All right, weigh in, my ADHD peeps. I recently found out that fidget toys are so popular right now. Teachers are having to ban them in the classrooms, and they are everywhere. All shapes, all sizes, all kinds. I know that I've used them. I use that clay stuff when I'm even talking to clients on a Zoom call because I have to stim. I used to fidget a lot. People were like, stop, stop twitching your foot, stop doing that, or stop getting up. And so like, my impulsivity now, because I've managed it, is more in my mind. But I still like want to play with stuff or I want to just fidget. I don't know, do you guys do that? What do you guys think? Do you have fidget toys? How many do you have? Are they just for kids? I want to know because I'm convinced that they're amazing and everyone could use a fidget or two. What do you guys think? I think it's a good idea.
