So you want your wife to want to have more sex with you? Let's talk about it. If you don't already know me, I'm Xander. I'm married to a sex therapist. We co wrote the New York Times best selling book Sex Talks and we have a podcast together called Pillow Talks. Here are my top four tips. Number one, ask yourself, what have you done to connect with her emotionally? Have you planned any dates recently? Have you given her compliments? How have you shown your appreciation for her? I mean, dude, if you have not even been that nice to her recently, she. She is not going to want to have sex with you. Number two, make sure you're showing up as a true teammate. I mean, if she is doing all the chores and carrying all the mental load around the house, she's going to be way too overwhelmed to crave physical intimacy with you. Number three, you got to make sex feel more personal. Don't just tell her that you want it. Tell her why you want to connect with her. Specifically, tell her how it makes you feel when you share that physical intimacy and how connected it makes you feel. Number four, prioritize her pleasure. Let's be real. Most men are having sex that heavily prioritizes their own pleasure. Did you know that 95% of men, basically all men, orgasm every single time, but only 65% of women do? If sex feels like it's all about you, or if she's not sure how good it's even going to be for her, then why would she crave it?
