Some of you may have noticed I've started promoting a newsletter and we plan on this being a twice-monthly email. And we also plan to have a video embedded in the email where I talk about some current issue related to estate planning, asset protection, money lawyering. And the reason I'm starting this is because I get thousands and thousands of questions from those of you out there who just really don't have any information about estate planning, wills, and trusts. So I've come to find that there is a real need for this information. Now, don't misunderstand me. I'm only licensed to practice in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. I know the law generally. Around the country, but I will not be giving you legal advice about any of these things. My purpose in doing this is to give you enough information so that you go out and do the research and hopefully go to see an attorney like me. So this newsletter is totally free.
