You Are Addicted To Your Emotions! w/ Reality Transurfing

In this solo presentation, Renee Garcia (host of Transurfing TV) explores how chronic, self‑reinforcing emotional patterns function like addictive neural pathways that lock a person onto low‑frequency Lifelines in the Reality Transurfing model. She recounts her own history of repeatedly falling into states of hurt, betrayal, anxiety, and depression, recognizing that she was "addicted" to the feeling itself. Drawing on Transurfing concepts, she explains that heart‑mind coordination can align a person with any Lifeline—both high and low—and that when the coordination is tuned to negative emotions, it reinforces a low‑frequency reality. Garcia outlines practical steps to break these patterns: cultivating awareness of the emotional script, consciously choosing a different response, using inversion techniques and positive affirmations such as “My world is taking care of me,” and gradually building a new baseline emotional state that resonates with higher Lifelines. She also reframes common negative emotions (anxiety, depression, anger, loss) as signals that can be redirected rather than allowed to attract more of the same. The talk concludes with a call to viewers to recognize their own emotional addictions, apply the described techniques, and share their experiences.

So today I'm going to be talking about something that I haven't really talked about before, specifically in this way. And this is really where there— I drew a line in the sand and decided that I was going to address some of my addiction to certain emotions that I had really carved very deep sort of neural pathways with, right? Like I connected to things via pain, I connected to things via anxiety, I connected to things via— feeling hurt or betrayed in my past. And I kept finding myself in very, very similar situations where I was like, "Why does this keep happening to me?" Right? "Why does this keep happening to me? Why do I keep ending up in these relationships where I always feel hurt? And why do I keep encountering betrayal? Why do I keep encountering things that give me anxiety?" Why can't I seem to gain headway in my life? So, really, what that equates to now from a Transurfing perspective, that I understand exactly what was going on, what I was doing to create more of the same, and why I was stuck on some of these lower tracks. And what that really had to do with was— Addictive emotions, right? Or addiction to certain emotions. So, I will tell you guys that up until about, I'm gonna say, 33, 34 years old for me, so this is 6, 7 years ago, I would do this thing where I would get myself into a feeling of being very, very angry. Very, very hurt by something. Usually it had to do with a romantic partner. I would get extremely hurt and I would find myself in bed crying, like really, really crying, crying very deep, very painful, like, you know, a very painful release of again, feeling betrayed and feeling, Like, "I was lost without this other person," or the absence of some sort of treatment that I perceived myself deserving of that I wasn't going to get— or that I wasn't getting, sorry. Or something like that, okay? Now, a lot of it still eludes me as to what was actually wrong, but I do know one thing, that stuff— state that I would get into regardless of what got me there. Oftentimes it was just me that got me there, right? It was just me. Um, but regardless of what got me there, I would find myself in this state of feeling an incredible amount of hurt. And at a certain point I realized that the reason that that was happening was because I was addicted to that feeling. I was absolutely addicted to that feeling. I actually heard someone say once that compulsive gamblers are actually addicted to the feeling of losing more so than they are addicted to the feeling of winning. So, it's kinda like that, right? I was addicted to this feeling of feeling hurt, betrayed, losing, whatever it was. And that neural pathway was very, very, very well-worn. In fact, over my adult years, I would go into that state more and more and more easily, right? More easily. So, what happened from a Transurfing perspective is that I was resonating with some pretty low stuff. Again, hurt, betrayal, feeling less than, feeling like— I was missing out, feeling as though something was wrong with me, all those kinds of things. And I was resonating very, very, very deeply with them. And remember, just as much as Vadim says in the book, that if you, if you are in active heart and mind coordination, right? If you are connected to what is truly intended for you with Heart and Mind Coordination, that Heart and Mind Coordination syncs up with a variation of reality where you will be transported that correlates, that aligns to the frequency of that Heart and Mind Coordination. So, this is like Star Sector stuff, right? You align yourself, and this alignment— alignment's very powerful, it matches up with a Lifetrack in the Alternative Space that is more intended for you. Now, here's the crazy part! You can actually do this in the other direction. And I know this is gonna sound weird, but in that state of betrayal, hurt, depression, all that negative stuff, I actually felt an extreme amount of Heart and Mind Coordination! For this lower frequency stuff. So, what happened was I connected with and stayed on certain Lifelines that corresponded to that negative Heart and Mind Coordination. So, this video is really for people that feel as though they're not making headway. So, if you're feeling as though you are stuck— and you cannot seem to get up off that track and start elevating to some of the higher tracks, in my opinion, what is transpiring here is you are addicted to specific emotions that are keeping you resonating at a specific frequency that your heart and your mind are both buying into. And that heart and mind coordination about whatever it is— that is keeping you in that place is lining you up with a version of reality that matches that frequency. So if you are stuck, if you're unable to elevate, you're probably in, you're probably in a very well-worn groove of neural pathway, emotion, chemicals, right? You're probably addicted to some sort of chemical, thing that's going on in your mind, and you don't know how to break through to the other side and get out of it. So, what I did to get out of mine— this really transpired when I found Reality Transurfing. I first had to declare that I knew what it was that I was doing. I knew that I had been living on some pretty low Lifelines. Because of a set of emotions and conditions that I just took as "this is the way that it is," right? "This is the way that it is, this is what I've got," and sort of accepted that. So, once I realized that I had the choice, right? And it all really comes down to choice. Now, it's not going to be the easiest. The easiest thing in the world to sort of back out of those well-worn neural pathways, right? Because those things, maybe like mine, were decades, right? Really, that painful state of feeling betrayed, that painful state of feeling lost, that painful state that somebody hurt me began when I was extremely young by a parental figure, right? So, that stuff was super, super, super old! And it's not like you can just say, "Okay, I'm not gonna feel this way anymore, and I'm over it, and I'm just gonna start feeling better, and then my life is going to improve and I'm going to ascend to some of these higher Lifelines!" It doesn't happen that easy! But what you can do— I mean, maybe it will happen that easy for you. I know for me it took— a few years, but it's been well worth the work to make a different choice. So, what the first step that I took was, is anytime I found myself going into that state, right? The crying in bed, the feeling betrayed, whatever it was, that I stopped myself. And this was pre-Tufti, but it was something along the lines of— I see myself and I see my reality. I see that I am going to that place. I see that I am, I am very easily drawn to that emotional state. And it's not that I had to stop it entirely in its tracks, but just calling my awareness to it was enough that I wouldn't get lost into that script again, right? I wouldn't completely lose myself. Maybe I would cry a little bit, but maybe it would pass really quickly and I could say something to myself along the lines of "I'm gonna make a different choice today. I'm gonna be sad about this, but I'm not gonna be distraught. I'm not gonna stay in bed for 2 days. I'm not gonna feel totally betrayed." So, slowly, I started to reverse out of these emotions. It wasn't super fast, but it was like I just wouldn't go as deeply into them, and I could really just wake up in that moment and make a different choice. To not resonate with that state of being and choose something a little bit higher, even if it was just temporary, to pull myself away from it, right? Focusing my attention on something else and not just buying into that script hook, line, and sinker. So, as I pulled myself away from these emotions and I started to kinda get back to like a baseline emotional state— Then I could start building on top of that baseline emotional state reinforcements that were going to help me in feeling as though I was in fact resonating with a higher, more ideal state of reality. That's this, right? "My world's taking care of me!" My last breakup, I really, really did not go to the place— that I had gone before, because I have this, "My world is taking care of me. Everything's going according to plan. Things are working out beautifully and will continue to do so with ease." So, instead of doing the mistrusting the world, "Oh my God, I'm wrecked! Oh my God, I'm devastated! Oh my God, why am I always hurt all the time? Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah!" I reversed out of these emotions, and "My world's taking care of me. Everything's going according to plan. Advantage. Continue to focus on the positive." And sure enough, I changed— the direction that I would typically head in to a more suitable one. And it's really that simple. Now, it takes practice. It's not something that's just going to happen overnight. But again, the quickest way to reverse out of an emotional state of being that is no longer serving you is to convince yourself that it is all going according to plan. Advantage, the inversion technique, all that kinda stuff. You're essentially tricking your mind into not falling into that neural pathway, but reversing out of it and creating some new ones that are in line with a higher Lifeline. So, again, before I end this video— I'm gonna try to make this one a little bit shorter. What are some of these lower states of being? Anxiety, right? Depression, anger, loss, heartbreak. You know, all those kinds of things that— I'm sure if you've encountered this once, you've encountered it before. And if you look back on when you first encountered— any of these emotional states, you'll probably recognize that they're not as severe as they are now. Anxiety just increasingly gets worse. So does depression. If you don't stop and, you know, start to work your way out of it, it just, it's like that well-worn groove gets deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper. So replacing any of this stuff, with any of the positive things that I've had to say about these emotions, right? Anxiety might be your mind trying to tell you that something is in need of a shift. Depression may be your mind telling you that it's time to take a break and gather yourself and your thoughts, and maybe move in a different direction. Anger may be an emotion that is stemming from you not listening to your higher self. Oftentimes, when we don't listen to our higher selves and we stay sort of connected listening to those lower versions of ourselves, that the consequence is emotional upheaval of some kind. Loss, you know. If you're resonating with loss— loss, you're gonna experience more loss. Remember, whatever you are feeling, your reality will deliver to you exponentially more of the stuff, more of the events, the people, and the circumstances to create more of this emotion. So, be cautious of your mirror when you're thinking of these things as well. So, I know this is a little bit, um, this is a challenging one, right? This is a challenging one. And I'm curious to hear your thoughts on it. Are you continuing to give in to addictive emotions or are you addicted to certain emotions or are you addicted to a state of being that is no longer serving you? And what can you do today to acknowledge acknowledge that you're doing this, and start the work of reversing out of that well-worn path, creating a new path to something higher and better. So, let me know your thoughts on this one, everybody! Remember to like, subscribe, and comment below! Have a good day, everybody! Bye!
