware exactly of what it is you're doing and you understand and have placed some limits— on how much energy you are going to allow that pendulum to extract from you. Even if you're having fun, even if you like it, even if you're answering your friends on the International Transurfing Institute Facebook group and it's super cool, you're still giving your energy away! So, that's fine, as long as it is in line with your higher purpose and your higher good. If it's not— maybe it's time to limit some of that stuff! So, what does our external screens consist of? Or what do our external screens consist of? This is your relationships, your interpersonal relationships, mom, dad, your siblings, your husband, your wife, your boyfriend, your girlfriend, your friends, your professional associates, anybody that you are interacting with! On a daily basis in your life, in real life, even virtually, is you being involved in your external screen. TV, social media, mass media, drama, right? It could even be reading the book. So here's the thing, and this is a very, very good, uh, example of being sucked into your external, into your external screen in a way that's good for you or a way that is not good for you. And you catching that. If you're If you're reading the Tufti book, you are indeed in your external screen. However, you are gathering information and material and evidence to support a new and better theory about yourself, therefore it's beneficial to you. If you're reading a fictional book that is just a storyline, how is that going to benefit you, right? And I'm not trying to like throw shade at reading, obviously reading's awesome and I love reading. I don't read fiction anymore, I only read stuff like this, stuff that I can actually apply to my life and see results in my reality, right? So, what I'm suggesting is take a little bit of an inventory after this video. Think about it, how are you sucked into your external screen? And how could you shift some of that energy over to your center screen and start creating a little bit more? Before I get to that though, I'm going to talk about the internal screen. And I think a lot of people are challenged right now because they're sucked into their internal screens because of the uncertainty in the world. This is worrying, overthinking, daydreaming, negative thoughts, all of these things that go on inside of us internally. Again, you're actually losing energy to yourself when you are in this mode. If you can shift your thinking over to what you strive to achieve instead of what you don't want, or what you're scared is going to happen, or an argument you had with someone, or what are you gonna do, or any kind of thought that isn't in line with an intention, a destination, a goal, an upward trajectory in your reality. It's about shifting that perspective to that forward and up version of thinking that I talk about. So, the Center Screen, what can you do then? Well, here are a couple of my tips. This is what I do specifically. I know Ollie in the Facebook group loves this one, but the clapping, right? Anytime I start to feel myself doing this or doing this, I clap my hands. I clap my hands loud enough to where it kinda wakes me up, right? And it's in that moment where I catch myself, that self-realization that I'm either doing this or this, and in doing this or this, I'm not able to create my own reality. I'm only able to create my own reality when I'm in this mode. And how I wake up to that reality is specific to me. I would challenge you all to find new ways to wake up in your reality. A gal in the Facebook group had a custom MP3 thing made where she put "I see myself" on there. So, anything that you can do that's going to bring you back, right? And as Vadim Zeland says in the book, it's about returning, and returning often, catching yourself, bringing yourself back to that center place of awareness. And with time, this becomes habitual. And you return to this space more frequently, but most valuably, with less time spent in these places. I know in my past realities, I would wake up hours after the fact and be like, "Oh my God, I just watched Netflix for 6 hours? What the hell!" Now, when I'm watching Netflix, an hour's gone by and I know exactly what I'm doing. I limit my time and I make sure that I'm in control of what I am doing always! Because remember, if we're not in control, pendulums are getting our energy, and either you get it to further your own stuff, or the pendulums get it to further their stuff! So again, clapping, that's a big one, I love that one! "I see myself and I see my reality", this is a huge one too! I mean, I'm going to be making these stickers again soon, and they are going to say just that! And same thing! Daily giveaway, you can get some, put them around your home and have this as a gentle reminder to wake up to yourself and to wake up to your reality. The last thing that I wanna touch on is to keep the creative energy flowing. I know for me, me being creative, me making lessons, me building the structure out of Reality Transurfing, me filming videos, me doing all the things that I do on a daily basis to keep myself in line with that higher lifeline, that higher version of myself, that higher life track, that goal, right? Me continuing to fuel my creative endeavors with free-flowing energy and keep that consistent. It allows me to maintain retain that center place of awareness, that Center Screen, for an extended period of time. And then when I go to one of these modes, then it feels kinda weird, right? So, that's sort of the shift that's happened for me. I would either be in one of these modes, and when I would get to my Center Screen, I'd be like, "Oh, this is kinda weird," and I wouldn't be able to hold it for very long. And now when I'm here, I'm here for an extended period of time. And when I get here, I don't wanna be there for very long, right? I allow myself media or social media or Netflix or time with boyfriend or whatever, but I maintain awareness of the time that I'm spending in my external screen. I maintain awareness of the time— that I am spending in my internal screen, in my internal reality. So comment below, where are you? What, what, what, what is the default mode for you? Is default external, internal, or are you learning to hold the ability of the center screen? I want to hear your thoughts and remember to like this video and comment below. My world is taking care of me. Enter my daily giveaway. Thank you so much for watching my video, everyone. Bye!
