iPhone lets you name a Legacy Contact who can access all your data after you die. You set it up in Settings under Password & Security, generate an access key for them, and they'll need to show Apple a death certificate to get in. You can change or revoke it anytime, and add multiple contacts.

Your iPhone has a feature that will allow you to designate someone who can access all your data if you're no longer around. You may not want to give someone access to all your data while you're alive, so you can name a person who can get to all of your data after you die. All they have to do is contact Apple and give them the access key that you've given them along with a death certificate. You can easily access this feature by going into your Apple iPhone settings, then click on your name, then click on password and security, Then go down to the bottom of the page and you'll see Legacy Contact. Once you've designated someone as your legacy contact, you can go in and see their access key anytime you want to, and you can print it out. A legacy contact designation does not have to be permanent. You can change it at any time. You can revoke someone's access and give access to someone else. You can designate more than one person and they don't have to have an Apple device. Here's another feature you can access.
