Hello, hello, hello, Transurfer and the Transurfing curious! My name is Renee Garcia, guys, and this is Transurfing TV! AKA Trailer Trash Tufti! I'm gonna go through— kind of a part of the Tufti book that sort of gets overlooked. And this is the chapter, 'You Are Perfect.' You know, Tufti is an interesting modality. And I know Tufti has sort of rubbed some folks the wrong way. I really do believe— and I'm not trying to, like, call anybody out here. Tufti's not for you, Tufti's not for you. But I really do believe that Tufti— And the condescending nature of her delivery of the knowledge is sort of like to help you check yourself. It's kind of like breaking down the ego, so then the modality helps you to rebuild your ego. So, it's like, "You snail, you snail, you snail!" And finally, getting to a point— and I know this is what happened for me. Where I was like, "Goddamn, I am a snail!" I am a snail, and I am just responding to my world, right? I am just responding. I'm a responsive snail trying to create reality in the moment, which, you know, when you go into this stuff hardcore, you realize there is no creating reality in the moment. I just— prior to filming this video, I filmed my video on audacious delusion. If you missed that one, definitely go back and take a look, it's a fun one. But, you know, I have seen so many shades of me. And there have definitely been times where I'm caught in snail-responsive, trying to create reality in the moment mode. And then waking up and stepping back and being like, "Goddamn, I see myself, I see my reality." It's not about responding to the occurrences in the present Frame, it's about doing what I can in this Frame to help me down the reel towards that intended Frame, that intended goal. And acknowledging that— and this is in line with the ideas that I expressed in the video "Audacious Delusion"— that I am absolutely perfect. "I am absolutely perfect. There is no reason why I can't create in this moment what it is that I need to create in order for me to get where it is that I want to go. I am the perfect being to do this." As long as the goals are mine, they're not false goals, They're providing me with Heart and Mind Coordination. I feel alive, I feel like a firefly when I'm in this mode. And it's what is intended for me. It's what is intended for me. So, when you fuse together what is intended for you and the idea that you are an absolute perfect being, right? You aren't lacking anything, you aren't— Fucked up in some kind of way that means that other people are deserving of things and you're not. Really diving into this space of absolutely loving yourself, embodying your perfection. And now, I'm not talking about perfection like Excess Potential perfection, right? That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about— We are all flawed to a certain extent, but that doesn't make any of us any less perfect to create our reality or achieve our dreams. We're all capable of doing this. And I know I don't wanna— I feel like I'm kind of walking up to this— walking up to the borderline of sounding like a motivational speaker, and I'm absolutely not trying to. I'm not trying to motivate anyone here into believing anything so they can do something. This is about you. This is about you motivating yourself. This is about you acknowledging your perfection, right? And you acknowledging that you can, in fact, have whatever it is that you want to have, as long as you do fulfill certain requirements. And one of them— and I went over this in my Triple Threat video. Is developing yourself, continuing to develop yourself. And as you develop yourself, and truly develop yourself, not to develop yourself in theory, not to feel like you're developing yourself because you're watching some self-development crap, but truly develop yourself. When you start to really get yourself into a true space of self-development, your thoughts start to increase, your actions start to increase, your frequency starts to increase, you start propelling this more developed version of you into your reality a little bit more, this is when things start to be truly created, right? So, I'm going to get into this. Before I do, remember to like this video, comment below, and subscribe to this channel. And join us on the Facebook group, the 'International Transurfing Institute' Facebook group. My course, 'Tufti 2.0', a very powerful one, down below. Follow me on Instagram! And shirts, cool shirts! I mean, we got all kinds of stuff here, guys! Links are all below. Okay. "You are perfect." So, again, in my opinion, Tufti is here to break us down and build us back up. That's what I allowed to happen for me. And I saw— man! If I could quantify the growth that I experienced after reading this and putting this stuff into practice, my God, so many things happened! I saw success in the real estate business. I sold some stuff that I did very well on. Excelled in my jewelry business like crazy, I built up the Transurfing community, I made almost 1,000 videos on YouTube, I developed this whole thing. So, I owe a lot of my growth to this knowledge. But I also allowed myself to go through it without having any resistance to what I was reading or experiencing. I trusted it. And I trusted it because I had seen so much success. Such improvement with Reality Transurfing, I knew I could tell it was for me, and I could tell that it was legit. But I also allowed myself to move through the knowledge without preconceived— "Oh, I don't wanna be talked to like that!" I get so many of these messages, "Oh, I couldn't stand the way she talked to me!" It's like, dude, get over it! There's so much in here, and you're gonna get caught up on— your ego being triggered because you didn't like the way that she talked to you, forget about it, you know? Read it anyway and ignore that part. Focus on the part that actually works. And this is the money shot, really, of Vadim Zeland's work. So, I'm gonna get into it. "You are perfect." Don't be envious of what you see in others. Don't be discouraged by what you see in yourself. Be like fireflies and propel yourself from within. Don't look at your reality as something that is beyond your control. Instead, compose a new one. Shift your forthcoming reality by using the Plait, and shift your current reality by propelling yourself forward using the image you visualize and the Reflection Technique. So, he runs through a number of points here. You don't like yourselves because you compare yourselves to other people's norms. Beauty, success, and happiness are unique to every individual. It's hard for you to remake yourself, because you are being led by a Script. This is crucial. Your desires are not written into the Script and have no effect upon it. By composing your own reflection, you can change yourself, your mannequin. Propel and scroll, an integrated technique taken seriously, consistently, for always. Okay. So, let me just say quickly that— This Live Stroll technique is an absolute gamechanger, if you get into the habit of doing it. Now, I don't do it very often. I probably only have to do it once or twice a week. I was doing it daily when I started really working with this knowledge. And essentially, what I would do is— and I talk about this a lot in my Tufti course— is I would go on my walk, I would walk 10,000 steps, steps every morning, and I would envision the End Frame, like, in front of me, right? At a distance, kind of hovering above me, like I'm watching a movie of myself, what I want my life to be like, what I want to experience, the wealth I wanna have, the relationship I wanna have, the reality that I wanna exist in. And I would sort of view myself as walking towards— that version of reality as I was walking. Now, as I'm doing this, I am running in my head any thoughts that coincide, any actions I can take, any steps I need to make that are in line with that version of reality, that version of me. And in doing this, like, I would— set myself up for a day of action to take that would move me along that film reel, or roll. And sure enough, not only did I arrive, but it's even better than I had intended. And this is just because I really got myself into doing this every single day, every single day, every single day. And it got to the point where I would do it even, like, when I wasn't— on my morning stroll. I would do it when I was shopping at the grocery store. I'd do it as I was driving. It just became like a systematic thing. And it's almost like you just merge with that version of reality, because you are in an active state of propelling yourself forward. Now, obviously, this means action, taking action. But it also means just propelling yourself forward metaphysically, right? "Right? This is where I'm going. This is my visual—" You know, I'm visualizing moving in this direction, I'm activating my Plait, I'm doing the Meta Power work that it's going to take in order for me to materialize that version of reality. So, Propel and Stroll, an integrated technique taken seriously, consistently, for always. It's kind of— it really is the magic bullet. Let me remind you, you have your own mannequin in the film rolls, which are stored in the Eternity Archive. When you see one of these film rolls in a dream, your consciousness finds your corresponding mannequin, and then it comes to life and starts to move. For as long as you dream this dream, you occupy the body of the dream mannequin as one of your many potential variants. The same thing happens in physical reality, in the film rolls according to which your everyday life is moving. On each new film roll, your consciousness enters the next version of the mannequin, which then comes to life and becomes you in the current frame. I mean, it is you shifting to another version of you gradually through a variety of different mannequins that you are embodying in each frame. And it just works, if you can figure out how to do this, if you— are resonating with this, and you can legitimately do this in action, in your daily life, you're headed there. You're absolutely headed there. The same thing happens in physical reality. In the Film Roles according to which your everyday life is moving, on each new Film Roll, your consciousness enters the next version of the mannequin, which then comes to life and becomes you in the current Frame. Do you remember I once said that if you look in a mirror while you are dreaming, You might not recognize yourself. You do not have one mannequin that is characteristic of your being, but a whole bunch of them, i.e., one particular or very specific mannequin for each film roll. In all the films stored nearby, you are pretty much the same and are recognizable as you. In films that are stored far away from the current film roll, you are completely different. Okay? So, if you wanna see this in physical reality, Go back and take a look at my very first video. This is a very, very different mannequin, right? I am embodying an entirely different mannequin in this present moment. And I moved through this space, through these different variations of me, and gained successes along the way, and gained all the things that I've intended along the way. But again, you have to actually see this, in action. So, go back and take a look at my first video, and you will see that is a very, very, very different version of me! It's not about the fact that you once— once you were young and then you aged, or once you were slim and then you put on weight. The mannequin can change right now in a very short period of time. You are capable of changing very quickly, to the point of spectacularly— changing your outer appearance. You can also change qualities and skills such as confidence, charm, ability to communicate, courage, intelligence, and professionalism. I did that! I did all this stuff! Again, go back and take a look. It's kind of mind-blowing! But before I explain how to do this, I want to explain something. Changing yourself doesn't mean judging or rejecting yourself, or chucking out the old you. We are talking about self-development, especially if you are one of those rare exceptions who like themselves just the way they are and doesn't particularly feel the need to change. Even if that's the case, you have to keep developing, otherwise, you'll go down the slippery slope of deterioration. You have to change yourself without changing your core identity, your principles, beliefs, and philosophy of life. Making yourself a better person doesn't mean compromising your identity. You can work on self-development at the same time as retaining your true self. It's not so much a matter of remaking yourself as kindling the creator spark. Don't force yourself to conform to the norms of others. Create your own norms so that other snails look to you with envy. You can create your own norms if you accept your own uniqueness. Uniqueness It may be all you have, but it is more than enough. Uniqueness is perfect unto itself, because there is nothing of its kind anywhere else. How can something which cannot be found anywhere else or in anyone else not be very valuable? It is an advantage, which you can either use or chuck to the back of a dusty old cupboard. It is all a matter of choice. However, it is not easy to accept that you are unique. Self-sufficient and perfect, just as you are, just as becoming aware that you are inside a motion picture is not easy. You will notice that when there is something about yourself that you categorically dislike, it is almost impossible to convince you that this very thing could become your advantage. For example, from the point of view of accepted norms, something in your appearance, your personality, or manner might— be considered a shortcoming. But all shortcomings have one paradoxical aspect. If you accept a shortcoming, it becomes a valuable individual quality. If you don't accept a shortcoming and battle against it, the shortcoming becomes a flaw. This is exactly how others will perceive it, either as a valuable quality or as a flaw. You are perfect, just as nature and the Creator intended you to be. Perfection is when an individual is embodying their uniqueness in harmony with their true self. Where there is acceptance, harmony will appear, and the opposite is true. Any nega— negation gives rise to disharmony, which everyone notices. So, take a good look at your shortcomings before you hurry to get rid of them. Perhaps, if you accept them, they will transform into your unique qualities and become an advantage. 'Look attentively, without paying any attention to what other people consider normal. Try to relax, at least for a few days, and just accept being you. You'll see for yourself what happens. Perhaps you will end up liking you just the way you are.' Perhaps you'll end up liking you just the way you are! I mean, it's so cool! I love it! This is exactly what happened for me! And I'm gonna tell you what I did in order— to move over to this version of me where I actually like myself. Of course, you still need to be able to distinguish shortcomings from vices. An obvious vice or weak point that directly harms you, your health and reputation, for example, or that harms others, should be rooted out. Some things are obvious, and there's no need to go into them here. In everything else, it is better to develop your qualities than to battle your shortcomings. Focus your attention on your shortcomings, including physical ones that cannot be eliminated, only makes them worse. If, however, you can root out a shortcoming via self-development, then you should work on self-improvement, but only on the condition that you actually have the desire to do so. If you don't desire to change it, then don't trouble yourself and concentrate on your finer qualities. Otherwise, your life will become a constant battle. Developing existing qualities is much more effective than rooting out your shortcomings. And doing something with them, developing your finer qualities, will most likely eclipse your shortcomings or remove them automatically. And then the issue of your shortcomings will fall away on its own accord. Da da da! Okay. So, this is, like, really, really cool, because I know it seems small, And I know it seems almost— I don't wanna say trivial, but like too easy. But it's true. So, if you go back and you take a look, I think the first video I ever did on this channel was about Slides, or something like that. I'm very nervous, and I'm very deliberate in my words. I can't get my words out. I mean, a lot of my videos have been pretty like, you know, not good for a long time. And I would say, At least the first 6 months. Even after 6 months, there were days that I would film and film and film, and be so hard on myself, and really have a challenging time just getting out my thoughts or speaking in front of the camera, or feeling confident. And I was so focused on everything that I wasn't doing well, everything that I wasn't doing right, all the things that I wasn't. And people coming to this channel, definitely, there were both. But there were definitely people that were like, "You suck! You suck, and you shouldn't be on camera," and blah, blah, blah. And they would say things to me that would align with this thinking. But I had the intention to grow and evolve and learn how to do this. And as soon as I stopped thinking about all of that stuff and I just decided to allow myself to be me, it was like all that bondage just came off, and I moved into that version of me that was comfortable, that was okay at talking on camera, that could get thoughts out in a way that was like fluent, and I would speak well, and I was pulled together, but it wasn't— in focusing on how I wasn't doing it well that all of this materialized. It was the exact opposite. But it was about me really moving into this space where I felt that I was perfect to do this. I was perfect to do this. I could do this. I can do this. Each day, I get better. And one of the sayings in Reality Transurfing, which I absolutely love, "Today is better than yesterday, and tomorrow will be better than today." As long as you continue to take the action and move, and accept your perfection— and again, shortcomings and flaws become attributes and character. And as long as you continue to, each day, focus on how you are improving, what you are good at, all of the— forward and upward thinking, you transform your perceived flaws and shortcomings into things that will actually help you to materialize the version of reality that you want to experience. It's kind of shocking, really, because it's sort of against what we are led to believe is the way in which we achieve things. Go hard on yourself, drive yourself, focus on all the things that you're not. And this is, again, bondage that just confines, locks us up. I mean, there were days where I was so fucking locked up, I could barely even move or talk on camera because my insecurities were just running in my mind to the extent that I couldn't even get a word out at times, or I would try to talk and I would just be like, "Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah!" And then I would mess up, and then I'd start the camera over. And then I would mess up even more, because I was focused on, "Don't do it like that again! That was messed up! You aren't doing it right!" And then I would mess up more. I would spiral down. And then towards, like— sometimes I had these breaking moments where I would try to film something for hours, and I would give up and I would be frustrated, and I'd come out of my laundry room crying. My partner would be like, "What's wrong?" And I'm like, "I can't fucking do this anymore! I can't do this anymore!" And then finally, one day, I just gave it up, and I was like, "You know what?" And this— Ab, kinda like the editor, will cut stuff and make little snips here and there. But my nature and how I really like to roll now is just like, let it be natural. You know, I mess up, and in allowing myself these moments to mess up, I'm actually able to move forward. It's when I focus on how I'm messing up that not only do I not move forward, but I backtrack, and I actually make things worse in my layer of reality. So, I'm perfect, and you're perfect, and you can do anything. And if you allow Tufti— and if you haven't read the book, We have the audiobook here on the channel. If you haven't read the book, read it. And let her break you down! Let her break you down, and let her build you back up. And it works! Let it happen. You are perfect. This method does work. I'm walking proof of that. And I'm excited to see where I'm gonna be a year from now with public speaking or speaking on camera, because every day is better. Than the previous. And it's a pretty amazing realization when it's just frame by frame, and you move along, and you live-stroll, and you improve yourself, and you accept you're perfect. And then, a year, 2 years later, however long, you can look back retrospectively and be like, "Goddamn! It really does work!" So, anyway, thanks for watching, everyone! And— And peace, y'all. Bye!
