We can't start a video like that. We all know that talking dirty in the bedroom can be so sexy. But most of us are unbelievably awkward when it comes to dirty talk. A lot of us, like, we try to give it a go, we really give it our best efforts. But what ends up coming out of our mouths often does not sound very sexy. Sometimes it's even downright embarrassing. So today we are talking about the fun, funniest dirty talk mistakes. And we have got some real examples from our audience of some of their most cringe worthy dirty talk mistakes. And we are also going to give you a little sneak peek into how you can get more comfortable and confident talking dirty and actually enjoying that in the bedroom.

We have categories for you and we have specific examples. So take it away.

All right, so the first one is just being overly formal, like, please may I remove your clothing, sir or you're doing a spectacular job, keep up the good work or thank you, ma'. Am.

Another category is just not saying anything in return. So your partner says something like super, super hot and sexy to you. You just don't know what to say. You just don't end up saying anything. And I have to make a little confession. I have been very guilty of this one. Especially when we first started dating. I thought the dirty talk that Xander was giving me was so hot, but I just, just didn't respond in the moment. And we had to have an awkward conversation about how Xander would like to hear some responses. Another one that sort of falls into this category is Just saying, like what? Like, if you've ever had a partner, this one's really on both partners. It's the responsibility of both of them. But if your partner says something so quietly and you don't really hear it, they're kind of mumbling, and you have to ask, what? What did you say? Multiple times, that can kind of ruin the mood a little bit.

All right, so weird compliments, or perhaps weird metaphors tend not to work so well. So some people gave us the example of, you're so wet and slippery like a water slide, or your dick is like a tree trunk. So I don't know. I think the comparisons or metaphors tend to be a little not so good.

A similar category is being too aggressive with your dirty talk. So you think you're being, like, passionate, but it ends up coming off a little too intense. So some examples that we got were, I'm gonna obliterate your pussy or I'm gonna fuck you up. Sometimes just adding a little extra word can really change the meaning of a sentence. So that's another interesting one.

Also, weird accents come for me. My lady kind of comes out of nowhere. It's a little weird. Or speaking like Yoda. These clothes you take off now, that was a horrible Yoda impression. I am struggling to do my Yoda voice. Not something I usually do.

That's really awful. I definitely do not do that.

Yeah, if you do that, it's going to be scary.

Another category of dirty talk blunders is using words that your partner dislikes. So this is an interesting one because I think we all have different reactions to different words. I think even the word pussy is a great example. Some people think that's super hot. For other people, it would be an immediate stop everything right now. That's so unsexy to me.

All right, and the final one is just not dirty talking at all. I think that it's really easy to feel embarrassed or awkward about dirty talk, but having sex in total silence, unless this is something that both of you really enjoy, can also be awkward in its own way.

All right, so the bottom line is that dirty talk is not really the easiest thing to do. A lot of us really stumble over it, as you have seen from all of these examples. It just takes a lot of courage and confidence to get comfortable with it. And a lot of times, what it really comes down to is, like, even knowing what to say in the first place. I think a lot of us struggle with what are even the options for dirty talk. What do I choose from?
