I want to know your feelings about this. Should it be illegal to cut your family out of your will or trust? In other words, should there be laws against disinheriting your family? But what if those choices clash with the notions of family and fairness? Some people say there should be laws protecting family bonds and avoiding feuds and lawsuits. And to do that, everyone should get a piece of the pie. The other side says, my life, my work, my decisions, and no one should be able to tell me who I can give my assets to.
