Body confidence is a journey, not a destination. Sometimes we think of it as this end goal that we're going to reach. If you want to feel more comfortable with your body during sex, you have to start by working on feeling more comfortable in your body throughout the day. We feel the impacts of bad body image so strongly when it comes to sex. So people get it in their heads like, oh, I want to feel great about my body during sex. Like that's a really high bar.
