Missing the spark you used to feel at the beginning of your relationship. I have a research backed way to get it back if you're new here. Hi, my name is Vanessa. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in sex therapy. Here's the secret. Try new things in the bedroom together. Research has found that when we try new things with our partner inside and outside of the bedroom, it lights our brains up. We just love that novelty. We love being able to see our partner in new lights and it brings the spot. So here's the thing though. You already know this advice. You've heard it a million times before, right? But the problem is you're just not doing it. When we've shared this advice with our community, we hear things like, well, I'm just too busy or I don't want to embarrass myself. What if my partner doesn't like the thing I suggest? Or we just know what works for us so we don't want to risk it by trying something new. And one of the most common responses is I don't even know what the options are. I feel uncreative and boring. But if you keep doing the same old thing with your partner every single time, it's just not going to bring that feeling of spark and excitement back. Sex is going to continue to feel more and more boring and you're actually going to find yourself desiring sex less and less. So if you're on board with the idea of trying some new things in the bedroom, but you're still feeling of some of those hang ups that I mentioned earlier, then I have the perfect thing for you. Thousands of couples have already tried it and had success with it. It is data driven, tried and tested, and it only takes five to maybe 15 minutes of your day.
