You know by now that you need a plan that states what to do with the things you own and the money you have if something were to happen to you. But what you still may be struggling with is, do I need a lawyer to do this or can I do it on my own? Well, the good news is that I've got a quiz that's going to come out that's going to help you answer that question. But for now, the question I want you to ask yourself is, is my situation simple or is it more complicated? Here's how you'll know. If all you own is a computer, a car, and a phone, your situation is probably simple. If something were to happen to you and you were in the hospital and you know who would come forward and handle your legal and financial and medical matters on your behalf, your situation may be simple. If you know that those same people would handle everything the way you want, your situation may be simple. And if you know that you want the few things that you want to go to your next of kin, you may have a simple situation. Write in the comments, simple or complicated, and then I'll know how to make the next video.
