There are so many people who have either never really understood how they like to be touched or feel like they've gone through something in life where what they like has changed and they're just not familiar with it anymore. It's so common. I wrote about it in my New York Times bestselling book, Sex Talks. The big thing that can come up with pretty much anything sex related is that sometimes we just don't even know what the options are. So one of my favorite exercises in Sex Talks is all about creating your touch maps. I guide you through understanding where you like to be touched, how you like to be touched, and most importantly, seeing some options. It's so much more fun when you get to choose from a menu of options rather than feeling like you have to come up with an answer out of nowhere. So go pick up your copy of Sex Talks. Check it out. It's on page 144.
